Film ONE MONTH of content in ONE DAY (Filming, Equipment, Organization) | WORK WITH ME 🎥

Transcription

Today we have a big day ahead of us. We are going to be batch filming content. I have a full-blown production schedule. These are all the videos I'm hoping to get done, uh, between today and tomorrow.

If you are curious though on how I actually put this filming production schedule together on ClickUp, I have a full-blown YouTube video about it with a full tutorial, but also a behind-the-scenes of how I actually filled this out. So, make sure that you check it out if you want to know my filming production strategy. But, this is part two of that video where I actually show you the execution side of me filming.

And then I also have my Super Boba. I'm drinking an Earl Grey today, but funny enough, later I'm going to have to film a lot of drinks and me making drinks, too. So, it's going to be a lot of caffeine. But anyways, I'm going to get ready. So, if you want to follow along and see how I attempt to film at least a month's worth of content in just a day or two, then keep on watching. By the way, this is my favorite worship song. Let's get the tunes on.

You guys are curious on like the outfits that I'm wearing throughout this video. I will try my best to link as many as possible in the description box for the girls. I'm also saving my lashes last because as per my production schedule, the first video that I have to film is for my friend's brand right here. She recently launched these lashes and I told her that I would make a video about them because I love them so much. Anyways, let's do my hair. I'm going to do my nails first. Okay, all done.

Okay, so this is my setup. I have so many cameras going on because I'm also filming the process on this camera. This is the Sony ZV1. This is my FX3 with a G Master lens. I'll link everything below. I also got my iPhone here. This is a very sturdy desk tripod. So, this is a really handy spreadsheet where in one place I can just get all my notes and understand the big picture of what I need to do. But anyways, we're going to do the first video of the day, which is talking about these lashes. I also have a note here that I don't have to talk on camera. I'm just going to do a voiceover later. So, this video is pretty easy to make because I have to put my lashes on anyways. So, let's get it done. I also want to get a top-down shot so that when I'm like taking the lashes out of this box that there's a shot for that.

So, I just found my tripod. This is two different things. This is like an Insta 360 tripod situation. Opens up like that. And then I bought this separate attachment from Newer. What I like about this tripod is if I loosen this, I can kind of move this around so I'm able to get those shots like that. By the way, if you guys have any tips on how I can like be more efficient or little tools that you guys have, please let me know. I've really had to step up my content game because of Super Boba. And then because I'm using the back camera, I'm going to screen mirror off my laptop. So now I can use my MacBook as a second monitor. This is basically a second monitor for the iPhone. You see those lashes? Yeah. Oh, so many cameras. I can't. No offense, guys. I'd be so much more efficient filming if I wasn't vlogging at the same time for YouTube. And this is just for a lash video. We're not even on Super Boba yet. Hope you guys are enjoying. Like this video. Subscribe because this is so much work. I did both lashes. Both eyes successfully.

Okay, so now that this one is done, I just changed the status to briefing in progress so I know to tell my video editor how to edit it. And then next up, we've got a drink that we need to make. So, let's get that started.

Okay, so let me take you into the room where we'll be filming our next video. This is the Super Boba room. Such a vibe. Because we are making a drink, I need to go down to my kitchen and get all of my, I guess, like essentials. So, straw cup. My house is so messy, by the way. Don't judge. But, welcome to my kitchen. This is also what happens when you do a lot of drink content. Like, by the end of today, the dishwasher is going to be full. But here's my glasses. I have a bin to transport what I need from downstairs to upstairs. So, frother, spoon. Hi, Nugget. Hi. Did you have a good pee pee? And then I also need ice. Having an ice machine is a must if you do any type of beverage content.

Okay, so I think I might have to do two trips because I'm vlogging at the same time and the milk is so heavy. So let me know in the comments below if you like this style of video, if you like being behind the scenes of my workday. Can't say that I enjoy it really. Well, I know I'll like the final result, but this does slow me down. And by the way, yes, I dry my sheets on my staircase. Let's set everything down and then second trip to get the milk. But I do enjoy these vlogs because at least I'm working at the same time. I think because of the ADHD, it's almost like body doubling where I only work when I know I'm like accountable to something or someone's doing it with me. And even though you guys aren't with me in this moment, it feels like you are. And so I have to work because the reward is that I get a vlog from it for the YouTube channel. Also, because I'm vlogging, I don't have a lot of batteries with the vlog camera. Right now it's at 35%. So, I'm going to have to swap this soon. If you want to get a link of this, I'll put it in the description box. It's just basically a battery charger, but it tells you how much charge you have, which is really helpful. Aren't you guys learning so much in this vlog? And then also, I think like I just really want to show rather than tell. So much of my channel was just like me sitting on my ass teaching, but I really want to evolve it to like, hey, look, this is what the doing looks like, too, not just the teaching.

