The BEST Civilizations To Climb For Every Rank In AoE4

The way this tier list works is simple. The lower the rank, the easier the civilizations become. We are not ranking them by power. We are ranking them by how easy they are to climb the ladder with. So bronze are brain dead sips and conqueror are PhD level sips. Let's get into it. Okay, here we go.

So let's start here from the bottom to the top. And let's go with Macedonian dynasty first. I'm going to put Macedonian in silver and bronze. Now for silver and bronze, I think these are sieves that you can play no matter the matchup, no matter the map. You can do one build, practice one build and you will do great with that build and it doesn't matter against who and Macedonian definitely fits that role. What why would I say it is required to play the civilization? I think you pretty much don't need any previous knowledge. They don't have any economic bonuses only the silver which is gathered passively. It actually means that you don't have to think about macro that much. The macro is not hard at all because as I just said you get silver passively. The Golden Horn Tower, which is the best castle landmark. It gives you stuff passively as well. Pretty much all of the all of the bonuses for the SVS for the civilization are passive, so you don't have to think about anything. The units are really easy to micro. You don't have that many abilities. The only abilities you have to worry about are well actually now that I think of it they do have quite a bit of abilities but even if you don't use them for example the catifact trample and the runest stones of course the runstones are are pretty broken uh but even if you don't use them you can still do really good with thisization and it is really strong. Uh the strengths are just that you get stronger units because of the free upgrades that you get. Well free uh you actually have to get silver to get those upgrades. So, if you manage to get access to gold, to stone, and you get your upgrades, you will eventually get an army, which is really difficult to beat. You have the hippodrome champions that also buff your army passively around an area. So, you don't have to think about any other active abilities or anything. And I think the only weakness for the civilization is uh a little bit of the early game. So, the dark age is really bad and really slow. So you definitely have some chance to deal damage to the civilization in the dark age. But it is just really simple, straightforward, easy. You just need one build. It doesn't matter which build you do. Any build you make is going to be really good. Be that fast Imperial, be that just feudal age aggression, just uh the barang guard rush. Whatever build you pick, you are going to do really good with Master Dynasty.

Now let's go with Lancaster. I will put Lancaster in gold. gold civilizations. I still think they're really easy to use, but it you still require a little bit of mastery and knowledge and I think you should at least know about counter units. For example, with Master Dynasty, you can just go fast castling into Reedarian archers every single game in your life and you're going to do great. With Lancaster, however, I don't think that's the case. You have to think about the units you make. You have to think a little bit about the landmarks, the landmarks, too. So there's a little bit of of thinking going on with Lancaster, but still really easy. So requirements to play Lancaster. You still can do just one build and do fine with it. Be that 2DC or Fast Castle or Fal Aggression. Uh whichever one you pick, you are going to do great. The macro is really easy. So manners are easy. They used to be easier before. Now they're just easy. Uh you have to think about the placement now. You can't just put them wherever you want. So, that brings up a little bit of thinking to the macro itself. And you do have to go out uh to get food. You can't just stay in your base. You have to eventually go out and whenever your ship runs out, there's a little bit of a of a fall off there in economy. But in general, it's still really easy. You can play Lancaster in any map. You have two great builds that you can do now. The fast castle, which I have in the channel, and the 2TC build, which other creator creators have in their channels. Uh what about the micro? I think the army with this civilization is also pretty basic. You the only um thing you have to think about is getting your lords which buff your army passively or if you don't have lords the only other thing you have to think about is the gem and synchronized shot. And if everything else is just automatic the dagger throw from the arms card the other bonuses are also passive. So I think gold is a good place for Lancaster.

Now let's go with Jin Dynasty and I'm going to put them in platinum. So, Gen Dynasty does have a little bit of uh of complications. I would say platinum is starting to get like medium uh difficulty and you will need at least two builds uh to make the civilization work. You cannot play this exact same build as these two in every map and in every matchup because otherwise uh you are not going to be as effective. For example, you might want to learn a 2DC build and fast castle build or a 2dc build and a feudal aggression build. The micro with these units is starting to get harder because you don't have regular archers. You have mohei tribesmen uh which are just horse archers and they are really fragile. So if you make micro mistakes with uh Jin, you are going to lose your uh archer ball um if you decide to go for them. You also need to make uh spearman and siege in the in the castle and you don't have to make siege for example with these two. Of course siege with Macedonian is kind of broken but uh with the Indian you have to protect your siege otherwise your army is not going to be as good. The macro is also not as straightforward. You have to think about your flower pagoda. You have to think about mounted villagers. Also the fact that you have two types of villagers. It's kind of confusing and at least to me, this is something that happened to me uh while I was learning Jin is that as I I got more TC idle time because uh the two types of villagers actually take different times uh to produce from the TC and that sometimes causes TC idle time uh and mistakes from the players part. So uh here's where I would put Gin Dynasty.

