Transcription

Good morning and welcome to flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie. And lay, we are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position.

This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two Upper Deck exits. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices, such as shame, guilt, and doubt, should be turned off at this time. All blame, hurt, and limiting beliefs should be stowed away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull on gratitude and love. Connect to Source and breathe in deeply. Once your faith is fully and automatically restored, we then encourage you to assist other passengers in need. Thank you for flying with me and enjoy the ride.

Hello, gorgeous participants of the Resolution Revolution. Today, we're going to talk about energetics. We're going to talk about the masculine, the feminine, and the balance. And we're going to talk about reverse engineering. We're going to kind of start that process.

So, the first thing that I want to bring forward in this call that I think is very important is that this particular piece of the puzzle, I have rarely heard anyone explain it in a way that I understood it fully. It's something that took my own experience to really understand. So, I'm going to do my best to explain this to you in a way that I imagine, now that I know, that I would understand it. But who knows, maybe everyone who explains it thinks, "Well, this is the way to explain it." So, I'm going to do my best to take you there. But this, this will require some of your own contemplation. Angel numbers, I love it. This will require some of your own contemplation.

So, when we think about what, what do we need to do? Like, we often contemplate. We often ask ourselves, "What do I need to do in order to meet the right person? The right relationship? What do I need to do in order to to start a business? What do I need to do in order to make money? What do I need to do in order to, whatever it is?" Like, "What do I need to do?" And there's always two parts of this. There's, "You do what you've got to do," but then, "Whatever happens, happens." And this is difficult for us because, because we want to ensure that whatever we're doing comes with the result that we want. It's normal to want that.

But I can tell you, here's how you keep a plant alive, and then we have the result of whatever your plants look like. So, if I were to ask you, "Who here has a green thumb and your plants look great?" Okay, so we've got some green thumb people in the house. And who here, it's like, "You could kill a cactus? Like, there's no there's no surviving." Okay, so it's like, "A basil plant will die within the day in your presence." It doesn't make any sense. Why is it that this happens? And it's not like, "Oh yes, I put arsenic on my time and it, you know, it's like, it's still water. Like, I don't understand. I put it in the right light. I, I put it, I water it, I do, I, I'm I care about it. I even whisper sweet nothings to it when I bring it home from the grocery store and I say, 'You will survive, beautiful thing. Please live strong.'" And still, the next day, I come into my kitchen, it's like, "Oh, the plant has died."

So, why does this happen? You know what to do, but it just doesn't work. Then there's the people who have like, the, the perfect regimen. The perfect workout regimen. Like, "This is exactly what I did." So you're like, "Okay, this exactly what you did. I'm going to do it." And it just doesn't work. And then you try something else because someone else says, "This is the perfect regimen." And that doesn't work. And then there's things in business as well. Someone's like, "Here's what you've got to do. You've got to do this. You've got to do this. You've got to do this. This is the, this is the step-by-step protocol. This is what you've got to do." And you're like, "Okay." And then you do it, and it doesn't work.

To me, this is the most important, like, the most shocking of my life. I just couldn't understand how I could do what I was told and still fail. When they said, "You've got to study." And I was like, "I do." They're like, "Well, if you studied when you got to the test, you'd know the answers." And I was like, "I don't. I study for hours." And then I sit in front of that exam page, and everything I remember goes out the window. So I'm doing everything you're telling me to do, and I still don't remember. Why is this happening?

So, this puzzled me for a very long time. But eventually, I realized that all the people who succeeded always had some sort of story in common. And they either made it the forefront of their work, or they kind of said it hoping no one would notice. So it would look like, "I have worked on myself for decades in order to become the person that I am." Or it would look like, "This is the very easy thing that you need to do. Just follow my lead. I'll show you exactly what to do." And the deeper and deeper you get into their work, they'll say, "Now, of course, it's possible that it may not work for you. I worked on myself for ages. When I first started, none of the things worked. After months of figuring out, after years of blah, blah, blah, but then I found the method." It's like, it's not after years. They found the method after years of becoming the person. The things they started to do started to work.

And I feel like this piece is not given enough. There's not enough clarity, and there's not enough direct intention for people to get this part when we're talking about personal development. Because we can do anything. We really can. But we've got to become the one. And not becoming the one, like, if you really want to succeed in life, you've got to become the one. Not like that, not the superficial one. You've literally just got to become the one. It has to happen. And it takes a minute. It takes a minute between, "I just have no idea what I'm doing," to, "I think I've got it," to, "This is actually a lot easier than I thought," to, "I know exactly what I'm doing," to, "Here's the very easy step-by-step thing that I know how to do." And I failed at the beginning too, until I figured out this. But it's like, "No, you became who you needed to become in order to understand this."

So, in my work, I believe very strongly that the feminine matters more than the masculine energetically. So, what is feminine energetics? Feminine energetics is allowing something to happen because you believe it can. Masculine energetics is making something happen because you believe it can't unless you do what you've got to do. Slightest little difference.

