The narcissist is going to go too far, sooner than later, and they do it on purpose. I'm going to tell you why.
Now, look, there is pushing boundaries. That's totally normal, and that's what children do. And trust me, you're dealing with children. But this ain't that. Going too far is not testing boundaries. These [ __ ] are going to go too far on purpose. And there's a reason for it. Well, there's two reasons for it.
They're going to push you to your entire limit. Then they're going to pretend like that they are uh totally innocent. That, "Wow, I didn't know that laying in bed with somebody else was actually cheating." Just some [ __ ] that you're going to have to swallow. Now, they're doing this to see if you will forgive them, if you will take them back, or, most importantly, to see if you'll accept it.
Now, if you accept it, in other words, whatever they're doing wrong, you accept it because you love them, because you want to be with them, you're about to take the worst punishment you've ever taken in your life. They're really going to turn it on. They want to see how far, cuz remember, all narcissists, they don't want to hide it. They don't want to wear the mask. They want to do it in your damn face. And if you accept it, they will do it.
The other reason for that, if they go too far and you say, "No more. That's it." Now, they're going to smear your name all over the world. You're the worst human being in the world. You are the narcissist because you put up a boundary and you stuck to it.
So, just know this, if you're with a narcissist, they're going to go too far, and they're going to do it on purpose. And it's not just once. That's your relationship. That's just how it is.