Let's go into the next one and it's going to be sushi. I'm going to put sushi in diamond. So in diamond player, if you do the same build in every map, I think you might die. And also the macro with the civilization starts to get harder. Now there is a really strong build with sushi right now, which I think is going to get nerfed sooner or later. Some some people might say you can do that build every single game and you will do fine. Sure, but I think that's only because it is extremely strong right now and I I'm pretty sure it's going to get nerfed. But sushi is one of those tips where it starts to get harder to learn because you have to think about uh Imperial officials where you have to think about when to make them, when to supervise certain buildings, when to stop supervising certain buildings. Uh if you want to go scouts, scouts now involves an extra layer of micro to your macro because you have to pay attention to your scouts, you have to protect them, you have to make a lot of units with this civilization. And if you are not good with your macro, be that not good at expending your resources, not good at uh knowing when to move villagers around, you are not going to take advantage of all the bonuses of sushi, especially with the build that I'm talking about. It's the Jang tower build uh where you just make units and go and you get infinite amount of of army. You still have to be very good with your macro and with your army production. And you also have to be good at knowing when to make chugenu, when not to make chugenu, when it's better to go for spearmint horsemen composition. Tip, it's against French knights. So sushi starts to get harder in both the micro and the macro department and also the knowledge department because sushi, even though this is the build everybody and their mom are doing right now. Sushi is a really diverse uh civilization, you can do fast castle, you can do feral aggression, you can do 2TC, you can do fast imperial. I've seen some people do. You can do so many things. You can do the monk build. You can do uh dark aggression even. I think I've seen uh sometimes you can do fetal manatarms. This save has so many things [music] and learning all of that is really hard. So, this is where I'm going to put sushi.

Now, let's go with the first conqueror. Um Byzantines. Byzantines, you need a PhD to play this civilization. You have so many things. You have the systems to worry about. You have to know how to place them, where to place them. The positioning. Uh there are so many tricks you can do with the civilization like putting uh the military buildings in between two systems at the same time. You have to be on point with your build because if you get delayed with this civilization, you are going to have a very bad time because they are one of the worst uh dark age and early feudal age civilizations in the game. They have been buffed in that department uh recently. But still that that is one of their weakest points. You have to be so on point at defending. You have to defend uh gold, stone, berries because you have to go for berries. If you don't go for berries, you are not playing Byzantines correctly. You have to now let's let's talk about micro. Uh the army is the most diverse army in the game. I think because of mercenaries, you can get uh armies from other civilizations. The javelin thrower is one of the most micro inensive units in the game. If you do not micro javelin throwers, they are just trash units because they will overkill archers. they will overkill units. You have to be able to micro them in different groups so you can target several units at the same time. You have to guide. You have to think about when to farm, when not to farm, when to go hippotrome, when not to go hippotrome. There's so many things to the civilization. And just being on point with your defense with the civilization is already worth putting this thing in conqueror. Uh, so yeah, it don't get me wrong. If you play this civilization correctly, if you are a one-trick pony Byzantine player, this civilization is godlike, but you need a PhD to play this.

Let's go with the next one, and it's going to be Tuklak. I'm going to put Tuklak in platinum. I don't think you can do one build with Tuklak and be successful with it. You have to know several uh different uh builds. I think I think also took like players I think they suffer from greed a lot. You need to know when you can greed out when you cannot greed out because I've seen people that just they just put themselves within their base. They think they if they go to TC and two keeps they are just going to infinitely boom and then your opponent gets all the map control, gets all the relics, gets the sacred sites and then they kill you. So there's a balance that you have to do there. Uh, also their units and their uh, the elephant units can sometimes be really clunky to uh, micro and especially the the worker elephants. The worker elephants I think they are so bugged whenever you garrison them, whenever you put them to work on certain resources. So I think Tuklak definitely needs a little bit of mastery to to climb with the ladder with.