Let's set up and film the next batch of videos. Heating up the water. I also have the milk frother. It's on the floor. This is not the prettiest setup, but it's what's working for me right now. Okay, so everything is set up on the table. Table is wiped down. Cat is unfortunately here, but also fortunately 'cause he's so cute. Here's what we're working on. We've got one drink that I need to make. This is my inspiration. Basically, she's doing like a drink and it's a vanilla bean Earl Grey latte. And I was like, perfect. I've got Earl Grey for Superba. I also have vanilla beans, so that's awesome. What I noticed in her video is that she doesn't show her face in it. So, I put a note in my production schedule that it's just a close-up product shot only, and I will film that using my FX3, which is like my more cinematic camera, but I'm going to swap it for my 24 to 70mm lens. So, it's going to get that super vibey, like crispy close-up shot of my drink.

At the same time, I have this other video that's next. I don't know if you guys can see. So, she's basically like doing pottery and she's missing all these calls because she's locked in. So, I need a video of me making a drink, but I'm actually physically in it making the drink. I don't need to talk. And so, that's why I have my other tripod set up for my iPhone where it's going to be more organic, but it's just going to film me making the drink. It's probably a lot better if I just show you rather than tell you. So, let's get started.

So, let me show you what the lens looks like on the FX3. All right. So, here is the setup. This is my talking head, which includes myself, so you can see that it's on a tripod. I'm also charging it up so that my iPhone doesn't die 'cause I need it throughout the day. I've got my monitor, which I'm screen mirroring. I've got my coaster, which is marking and making sure that I'm always center. So, no matter what, as long as I put my drink back on the coaster, I'll know that it's center for this shot right here. This is the FX3. I've got my Super Boba, my ingredients, my milk, my ice, and yeah, let's get started. And so, because I'm doing duo screen, if I'm showing my product Super Boba, I'm going to do it once for this camera and then twice for the second camera. So, I'm always keeping that in mind. Okay, that's very important. Oh, I'm not even recording. Oh my gosh. There we go. Okay, let's start that over. I literally just spilled the tea all over myself. Give me one second, guys. Okay, look at my pants. Okay, the show must go on. M. Holy [ __ ] This is good. Wow. Vanilla bean Earl Grey slaps. Okay.

Okay, so we just finished this vanilla bean iced latte. Briefing in progress. And now on to another video. So, this one's going to be filmed in the spice kitchen, uh, using the FX3 camera with Jasmine. So, this is what the video looks like. Carry on. Actually, after reviewing that, I realized that this drink is going to melt by the time I make my other drink. So, I'm actually going to rejig this production schedule so that I actually film some videos holding this drink first. Behind me, I already set up my camera, but the next video I decided to do is this one. >> It's basically the girl swirling the drink. And there's a funny caption on it. And so, I have the camera set up right there, the drink that I just made, and then I'm going to swirl it. And that will be one video done in like 5 seconds. You see why I needed to get my nails done. Okay, I think that's enough swirls. Just quickly reviewing that video before we move on. Looks good. I'm going to add text here. And that's another video down. So, I'm going to check that off my list.

Now, the next one is >> do whatever I want. It's basically about how I started a business with my husband so that he can do most of it and I can just make content for fun. My vision is I'm going to dress up, wear sunglasses, have some sort of fur coat, and film while Leon's working in his office. Luckily, he is in his office. But before that, I think I'm going to film this one first. This hand strength one. Let me show you what it looks like. Notice how like in one place I can just click what I need. I don't have to like click on a bunch of different tabs for this one. So, I'm going to use that drink again. And since I need to wear sunglasses anyways for my next content piece, I think it's more smart if I do this one first. So, I've modified that. I also have this video right here, which also doesn't require me to be on camera. And so, I'm actually going to rejig this once more. So, I'm going to actually move this up one. So, I'm going to do the grip strength one, the one you just saw with the spin the bottle, and then me in front of Leon's office holding that drink, dancing in front of him, and then afterwards, we will move on to making another drink.

