PaulMichael Rowland: Loading loading. Loading, loading, loading, loading moving. Loading, but this channel is for entertainment purposes only, not to be taken as legal advice. Welcome back everybody, it's Thursday. Wow, the week is going by really fast and so many things have been going on at Creditor Academy. Let's first start with Creditor Academy updates and work from there.

The first exciting thing is that we have the latest courses. I Want Remedy Now is our most popular course here at Creditor Academy, and I've gotten a lot of questions recently about

David Aberin: I,

PaulMichael Rowland: paulmichael. What's the fastest order to get My Remedy? So I wanted to kind of briefly kind of show you how I Want Remedy Now, the course, this is a course, relates with our unlimited credit course, as well as how it relates to the private merchant processing. Okay, so we got private merchant processing. We got I Want Remedy Now. That's a course. Private merchant processing is also a service and a course. Then we have the unlimited credit course. Okay, so let me let me tie this all together. Let's always start with I Want Remedy Now. I Want Remedy Now is giving

David Aberin: I,

PaulMichael Rowland: you the step-by-step of how to discharge. Okay, Lawful Remedy. Okay, what we do is we dispute the invalid, in air, unverifiable accounts, demand lawful proof of contract, identify and correct errors affecting your score, use private correspondences to handle disputes outside of court and protect your rights to written record and compliance. Credit bureaus are required by law to remove

David Aberin: I,

PaulMichael Rowland: unverifiable information. Even if they don't comply, you have grounds for lawful remedy and even damages. Okay. So let's bring this together now. If you want to start anywhere, I would start with this course. And the reason why is you need your

David Aberin: He?

PaulMichael Rowland: bedrock, you need your foundation. You need your ability to take care of your own finances. I will let you know that if you want to get remedy effectively, and you want to discharge, the best things to discharge are things that are not collateralized. That's the easiest, okay? When we talk about discharge, uh, everything forever. I would always say that, look at your debts. Look at what you got and find out what is not collateralized. I'm gonna give you an example of something that's not collateralized: student loan debt is not collateralized. What are they gonna do? Do? Take your degree from you? Medical bills are not collateral, guys. What are they gonna do? Take back your your liver, you know? Things that are collateralized are cars and houses, boats, and other vehicles, right? Anything that's collateralized. If we do debt discharge, you're still oh, the collateral, the loan agreement according to that contract that you signed to the mortgage company or the auto loan company because you know why? Because they're holding the title, and whoever holds the title has all the power. Now, is there a way to deal with that collateral? There is. There is. And I'll talk about that another time, but if you just take away the house and the car and the boat and the motorcycle, you think of all the other debts that you have, I Want Remedy Now is for you.

Okay, we deal with three things in I Want Remedy Now. Number one, is you need to know the basics. What is credit? How is it used? You don't things. They should have taught us in school, so then we wouldn't have to be having this conversation together. You need to know the basics. The second thing is how to build credit fast. Paul Michael, I don't have anything to discharge. I don't have a large amount of debt. I don't have a lot of credit cards that I use and all of that. So we need to get you 10, 20, 30, 50 thousand dollars in a month really fast. Okay, this is where we teach you methods to do exactly that. Then the third and final piece of I Want Remedy Now that we teach you is the discharging part. We give you the templates. We give you the step-by-step process. We give you the lawful reasoning behind it so you can stand on your own and most importantly, you can help your community around you. You can help your community around you. Inside of each course, we have cinematic videos. We have SCORM packages which are presentations on how to learn. We have PDFs. We have artificial intelligent bots that you can ask questions with throughout the course. We have like 20 of the bots that are AI agents inside of there to ask questions. We have gamification. That's exciting. So you could play games while you learn inside this course, and most importantly, is we have examples and lesson plans that are geared for your learning and all of the text in each of the lessons, all the lessons. We have text for you to read. We actually added a feature called Immersive Reader. You click that button on Immersive Reader and the Immersive Reader's voice will read the entire lesson plan in the modules to you because some of you are visual learners, audible learners, some of you are tactile and touch and some of you need to repeat it or write it, right? So we have done all the sensorys in order to help you learn and compound this knowledge because we believe, if you have this compounded in your head for you to get remedy, you're gonna have a really easy time for the rest of your life, because I say at Creditor Academy, you don't have money problems. No one has money problems. You have credit problems, you know, credit problems. You got to learn how to utilize this credit.