Sangoku I will also put in platinum. They used to be so strong, strong to the point where it really doesn't matter if you don't play them correctly because you will still do well. But those days are are over and now that they are balanced in a sense, you need some mastery to to be able to play them correctly. So they are not straightforward. You their main re economic bonus which are the the foot cards, they need to be babysit a lot and you need to be very active with the civilization in fuel. if your opponent is also active because if you start losing your foot cards, you are not getting uh the most of your economic bonuses and also you have to learn to micro uh knight archers really really well at least in or or at least cavalry archers because in the cavalry plus archers because if you don't learn to micro that correctly, you are going to lose a lot in feral age because the way you play against Sangoku now is that you just send it in fiddle. you try to get them to move their jatis around and that way their economy is not as great. So, you need to learn how to play the civilization correctly, when you can fast castle, when you can play feudal. And once you get to castle, of course, they're really strong, and if you get there in the same economic economy as as your opponent, you're still going to do really well. But I still think that you need a lot of um mastery. Also, for example, one of their their best landmarks, which is the Shinovi landmark, that also requires a lot of mastery because when do you use your shinobi? How do you micro the shinovies? have a lot of abilities, active abilities to think about. So, Sangoku definitely feels like it belongs in the platinum category.

Roose, let's just put Ruse here on silver and bronze. Uh, Ruse, you can just learn one build with these guys and you're going to do great. Um, 2TC gremlin, fast castle, professional scouts, whatever you want. You're going to do well with one um build. Uh maybe until certain point uh you still you need to start uh thinking about uh diversifying your build, but they're so easy. Uh most of their bonuses are passive, their gold gathering, their bounty, their uh wood gathering. You just need to put the the wooden fortress and that's it and you get the bonus. They got faster monks, so getting relics in castle is is easier. There they have so many defensive bonuses. It's really hard to lose villagers with Ruse. If you go 2TC with Ruse, it's really hard to stop that. Um, so because of that, they're going to go here. They don't have any active abilities. The only ability they have to worry about is getting the warrior monk buff uh on your army. But besides that, I think Roose definitely can be played uh from a beginner level.

Ottoman, I'm going to put Ottoman in gold. Ottoman is really easy in my opinion. Um, you can play also the same build every single game. All you need to do is defend yourself until you get strong enough and then you can just kill everything with Zipahis, Janisaries, um, Meers. Their army is so strong. I even in Fal age I I think it's it might be the strongest army in the F age. I'm don't quote me on that, but I think it might be. I I find so difficult to beat Ottoman in the fillage that I just try to do as much damage as as quickly as possible and kill them as quickly as possible because if if you just leave them uh to scale, they will kill you and they don't need to do that much. Their their bonuses are mostly passive. You get free units passively from the military schools. Their landmarks are also passive. you you you don't have to worry about landmark paths either because you just go every the every single game you go the same landmarks. Uh you always go the same build. There's no build variety with these guys. There's some 2TC builds there, but they're just really matchup dependent and you can still play them uh with one TC. So I feel they go here in gold. The only reason they're in gold and in zero bronze is because you have to be really active with your uh with your army. You have to know how to defend yourself and defending is harder than attacking. So I'm putting them here. You also have to be really good with micing three types of units. Uh so spearman, archer, uh cavalry, and you have a lot of different units to work with, although most times you're just going to go see and and you also have to learn how to play with siege. So the army control with Ottomans can be a little bit hard. So that's why they're going to go in hold in gold instead of silver.

Order of the Dragon. I am leaning towards gold or silver or bronze. I think I'm going to I think either place is fine. The problem with golden, sorry, with OTD. Um, I'm going to put them in silver and bronze. The reason I'm going to put them here is because you can do fast castle builds every single game and you are going to be really good at it. You need to learn how to defend yourself though. The problem with OTD is that they're really weak right now. And if you do fast castle naked every single game, you are going to find some games where you're just going to die straight up. Actually, no. Let let's put them in gold because you do need to know a little bit of uh build variety. So, you need to know when you go to TC and when you go fast castle. You can go to DC, for example, in Helando where you have free food on the back of your base. Um maybe on King of the Hill, it can also work. Uh so you need to know these things when when TTC is good, when fast castle is good, you need to be very good at defending and you need to be good at making uh the correct units because the weakness of OTD is that because they have so uh half the units as every other civilization in the game. They're really easy to counter. If you are not attentive to that, you are going to die. You have to make a variety of of different units. And surviving the funeral is also really hard. But I think gold is where I'm going to put them. They're really easy to play. Their macro is easier because villagers take longer to make. So, it's harder for you to miss villager production. There are a lot of builds also that you can do to get easy wins. For example, the uh Menotarm Gilded Menotarm Rush is really effective in these ranks. The build and the economy does not require any micromanagement like say for example sushi or Byzantines or a gin or or tuklac. So, the economy is really easy. Um, all you have to worry about is just getting relics if you go for renits. But even if you don't go for rednits, you can still go for the other landmark. And that is also going to give you a lot of really good value. So here's where I'm going to put them.

