Okay, listen up. Today, I warmly welcome you. We will start today with actually three topics to go through and analyze. I would also like to show you how these topics can be nicely connected, because from one topic you can gain like a second contact and move forward. So, I think this is a very nice form of our additional work, not necessarily maybe to focus 100% of your energy on this, on this method, but I think it's a nice thing to plan, for example, one, two, three such meetings besides what we do on a daily basis, right? Because each of you works differently somewhere, whether it's in recruitment or with clients, but I think it's a nice addition to that, to also achieve a bigger, well, turnover. Listen, and where will we start? Well, this is a collagen meeting, right? Whether it's a collagen meeting in some association, in a sanatorium, or indeed in a rural women's association. I believe that meetings in rural women's associations are a good place where we should actually aim for several reasons. First, that we fit in very well there with our products, because, well, there are older people there, so they are our recipients who actually need this help, right, in terms of health. And the second thing is that it is usually the place where we can less often meet negative people, meaning they are usually positive, smiling, happy people, enjoying life, so the atmosphere of these meetings is simply pleasant. So, especially if you've never done this before, it's definitely better to go to such a meeting at a rural women's association, because you will definitely be met with, so to speak, a more pleasant reception. It will simply be easier for you to do it the first time. And where we will start, listen, I would like to show you how to reach these rural women's associations at all, how to contact them. Definitely, what you need to remember is that the best form of such contact is if you have direct contact with that person. Because, well, nothing can replace that. Such a form. Whether it's a friend, or maybe you have someone in the family, sometimes we don't even know, right? But maybe you know, I don't know, a village head, a mayor, through someone to someone, so to speak, personally. Yes, this is generally the best form of contact. And it's best to just do it face to face. Right, besides, today I was talking with Agnieszka here. Well, and it just so happened that there was an opportunity where Agnieszka talked face to face, because it turned out that she is a client who comes for treatments, services. Well, and it turned out that she is also someone who is involved in a rural women's association. So this form of gaining contact is best when it's simply face to face or simply through someone personally recommended. Well, but if we don't have such an opportunity, then the second form is to reach that person by phone. And I will share my screen now, I will show you how I did it and how it looked. Listen, okay. Please let me know in the chat if you can see my screen now, if it's okay. It should be okay. Yes, I think so. Okay. If you can't see, oh, I already see some, oh, I see comments. Yes, it is. Okay, great. There is a website called the National Register of Rural Women's Associations. Well, because generally every rural women's association is registered. It is also, let's say, an institution. So we have access to it. And how do we navigate here? Here we have the voivodeship, which we choose. Well, obviously, we choose the voivodeship we are in. And let it be, for example, Łódzkie. We choose the district that interests us, so we also choose that area, so to speak, the scope of activities where we want to move. Because someone might, I don't know, travel 100 km and it might be another voivodeship, because for example, we are in such a location in Silesia that it's not far to Lesser Poland either, so part of Lesser Poland is not a big distance for me, so here, from a map perspective, you need to pay attention to where you can reach, right? So the point is to go there personally. Well, and we choose some here, some voivodeship, and it's best to stop there, not go through the commune or the town, because then it will search for more. Did it search, is it searching? Wait, it changed. It's changing. Okay. And then the data of the rural women's association from that district appears, right? And here you have information, actually, where the association is registered and so on. There are also people who belong to this association and so on. So if these are, for example, nearby areas, then maybe you will recognize someone by name, surname, right? But as I say, you can look and there is also such information, but the simplest method to get contact is to copy this name or write it down. It doesn't really matter much here. We just go to Google and type. You see, a rural women's association in Parczów, and here it's in Parchowo. Well, let it be in Parczów. And usually a website pops up, but we are looking for contact, so we can go to the website, sometimes on these websites of rural women's associations there are also. >> They are muted, they write these comments, you don't see them either. >> Mhm. Okay, wait. Wait, because Sylwia here says it's not visible. Okay, wait, I'll share it again. Good that you're saying. You can unmute yourselves, because you know, when I have the screen shared alone, I don't always see the comments. Okay, once