So, for example, if I believe, if I have, if I have a mastermind and I want to fill it, and I know for a fact it's going to fill, I'm going to talk about it very calmly with all the faith that it's going to fill. And I'm going to allow the people that are supposed to buy it to buy it. I won't make them buy it. I won't push them to buy it. I won't try to explain to them why they should buy it because I believe they're going to buy it. So I'm going to allow them to buy it. If I'm in masculine energy, I believe they're not going to buy it unless I make them buy it. In which case, I need a strategy and I need to do some things in order for them to buy it. Okay?

So, there's two different things. In life, there are things you do that lead to an outcome where it's like, "1 plus 1 equals two." It's like math. If I turn the TV on, it's an electronic device. So I press a button, the TV comes on. That's a masculine energy action. I can't just sit in front of the television and be like, "I allow you to open." Like, as fabulous as that sounds, it's not going to happen because it's a masculine structure. You press the button, the TV comes on. So you make it happen.

But when it comes to the laws of nature, there's a bigger force than the masculine force. There's the undeniable allowing, which is that most of the people who don't have a green thumb try to make their plants survive. And all the people who do have a green thumb allow their plants to survive. The people who are amazing at fitness and all the things, and it's just second nature, they just allow their body to do what it's got to do. And they tell people, "You just got to do it." Because they're allowing the result to occur. Whereas the people who struggle are trying to make their body change. Everything that has a connection to nature tends to be most fulfilled in feminine energy when they're allowed. When you are allowed to feel. When you allow your emotions instead of trying to make yourself happy. When you allow a a relationship to develop instead of trying to make yourself be in love, or try to make yourself not be in love. When you allow instead of try to make yourself.

So, what I actually believe in, especially with Alpha FM, is that we have to allow ourselves to become successful. We we have to allow ourselves. Because you can do the right actions, but you can't make it happen. And the only way that you can allow it is when you fully believe that it's going to happen. And the only way you're going to know for sure it's going to happen is when you become the one. Does this make sense the way I'm saying it?

So, it, it's, you can't then say, "Okay, great. So how do I make myself the one?" That also doesn't happen. It's, there's a journey of allowing in the feminine. And so, a lot of the times, your memories are in the feminine because you allowed something to happen. You allowed yourself to have a, a, a slow morning, and you had a romantic, connected morning. You allowed yourself an afternoon off, and the miracle happened. You allowed yourself a trip, and you believed. You know, you didn't just make the trip happen. When you got there, you relaxed, you surrendered. Maybe you channeled some things. Maybe you met somebody amazing. Maybe you learned something. Maybe all of your memories tend to come in the moment of allowing.

But some memories need to be set up. So you need to create in the masculine. You need to do in the masculine in order to get everything set up. And then you need to allow it to happen. So, for example, I can allow a party to happen today. My sister's here, and her and I could just somehow end up turning it up and having a party. It could, it could totally happen. It has happened before. But it wouldn't be the kind of party that happens when I plan the annual, for example, with my, my team, or when we do a Continuum party with Mastermind clients, or when I have my "We Are Alpha FM" party with my clients, or when we have a New Year's Eve party, or when we'll have our $100 million dollar party. Those, they need masculine energy because I can't be like, "And then the balloons arrived." Like, un, I've called for the balloons. The balloons don't arrive. However, if I call for the balloons and I plan for the balloons, then I can allow them to arrive. So I've got to do the things in the masculine, and then I've got to allow them to happen.

And so, the beautiful magic after that is, once you're constantly taking action in the masculine and allowing in the feminine, you change. If you take action in the masculine, and then still keep taking action in the masculine, and still keep taking action in the masculine, there's not much change. So this is what it would look like: "I want a party. I order the balloons. I invite the people. The people show up. I push the energy. I push the music. I try to make people dance. I try to find out what everybody wants to drink. I try to make sure everybody's okay." At the end of the party, have I had a party? Like, there's not been much allowing. There's not many memories. It's like, "I did it. Monica Geller throws a party." So it's like, "I, I did it." But I don't have it.

And a lot of times, when we get so caught up in the masculine, we can say, "I did it," but we can't really say, "I have it." And I've actually seen women do this on their wedding day. I've had clients of mine that are so constricted to try to make everything perfect, they won't even let go on the actual day that, that it matters. Their birthday, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, their wedding day, you name it, they don't have it. They just did it. And "I did it" is a temporary feeling, the same as turning the TV on and off. It's there as long as it's there, and as soon as you do something else, it disappears. So you can do things, you can do things, you can do things, you can do this, but you'll realize you always feel like you got to do something else. And we become kind of addicted to that high of, "I did it. I did it. I did it." But there's nothing permanent like, "I have it."

And so, this is a reoccurring theme, Resolution Revolution, because what I want for you is, I want you to have memories that are the feminine, where you just allowed a day to turn into a beautiful day, and you didn't plan it, you didn't do anything, it just happened because you allowed it. Hey, there's a cat walking behind me. I, you, you could just allow it. Like, for example, this cat is here. We allow it to walk behind us. This happened. Want me to try real hard to make the cat walk back? Let's see how good I am at doing that. Like, I have no power over that. So we want to be able to say, like, there's the feminine. There's experiences that you don't, you don't expect. You attract. You attract something that wasn't supposed to happen. You attract magic. You attract miracles. You attract. That's all in the feminine.