Mongol is a diamond for sure. Mongol you need to be really great uh with them because they have a lot of things to worry about. So first you have to worry about buildings uh being able to move. You have to worry about taking advantage of the of your dark age. If you don't take advantage of dark age as Mongols, you are not playing the civilization correctly. So, you need to be really good at microing spearmen, knowing where to tower rush, knowing when to tower rush and when not to. Knowing how to use your can effectively, your eagle arrow, your poke ability, your uh movement speed arrow, your attack speed arrow. All of these things are things that require dozens of games uh knowledge to get right. They also have a large variety of units. Let's say for example the keshik works differently than every other knight in the game. The mangodai also you have to well mangai is dead. Let's not talk about that. Uh the kurel tie for example in castle when whenever you get uh to castle you need to know how to move it around when to move it around when not to make a forward push with kurel tie because you might lose it. Mongol requires a lot of mastery. So here's where I'm going to put them.

Malion is a PhD civilization for sure. Malian same as Byzantines. uh they have they you have to micro their macro a lot. So for example, you need to know um when to go for cows, when to go for pit mines, when to stay on one pit mine or when to stay on or or when to go for two, when it is worth to go for the Sahara trade network to protect yourself in which matchups will you need it. Uh you need to micro dons and javelin throwers, which is one of the hardest compositions to micro because I already talked about the javelin thrower. it can uh overkill units. So you have to micro them in different troops. What else? You have to be able to survive the funeral. If you survive the feudal age, Malion becomes easier because then you just spam units and go and you kill your opponent. But getting there is the problem. And Malion is just so unconventional from these other civilizations that it just requires a lot of knowledge, a lot of civilization matchup knowledge as well. A lot of people are going to try to cheese you by the way with me. uh be that with let's say Roose can build five scouts and start killing your pitman for example you are going to get tower rushed you are going to get spearman rushed you're going to get get cheesed a lot and if you don't know every single matchup in this game you are going to have a a really bad time with malion because it just requires a lot of s matchup knowledge also now now that I think about it there are some civilizations that completely destroy malions in the ladder so if you don't know what to do against those civilizations you are going to have a a really bad

Let's go with Knights Templar. I'm going to put it in a as a gold civilization. I think Knight's Templar definitely is on the easier side of things. Their economy is a little bit not as conventional as the others as let's say Lancaster or Roose or Macedonian or OTD because first your wood villagers don't need uh you don't need even you don't even need to worry about uh lumber camps. You just put those guys on wood and they're start chopping. You can do just one build, be a 2TC or one TC aggression, and both of those are going to do fine against every matchup. The problem is that I think people don't know uh when to go for pilgrims, when to start mining stone to get your keeps up, where to put the keeps um in order to protect yourself and also protect the sacred sites route that you are currently trying to get. You also have a lot of unit choice to go for with KT because of the commanderies on each age. So that can complicate things a little bit, but in general, I think still it's one of the easier sifts to play. You can, if you're gold, you can definitely play only night templar and get really far with it. So definitely gold s.

Jark, I'm going to put the her in gold as well. So the the economy is really simple. Same as let's say English or French. uh you don't have to worry about anything, but it it is basically French, but you have to worry about John Dark herself. And John Dark can be difficult to micro. You might forget to use her abilities, for example, to buff up your military production buildings or your TC. Uh you might not know when to use the heal ability, when to use the AoE ability from melee Jark. So Jand dark definitely uh Jark herself can definitely complicate things a little bit but because you you pretty much always do the same thing. You don't even have builds with the with with John Dark and French. You just go knight archer and you go or just knights and you go and you kill your opponent. That's all you need to think about. Of course there are some things you can do like uh Chamber of of Commerce the the famous or other things but those are really situational. You can just play uh like French and you will do fine.

