Did you know that if you use glutenous rice flour instead of regular flour, you can get the fudgiest, richest brownies?
Glutenous rice flour is used to make mochi. So, this is a fusion of both mochi and brownies. Outside can be slightly crisp or crackly like a brownie crust, while the inside stays soft, stretchy, and slightly sticky.
Aside from the glutenous rice flour, the ingredients are fairly basic common baking ingredients. This dessert is crazy easy to throw together, and the powdered sugar on top of the crackly crust is a must.