more. A moment ago we were muted, so no one could say anything. Now we can't hear you, Sebba. You turned off your microphone. >> Okay, okay, I'm here. It's not my fault. Listen, I didn't mute you, but okay. >> Okay, I admit it. Listen, I did it before the meeting, but it's on now, so we can proceed and everything is displayed correctly now, listen, so we can continue. Great. Okay, so back again, there is such a website, I don't know if you saw it or not, but again, where there is a register of rural women's associations, and here we can choose the voivodeship that interests us and the commune, district, I'm sorry, the district in which we are looking for this rural women's association. We choose this association. Here you have this information, which I mentioned earlier, i.e., a list of founders and so on, and so on, so you can recognize some person, but if you don't recognize anyone, you can just put the name of the rural women's association into the Google browser. And now you usually have the website of this rural women's association. You can also find contact information there, but it's best to find Facebook. And here you sometimes have to dig, but go to Facebook, and here is the page, and it might be difficult here, but somewhere you might even find in the comments the people who manage it. You can look for these pages on Facebook stories. You can, if you don't find them, because not all of them have them. Actually, I'll show you one more. Let's find another one, because I want to show you how it often looks. Oh, here it is, you see, so there is Facebook, the grace of our KGW, our Żelazowice. I don't see a website, but we can find an administrator of this group, for example, and simply write to that person, asking if they can give us contact information for the rural women's association, right? Some of these rural women's associations have Facebook pages, so you can also find them here easily. As I say, you sometimes have to search a bit for this contact. Sometimes there is, as you see, contact details for the rural women's association in Żelazowice, because these are also often registered as companies, so you can look for this contact. Well, I managed to, in part, actually, if I were to change, let's say, Silesian or Lesser Poland again, Chrzanowski in Mirów. Let's see if we have a rural women's association. You have to search a bit. You have to sometimes, listen, play around a bit to find the contact, but I think it's worth it. And here we have, actually, what do we have? Well, and we have, listen, there is the KGW website in Mirów, so what I did was I found such a website, I sent the contact, someone from the Mirów area, maybe we'll write a message soon. Listen, if someone replies to me, I'll pass on the contact immediately, but we can write a message. I wrote a simple message. Listen, don't look for any, I don't know, professional information and so on. I wrote the first message on the basis of: "Good day, could I please have contact details for the decision-maker in the rural women's association, because I would like to organize a meeting for you." And usually it ended with someone asking what kind of meeting it was, and so on. But usually it was that these people simply passed on the phone number to the decision-makers. And then, of course, I made the call, inventing nothing. I simply called, introduced myself and said that I am a specialist, an expert. I cooperate with a company that educates in health. Well, and we organize these health meetings. I, for example, based it on collagen, so I said that the meeting will be about the role of collagen in the body, so I called the meeting: "The Role of Collagen in the Body." And would they be open to organizing such a meeting? Well, and then I would arrange a meeting here, and in a moment I will share more things with you. But I would also like you to know and not to give up, that it's not like sometimes someone will refuse us and that will be the end, because I had my first meeting with rural women's associations literally a week or two ago, and I was contacting these rural women's associations since August, meaning the first contacts were in August, because I thought maybe I'll do the meetings in August, maybe in September, so in August I was making the first calls, but it turned out, not knowing it, because I don't live in the countryside, so maybe I wasn't aware of it, that there were harvests, then there were some harvest festivals, some competitions, trips, and it just wasn't the right time for them to organize it, but it didn't mean they said no and that's it, right? So it just wasn't the right moment for them, right? Well, Turita Pita is writing that she started in July, right? Well, and that's how it is sometimes, that you just have to wait, right? For the right moment. I also think, I believe that now, in November, is a good time to organize it. Edyta is nodding her head, so maybe she has more knowledge about what's going on there, so to speak. Well, harvest festivals have probably ended, that work and so on, obviously there is some, but the holiday season hasn't started yet, because it will be closer to December, remember that these women also have their, so to speak, duties and work, and it will no longer be the time to have such meetings, so it's best to contact them and arrange them as soon as possible, or arrange for holiday meetings. But