Now, Japan. I'm going to put Japan in silver and bronze. They are so easy, man. You can just go for one build for sure. The fast castle people in conquer have have been starting to figure out how to play against fast castle. And as you have seen in tournaments and all of that, if they go naked fast castle, they die. But I still think you can just go for fast castle and then just try to survive with you a little bit of units. And also, tournament maps are really different from ranket ladder maps. In the rank ladder, there's so many maps where you can just go fast castle and and be completely safe like kill and dale like like um rocky river for example. So you can definitely do just one build even if you just don't do fast castle. Even if you do funeral aggression, you can still do really good with Japan into any matchup into any map. You don't have to think about mills because your houses are mills. You don't have to think about blacksmiths because uh your forges, your your mining camps are blacksmiths as well. You don't have to think about stone. You don't have even to mine stone. Of course, you need to mine stone at some point, but you get stone passively. So, you can if if you get into the fiddle age and you want to upgrade your towers, for example, you can do that without mining any stone. So, Japan, it just makes everything simpler. Your army is also really simple. You always go for mounted samurai and archers uh and you will do fine. Of course, there are other things you can do like going for onamushia and onamusha will allow you to counter other knight civilizations really well. And there's also infantry compositions. But if you go mounted samurai and archer every single game, you are going to reach conqueror. You can reach conqueror one for sure. So this is where Japan is going to land uh at the silver and bronze level.

Now let's go with HRE. This might be a little bit controversial that I'm not putting HRE in silver and bronze. I'm going to put them in gold. And the reason I'm going to put them in gold is because I think opposite to Japan, I think HRE does require a little bit of knowledge of the game uh in order to know when to make a fast castle, when not to. And you also have a lot of of other things to worry about like like say for example, you need to worry about relics. Like with OTD, you don't have to worry about relics because your other your Borg grave palace uh the castle landmark, it will still give you a lot of value. with HRE. I think if you don't get relics, you might be in trouble. However, right now people are playing a lot with bar graatms and killing people with that. So, HRE nowadays might be a little bit easier than that than than before. But to me, I mean, I don't know. You you can you can you can do both both tiers. It's really up to you. I think HR can go in both tiers. For me, it's going to go here because I still think you need to know a little bit. And also, you don't have special units. So, you have to know a lot of the counter system of the game. So, how to counter your opponent, when to counter, when to go for an archery range, when to go for a stable, when to go for barracks, all of that stuff. So, here's where they're going to land for me.

Golden Horde. I think Golden Horde will also land in gold. Golden Horde is really straightforward. You always go for the same build. This is not uh you you don't have a choice. You always go for for the same build. You go uh into units into to good and can you go into units uh archery ranges, barracks, everything single unit in the game in fage and you find an opening to get your castle and then you just spam units. You have great farm so you most times even if you just go straight into farms you can do pretty well because you will have infinite food. Of course, with Golden Horde, you have to go, it's really good if you go for hunt, but because you're always going to have units, the hunt is easy to defend with those units. You have stronger towers to defend that hunt. And also, having access to the can and the toots really early into the game, like at five, between five and 6 minutes is really good because you put your opponent in at the defensive. And for these ranks, gold, silver, and bronze, if your opponent is having to defend themselves, it is really good for you because uh attacking is really easy and defending is really hard. So, if you're active and your opponent is not, then that's really good for you. So, here's where golden ward is going to land for me. I'm putting them in gold and not in silver and bronze because you have to know how to use the three type of units. If you don't use the trip type of units, like if you don't go barracks, archers, and uh cavalry every single game, you are not using the army potential at at its maximum because you have the kash and the kash is a must in my opinion. You have to always make them because they they just buff up your army so much. And if you are really bad at at microing three types of units at the same time, that that can be complicated. But yeah, here's where they're going to land.

French is easy. French is silver and bronze. might be the easiest civilization in the game. You don't have any active bonuses. All of your macro economy is passive. You get cheaper upgrades, more villagers. I think that's it. You get the best uh unit in the file age, which is the Royal Knight. Same as Golden Horde, you put your opponent at the defensive uh straight from the Futal Age, and you have all the space in the world uh to grab map control in the Fal because your army is the best army in the game. Well, I'm not sure about that. Maybe. Maybe. Yeah, I think I think it's probably top three best armies in the fle because of that because you have access to the knight, you have map control, and it's just too easy. It's just very easy to play. You don't have to think about any bonuses about about any macro. The only hard thing that I think that I can think about this civilization is that microing a large groups of knights and archers against large groups of spearmen and other units for example can be hard at times but I still think they belong in silver bronze. That's the only hard thing about French.