Then there's other things. You make it happen. You organize it. You plan it. You do what you've got to do. But the highlight of it all is when you have it. And the having is when you did what you had to do, and then you surrendered into the experience, into the allowing. And that, for me, is the boss vibe. That's the feeling of, "I said I would, and then I did. I planned for this, and then it happened. I created this, and I co-created this with Godmother Nature, the Universe, and we've got it. We have it." That, for me, is magical.

So, what we want to be doing here is, we want to create a life where there's room for all of it. You're going to have things that you're going to be really proud that you did. We don't want to discount those. We just don't want your whole life to be, "I did it. I did it. I did it. I did it." And that's what a to-do list often feels like. "I did it. I did it. I did it. I did it." And it's like, "Well, what was, what do you remember from your day?" Nothing. "But I did the laundry. I did the dishes. I took out the garbage. I took out the recycling. I went out to the gym. I, I called my mother. I did the thing. I did the thing." And at the end of the day, I crossed almost everything off my list. I'm exhausted, but I did it. But then I don't have much of the confidence, the feeling of success, because I'm not connected to the allowing. Everything is in the doing.

So, when we're creating our lives, we want to have a balance of these three things: the allowing, the doing, and the having, or the being. The doing and the having, if we want to use really the most easy to remember language, right? And so, this is not things that we've never heard before. It's just, we've heard them in a way that are so superficial that they don't change anything. And the goal here is that we change everything. So we don't just want to say, "So there's be, do, and have." We want to say, "These three energetics are entirely different, and they make up your life in a different way."

So, why this is important is because I'm helping you build a 111 list. And I want you to be able to do a list that's going to change your, your year. And for a lot of people, when they first start doing the to-do list, when they look at the list, they realize everything is a to-do thing. It looks like a very long checklist. It looks like you could get to the end of a year and say, "I did so much." At the end of the year, but when you feel like, "Do I still have it? Do I still feel in my body like I have what I built?" It feels like, "No. Let's go next year. Let's do more." Because I, I don't hold within me the power of my achievements. I just hold the checklist. And we want to build our power. We want to build our beingness. Because the whole goal is that eventually we can say, "I am the one." And when I'm the one, it's because I have the experience. I have the knowledge, which is so different than, "I did it. I did it. I did it. I did it. I did it."

So, you're going to realize that in your life, a lot of the things that you get done are things that can just simply be done. And the things that you don't get done are things that have multiple steps, or things that include any kind of degree of allowing. And so, you'll do all the steps. And as soon as there's a level of allowing that's necessary, you'll be like, "Okay, next. I'm not getting the high I need from having done something. I'm blocked here. So let me just go do something else."

So, the easiest things in the doing to cross off your 111 list are things that include everything you already have at home. So let's say, for example, I was like, "I want to take a photo shoot." One of my 111 things. "I want to make a photo shoot of that fire pit in the snow." Well, the snow's outside, and the fire pit's here, and my camera's here. So I really don't need to do much except for do it. That's a really easy thing to cross off a list.

But let's say I decide I want to create a new program. I can't just do it because that's not actually the step. I first have to allow an idea. I have to allow something extraordinary to come through. So, how do you allow something amazing to come through? How do you do it? You don't do it. You allow it. So you have to set an intention. You have to say something like, "Let's say this is what happened for me. My God Zone Program was a freaking masterpiece. But that program came through while I was all by myself in Hawaii, and I allowed my connection to God, Mother Nature, the Universe to take over me in the most extraordinary way. I allowed that program. I didn't make it."

So, how often do you allow Mother Nature, God, the Universe to come in through you for your creative endeavors? "I want to make a program and I'm going to do it." So, how, how do I do it? So you could take a program where someone says, "Step one, do this. Step two, ask yourself this. Step three, ask yourself that." And you would get the most cerebral version of you that you possibly can. And then you would probably be able to say, "I did it." And then you would say, "But now, how do I sell it?" And so then you could go learn from someone the most cerebral way, "How do I sell it?" So you would do step-by-step exactly what that person says. And then you'd say, "I did it." And then you'd wait for the results to come in, which would require allowing. And that would feel uncomfortable because you don't know how to do that. And so now you'd say, "Okay, so now what do I do?" And then the person or people that are all about the systems would tell you, "Now you have to trust." When they haven't included that in any part up until the end. And you'd be like, "Well, I don't want to do that now. I don't know how to do that. What do I do? Help, help, help."

And then I'll show up in your life, and you'll feel all magnetized by what I'm saying. And what you will want to tell me is, "I did everything. I tried everything, and it did not work for me." And I'm like, "Of course, because that's what we do. We do everything, and we try everything, and it doesn't work because it's not just the doing. There's an allowing that has to happen."

So, if you imagine even in a recipe, like, I can make, I can go and get the food and I can cut it up and all the things. But if I don't give it enough time to bake, it will just be goop. Like, it's not ready, or it's raw. Like, there is no, "I did it. It should be ready." It's like, "No, you have to allow for it to cook." How do I make it cook? You don't make it cook. You allow for it to cook. Anything that has to do with the laws of nature, you allow. You don't make.