it might be harder then, but the point is not to give up. If you get contact once, save it in your phone. Listen, I have a list of contacts in my phone: KGW, KGW, KGW, KGW, you know? And I just write down the town, first name and surname, possibly the person, and I just call them from time to time. I do follow-ups, right? Not now, but now: "Good day, I'm reminding you, and so on. Is there perhaps a suitable time now to organize such a meeting at your place?" So this is a very important thing, that it's not necessarily the case that you'll call right away and arrange a meeting, right? That you just have to wait for it sometimes and also do a follow-up. And this is generally, listen, the first issue when it comes to how to acquire these associations and how to talk to them. So, the more natural you are in all of this, relaxed, the easier it will be for you. You don't have to look for any, I don't know, set phrases, because it's a normal, simple conversation, as if you met someone on the street and just wanted to offer something, do something for them. But I think our attitude is also very important here, because I never approached these meetings with the intention of selling something, right? I always went with more of an attitude that I want to show what we do. I want to spread health, I want to show collagen, and so on. So, I went with the mission of helping and spreading health rather than making money, right? And I think that's also a good approach, because people sometimes sense it, you know? So, if we have such a relaxed approach at these meetings, it's very important. And now, the next thing, I've modified the basic version of collagen evenings a bit, because I think this presentation was great, and I liked it too, but I think it's worth talking more broadly about health at these meetings. And now, the first topic is longevity, which is what many founders talked about on TFT, so we are also entering the trend of longevity. Besides, I was talking with Paweł recently, that these generations, say, born in the 80s, 90s, or even 70s, 80s, 90s, are, if I remember correctly, Paweł might correct me or write, a geographical niche, meaning these people are looking to live long, so we want to live long. Because, well, there aren't too many of us anymore, so to speak. Yes, so this group of people is getting smaller and smaller, so we want to live as much as possible, as long as possible. So this longevity trend, in my opinion, is good. Collagen fits into this longevity trend, of course, and detoxification couldn't be missed. So I created such a presentation. This presentation is already on Paweł's platform. It is available to you in the shared materials. I will show you how it looks now, because I divided it into three stages, and the first, okay, the first topic is longevity, so here I wanted to explain to people what longevity is at all. What does longevity involve, and I usually start by asking people if they would like to live long, and usually everyone answers yes, of course, everyone wants to live long. My second question is, besides wanting to live long, do you want to live long in health? And here, of course, questions are also asked, yes, of course, we want to live long and healthy, and that's why I'm directing it to this, well, longevity. There are a few aspects here that can be literally read from the slides. I also did this presentation for the first time, but I think it's, well, so clearly prepared that you can even read some things from it, why this longevity trend is so popular. So there is some information here. There are five pillars of longevity, which we focus on, and I think that by working in DuoLife, it's not a difficult topic to discuss, to even say a few sentences from yourself. Yes, because, well, I don't know, about regeneration, I think each of us can say something, or about physical activity. We know that steps are important for us, or about supplementation, that food is not what it used to be in previous years. So supplementation is actually necessary, so we can say a few sentences in our own words about these pillars. We are gently moving into the topic of collagen, that collagen is also the protein of youth, because it plays a big role in the context of longevity. There are a few slides later that explain collagen, so collagen in the context of the whole body, because people often associate collagen only with joints. But in fact, collagen is in the whole body and is responsible for many diseases in our body, right, or deficiencies of this collagen. So there is also some more detailed information here. How much collagen is in our body, when it is lost, that it is replaced, that it is actually replaced in our body, what are the stages of aging, how it is visible and how it can be observed on our skin, how this collagen is depleted from our body. So all of this is written here, so you don't have to prepare for it specifically. You just need to browse this presentation beforehand and prepare for it based on that. And here there is one example of a person who worked as a driver for 28 years, and the factor of UV radiation contributed to skin aging. But as you can see in this photo, the left side of this person is simply more aged, aged faster, so it also shows a story. And here there is some information about fibroblasts, which are like collagen factories. And here, after collagen, I also