And that would that used to be me, okay? I would work endlessly trying to help so many people. I've helped over 5,000 people quit their jobs through just making money on online and different things. Past profits do not equal future results, of course. But I'm telling you as a story, I got to the point where I paid over $8,000 for a mentor. And one of the things he asked me was, um, what's what's going on? And I told him I get burnt out. I sometimes wait for things to build up and then I just just get overwhelmed and just take, you know, just have to reset. And recently I took about a month and a half off of online. And it was like, okay, you travel, that costs money, etc. So he told me, he was like, "Why don't you save a portion of what you make for, you know, your trips for the year?" And I said, "That's genius." He said, "Just take, you know, one, two weeks off and let people know you're going on vacation and just do that three at least three times a year for yourself. That way you can reset every quarter." And I was like, "Wow, that's smart."
So mind you, people are always sending me stuff to look at um because I am a highle marketer. Okay, I started from nothing. I was uh was on food stamps, on government assistance, and pretty much every assistance that you can think of. And I looked to my left and I looked to my right and I realized no one was coming to save me. So, I got with the right people. I changed my environment. I changed I moved everything. Like, I got around the right people. Long story short, um he told me to just save money, put it to the side. So, before this, people were sending me like travel companies. I'm like, okay, you get savings, whatever. the comp plan sucked or the leadership wasn't right or whatever the case may be. So when I came back I was more open. Okay.
So someone sent me a picture of the compensation plan of this and when I looked at the compensation plan I'm like okay what is this? Is it travel? What is I didn't even say was it travel. I said what is it? And someone sent me this threeminute video and in the beginning of the video it said you know people wealthy people are not paying what you're paying to travel. And it said one for a low price. You can literally pay a monthly price and prepay a elite uh vacation every year with the monthly fee uh for this service. And you it's a epic trip. I'm talking about um think of the best place you could think of to go worth over two to five worth over $2 to $5,000. Um and you basically have like a uh the monthly fee goes that so you're really just paying for a prepaid. And I was like, "Oh, first off, that's genius. Number two, that helps with retention. And number three, that the compensation plan was amazing."
So, pay attention to what I'm about to say because timing is key. At the moment of this video, they're literally just launching. So, think about where do you want to go? As I was more open, I began to talk to the leaders who were involved in this. And these are leaders who have been with companies and took them to high um different places, big big places. People are were tired of doing what they're doing right now in industry. You'll be surprised at how many people are open. And then, like I said, I have never seen a compensation plan like this. I've never seen a product as good as I'm going to show you. And think about, like I said, where do you want to go? And who will you go with? Do you even have people to go with or do you have to travel by yourself or you can't get your husband or your wife out of the house or maybe no one wants to travel with you? We're going to solve all of that. Okay. So, I want to go to see the Northern Lights and I would like to go to Aruba. Okay, I'm ready. Are you?
So, how big is travel? How big is travel? Okay, travel is huge. It's 11.7 trillion industry. And if money feels tight in your life, it's not because money isn't flowing. It's because you're not positioned where it's flowing. A lot of people are in the wrong place at the wrong time. But if you begin to shift your awareness and go where the money is, money can flow to you. It's not. It's because you have to be positioned where it's flowing. Smart people don't fight small markets and push against the grain and inflation and all this stuff. They position inside big ones. And I want you to understand what a pendulum is. And I want you to understand get paid to travel, which is the positive of the uh flow, or get paid from travel. When I heard that, I was like, "Oo, I like that." Okay. You can get paid to travel, which you you deserve it to reset. I know you're working and doing all this stuff and you can get paid to travel. Two big things.
And here's something important. Most people live inside what I call a pendulum. This is the opposite of the flowing of the alignment. A pendulum is a cycle that swings you back into the safe life pattern. Like work, bills, stress, repeat. It keeps you busy. It keeps you tired. It keeps you small. So if you say I am um uh I can build, I can do this, I am enough, I am wealthy, I am healthy, I am I can do this, I can do this, I assume that I am good at this now, I assume that I can learn, I assume that um anything is possible. When you start speaking like that, everything has to shift for you. You stop thinking small and you start choosing from your reality.
Step five, multiply multiplication 32 on each side. And you can see what that is residually per month. A lot of people can really really be blessed with that and that's innovator pro. But look at this total actively enrolled meaning is what you're responsible for. The rest can come from the community. Okay. Now and this is where bone burnout starts disappearing. Burnout happens when effort doesn't multiply. When you feel like you're doing everything by yourself. Leaders leverage heals burnout. When your effort multiplies your energy changes.

She never did anything online. She never did anything like like that. She didn't really have success and she actually tried to but nothing worked for her. So I decided you know I said come over my house and I wrote a little step by step page by page where to start step by step for a newbie and she began to have success. So I decided to share that with my team and our team went amazing. People who never had success started to have so much success and we started to duplicate by simplicity. Okay, duplication is with spirit and structure. So let me simplify this so you can understand this and understand this powerfully and logically. Three get three get three get three. And here's the spiritual principle. Will you help others do God multiplies back to you? So what if we showed you what you need to do or you just applied your skills here and started that simple duplication with three.
Now check out five get five. Five who get five is 25. 25 who get five is 125. That's momentum. Momentum builds belief. Belief builds courage. Courage builds income. Builds income. What about this? 10 get 10 get 10. You are not building 1,000 alone. Look at these. Look at this. You are building culture. 1,000 people strategically placed. You can see that's visionary elite number eight. And 100% of the 500 left and the 500 on the right can come from um above below from side to side. Who knows what could happen, right?