Now, the second phase into this, that's where I would start if I was anybody, is learn how to discharge effectively. This second part is, is we need to get you into the world of private banking and mer, and for you to be a merchant, okay? So that's where the next phase comes in at the Academy, which is called the private merchant processing, okay? The private merchant processing is two things: it's a service and a course, okay. You, when you're in this movement, are going to become a private merchant, a creditor in this game. You need to be able to accept payments privately and get paid securely so you stay in control. And why is that important? Because Stripe, PayPal, and the big tech companies don't understand private commerce. They built their bill for W-2s, corporations and mainstream compliance, okay, they do not accept. They do not accept. Business trusts, they don't. They don't. They don't accept these, and that's been the issue for most of the gurus in this, including myself, even when we came into this space because PayPal keeps shutting down the gurus. How can you get the word out and spend your credit to get the sovereignty word out if the system keeps on shutting you down? That's why private merchant processing was the cherry on top of my academy to put it together to completion because private merchant processing is both the processing of payments in the private, but it's also a business relationship with bankers. In order for you to even get private merchant processing, you need a banker's connect, period, bar none. There's no such thing as a merchant processor that is not backed by a bank, and the bank needs to have the same ideology and the same passion that we have in this movement, and those are my bankers' connects. So our private merchant processing is, like I said, a course and a service. We give you our Declaration of Trust document for your private merchant processing, that's included with your membership. That's included when you when you sign up for it, okay? The membership is here at the homepage which is called Masterclass membership. All Masterclass membership members have the ability to enroll for the service and the course for our private merchant processing everything. Like I said, you need to go private in one place, so we give you the template. I give you instructions on how to fill it out and get an EIN number. It's my goal in my mission to make everybody private. Okay. Now you have a you can accept payments in the private. You're now operating in the private. You now know how to get your remedy because you took the I Want Remedy Now course. Now, what are you gonna do? What should you do? Put the cherry on top here. Listen. Now I'm breaking this down. The unlimited credit, okay? Unlimited credit, accessing high limit trade lines and business credit leveraging, credit cards and rewards to build real capital, operate as your own creditor. You're a merchant and a creditor using what? Your trust-based structures. I just gave you the trust for the private merchant processing. Now, you're ready to build these high limit trade lines in our unlimited trade lines class. What is, what is the realistic capability for you to gain in that course? Is we do about 200,000 in lines of credit in three months. In three months on average for everybody at the Academy with their private trust.

Now, I want to talk to you about that, and I want to maybe answer a question that you didn't think about asking. And that question is: paulmichael, I, how is that even possible? I just started a business. I just started a business trust. I just got. I, I barely have a business idea. I'm just getting into the private and want to utilize the credit game, but I have no revenue, no clients, um, and in three months I still don't have any revenue or clients, does that matter? Does that matter? No, it doesn't. No, it doesn't. Businesses, when you do things, or banks use me, when you do things, right? And you set things up properly, they want to loan you lines of credit. They want to loan you out, even if you're making a revenue or not. And our process is to build and maintain your bankers' bankers relationship. Is, once you get 200k, you should spend it on things that are going to yield you a return. Once you yield a return on that credit for your business, you know, you make a little bit of profit and you start paying back those banks, just a little bit. Guess what they're gonna do? You're gonna go from 200,000 to 500,000 to a million dollars in less than a year because you're building this relationship with them. You're building it up. So, all of that together is going to give you the highest advantage to success because now on your personal, when you're doing credits, you can discharge everything. On the business side, you're making hundreds of thousands in lines of credits that you can that don't are not personally attached to you. So if anything goes wrong with that business, man, you know, I make bad investments sometimes, you know, it happens. But now it's not going to be personally negatively affect you. And that's super powerful. That's super powerful. That should solve 90% of people's financial situations just with that plan right there: the I Want Remedy Now, the private merchant processing and our senior year unlimited credit course, and then, if you want to go to even higher and higher levels, then what I suggest is is also taking what our other courses, which is sophomore and junior, learn how to become private and then since you already have the trust, that's great, you're in business, but you probably want to learn how to operate in the private with it, so that just goes into more detail about how you can maximize this even more. Included with your membership is Sovereignty 101, the foundations of sovereignty and your legal identity and how the system views you. That is included with your Masterclass membership. Exciting, exciting. So, yeah, there's a lot of things happening. There's a lot of things happening. There's lessons, there's modules, there's high cinematic videos and so much with the Academy. We're excited to bring this to you. I mean, I've been it's my baby. I've been working really hard to bring you this level of organization for really your benefit and your success. All right. Now, I went through that. Now, let's go in days a lesson. Give me a moment. But, alright, we're gonna learn about what went wrong. Share my screen.