move on to detoxification. And here too, literally, listen, there are a few slides about the causes of pollution. I explain that we have such a complete set for detoxifying our body. A complete set. We have some of the most important information about the ingredients of the products, but you don't have to read everything here. For example, I always draw attention to two or three products, so as not to drag it out too long. And here is a summary and thanks. This presentation has a total of 22 slides, so I usually do such a meeting in an hour, right? So it takes me about an hour to conduct such a presentation, including product testing, because now I also want to tell you about a few things that are needed to prepare such a meeting. Allow me to answer questions later, so as not to get distracted and to tell you everything. And now, at these collagen evenings, I do hand treatments, so I always have lemon scrub with me, I always have collagen butter, you can have aloe vera gel for washing your face, or hydrat, if you don't have it, even butter and scrub will do a good job, but complementarily you can have these four products, so it depends on you. Whether you want to do it during the presentation, or first the presentation and then, for example, testing. There is no ready-made scheme, you know. It always lives its own life somewhere. The point is to conduct it somewhat loosely. And I perform such a treatment on the hand, but I always emphasize that it's best to do it on one hand. Why? Because then, listen, you can see the biggest difference. And believe me, I don't know if you have had this experience or not, but many women say that my hand has changed after this one treatment, because it's simply visible. So I perform such a treatment. Most often I have chlorophyll prepared. I usually pour chlorophyll into prepared pitchers with water so that everyone can try it. And this is also an opportunity to refer to detoxification. So, usually when I discuss the detoxification package, I refer to what they have already, what these ladies have already drunk, because usually they have already managed to try it. And I also prepare collagen, so I also have it prepared in small glasses for testing, tasting our drinkable collagen from the bottle. Why? Because, listen, people often think that fish collagen is bad, right? They often have such associations, so first I don't tell them what kind of collagen it is, I just let them test it. I simply say: "Listen, I also have collagen here, try how it tastes and so on." I talk a bit about it, what's in the ingredients, that there is vitamin C, that it's mango and so on. And then, after everyone has tried it, I ask if they think this collagen is fishy, so they have a comparison. And usually there is surprise, right? Because if someone hasn't had any contact, it's hard to detect a fishy aftertaste in our collagen, so it tastes quite nice. So that's it. And at the end, what else I do is I do a survey. I usually prepare three, four, five, it depends on you, some small prizes. It can even be fizzy shower gels, you know, we get a lot of freebies from the company, or sometimes samples, or you can even make samples of creams in small containers. It's nice to wrap them in cellophane and so on. I also use this, listen, to connect it with the second method I wanted to talk about, which is analysis, vouchers. I also have these discount vouchers printed, and I give them as prizes, you know? And then such a person, well, receives such a discount voucher and I draw, meaning I give people a survey to fill out. I'll show you the survey as well, what it looks like. Beauty Survey. Oh, I've modified it a bit to make it visually better. So it's just first name and surname, phone number, and here I always emphasize that only surveys with filled-in data participate in the draw, you know? And that's it. And of course, you know, it's not like it's mandatory, that it's a must. I say, you don't have to enter your phone number. If someone simply says they don't want to, then I say, okay, no problem at all. Yes. And here are some basic questions. What skin type do you have? Which cosmetic products do you use daily? Do you regularly go to a beautician? Which of the following aspects would you like to improve? Do you know people who have the following ailments? Here everyone can mark. We give a rating after testing the products, so here we have body scrub, aloe vera gel, hydrat. Here we also have hand cream with vitamin C listed, so if you have it, you can also give such a cream at the end. And collagen butter. And at the end, there are a few words from me. And when these people fill out such a survey for me, I collect them, ask one person, and I draw a few random surveys. I read: Jan Kowalski, great, I put it aside, I give the prize. So, it's a bit about having these contacts, so that these people also have a reason to write down their phone number. Why? Because it's not like our work ends then, because actually our work begins then, because what I do, just like after health conferences or any other meetings, I try to contact these people by phone within 24 hours of the end and arrange a meeting. So I have the phone number on the survey, I call the next day and simply say: "Good day. I'm contacting you because you were with me at a meeting yesterday, you filled out a survey. I would like to arrange a meeting with