Oh, Leon is also making videos. Here's his script. He's doing paid ads while I do organic. Here's Juicy. Here's Nugget keeping him company. How's filming going, babe? >> That's good. >> Nice. Congrats. I wish I could say the same for myself.

Okay, so now let's go into the second location that we're shooting in, which is my office, the grip strength one. I feel like it's a little bit more girly, and I feel like this vibe is much more girly. I already have some of the props here. And so, let's get set up. By the way, this is how the tripod can extend to. This is as far as it goes, but it's a pretty decent desk tripod. I'm not actually in the video, which is great. Got the lip gloss, Super Boba, earphones, glasses, water bottle, phone. This is the hardest part, which is the drink. I don't know if I can add the Super Boba on it. Uh, Super Boba kind of doesn't make it look as aesthetic. Okay, ready to hit record. Okay. Okay, I'm reviewing it and it looks really messy with the tree in the background and everything. So, I'm just going to pivot and have this wall the background so it's easier to see all the props. So, let's see how that looks. Okay, I think I got it. Okay, look. It's truly my grip strength from all the years of doing YouTube and vlogging and holding a camera, I guess, and working out.

Now, I'm setting up for this video. So, I'm taking this attachment out and hoping that I can get a bird's eye shot like the inspiration. I just need a little bit more height. Oh, great. Now the battery is dead on the vlog camera. I got to change the batteries. Okay. Well, I always make sure I have battery charging at all times. So, I'm going to swap this battery with the one that's dying right now on this camera. Okay. Now, you can see that the one that I'm just charging right now only had 1% left in it. So, we'll let that charge. Oh, it keeps spinning to Super Bowl. Okay, I realized the reason why my water bottle was spinning everywhere was 'cause there was no water in it to hold it down. So, we're going to try that again. Okay, that was good. Okay, that video took way longer than I thought, but we finished that. But yeah, the next video is me dressing up in a fur coat, sunglasses, and all of that outside of Leon's office holding the drink. And then afterwards, I'm going to be making two drinks, one roasted oolong, one jasmine. And then we're going to do the yappers, which is me talking to camera. There's only two of them. And then hopefully Leon will be free to batch a few videos with me. And then everything else at the end is kind of like optional because it's for my personal account. I'm just prioritizing Super Boba. And then I've got all these voiceovers that I can do like at night in bed if I wanted to.

Now, I am thinking before we start making more drinks, I'm probably going to break for lunch. We are running very late. It is 3:30 p.m. and usually I get way more done, but obviously I'm vlogging at the same time. So, it is lagging me because I have to think of so many different things and make sure all these batteries are charged and all the angles and everything. But, it's okay. I hope you guys are enjoying this video.

Okay, so let's get the fur jacket. I think I'm just going to wear the same outfit 'cause I have to do an outfit change later anyways after lunch. Oh, welcome to my closet, guys. We are looking for this fur jacket. And I already have my sunglasses downstairs, so we're good to go. Babe, can you slide to the this way? I need you in the frame. I don't know if you know, but I do whatever. >> This video was so easy to film. >> I do whatever I want. I'm more of this founder where you're more like this founder. Get it? It's funny. Okay. Approved.

So, because it's nearing end of day, I'm going to reshuffle things around. I'm going to film the talk-to-camera ones, these two, on a different day. So, I'm going to change the status to ready to film instead. So, it's off my list. This one as well. Um, because those ones take me a long time, especially if I have to like memorize a script and everything. And considering it's already 4:00 p.m., probably going to lag all the other videos I have to get done, which will be easier for me to do. And then I'm going to keep all of these with Leon and we're just going to bang them out. And then these ones for my personal brand. I'm going to save those for another day, which is probably going to be the same day where I do the other talking head videos. And then later tonight, I will do all these voiceovers that I have. Voiceovers are super easy because I'm just like reading a script. I could literally be in my PJs 'cause I'm not actually on camera. And yeah, I think that's pretty good.

Okay, so we're picking our next outfit. I'm thinking this one. This like butter yellow halterneck, which I think is super cute. I think there's one more outfit change. So, let's see. I usually like wearing tank tops 'cause I overheat. Yeah, I think I'll do this one. And by the way, I tend to choose things that like don't require me to steam it or iron. And like I have a few cute tops like this that are very feminine, but they're so wrinkly. So I don't want to spend time ironing things out. So that's kind of how I pick my outfits, you know, for filming, especially if I'm short on time.

