A 16-year-old child is sensible; he knows right from wrong. Just as we check on family members, we should also pay attention to those outside the family, as they can hurt us like our own sisters. Every year, scandals surface. What I mean is that these things happen frequently.

This is Adnan Sami. I’m using a felt-tip pen. You’re watching this in Delhi. The earth is dancing with me today. Not only is the person present, but there's also a reporter here. This is a big thing they do. One incident that I witnessed during the last election involved a video going viral on social media. A video of this lady, Meera Hashmi, went viral. In it, there was a small, innocent child—a little boy. He was hit. He received four stitches. We did a lot to find out what happened and what the viral video’s significance was. That innocent child. If it had been your son, you would have acted differently, right? A 15 or 16-year-old child is sensible; he knows right from wrong. Just as we check on family members, we should pay attention to outsiders as well, because they can hurt us like our sisters. I experienced this. See, the video shows a slap; then, it ends. But what happened after that? There was a scuffle. He may have said something; there was some shouting. He was in pain; it was his fault, he was distressed, and the other boys told him not to do it.

When my tablet started, during the shoot, this boy kept disturbing us. Sometimes, he pushed my cameraman; sometimes, he brought a bottle of juice in front of the camera; sometimes, he would just act up. He was very disruptive; it was very irritating. But, if we leave that aside, the main point is that we see many people harassing girls and boys in crowds. Incidents like this keep happening. But what happened to me was different. There were some young girls there; their father kept looking back to make sure his children were protected, and the boys were behaving badly. They were all gathering; they were pushing. It seemed like they were going to attack me. My cameraman told them to stop, saying we would interview them later, but they wouldn't listen. They kept on doing it. My family was there, and they were getting worried. I slapped him; the interview was over. He may have thought, “I deserve another slap.” I might have become emotional due to the pressure of work.

Before media involvement, there was this issue with the person named Jhola. If your children are very attached to you, there are limits to acceptable behavior. You should never misbehave. Happiness is good, but it should be within limits. I see scandals every year. The last scandal was related to this match. What I mean is these viral scandals occur. Positive scandals happen, too. There was a scandal involving Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He was sitting with someone, and people turned it into a love story. What can we say about such things? What do you think about these events? Good times or bad times, everything is in Allah’s hands. If you do good, you’ll get good results. I know how these things happen. I wasn't in the mood. It was on WhatsApp. I slapped my child. I was sitting there. I'll tell you the whole story.

Bilawal is my brother’s friend. I’ve seen him many times. We have a family connection. Second, we respect each other very much. Anyone who meets Bilawal respects him. I’ve become a fan of his. He is a very good person. Before your first vote, what do you think? You slapped a boy? [Music] I'm from this institution. I look after the little girls. It’s not that they’re very small, but you need to be careful. A voter's wish is a host's wish; it's also a wish to read news, or a wish to share things. I was in the village. People talk too much; anchors also talk too much. Political parties… we experience these things through newspapers and news channels. [Music] If you do it, do it right. Subscribe, because your enthusiasm is needed. [Laughter] If someone bothers you, slap them and tell them off. Girls generally… This was a bit of a mistake on my part. It was an impulsive action. But later, I thought, “Why did I do this? I should’ve handled it differently.” [Music] It’s good I did this.

When boys and girls come to us for interviews or for likes, the boys start singing or disturbing in front of the camera, making the girls uncomfortable. Some girls even leave. We live in Pakistan, and our crime rate in Delhi is low. Not many girls dare to go out to work. So, men should protect these women. Just as your family’s honor is your own, so is ours. Honor is hard to earn and is lost in minutes. You remember what happened in Pakistan. If we give someone an opportunity, they can also do wrong. So, I showed an action, a reaction. Alhamdulillah, my family is proud. Most people in Pakistan only saw one side of the story, but those who experienced it know the truth. Many people said, “If this happened in front of us, we would slap him.” Many comments were made about my brother's supermarket. But it didn't affect me. When that Bilawal video went viral, I didn’t care. When this slapping video went viral, I didn’t care. I was praised in India, Russia, Australia, and America. China put my videos on their platforms; it went international. My work was greatly appreciated. People from India sent me messages, official messages from Edison, saying, “Salute from India.” They said there’s no girl like you in India. But, Alhamdulillah, I’m a Pakistani, and I will continue to work for Pakistan. Girls don’t need to be afraid; keep working. Don’t worry about what others think. It’s good that Rashmi was with me. You’ve heard good things, but the point is… My intention was to bring these people forward, to change the minds of those who think negatively. Tell me your thoughts in the comments. Subscribe and follow for more. Peace! [Music]