you, maybe for a coffee, to discuss your survey, because I see that you marked that you know someone who has problems with joints, so we can help them in this matter." And when does it suit you? So I process these surveys. Yes, usually, as I say, it's best to do it within 24 hours, just like after a conference, so that it doesn't slip away, because remember that it's also a matter of emotions, right? So that people know what it's about, right? Because if we call them after a week, after two, that you were at a meeting, then in those two weeks she might have been to many other meetings, and she might have forgotten about you, right? That's why it's important. And that's it. Listen, when it comes to rural women's associations, that's how it looks, and I end with these surveys and these calls. And what else do I do at this meeting? At the end, I talk, because I generally leave a gift voucher for every person at the table, as I arrange them, and at the end I always say that I would also like to give you ladies a discount voucher as a gift for a multispectral analysis. Such an analysis normally costs about 350 PLN on the open market, and even over 500 PLN in Krakow. And here, because we already know each other, I have a promotional price of 100 PLN for you. And we can also conduct such an analysis at your place. And then, so to speak, I arrange it, I give information that we can also conduct such an analysis in this rural women's association. When it comes to that, remember that, well, we also have many people in the team who work with analyses, so always contact the leaders, when who has what, so that you know in advance, for example. So it's good, for example, to call the leader beforehand: "Listen, I'm going to a meeting with a rural women's association. When will you have the machines? When could we possibly arrange for you to conduct such analyses for me?" right? So that you have, so to speak, two possible dates for this meeting. So this is, so to speak, one method, listen, of acquiring people for analysis, so it's always worth combining it with these health meetings or meetings in rural women's associations. The second method, actually also the most effective, is simply to activate your warm contact list. It's best to invite from the warm market. And here, listen, it's not about telling these people now that, you know, I work here, I have these analyses and so on, maybe you'll buy some product. It's best to say it in such a way that, listen, I have friends who are diagnosticians and perform such a multispectral analysis. It involves analyzing your skin and showing all skin problems, whether it's hydration, sensitivity, pores, and so on. I have friends who perform such a test. Normally, such a test costs about 350 PLN, even up to 500 PLN. I have the opportunity to organize such a meeting for 100 PLN. Tell me, I have so many interested people, what time should I book you, 9:00 or 10:00, when is it convenient for you? So, you see, you don't ask if they want it or not, you just have to say that there are so many interested people, right? So say that there is indeed interest and what time the person chooses. If the person confirms, says that it's great, nice, I would actually use it, then I encourage you to take a deposit from these people immediately, to have it confirmed, because it has happened that someone booked five people, and three people didn't show up, right? So that your work doesn't go to waste, so that the diagnostician has something to do, so that the turnover also adds up, it's worth taking a 50% deposit, meaning a 50 PLN deposit. And then say that, well, I have to be sure that you will come, because I have so many interested people, so here's this 50 PLN deposit to reserve your slot. And, well, that's it, right? And usually it's settled. And the rest is paid, simply the remaining 50 PLN upon this analysis, upon this test. If someone asks what the test looks like, well, I describe it a bit. Yes, you can send the video that is prepared by DuoLife, the general one. I think that here, different people who perform these analyses also have their own videos. We also have many stories related to improvement, right, with skin improvement stories. You probably have them yourselves, so it's also worth sending something like that sometimes. So I would go in this direction, that it's worth reaching out to the warm market. You can also do it this way, if you have contact with a rural women's association, with such a managing person, to motivate these people to want to invite them for such an analysis, then say that, listen, if you invite, for example, five people for such an analysis, and these five people come, then you will receive some gift from me. So you can also do this form of gift for that person. And you can do the same with friends, right? Or when you talk to a colleague and, for example, I don't know, the colleague is interested in such an analysis, then tell her: "Listen, maybe you have some friends who would also be interested in such a meeting, so if you come here with three, four friends, then you will receive something from me as a freebie," right? So here, remember to reach people through people. Or even if, besides, today I also talked with a partner who is also in the process of booking. And it's also good that even if someone refuses and, for example, says: "No, no, because the date doesn't suit