PaulMichael Rowland's Presentation: On January 27, 2023, an officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop for driving a golf cart on a public roadway. That's followed you since community. Give your license, registration. Yes, you get off my property. Yes, you do. You committed a traffic infraction. Hey, good. Send me a ticket. I need your license, registration, and proof of insurance. Not committed a crime and I'm not you committed a traffic offense. Yes, you did. Yes, you did, sir. Okay, are you gonna turn this into something criminal? That's up to you, my house. If you, if you saw me out there, then you gotta pull me over. That's not how that works. A traffic right? That's not how that works. A truck, your vehicle from my no, a traffic infraction happens on the roadway. I need your license. I need your license on my property, sir. I'm not on, I need your license. Thank you. I need his license. Oh, I didn't answer. Okay, I need his license or he's at risk of interfering with a law enforcement investigation. Just want to get arrested for what? Oh, okay, I will. I don't know why. And at least move your vehicle. Sergeant Garcia, call. Hey, do you want to come 51 out to me? Now, I'm inside the gated community, but he's driving on the public road, right? It's refusing to give me his license. Okay. All right, you're heading out here. All right, here, officer, I'm gonna ask in my driveway, please move. You committed a traffic infraction on the public road, right? You are blocking my driveway. It might be entertainment. Yes, I need your license. I need your identity to identify you. Okay. You can think that, I know, I know how the police are working. Okay. Can you come inside? I yes, and our property he can bring it. I'm not running from anybody. You provide, okay? I'm legally permitted to drive in this video in this neighborhood. I'm not on public roadways. This is not public. You are on the public roadway. Say, okay, you have proof of that. Yes, I do. It's on the body camera. I can give it to you after you give me your driver's license. Okay. That's what I want to know. If he says, I was on the road, there are other cars on the road and simple. That's not how that work. A traffic stop can be initiated anywhere a violation. Yeah, that's not how that works. That is not how that works. I'm trying to initiate a traffic stop on you. You tried to do because of a violation that occurred on a public road. Come after me. Okay, nothing first. Hey, there's a supervisor coming and you could explain this then. Okay. Okay. I am. I'm not. I'm not on your house. I'm not in your house. This is HOA property. This community is HOA property. Yes, it is. HOA property. Yes, it is. Okay, this is HOA property. Okay, so here, this right here is HOA property where you committed a traffic offense is public roadway, and that's property. This is our okay, if you guys want to turn this into something more, okay, nobody okay, you have to do the right thing. Okay. You don't do it. Okay. Okay. I know you saw everything from inside the house, right? And I'm telling you, that in the moment that you have to do, why you don't stop him in that in that part. Oh, you study criminal justice. Your police officer, what? That is not your business. If I know, if I'm not, that is not your business. Okay? Okay. But that is that okay, I mean, you're trying to tell me how my job works now. Okay. I don't know what you're saying. You know what I'm saying? No, I don't know what I'm saying. No, because I'm a traffic infraction. You can make a traffic stop all the right moment of the right second, you don't do that and done minute. Okay. Well, you can wait, I'm not here to change your mind. I am not here to change your mind. I'm not here to change your mind. And you weren't driving the golf cart, so I don't know why I'm talking to you because you are the law enforcement and you have to respect for me because you are the law. Right. All right. I'm trying to enforce the law and you're impeding my investigation. What investigation? Son. The traffic any part. You don't have any paper. Your supervisor is not here. Do I need to pull up? Okay, if I pull up a printed sheet of what law he broke, we're breaking the law. I absolutely well. Perfect. Okay. And then I'll just don't do the things that have police officer have to do. I asked for his driver's license, you were in some private property. You cannot that's not how that work to give you. Now you just because you come to your house doesn't mean it's a safe zone. I didn't say anything about safe zone. I'm in private property. Okay? I am on Crown. Okay? You can have this argument with the sergeant. Okay. Thought and everybody. Yes, absolutely. Okay. So that's fine. Just thank you. I pull up here with my son. I'm trying to do is go inside inside the house and he pulls up in my driveway. I asked him to leave. He said I wanted to see your driver's license. I said, for what? He said for driving the golf cart. He said it was on a public road. I said, Well, number one, we're on private property. This is private property. I'm more than okay to drive my golf cart on here. It's in short and he wants my driver's license. Okay, well then show me what I did wrong. He said I was following you from somewhere but there were cars. I said, Well, I'm not giving you my license for that. I mean, I'm not hiding. This is my house. You find out who I am, but I'm not giving them my license for some if he if he's saying I was doing something, he's got to pull me over and he's got to do whatever he's gonna do at the time that he thinks that I'm apparently breaking the law. So yeah, inside the HOA community you're allowed. Um, but anywhere else I sitting on roads like Village Parkway, Community Boulevard, that would cross. Anything else is not inside, like a community area. I understand. I mean, I understand. Yeah, I mean to pull me over right here in my house. Anyone wants to put the lights on and make a big commotion, blocking my driveway. He has a, the supervisor on the way also do what? No, no, no, no. I have a trainee, you are close by, normally we're stopping up stopping the golf crushes, so a lot of people call the city hall one, it's you can't be on the roadways, right? You do it and the moment way we respect them, but the pain money just to do that. You told me if I am broken the law outside, you have to pull me over and right away, that's like telling me. Okay. I mean, somebody pull up to your house say, Oh, you broke, you broke the speed limit on the highway. Well, where's my house, what are you talking about? You know, I mean, come on. Hi. So I'm a supervisor. So I'm gonna make. I'm gonna make one request. Okay. Okay. Being in pulling into your driveway doesn't negate the stop. I'm gonna give you the option right now because what's gonna happen if you don't provide the identification and after rush, we don't want to arrest you, right? Yes. So what are you, identification or not? I I up without your lawyer and they don't have anything for your important. So if I give you my driver's license. So if I give you my license, you will permit me. You will have a conversation with you right on you about the law. You're under arrest. Yes, I'm not recessed with the kids because they're in there. Don't don't guess that I didn't tell you. No, I said I was gonna ask you a question. That's another right? I said, I said, I want to understand what the law is. That's all I have, okay, please. Don't leave it alone. Okay, let us do one second that time. Maybe you don't, I just be quiet. Please. Let my kids are inside. I have a six-year-old daughter in there, sir. Okay, please let them have to find somebody else. Okay, let her go. I she didn't do anything. But okay, can I tell my son when I I tell my son, Let's not fighting, I'm not fight. Let's go to the car, please. You cannot make. I'm doing this. Please watch the costume. I just said, if I wanted to make sure that it was that I'm legally required to give you my ID. Yes, you are legally required. I tried to explain that to you. Oh, guy, I don't know. I was asking for a supervisor. Thank you. Please very much. You would have literally got a warning and I was good at that and give you you see my license is right here. Okay. I was come on, why didn't you, sir? I I'm not wanting to do any of this kid. You might get a ride to school, please. Come on now. There's nothing. Yeah, please have anything on. Come on, do you have anything on you that's gonna poke me, stick me? I asked for a supervisor. That's all I asked, sir.

