You are not gonna find a mojito like this at a bar unless you are in Cuba. I met up with my longtime travel friend Freddy Flores and we went to Cuba in search of the best mojito in the world, baby, and we found it.

Man, this is the best mojito in the world. We've been everywhere, all over Hewitt Chinese mojitos. We went to the original place, El Bodeguita del Medio in Havana, the old city, where Ernest Hemingway made the mojito famous. We tried them everywhere we go, but every time I come to Cuba, there's only one place that makes me go crazy for the mojito. It's here in Punta Gorda. Simpler, go to Cuba, and this is the very tip inside the bay. And this man right here has been serving me my mojito since I've been coming for the last seven years. But I think you've been here for what, 17 years? Yeah, 17 years working. How do you make these mojitos? Tell the world.
First, we use that. We put a lemon into the glass. We doing it karate with sugar. Yeah, well, yeah, it's a local dimension to the glass. And then two spoons of sugar. Oh, yeah. I notice you're not using the bat. No, I prefer to use this spoon. First, their first trusted men with sugar. I don't know. I don't want to break their lips, you know, because it's the flavor is now. There is a real sewer came right around two minutes. And then I use the lemon juice. It's a hot percent of lemon juice and now one percent water. You know, and I guess local lines looking like a, yeah. So you just premix your lunch? You first line with more, and you have that set aside. Okay. Yes. So you just put a little bit of there. So I guess what you're trying to do now is get the sugar it should I be like liquid? You know, ah, so that's when the sugar is liquid, their drinks ready. Ha ha. I guess then you just do it until you can no longer see a solid sugar. Yes, when the sugar turns the liquid, yeah, you're ready for the neck. Right there. Right. Okay. After with the lime and ice, we folding the glass of ice. And then I use, always use a white rum to fill the the glass. But wrong. So do you know about how much rum you put in there? Well, I pulled the glass of the glass of ice and then I compare the VR with rum. It means me.
