Claude is paying people $85,000 to help nonprofits use Claude. So, I wanted to tell you about it so you make sure you know about it.

The thing is, I'll tell you right up front, this is for people who are early in their career. So, it says over 18, 18 or older with less than two years of work experience. So, you have a child, a an offspring, you have a grandchild, you have a cousin, you have somebody in your life you're mentoring. You're going to want to tell them about this.

I'm going to give you some information about it right here. It's on their site. They just announced this a few hours ago. So, it's called Claude Core. And basically what they're doing is they want to teach 1,000 fellows how to use Claude well, match them with nonprofits across America, and pay them to spend a year full-time in person helping host organizations to advance this mission that they have.

And then it says they're working with Code Path, uh, a nonprofit, and each fellowship lasts for 12 months. Uh, Anthropic and Code Path are going to teach with intensive training how to use Claude. So, if you use it, dabble in it right now, you'll be able to you'll learn a lot more. Uh, and you'll be able to teach this that you will receive a full-time salary of $85,000 plus benefits. You'll have a mentor from CodePath, office hours with Anthropic for technical questions, and a token budget to use the AI in a way to teach these nonprofits.

Over the next 12 months, at least 400 nonprofits will host these Claude Core fellows. And then it lists a few to give you an an idea. So, it was announced uh in the news and so glad I saw this. Anthropic announces Cloud Core to teach nonprofits to use AI more effectively. This is one of the co-founders of OpenAI, uh, the second richest woman in America, I believe. And they're donating $150 million to launch this fellowship. And then here's another here's another one where it talks about this $150 million to train a,000 early career fellows.

Now, I think it's something that is really interesting and there's there's a couple things I want to show you. So, one thing I want to show you is the person who is the CEO for CL uh for the Code Path, the nonprofit that they're partnering with. Boom. Michael, >> nine years ago, my co-founders, Nathan, Tim and I, started Copath because we believed in something simple, that millions of young people from backgrounds like ours have what it takes to do the most coveted jobs in tech, not just get hired, actually do the most consequential technical work in the country. For me, that belief is personal. Technology literally changed the trajectory of my life. We made the bet that it could change yours, too. Nine years later, more than 50,000 of you have proven that bet right. You've come from over a thousand the next layer of that architecture. Copath is teaming up with Anthropic to launch the world's most ambitious AI fellowship. >> Pretty cool. >> We're calling it Claude Core. Claude Core is a 12-month full-time fully paid early career fellowship designed to drive transformational change in the social sector while harnessing and developing AI native skills. This program is designed and run by CodePath and Enthropic. You'll work on improving services that millions of Americans rely on from food banks to public health centers to legal aid and more. Claude Core is built for early career builders, people with under two years of full-time work experience. There is no minimum education requirement. If you're in your first year of work or just entering the job market, this was designed with you in mind. Recent grads from community colleges, four-year universities, and yes, even high school are all eligible. >> Don't have to be a college graduate. You >> don't need to be a software engineer. You do need to be comfortable with becoming technical and AI fluent, hungry to learn fast and driven to work on problems that actually affect people's lives. If that's you, if you're ready to build with AI in a place that actually matters, apply now at codepath.org.

>> Codepath.org is where you can apply. It's linked off uh if you just search Google um anthropic core cops or codepath.org you can apply for it. Now there's a whole thing happening. I don't know if you have you heard about this let me know in the comments. Have you heard about where there are teenagers and college age students who are just doing this big backlash about AI? They do not like it. Not not everybody obviously, but there's a big group that doesn't like it. So I think this is part of that challenge. They're trying to change the perception of AI to this huge capitalistic thing to where the youth are these days. You know, there are a lot of people who are younger who want to make impact in the world earlier than we ever did. And I mean, I'm speaking for myself, right? um and and I think they're speaking to them. So, if you have somebody in your life or you are that person, um please apply. You can apply up until uh I think about mid July. It starts September or October of 2026 and then they have another cohort that starts January 2027 and another one that starts August 2027. So, if you're just getting out of school, maybe you have certain plans, different things you have in mind, there's there's a rolling application after that first deadline. I want us represented. I love the fact that uh code path is involved. And when I say us, I just mean underrepresented, underestimated people. Um, I think this is really cool. What do you think? Let me know in the comments if you like this idea, if you have something against it. I would love to hear your comments about it and wanted to make sure that you knew about it. Also, let me know if you want me to do more videos like this where I give you opportunities, tell you about opportunities that I see all the time in AI, in tech, and media, uh, creator stuff across the board. See you soon.