Please, man. The man, if you have kids, please don't do this. My kids are inside. Listen, all you had to do was—and that's right, it's right there. That's right. I don't understand what the point of refusing was. What was it? No, no. But what I'm trying to tell you is, I wasn't trying to refuse it from you, sir. I was asking you if I'm legally required; that's all I was asking. He asked you, right? No. Well, he asked me, but he also talked on my property, and I didn't understand what that was. That's why I requested respectfully. I told him respectfully, "Matt, I please speak to a supervisor." That's what I said. I just…There's no going back. Okay, all right. Where are my kids? Is there…? So, here's my next question: Is there a relatively close neighbor that you can…can you call her? Absolutely. We're just being a pain; that's all. Sorry, because you mean that favor. I'll go put her hands on officers when they're trying…It wasn't trying to put her hands on to hurt me, buddy. Come on. No, I'm not. I never said she was. I just can't. And I respect that. I apologize to you, men, and can you please let her stay…Sir? Please, sir. What am I calling for? Seven zero three. And who is that? That's, that's their mother. Okay. What's right down the street, what you call her? And why is this guy walking? I couldn't talk. Well, yeah, I got pulled over for driving a golf cart. What's the name of the month? I'm getting arrested? And I, I…Okay, get your extra and push me in like, you want to go ahead. Would I do that? Oh, man. I got kids. Why? You got whatever? You know why? Just like I was not about respect for you. You wouldn't…I was respectful to you, too. Didn't I tell you nicely? Can you make sure please don't leave until my kids…I…We are not gonna go. I…I cannot leave until my…We are not going anywhere yet. Where is my phone? Took my phone out of my…talk? Yes, I have that. Where is it? It'll be going with you to Saint Lucie County Jail. I need to see…It will be going with you to Saint Lucie County Jail. Okay. Hope you feel good now doing that. Somebody with kids, I wasn't rude to you. I don't like doing it all. I did. All I needed was your ID, man. Up. But I wanted to know if I'm legally required to give it to you, and that's…you are legally required.