And we have very little tolerance for allowing. We want to make everything happen. But the problem is, the more you make things happen in your life, the less you trust things can happen without you doing anything. And then you kill the feminine slowly. So why is it that the world is so imbalanced in the feminine? Is because everyone's telling everyone what they need to do, instead of helping people cultivate their ability to have the power to allow it. It is a difficult skill to keep when you're being told left and right that you've got to do something and do something and do something, and that's the only solution.

Now, you do need to do something. But you do something in order to allow the thing to work. You don't do something in order to make the thing work. And if you're constantly doing in order to make the thing work, in the end, you wonder if people like you. You wonder if people love you. You wonder if you're worthy of the things that you have. You worry that if you stopped, it would all end. You worry that if you make one mistake, it'll all fall. You worry it'll be taken away from you. You worry you can't do it again. There is no God, Mother Nature, Universe in the room when all you do is make things happen. If there's no allowing in your life, there's no spirit in your life. And if there's no spirit in your life, there's no faith in your life. If there's no faith in your life, it's you against the world. And that is not worth it. This is where we burn out. We get exhausted. We hate what we're doing. We want to give up. We burn it all down to the ground. The more faith, the more we're supported, the more we allow, the more we find balance in our life.

So, there are going to be things on your list that feel so simple. Go see a movie. Go to a drive-in movie theater. Go to the Lavender Fields. Get a massage. Get a pedicure. Get my hair done. All of these things are so easy to do. You're going to find those easily. I want you to find balance on your list of things. You're going to want things like, "Have one of the most extraordinary evenings with my partner." How do you make that happen? You don't. You can't just make that happen. Who here in their life has once set up the perfect evening with a friend, a sibling, or a partner? It should have been perfect, and it turned out as a freaking disaster, like at least once in your life, has that ever happened? Like, you made it perfect, and then life happened.

So, the beautiful thing about a goal like this is, you notice how much faith you have because you'll notice how sometimes you'll want to put something like that in, but you'll say, "Well, I can't really guarantee that I can have an incredible night." So let me choose something else. Let's say, "Go to the movies with my partner," because if I put, "Have the most extraordinary night," on my list, I have to, I have to just have faith and allow that night to manifest itself in 2025. And what if it doesn't? Oh, don't want to put that on the list. Imagine if I don't check it off. That's terrible. Let's go to the movies that I can check off.

But the beauty of your relationship lies in your faith that there will be a night in 2025 that you will never forget in all of your life. But you would have to have the power in your soul to believe and allow for that to happen. And every time you read it, to think, "I, I look forward to having that." Matan says, "Has, have the most magical first kiss." Like, can you imagine you put that on? Like, "I want a kiss in 2025. I want the kind of kiss I dream about when I'm old and gray. Like, I want the kiss for the ages this year." How do you make that happen? Don't you allow it?

So, I want you to think up and really feel into some of the things on your list that really, you can't make a meaningful or a night of belly laughs where you laugh so hard you cry all your makeup off, and the next day you feel it, and your abs like, "That was a workout. I still feel the laughter." Like, "I want a night like that." But how do you make it? Well, we'll watch all kinds of funny movies. That's not the same. I want to put it on the list, and I want to allow it to happen. I want to have faith that it can.

So, you want to make sure that you put some feminine energetic moments on your 111 list. Even things like, "Okay, look, I want to, I want to see dolphins." How do you make that happen? Unless you go to the zoo. But then it's like, "But that's not it. I want to allow. I want to see dolphins in nature in the most beautiful way." And then it kind of happens when you least expect it, in the most extraordinary way, and you go, "Oh my gosh, I said I wanted to see that. What?" And then it matters. Those are the most magical.

So, I want you to contemplate these. And when you post them in the group, you're going to actually make people's imagination start to go. Every year, I have things like, "I want to see a wildlife I've never seen before, like in the most amazing way." I always put "in the most amazing way" because I would just not want to come face to face with a bear just because, you know, like, I'm up north in the mountains and I've manifested to see an animal I've never seen before, and now I'm face to face with a face-eating cat. Great. I've manifested my demise. Like, "in the most beautiful way." I tend to add that at the end of my, the ones I allow to happen, like, "in the most beautiful way, in the most aligned way, in the God Zone kind of way." Just add that little caveat in case God has a sense of humor sometimes.

So, I like to manifest things that it's like, "How would I ever know? I want to find something. I want to see something. I want to experience something." And I don't know for sure that can happen. Those moments are important. So you will find that your list will be mostly those two things. And then you might have bigger things. And these, sometimes we battle, like, "Should I put this on my list at all?" So you might have something like, "I want to write a book in 2025." Who's got that on their list? Like, "I want to write a book. I want to start a podcast. I want to open a Facebook group. I want to start a business." Something that's like, and this is not a one-step thing. Like, you, you want to have your whole 111 list be the steps it takes to allow for that thing to happen. Because that is not one thing.

But what we tend to do is, we put things on our live, on our 111 live list that can't just be crossed off unless we do a bunch of steps. And so, what tends to happen is, you'll make a list of 111 things. All the things that were easy and to do get crossed off. You manifest a few miracles. But most of the things you said you were going to do, you don't finish. You start, but you don't finish. And then you feel like you failed. We're not doing that this year.