Okay, friends. Here's the deal. So I have changed. I've brought my props in. So my glasses, what I need to make a Super Boba with. I do have some of the camera set up already. So this is the FX3. The iPhone's going to be there. Let me walk through what the plan is. So, I have one video where she goes "world stop" and then she makes a boba or she does something and then carry on. In my case, I'm going to make a boba. And then the next video that I have that I want to like do at the same time, is just a very close-up shot of me making a jasmine Super Boba, which is like perfect for summer. The iced jasmine is chef's kiss. And then after I have another video where it's a girl screaming and then she goes on about her day. I'm going to be screaming and then making a drink. And that will probably be in my spice kitchen. So, I'm just switching up the locations. It really bothers me that my pants don't match my top, but it's okay. Don't be a perfectionist.

Okay, so here's the setup. I have the iPhone set up here for the product shot. It's on 2x zoom, so I get a very good close-up. And then the FX3 is set up right here where I will be sitting there to do one of the videos. This will be the second video. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is the first one is a trending audio because I need to use this as a monitor. >> World stop. >> World stop. World stop. >> Carry on. >> Carry on. I think I can do it. We'll chance it. Okay. Actually, I dedicated too much time for this to have it mess up. So, I'm going to ask Leon if I can borrow his phone so I can play the audio and make sure I get the sound synced up to my mouth. Right. Thank you. So, I'm in his ClickUp. We have access to all the same information. I'm going to search up for my production schedule. You can see here today's production schedule. Click that. And now I have all the videos that I need to film or that's left to film. The first one that we're doing right now is the world stop one. So, I'm going to shimmy on over. And now I have the audio. So, I just want to make sure it's like it's playing while I say world stop so that you know it syncs up when we do it in the editing after.

Okay. Final setup. This is the MacBook that is mirroring the phone. Has the FX3 filming myself. And then Leon's phone that's playing the audio. So I make sure that I am in sync. Stop. World stop. World stop. Babe, you can have your phone back.

All right. So, opened up a fresh bag of jasmine. Smells so good. If you have not tried our jasmine yet, you must. It's so good for like spring, summer. If you want something light and florally, but it's also so fragrant. I'm obsessed. But I'm a little bit nervous filming content around jasmine because this might go out of stock. At least that's what Leon told me that stock is low. And I learned my lesson from June. Okay, so this month, June, I actually had a lot of content batched and it was around Super Pearls and Hoicha, but I didn't end up posting any of it because we went out of stock. And for us, it takes about two to three months to go back in stock on something. So, I never want to push products that we don't have in stock yet, 'cause people will just be disappointed. I'd rather post videos featuring products that we do have in stock. And so, I'm going to put a note to make sure that I post this video sooner rather than later. So, that jasmine gets all its glory. And the reason why I want to film with jasmine is because a lot of our flavors at the end of the day in the cup, everything is brown, right? It's milk tea. But this is like one of the only flavors other than matcha that is green. And so, I just want to add some diversity, variety on the feed. But anyways, let's stop yapping and let's start filming.

Okay, this is the BTS. These are all of my essentials to make the drink. Ice, sweetener, hot water, all the stuff. Milk. Got the iPhone, the FX3, water so I stay hydrated. MacBook mirroring. And yeah, so let's get started. Okay, I got to do that again. No, Joo. No, Jo. Jo, bro. Come on, man. Again, because I'm doing two videos in one, I have to be mindful of the shots I need for each camera. Jo, no. Jo, come on, man. Buddy, carry on. This little monster. Yes, you. You the monster. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I know you just want to be there. He's okay. Okay, I have to redo that video. I filmed it the unesthetic way by accident. And also, when I lifted the thing to swirl, my camera wasn't focusing. So, I had to I should have waited. It's funny 'cause I usually do the ZV1. I feel like the autofocus on the ZV1 is for some reason better than my FX3. I don't know, maybe it's a settings issue. So, it messed up. I'm going to have to redo that shot, but that's okay. It was pretty easy and fast. Anyways, my biggest issue is this guy. I trust you, man. Okay, I'm going to give you another shot. You can stay there. Just don't be disruptive. I should also mention that this happened, too. Filming drink content is not easy because you have to clean up so much. Oh my gosh, guys. I wish you could smell how good our jasmine is. Carry on. Carry on. Oh, that take was so much better. The drink looks so much better. Oh, I'm so happy.