English also belongs in silver and bronze. You can you can do exactly the same build uh which is 2TC and reach conqueror 4. Same with French. Like French also can just do fe aggression every single game in every single map and you can reach conqueror for English. The only economic bonus they have is their farms and farms don't require micromanaging. You just place them around the middle and you get the buff and they are cheaper. Uh so all you have to do is use your king to get tempo or your enemy or at least delay them. Same as French and same as golden horde. You get a free knight at the beginning of the game and you use it to make your opponent react to you. Meanwhile, you just do your 2TC, you make villagers, you make army if you need it, if your opponent is trying to all in you, and then you get the white tower, which just makes you invulnerable to all damage. So, English is just very straightforward. No active abilities. I think only they only get like active abilities in Imperial Age with the long bow bully, but even then, you don't even have to aim it like Lancaster does, for example. And yeah, it's just really easy to use. Uh, and it it's all just regular units except for the longbow. Uh, so yeah, you don't have to even worry about unique units.

Delhi, I am going to put this might be a little bit controversial, but I think I'm going to put Delhi in gold. And the reason for that is because you always do the same build. You go f aggression. That's all you have to worry about. And the good thing about Delhi is that you you make your opponent play your game. your opponent, you always know what your opponent is going to do. They are going to fear age aggression, too. Because if they don't fear le age aggression, you get all three secret sites and you get way too ahead in the game. So, Delhi only has one game plan and that's why they're going to land in gold. They're not in silver and bronze because their economy is not as straightforward as these civilizations. You have to think about professional scouts uh once you get it for free. You have to think about going out and getting the berries, the deer. You have to be able to be really good at micing the three types of units again same as golden horde because most times you're going to need uh all three sipahis sorry notes gassy raiders archers and spearmen and you also have imams uh so the imams getting them garrison temples and popping them out healing units uh the gassy raider micro uh with healing units pulling them back and getting them healed to full it can be pretty hard actually uh no no let's just let's just stay in gold here for Delhi because they just get upgrades for free. You don't have to think about upgrades. You just get them all. Uh and you just go for the same plan every single game. And yeah, that's where they will land.

China is a PhD civilization for sure. So imagine sushi, but now you have to think about even more things. Uh you have to go for professional scouts. It's just the best thing you can do with China. Some people are even skipping professional scouts now, but I just think China is just harder than sushi. It's is just a harder version of sushi. There are so many things to think about. Imperial officers. You have to do professional scouts which require a lot of micro. You have regular units and having regular units like no bonuses at all until the imperial age or something like that can be really hard because you don't have any bonuses towards your army. And also you have to be really on point with your army production. Like if you are going to get if you get your macro right with China, you are going to have so much economy. But if you're not able to expand that economy, well, then you're not going to be taking advantage of China. And just imperial officers, it just makes things so much difficult. So here's where China is going to land.

IUIT for me is a platinum civilization. You have to know multiple builds with IUIT. You cannot go for the same thing every single game because you might die. For example, fast castle with IUIT is extremely good. It's one of the best fast castle saves in the game. But if you just go naked fast castle every single game, you are going to die. There are also many ways to get to the fast castle. You can start with derbishes. You can start with with the extra villagers. Some people even go for blacksmith upgrade, the blacksmith landmark upgrade, whatever it's called. There's so many things you can do with ivet. So I think it definitely deserves to be in platinum. You also have a lot of unique units. The camel raiders, the camel lancers, the derbishes to micro. If you go for example with the derbish wing, you have to be really good at micro to not lose them to heal units to pull units back to heal to get all of the relics in the map because if you don't get relics with IIT, you are not playing the civilization correctly. You also have to be able to micro siege. Uh siege can also be really hard for some players to to mess around. So yeah, I think I platinum is a good place. It's not as hard as these for sure, but it does require some uh mastery of the civ and avisit.

Avisit for me is going to go on gold. Now Avisid is quite interesting because there are two ways to play this civilization. You can either go for greed or you can go for one TC aggression. Both play styles are fine, but they require some mastery of matchups to know when to go for which. So that elevates the difficulty of the civilization for sure, but all of the bonuses are straight simple. They don't require you to do anything. Golden Age, you just build buildings and you get it. 15% gathering speed. That's it. The upgrades, you also just get them and you get all of the opposite bonuses. So, you don't have to think about uh systems, for example, or pitmines or professional scouts or whatever. You just get your upgrades and you do and you get all of your bonuses. So Aid definitely is one of the easier civilizations to climb with, but it does require some knowledge of matchups because you can die pretty easily with AID if you over boom, if you over make TCs, if you don't make units or if you go one TC aggression, it's really hard to get food for to fuel that aggression. You have to be really active with your units. So yeah, I think I would say one of the easier sieves to climb with, but I will definitely put them in gold because of these reasons. And I think this is pretty much it. Let me know what you think about this down in the comments. And I hope you like the video.