So, if you want to write a book, I would suggest that on your 111 list, it says, "Make a plan to write manuscript for a book. Find an editor. Find a copywriter. Find a blah, blah, blah." Like, there are steps. Put them all on. Or say things like, "Celebrate phase one of writing the book. Celebrate phase two of writing the book. Celebrate phase three of writing the book." That way, when you've done one part of it, it doesn't feel like a failure. Like, "Oh, I wrote, I wrote half the book, but I didn't finish it. So I failed." And we do that.

Did you, in 2024, have any goals that you started but didn't finish, and it made you feel like a failure? As if, just because you didn't cross it off by the first of January, you failed? So, there's this movie I watched with Kevin that totally warped my mind, and I was like, "Oh my gosh, this is the greatest lesson in life I've ever heard. I've ever seen. It's the best representation you could possibly imagine." So, have you ever seen the movie with Benedict Cumberbatch? It's called "The Imitation Game." Basically, the premise of the movie is that it's the war, and there are going to be some series of bombings that are going to happen. And the country that's bombing has a very specific Morse code. And they change the Morse code every day before midnight, or at midnight. So if they're able, if the opposite team is able to figure out the the code, they can figure out where the next missile is going to hit. But they change the code every day.

So, there is this team of people trying to figure out what the code is. And they get about this close every single day. And then it turns midnight, and the whole of their work is for nothing. It is the most infuriating thing I've ever watched in all my life. I had anxiety. I felt frustrated. I wanted them to give up, and I wanted them to win. I, I had confused emotions. And I was like, "This is how we feel in a year when we pretend this is life. We think the code changes at midnight." Like, "Mmm, see, that was 2024. You failed. Start over. 2025." Like, the worst plan ever.

So, maybe you want to write the whole book in 2025. That's fantastic. But do, do you even know what the steps are? So maybe one of the things on your 111 list is, "Make a book-writing plan." And the second thing on your 111 list is, "Complete the manuscript." And the third thing on the 111 list is something else. So you can see like, "Oh, I made a book-writing plan. I completed the manuscript, and it's currently in editing." And now we're in 2024. I didn't fail. I haven't crossed off, "Publish or market or become a bestselling author." But there are people who write on their 111 list, "Become a number one New York Times bestselling author in January." And feel like they're a failure when they've got a manuscript come 2024, and they just stop writing the book.

And we do this in all kinds of results. "I want to have a six-figure year." Well, "I had a $60,000 year. I fail." Okay. But the months are the months are going. Let's just keep going because this next year could be a $250,000 year if you don't stop and start over, if you compound. So anywhere in your life where, if you hit a certain point in time, you decided that you failed, we want to transform that behavior. So you might want to look at your list and notice where you've put a really big goal that could very easily feel like a failure just because you can't get all the steps in in one year. You're allowed to to say you want it. But can you at least give yourself enough steps that you are going to be able to say, "Well, I did this, and I did this, and I did this, and this, and I, I'm successful here, here, here, here. And I still have this to do." Instead of, "Did I succeed? Yes, no."

"I thought yesterday that you would show up on the screen with no rings, and I just realized you don't have any rings on today. That's a funny manifestation." Yeah, it's true. Kevin's not here, and usually he puts my rings on. And I totally forgot. Every day he asks me, "Will you marry me?" And I say, "Yes." And then he puts all my rings on. And he left this morning. And so, you're right. He's going to be very upset about that. I'll do better tomorrow. You also won't be there. So I will lead myself on my 111 list. Make sure I wear my rings every day. Okay. He proposes to me every day. Yeah, he do. Um, I don't realize how cool that is until I say it sometimes. I just love it in the moment, but then I say it and I'm like, "Okay, yeah, that's the cutest thing in the whole world." I'm blushing. Okay, so I know, I know I love him. I'm getting all hot and bothered.

One thing that I have realized in my life, and this is where we're going to be doing this in different modules in the program, when we try to make something happen from the beginning to the end, we don't know what's going to happen. And it is a little harder to plan. And so another movie that really impacted me was Benjamin Button. So in Benjamin Button, he reverse lives. He lives backwards. And so what happens is that, you know how they say, "Youth is wasted on the young"? Like, by the time he's 20, he knows exactly what's up. He's had bad knees and a bad back, and he's had all things. And all of a sudden, he's 20, and understands the value of life, and he's in the best shape of his life, and he's happy. And then all the things.

So, when I think about life, what I think the, the unfortunate trick of it, like, what's sneaky, is that when you haven't done something yet, you don't know how to do it. And our mind tends to only focus on not knowing what to do next. And that's why we constantly go and ask the question, "How should I do that?" Because if I don't know how, I should ask how, and I should find someone who just knows how, instead of understanding that there's an allowing that needs to occur, that I'm going to figure this out. And if I actually took myself into my wisdom, and I projected myself into wisdom, and looked back in hindsight, I would probably have some really inspired idea of what needs to be done backwards.