Okay, now for this video where I was trying to do like a close-up shot of I also need to hold the drink like she is. So, I'm going to do that next. So, I need to find a mirror. Maybe this one. I'm tired, man. Okay. I'm short, too. So, I got to go on my tippy toes.

Okay, now we're moving to the last drink, which is going to be our roasted oolong. So, it's going to be right here. Okay. We're almost at the finish line. Almost at the finish line. I'm proud of myself 'cause I'm vlogging at the same time. I know I've been repeating myself, but y'all, this is hard, okay? But hard is a muscle you flex. The last few years, I've been living the soft girl life and now I'm like ready to work, but also not burn out at the same time. Which is why I have this system because in one day I'm getting so much content done or in one to two days I get so much content done and then the rest of the month I get to hang out with my friends. I get to work on other things in the business which is just me sitting at my desk working with Claude. I can just not work because I get my period and I just don't want to work. And so this system works really well for me. It may not be for you. It may not be for everyone but after a lot of trial and error this is what is getting me results and what works.

Okay, just kidding. Change of plans. I totally forgot Leon has kickboxing tonight. So, we're going to film the videos with Leon first. Hi, Nugget. Okay, bye. So, basically, I'm going to have this, but I'm going to walk around the house. And I'm thinking like because it's sped up, maybe I'll go to Joo or Nugget and then I pass by you. But maybe you're doing something funny. Maybe you're sleeping at your desk or you could be lying down like THIS ON THE couch holding Super Boba 'cause it's going really fast, right? So, what if you were on the couch like this? Maybe you're like this. >> Bro, I needed the pets in different areas of the house, but they're all with you right now. >> Who's here? >> Everybody. Everybody is here. >> Jaco and Nugget, >> Jamba, and Juicy. >> What? >> 3. Okay. So, that's done. This is the other one. So, I need you to hold Joo and have him like do something with the Super Boba, like like pat the frother or the bag. So, it's milky so good. I had to kiss the barista. Yeah. >> And then I need you to take that, too. Maybe have just Dooo's paw like touching this. You taking a video of me being happy, turning around, and then me coming up to Joo right here. Since that cat loves being on camera, it's finally his moment. >> Okay. Just put the paw. Just paw on the Super Boba. >> Okay. Push it. Push it in. Push it in. Yeah. Push it in. Okay. Okay. That's good enough. >> Yeah. >> Going close to me. And I'm like, "Wow." And then I turn around. Then you'll get me turning around like this and walking towards. >> Okay. We're switching talent right now. We're picking another cat because Joo's going crazy right now and we can't get a hold of him. So, we are pivoting to jump off. Okay. So, I think you should just >> Huh? >> Where? Why does no one want to be in our video? >> All right. We're two videos down. We've got a few more to go.

Okay. Next video is going to be upstairs in the boba room. >> So, we're just dancing. >> And the caption will say, "Supporting a small Asian owned business sounds better than I'm addicted to bubble tea." Okay, let's go. I think this is my tallest tripod. The video is like a top-down shot of us dancing and then I'll probably film on iPhone and do .5 or something. Here, let me show you how tall this is. Oh, it goes all the way up here. Okay, so I am swapping the lens for a wider angled lens because we want to get a shot of Leon and I dancing. Okay, this is the 16 to 35mm. So hopefully the 16mm will be good. Y. Okay. >> Y. >> Time to change into this outfit. This will probably be my last outfit of the day. I also need to charge this vlog camera because we're at 13%. So, let's do that, too. This is the drink I made earlier today. Just make sure you have like a variety of moves. You're so good at this. OH, I THE TEA. WHAT? BRO, >> WHAT HAPPENED? >> I just got tea all over myself again. All right. Solo for Leon. >> I cannot lie. >> Hey, what's going on, YouTube? We just wrapped up a day of filming, batching before we leave to the EU. I hope you all enjoy what it's like behind the scenes of a master content creator right here. PEACE OUT. WELL, COMMENT BELOW IF YOU WANT Leon to do a solo vlog of him working. They just followed me along all day. We are actually not done. We have more videos to do. I feel like this one's just so similar. Maybe we do this on vacation. We should do this in Barcelona. Yeah, we'll do it in Barcelona. So, we'll make sure we pack Super Boba to our Barcelona trip out of the queue. Okay, you're dismissed. We'll just do that another day so then I can just continue filming my other stuff. All right, Leon is dismissed. We did as much as we could. I completely completely forgot that he has kickboxing tonight. So, he got to go.