me, I would be interested, but the date doesn't suit me," then continue. Say: "And maybe recommend me to someone else? Do you have a sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and so on? So maybe tell them, maybe it will suit them, right?" So remember not to limit yourself to just one person you are contacting, but simply recommend further, right? So that you can also work through recommendations. Okay, I'm looking here. Okay. And now, what is also very important, and what is often unfortunately neglected, and on which I think many people lose out. But what we should do, whether after these meetings with rural women's associations, or after analyses, is to create a client notebook. Listen, everyone who works with clients, whether it's rural women's associations, or you do analyses, each of you should actually have a client notebook, and it should include first name and surname, contact details of that person, when someone bought something, what kind of set it was. Everything should be written there, because look, if someone, for example, does an analysis, then first of all, we recommend a repeat analysis. Because someone does the first test, and let's say in, I don't know, on average two or three months, you can arrange another one, right? Sometimes even after a month, we should write it down in this notebook, after a month or two remind them about a repeat analysis. If we have a client from a rural women's association, like I have a client who bought a joint and bone set, I have it written down when she bought it and I know when it will run out. So when it's about to run out, a month before, I'll contact her and remind her, right? "Good day, Ms. Agata, how is the set running out, you need to continue the treatment for it to work, and so on." So this client care, of course, preceded by calling the client, checking if the package arrived, if everything is okay. After a week or two, you can remind them, ask how the person is feeling. So to take care of these people, so that it's not on the principle of, you know, here and now, points and that's it. No, we want these clients to be satisfied. Because if someone goes through a three-month detoxification process, or enters a bone and joint package for three months, someone will feel the difference, and they will, because look how many stories we have on Paweł's platform that prove that it all works, then won't they recommend these products further? They will recommend them, right? So also remember about this post-client care. If you do that, if you have your first clients, to take care of them. Yes, it's best, as I say, to get a notebook and write down client by client, when they ordered what, what package, when to contact them, if they have any problems, and so on. And now, listen, moving on to our third topic, I would also like to tell you how we work with entrepreneurs. That is, how you can work with entrepreneurs. Yes, the first thing, I'm returning to the fact that if you want to approach entrepreneurs, it's best to approach them through recommendations, because remember that you won't find specific people, like entrepreneurs, on the internet,

Because they simply don't have time for that. So if you want to operate on entrepreneurs, whether it's beauty salons, then it's best either through someone you know, or a friend of a friend, simply, yes, through a friend of a friend to a friend and so on, to reach them through recommendations, or to arrange a face-to-face meeting, which means, I don't know, simply entering the salon, asking if the owner is there, if they would be open to a meeting and so on. But again, another risk is that you will enter the salon, you won't necessarily always find the owner, right? They won't necessarily always have time. So you also need to be aware of this, that working with entrepreneurs requires a lot of patience, because it's not like we'll contact five beauty salons and they'll be here with open arms, saying, "Super, glad you came, right?" It won't work like that. So this also requires patience. I will tell you in a moment what I did and what results I got from it. Uh, this is like the second form. And the third, if you don't have either of these contacts, then you can try to reach them through the internet, right? So some email offer, although entrepreneurs respond differently to emails. I know that Magda is probably in the process of creating such materials, so perhaps something new will appear after some time. For example, I contacted them via Instagram, and I'll tell you, if you go to Instagram, if you have your accounts, you have a search bar, you have a search tab. In this tab, I typed "beauty salon," "beauty studio," "cosmetologist," such keywords. And the city. I tried to choose cities in my area, so that I would have the opportunity to arrange a face-to-face meeting with that salon. So, I treated the internet as, let's say, the first contact, right? And I sent the first message. I was actually talking about our cosmetics at the time, so the information was roughly like this: the beauty industry has gained a new product, right? Would they be open to it, it's something innovative, in cooperation with Krakow University of Technology and so on. Each of you can simply create something like this too. Besides, if you want, I'll send you the information I sent later on the chat. And such a message can be sent, but nothing