But if we're going this direction, I just think of my next step. And if I don't do the next step, I never get to the end. So there is something that I have been doing in my life now for a few years, which I call reverse engineering. And I do this in very many different things in my life. I reverse engineer communications. I reverse engineer program creation. I reverse engineer big plans and big goals that I have in my life. And what that means is that I start at the end. I start with the end in mind energetically. I think this is genius because in my body, as I'm reverse engineering, the fact that the end happens is a 100% certainty, or else I wouldn't start with the end. I have to believe and know with every part of my body that the end is happening to start with the end.

So, let's say, in my leadership programs, I teach a concept called Alpha Communication. And I break down how Alpha Communication works. But I always help people build an Alpha Communication from the end forward. When they deliver it, they deliver it in the normal way. But when they make it, they make it backwards. Because that's the only way you end up with what you want. So, if you want to write a book, and I say, "I want you to reverse engineer the steps." Well, you'd be able to see it. The last step is, "I'm selling, I'm signing book copies at Barnes & Noble with a sign that says, 'Number One New York Time Bestseller.'" That's the endgame.

So, if I want to go there, what's the next step after that? Is I need to get Barnes & Noble to get my book in their book store, and I sell enough copies to have a new number one New York Time bestselling book. Okay, what are the steps before that? Well, I need to get the book published. And ideally, I would want to have the book published by someone who has access to a strategy that could get this book to a New York Time best-selling book, and someone who has access to Barnes & Noble. Okay, so what's this, what's the thing before that?

And so, when you do it this way, there's something about the intention of everything that you build that's like, "Everything I'm doing lands me selling New York Time Best Author books at Barnes & Noble." Every step of it is coded with that ending. Whereas if I do it the other way, I say, "Okay, I want to write a book. So what do I do? Well, what's it going to be called? How many chapters is it going to have? I should start writing it." And I'm like, "I don't, I don't like chapter one anymore. So I'm starting over." Okay, I've got the manuscript. I need to find someone that's going to edit it now. And I don't know, I don't know how long that's going to take. And I don't know. And none of that is really the same energetics as going backwards.

So, we are going to, I've rewritten my book three times. Most people do because they're going from from this part to this part. If you went backwards and you figured out all the steps you have to make, you'd probably doing be doing something different than the way you're writing the book now. So there are big things in your life that are happening right now. There's big goals. Even for me, if I'm like, "Okay, I want to sell Resolution Revolution." So if I put on my 111 list, "I want to run the Resolution Revolution program." So what's, what do I really want? If I go backwards, well, the first what I want is that this program is a masterpiece. I want for people in this program to walk away from it with a plan for 2025 that is just so exciting and so full of energy, and they feel like they can allow. They feel like they're going to make a lot of stuff happen. And they feel like they're ready to give that balance so that they can really have a year that takes their breath away and makes them feel like the one. So they're building the ID, identity along with the skills.

So we're getting closer and closer to that moment where they are the one on the on the computer saying, "You know, I tried everything, and then one day it worked. And here's the strategy of what works." Yeah, but you became the person who, like, I, I, I see this in my head. This is part of what I want. So if that's what I want, what's important? What needs to be in the program for that result? And this is how the modules get created for me. What are the topics that I need to talk to you about in order for you to get that outcome? That is so different than, "I want to do a New Year's program. What should I put in in?"

Now, if I say to myself, "Okay, in order for them to have the best freaking year ever, in order for this to be the best year, we have got to talk about masculine, feminine energetics. We've got to talk about the balance. We got to talk about allowing. And we've got to talk about reverse engineering." Like, there needs to be a module about that. Okay, perfect. There needs to be a module where they see all their memories of 2024 and they understand a power. Every year, they've got to have that. We've got to do the module about money. We've got to do the module. Okay, this is what they need in the program. How many modules is that? 10. Okay, looks like it's a 10-module program. Not like, "How many modules do I think there should be in this program?" "How about 10?" "Fine. Let me find 10 topics. Let me ask ChatGPT." "ChatGPT, please come up with 10 topics for a program around the new year." And then I wonder why I have a hard time selling it. "ChatGPT, please tell me how to sell the program that you just invented for me." And like, "I did all the things. I wrote the program. I made a sales plan. Why isn't it working?" Because you're not the one.

When you write the program with the intention that they're going to change their life, you don't need, you, it's not hard for you to sell it. You sell exactly how you built it. "I built this program with this part and this part and this part because this is what it takes in order for you to have that result, which is the reason I built the program." There's a frequency to that. So even when I say, "I want to, I need to sell it." Well, then, "Okay, how do I sell it?" I don't even need that part. If I'm going backwards and saying, "Okay, so in order for people to be in the program, what do I need?" "I need them to buy it." This is how my, my, my mind works. I don't need to sell. You need to buy. So if you want to, if you're going to buy it, then what do I need to do? Is I need to explain to you what it is because I'm going to allow you to buy it. I'm not going to make you buy it. In my plan, you want to buy it. So I just have to allow that to happen by really being clear about why I built it and what the purpose of it is and what it can do.

Can you see how when I'm reverse engineering it, every single step of what I'm doing actually feels totally solid with the end I want? When I start, I don't know where I'm going. In the same way that in order to program your directions in the GPS, the GPS needs to know where you're going. If you say, "Take me to the beach," the GPS will say, "Which one? Where am I taking you?" I need to know where the endpoint is in order to draw a map between where you are and where you're going. We want to just start walking and find a beach. And we're we're concerned that we've tried three different times to write the the book, to find the beach, to do the thing. There's no end destination.