Okay. So, for videos where I'm not going to be filming until later, I just take this and I go ready to film. So, it's out of the queue like that. But, we went through a lot of videos today. This is what I have left. And then these are all voiceovers which I can do at my desk.

Okay. Next video we have is this one right here. all the money in the world. >> I'm thinking of making a roasted oolong because my next video I want to have three drinks. >> So, I was thinking of having like the jasmine, the Earl Grey, and the roasted oolong together. And then this one is like this. The one who talks, the one who listens. So, I'm just going to dump out one of the drinks and then that will be that. And then we'll move on to doing some voiceovers.

Okay. So, here's my vision is I'm going to be right here. I'm going to walk in and then I'm GOING TO SCREAM and then I'm going to just make my roasted oolong and then be happy and on my way. I am using the selfie camera just 'cause there's not a lot of space to do the iPhone monitor and I think it's fine. It's almost the end of the day. I'm tired. Of course, this guy is back. I'm trying to figure out if I can actually fit the FX3 here so I can get a good shot of like a close-up shot of the product so I have some B-roll of the roasted oolong. So, I'm going to try to figure that out. Woo! Let there be light. Okay. Okay, great. You guys got an even better view. Okay, since the shot is really tight, I'm going to swap the lens again. 24 to 75mm lens, which will give me a very, very close-up shot. And by the way, the only reason why I upgraded so much of my gear is when I started making content for Super Boba, and I wanted really nice videos of our drinks. You don't need fancy equipment to be like a regular creator. But as a business owner who needs to make her drinks look aesthetic and viby to grow her business, then yeah, this is an investment. And to be honest, I still don't really know how to use the FX3 to its max potential. But, you know, if you have the money, you have the budget, then why not? Worst case, it's future-proofed.

Okay, let me show you the setup. So, I have you guys right here in this corner. I've got the monitor. I decided that I do need to have the .5 back camera going. This is my favorite iPhone case. I'll link it in the description box. So helpful if you're a content creator. Then I've got the FX3 pointing at this guy right here. And just like a really nice close-up shot, obviously. I'll put up like the B-roll and all that. Yeah, this is a very tight space. You can't tell because I'm using a wide-angle lens. We're making it work. This may be the second last video of the day. So, If you have the ick, so do I. Okay, that's the video.

All right, so we managed to make our third drink. So, now we have three drinks total, which means I can do this video, which I think will be my last video, and then I will start doing some voiceovers. We got a good chunk of videos done. The only videos I didn't get done were the talking heads, like me actually talking on camera, but that can be done a different day. We already got a lot done. Like, that's at least half a month of content, even more. Yay.

Okay, so with this video, I'm going to use the FX3 just because I don't know. I just feel like I should use this camera more because I spent so much money on it. We're going to have it over here. The three Super Bobas. I'm going to do the shot with all three of them first so I know how to frame it and then afterwards do the blank shot next. So, kind of in reverse. And again, like, comment, subscribe if you guys like this video or if you've made it this far because it just tells me I should keep doing these even though it makes me less efficient. But at least you guys get to learn and I get to show you a glimpse of my life in my business. I don't know why the roasted oolong looks so white. It usually should be this color. Maybe I didn't put enough. I don't know. I need to fill this up a little bit more. I'm going to add some milk. There we go. Nice. Oh my gosh, I just spilled water everywhere. By the way, after a filming day, I have so much cleaning I have to do. I think I might actually take a shower and then work on the rest of my videos. And then soon enough I'll be in Barcelona and Paris enjoying the sun. Done.

Last one of the day is just a photo. It's the one who talked and the one who listens. So, I got to dump one of these babies out. I don't think I'll do a photo. I might just do a video on my iPhone and then if it ends up being a photo, I'll just do a screenshot or something of the video. But yeah, almost done. And that's it. As simple as that. We are done. This has been out all day, so I don't know if I should keep this one. This is all stuff I need to put in the dishwasher. It's funny 'cause Leon never used the dishwasher before this. You know, it's an Asian thing. We kind of use dishwasher as a drying rack. Nah, this household we use our dishwasher.