more for now, so simply with an inquiry. I always ended with a question, if I could send more details, meaning not everything at once, but I asked if I could send more details. When someone responded to that message, then I sent more information. And I sent that video from Krakow University of Technology, which is, yes, I sent several pieces of information about the products, simply copied from the office, in a PDF file, and that's it. Yes. And prices, of course. And I gave them a day or two to familiarize themselves with the materials and followed up, asking if they managed to familiarize themselves with the materials. And now I will tell you what my statistics were and how it looked for me. I am of the opinion that working with entrepreneurs can be something we can do additionally, meaning, I don't know, we start normally, 20 conversations a day, we talk to people, we have meetings here and so on, and we still have some free time, for example. It's not too much for us. Okay, let's send another, I don't know, 20, 30 offers a day to entrepreneurs, right? So no, I am of the opinion that we cannot treat working with entrepreneurs as our main way of acquiring clients, because I'll tell you this, for about two weeks now, on average about two weeks, TFT was 16, let's say about two weeks, I sent about 50 offers on Instagram every day, meaning I send about 50 offers every day. Out of these 50 offers, even before this meeting, I calculated that 12 people responded, 12 people, meaning 12 people responded to the message I wrote on Instagram. No one has decided yet, and I did follow-ups. So now we need to think. The question is, what do we want to focus more energy on, because I'm doing this as something additional for me, and I believe it will bring results. It's not like, listen, that I don't believe in it. Right? And don't take this as me wanting to discourage anyone. I'm showing you how I worked, and this is the effect it has brought me now. But going back to the barriers we discussed yesterday at the meetings, I didn't look at who I was writing to, and it turned out that I wrote to Dawid Krynicki. I don't know if anyone knows him or not, but generally he's some hairdresser who prepares some stars for all those performances, cuts their hair and so on. I didn't know who he was at all at the beginning. I wrote to him, and he replied. Generally, I sent an email offer, but he hasn't responded yet. But I just wanted to tell you that you shouldn't wonder if someone is like this or not like that, you just have to do it. Don't wonder if someone, you know, had this contact, or if he cuts hair for someone, paints such a star and so on. He's also a human being. So I, without knowing it, simply sent it, but so as not to wonder. So you also need to know that if you want to work with entrepreneurs, it also requires time and a bit of long-term work, because I know it will bring results. I will continue to do it, so to speak, all the time, I will send these offers and so on. I believe it will bring results, but also, to be clear, it's not my only form of work. I don't focus only on this, but it's something extra, that I lie down in the evening, everything is tidied up, I have free time, you could say in quotes, I'm bored, so I'll send 20 offers to entrepreneurs. That's how I approach it, right? And all day I focus my energy and attention on these things, on these elements that I know bring me better results, and I treat entrepreneurs as something additional that can bring me results in the long term, because I've also noticed one dependency when it comes to beauty salons, that there are actually two, three, you could even say, types of beauty salons. Some beauty salons are such that our products are too expensive for them, because I have such contacts and a woman told me that our creams are too expensive to sell in her salon, because she only sells products up to 100 PLN, so I already know that this is not a product for that salon. The second category of beauty salons is such that our product is too cheap, and again they say, "No, no, no." They have brands of products that cost 600 PLN, so it's too cheap a product for them. And the third segment of beauty salons is such that it will work, but first and foremost, the owner will believe in our products. So this is again what was said yesterday, that it's not like we'll put the product in a display case in a beauty salon and these wonderful, beautiful bottles will sell themselves, but we'll reach the owner of the beauty salon, they will truly believe in the products, even test the supplements and so on, and will recommend them. This is the third group of salon recipients. Unfortunately, they are the fewest, and it's the hardest to, so to speak, meet and acquire them. That's why it's, let's say, long-term work. But that's how I work, meaning on Instagram and simply, whether through Google, I search for beauty and hairdressing salons in my area and simply send such information, now strongly focusing on cosmetics, because I believe it's better than, so to speak, going directly with cooperation, because it's something that can interest them, right? I sent 12 offers, right? Meaning 12 people have already read something about these products. I don't know what the effect will be yet. I'll probably remind them again after some time. Because the principle is that it's worth reminding, educating, I'll