But when you go reverse engineering, the frequency of the ideal ending is completely coded in every single part of what you're doing. So I'm going to ask you to think about just one goal that you have for this year, one plan, one thing that you want that you know if you were to put it on your 111 list, it's not the step. You can't just write a number one best-selling New York Times book. Like, it's not one step. It's multiple steps. And I want you to think of this thing, whatever it is. And I suggest this be one of those having things. So when you think about it, your feminine energy things.

Are allowing. There's no plan on simply allowing. I want to have a romantic moment with my partner. That's just simply allowing. The masculine doesn't need much allowing, so you just do it. It doesn't need much planning.

But anything that needs a box, a box, I just read the giant Target box. Anybody who needs or any goal that needs both the doing and the allowing, that needs a plan. And the plan is where the magic happens. The plan is where the magic happens because that's where you start to see these are the steps I need to take, but here's also the faith that I need. And I'm going to show you how I plan all of the things that I'm making happen in my life.

So, just to give you an example. So I gave the example of a book. Let's say your example, and what you want is you want to have a $300,000. I saw someone write, "I want a $300,000 a year," or "I want a $100,000 a year." So if you put on your list "$100,000 a year," there's two things that could happen.

First of all, you could allow for $100,000 a year, which would just mean you don't have a plan. You go in with full leadership and faith. You talk about the things when you feel like it. You go in full alignment and you allow it to happen. And it could, you could make it happen in masculine energy and say, "I just sell every day, and I push every day, and I hire every strategist or coach in the book that's going to tell me what their strategies are, and I try them all, and hopefully I find something that works. I'm going to go all in. I'm going to try. I'm going to get it."

Or you would say, "Let me reverse engineer what this could feel like." So I want to end the year, and I want to celebrate $100,000 a year. This is what I want at the end of the year. When the clock strikes 12, and I know we've just completed, I want to look and I want to say, "See that I have surpassed passed that amount. It happened." Okay. So do I have a business I want to do this in, or do I want to do this in my job?

So let's say I want to do this in my business. Perfect. So if I want to have $300,000 or $100,000 worth of people buying what I'm selling, what are they buying? Because ultimately, for me to make $300,000, I have to sell, or they have to buy $300,000 worth of product or services or whatever it is. Or if you've got really low profit margins, I have to sell a million dollars worth of stuff in order to make $300,000. However you want to look at it.

So what am I selling? Oh, I don't know that yet. Okay. So the next step is develop something that is extraordinary for my clients that I am so proud of that it's easy for me to sell $300,000 worth of this stuff, or $100,000 worth of this stuff, because I'm so behind it and it's so good that I could talk about it all day, every day, with passion.

Okay, well, what is it? So now I have to allow for that to come through. What are my gifts? What is it that I am really good at? And if I were to package that somehow, either as a product or a service, I would be able to be really con—I have tons of conviction about what I'm offering. So I'm a coach, for example, and I help people in their relationships. Brilliant. So I've got to create a program that I can sell that I, that helps people in their relationships, because this is my greatest gift. And I've got to be so in love with this program that it's so easy for me to sell it, and I sell it, and people love to buy it. And by the end of the year, $300,000 worth of courses have been bought.

Okay, so what do I really help people do then? In my relationship program, in my life, when I coach people in relationships, what do I help them do? Well, my specialty is I help married couples fall back in love. That's really. I can help other things, but really that's the thing that I'm most—oh my gosh, I'm just so obsessed with that. And I've helped, I've helped people really turn their marriages around. And I really believe in this. I've done it on one-on-one calls. I've helped friends. I've been a coach about this. I, I, I love this. Perfect.

So if we want $300,000 worth of couples to purchase this program, we want them to purchase it because we want their marriage to work out. That's the goal. Yes, 100%. So what would need to be in the program for their marriage to work out? This is my area of expertise. In order for their marriage to work out, this is what's got to be in the program, and this has got to be what's in the program. And this is, let me free, let me create, let me do all this, let me, me build in the frequency of this. Okay, perfect. I got it.

Okay, let me break it down into modules. Okay, it's going to be this many modules. Okay, perfect. And this couple that I've got, do I see them like they're a super wealthy couple? Do I see it like they're just down-to-earth people with a very normal lifestyle? Do I see it like they're struggling? Like, who are these people that I most help? It's usually very normal couples, like they're range about $100,000 to $250,000 together, and you know, maybe they have a couple of kids, but their life is not perfect. Their life is just the average American life. Okay, so that, that's my person.

So how much would I want to charge? What's a price point that feels like they've really got to want this, and if I sell it in the way that I will, with all my heart, my conviction, and they know this is what they need, they would definitely invest in this. But I'm not compromising their financial situation when, on top of everything, they're struggling in their relationship. Like, what's that average American family is willing to invest in themselves to learn? This is the price point I feel it. So this is the price point. This is the amount of, um, content that's going to be inside of it. These are the results. And so $300,000 client worth of people have to buy the $700 program that I believe in more than anything in the world. Perfect.