Okay, we are back at my desk. As much as I want to shower and feel good, I have a feeling once I shower, I'm not going to want to continue working. And so, I don't want to lose momentum because I want to relax in Barcelona. This is what we have left, which is these voiceovers. I think there's about five or six of them. And then, if I go over to my editing queue right here, these are all the things that we got done. So, I just put them in briefing for Super Boba. Some of these were already there before, but majority of them what we filmed today. So, that's Super Boba. And then on the Vanessa Laauo side, I think I just did the lash video that we did this morning. And that's it. Everything else is from a different day that I filmed. And then if I go over to my filming queue right here, this is everything that I either didn't want to film today or I couldn't film today and I just put it back in the ready to film queue. So whenever I'm ready to pick back up, I can just, you know, change the status again to filming today for my next batch of content. So that's for Super Boba. And then this is for Vanessa Laauo. So, first priority, second priority. And again, said this about like two to three times already. I do have a dedicated YouTube video walking through my ClickUp. So, watch that after if you haven't already.

So, let me show you my process for voiceovers. This one I already have the script here. And then I go into Descript, which is what I like using. And then I will hit the record button. And I will just do audio only. I will connect it to my Sure Mic, which is right here. So, I'll bring this out. And I basically just speak to this while it records and that's it. Then I drop the file to my video editor and then they put B-roll and all that stuff on top. And the reason they have B-roll is because we have a B-roll library with all of our B-roll organized in folders. Some I still have to categorize. So, it's really easy for them to just like do voiceover stuff for me and putting like in the B-roll themselves because they really have everything they need. A really popular folder is making drinks. So, these are all the B-rolls I've ever done of me making a drink and stuff. So, it really helps with the voiceover vlogs or videos like that. We started a functional tea business out of our kitchen after burning out as two quote unquote successful entrepreneurs. So, follow along to watch our journey.

Okay. So, these are all the videos that Leon's working on. This is for our paid media. So, paid ads with Meta. And there is one video that he really wants me to do a voiceover for. So, I'm going to do that. This is what happens when you replace your coffee with Super Boba for 30 days. By day three, by day 7, day 14, day 21, day 30. Tap below and experience it for yourself. And that, my friends, was my last video. Guys, this is so satisfying. There is nothing left. We did it, y'all.

Okay, to finish off, I loaded the SD card for my FX3 and then I'm going to start putting things into folders so that my video editor or so at least things are organized because if I don't do it now, then I'm going to forget and I don't want to be overwhelmed with all the footage. So, I want to do it while I still remember. So, what I'm essentially doing is I am loading up all of the B-roll in the right folder and making sure the links to each folder is under the project link so that my video editor can easily access and know exactly which video I need to get edited. I still have to give instructions, but I'm just going to do that on a different day. And then now I'm also airdropping what is on my iPhone as well and putting them into the correct folders like this which will then be put into the project links for each content piece. My AirDrop was kind of being slow. So I'm also using the Frame.io app. So let's say I will just upload it directly from my phone which actually is a bit easier. I think we are all caught up.

Okay. So that was a whole day of filming. I started filming around like 11ish, I want to say. Now it's about 9:00 p.m. Leon came back from kickboxing. He is making dinner right now. So, very late dinner. He's making Babe, what are you making? Salmon and what else? Salmon and rice is what we're having for dinner. I'm going to shower, but I'm very proud of myself. Got a lot done today. Still have a few videos left, you know, even though it was a long day today and I brought you guys along. This really only happens maybe like two to three days of the month and the rest of the month I'm pretty chill. So the fact that yes, it's 9:00 p.m. is worth it for me because it's not something that happens often and I get a huge ROI from it. Again, realize that's how best I work. I am someone that needs a lot of rest. I need a lot of sleep. I need a lot of downtime to recharge and so I rather do sprints like this than do like an 8-hour day every single day. There's days I don't even work 8 hours. So anyways, let me know if you liked this video, if you want more from me in terms of like work with me style videos, vlog style videos where you also get to learn a thing or two about content or running a business. I love you guys. And let me know in the comment section below if you want an in-depth like equipment tour of all the equipment that I use, including vlogging gear, Super Boba gear, when I travel, what I use, photo cameras, all of that. So let me know if you want that. Comment "equipment" if that's what you want. And I will see you in this video next, which will probably be the ClickUp video. So everything in this video will make sense to you. I appreciate you and I'll see you in a bit.