do the same with entrepreneurs, as with any method. Okay, listen, we now have a moment to answer questions. M. Okay. In October, there is the Rosary. Exactly. M. Do you give the opportunity to try products at meetings? Yes, as I said, chlorophyll, collagen, yes, for me, it's mandatory, although recently I took everything I had from the fridge, so what I had open, and I had fiber, keratin, aloe, I simply gathered them together, because you know, even after this collagen meeting, someone approaches and says, "Well, I see a nice, you know, fiber here, for example, and so on." Well, it's nice to take a shot and, you know, let them try how it tastes. Wouldn't you want to be treated like that, right? So you know, you know, I know it's not like, you know, how much of that shot you're pouring, right? It won't diminish that much from your fridge, right? That's my approach, of course, so if I have something open and I know it's fine, I take it, I always have it with me, you can always treat someone, right? But as for mandatory, at these meetings, I always have collagen open for them to try, and chlorophyll. And these cosmetics I mentioned earlier, right? Uh, okay. So you had collagen with you at those meetings? Did you let the women taste the collagen? Yes, I do. As I said, collagen is always there for me to make a presentation, to showcase products, they were left in the corridor. Well, courage is very important. You just have to dare to do it once. I think such a presentation helps a lot and you don't have to prepare for it specially, just familiarize yourself with it, read it, and do it. Once you do it, you break through, and then it will go, right? Just one thing I'd like you to know. Remember that rural women's circles are usually always the same. So if someone has more courage than you, Ola, then you won't meet with that circle anymore, because someone might be ahead of you. So now the question is, who will benefit from this, and who won't. And that's how it is, unfortunately. Yes. Okay. You say you write to entrepreneurs on Instagram. What do you think about Facebook? Facebook can also be. You can also write on Facebook, "beauty salon," "city," or "beauty studio," and pages, profiles of these salons will pop up. So it's the same, whether it's Facebook or Instagram, I sometimes sent an email, sometimes I sent it on WhatsApp, because there was only a phone contact, you know, I sent it, so the form itself, where you find that entrepreneur, so to speak, doesn't matter. The most important thing is to simply send that first piece of information, right? Okay. Okay. Justyna asks if you use slides at meetings. You know, I try to use slides. And now it depends, if a rural women's circle or some association has a projector and a screen, then great, I do it on the projector then. If not, then I simply turn on the presentation on my computer, like it is here, and I try to make it so that it's at least somewhat visible, but it also needs to be for me, you know? Uh, usually it works, so I give it as much as possible so that people can see it. It's made quite clearly. Uh, so, no worries. I do it with a presentation because I think it's a double stimulus for that person, because they will always see something on that slide, some image and so on, and also what I will say. So sometimes people are also visual learners. I am a big visual learner myself, and I think it's important to have the presentation, even if it's for yourself, that you can always, you know, glance at it, read it on the slide and so on, that it's even a help for you to conduct it. I don't have a projector or a screen. As I said, I use what's available. If, in fact, there isn't, and I don't know, there's no possibility to even turn on that presentation, then I simply conduct the meeting without it, you know? Or I turn my computer around so that I can see the slides and I just speak to the audience, you know? So here it's calm, flexible, so to speak, you have to approach it. M. And that's probably it. Listen, I'm thinking, what's better to take? If it comes to taking people, I wouldn't see a general need to take people from the team to such a meeting. Because it's like an artificial crowd, right? Unless you have such a need, that I don't know, you know, you do a presentation with two or three people, then okay, right? So you go, for example, I don't know, you arrange it with two or three people and you divide it, for example, that you say this, you say that, meaning you do it together, then absolutely yes, you can do it like that, but to, so to speak, create an artificial crowd, then no, no, but if you travel with someone, for example, it's easier for you to conduct such a meeting with someone, then absolutely, right? Well, if you don't have a laptop, then you are left with conducting the meeting without a laptop. Well. And that's it. No, because you know, you either do it, or you don't do it. The question is whether you want to undertake it simply without a laptop, or you just give up the topic and don't do it. No, that's also your decision. The presentation is available, so generally you can open the presentation even on your phone and simply prepare for it and simply conduct such a meeting based on that presentation, without the visual presentation, but just by speaking yourself, right? Speaking yourself, right? Okay, listen, I'll probably end the recording now.