So now, if I want X amount of people, so how, how many programs would I have to sell, for example, to make $300,000? I have a rough idea. Okay, so now I have an idea of what I've got to create. So how do I want to sell this? Do I love my email list? Am I more of a masterclass person? I don't know. I'm stuck. Would it be helpful for me to hire somebody, maybe to take the coach program with Melanie or Impact Academy with Melanie? Would it be helpful for me to take the Art of Sales with Melanie? Oh, wait, this is actually a really good idea. Let me get that because I can see how this is all going to make sense. But I just want to make sure that I'm going to be able to sell all this because I know exactly what it is, and my conviction in it is 100% there, and I want to make sure I nail it.

So on my 111 list, I'm going to put those things as a goal. That's what I want to do. In the meantime, I'm going to practice, and I'm going to see where my faults are, where my flaws are, what works, what didn't work. I want everything. Jump in. Hi. Fe. I want, you know, I want to find out all the things. So let me practice. Let me work with people. Let me solidify the program even more so I have so much conviction. And so for now, because I don't really know many strategies and I don't really know what angles I can go in, let me just talk about it with absolute conviction in my soul. I'll, I'll just go and I'll write posts about it and speak about it on social media and do lives about it, write emails about it. I'll do my best. And then eventually, when the money comes in, I'll purchase something like that. Perfect.

Now you've got a plan. And you're not saying, "Well, I'm going to try to sell this on my own, and then eventually, if I have enough money, I'll buy a program because I have no idea what I'm doing." The end. But that's what most people do. "I don't really know what I'm doing. I, I don't know what the program is about. I don't know what's going to be in it. I don't know how much I want to sell it for. I don't know who it's for. I don't know anything. But I'll try to make money, and when I make enough money, if I do, then maybe one day I'll jump." And day a fe. Well, this doesn't have a lot of energetics. And the energetics are the driving force behind everything. So you reverse engineer your goal. By the time you hit the wall, wherever the wall is, you do your best until you can do the thing that you know is your next step. But the intentionality is there. You know what comes next. You know what comes next. You know what comes next.

And if you were to hire a coach or a mentor, you'd go to them and you'd say, "I want to build a program. I know exactly what I want to teach in it. I know exactly what's for. This is the price point. I want my objective is $300,000. What I'm looking for is someone who can help me figure out what a good selling strategy is, how to show up on social media, how to build an identity, how to sell it in a way that really feels aligned with me, how to have different selling strategies because I don't like to do the same thing over and over again. Can you help me with that?" And you have a much higher choice chance of hiring the right coach if you show up like that, then if you say, "How many modules is in it? What am I going to get?" Which is also how we tend to approach things when we don't know what we want. "You tell me what you're giving me, and I'll, I'll see if I feel like that's right." Like, I don't know.

So when you take your power and you go and you create as far as you can backwards, you will know what your next steps are, and then you'll know what to work on. And now you're, you've got a clear sense of the future. So you're going to take a goal, whether it's a financial goal, whether it's a thing like a book, and you're going to break down the steps. That's your, your coursework for today. One of them. If you have 10, still only choose one. You can do the others after the program. But if your mind is set, you're going to have a much better experience of this program, and you just take yourself through it tons of times. Enjoy this.

If you feel like you can't be creative, it's not coming through, don't try to make it happen. Ask yourself, what environment would allow this to come through for me? Do I want to go and take a long shower? Do I want to sit in the bath for a little bit? Do I want to go for a walk? Do I want to go walk in nature? Do I want to go for a long drive? Do I want to listen to binaural beats in my ears? Do I want to kickstart a conversation with my coach or discuss this with my, my best friend or my sister, my partner? What would help me? What would allow me to let this come through? Where is my most creative? Don't try to make it happen. Allow it.

I am so excited to see what happens for you in this process. Enjoy. Have so much fun. Let me just see here. Is it too late? Is it too late if I'm launching something today? I feel like I could do the reverse engineering to help me sell it properly, or do I need to choose something new? You could totally do it with this. The only thing is, be careful not to make the time limit make you feel like you can't allow. And this is the only thing that tends to happen when we're up against crunch time. The allowing part, we just completely push against it. So it's like, I want cookies in 5 seconds. Like, I want to make cookies and I want to eat them in 2 minutes, but they take 18 minutes to bake. I'm going to reject the whole process. Without the allowing, I can't make the full recipe.

So as long on broal, so as long as you're willing to still have space to allow for your process, you can totally do it with something today. No problem. Just notice the energetics. Just notice the energetics. This is the most important. What you do is one thing. Who you are when you do it is another. And if you don't believe that, just ask yourself, if everything your partner does to seduce you is done equal, if he just says something or just does something, is that the same as the feeling in the vibe when there's an embodiment, when there's a feeling of love, when there's a feeling of presence? Not the same. When a client says, "I did it," and you're like, "Did you do it in the energy you just told me you did it?" You know, in those cases, well, that's not going to work. We can tell when it's other people. Take that on for you.

Okay, thank you so much for being here. I look forward to the next module. Have fun, and I shall see you on the internet.

Good morning and welcome to Flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie, and layer. We are prepared to take off into the new year. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices such as shame, guilt, and doubt should be turned off at this time.