>> Keith Allen: We like Paul Michaels.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Amazing. Wow, adios meals. Oh, wasn't that wild? Oh my goodness. What did you think of that? Oh, lot to comments about how that went. Let's hear from a few people where…What's, what do you think of that? Let's just get some opinions. Who was in the right? Who was in the wrong? Who was it?

>> Terrance Harris: I would say the…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Okay. Mm-hmm. Okay. Okay, what else? What…

>> Terrance Harris: …so I didn't hear, I didn't hear them say, "Oh, you broke the law and, you know, Now, this is gonna end…just gonna end like this." He didn't say anything; he just, "I'm gonna…"

>> PaulMichael Rowland: No.

>> Terrance Harris: "…lock you up because you didn't show me…" and usually every…I'm dating…if you don't show him anything…I mean, you got to break the law, you know what I mean?

>> PaulMichael Rowland: mm-hmm, that…

>> Terrance Harris: Right, that's what I'm thinking.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Yeah, I didn't hear it.

>> Steve: I personally feel that…Sorry, go ahead.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: What is it? No, go for Steve. What do you think?

>> Steve: I personally feel that the…the initial time of the offense when the stop didn't happen, the fact that it happened later on is the real problematic thing. And the fact that they're not letting him have his, you know, freedom of speech…in the sense, I think that also is a problem. They're not letting him, you know, converse prior to anything else. They just want to contract without any kind of…um, you know, ability to just say no or at least, you know, prolong it through conversation or to…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: He?

>> Steve: I find that to be problematic.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Yeah.

>> Sharla Bentley: I didn't…

>> Larry Bolton II: Hey, what's up? How you doing?

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Doing good, man. What you think of that?

>> Larry Bolton II: I think it was two wrongs, um, for the couple. I…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: It was you? Oh, on both of? Yeah. What do you think about the…what the woman…you know? Why did she get arrested?

>> Larry Bolton II: Well, she did interfere a little bit and see…what the problem with her and her husband. They were both arguing to the fact and the officer would not let up.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Mm-hmm.

>> Larry Bolton II: And they just kept on arguing and it's just getting like…instead of this license…get like a passport or something. But they…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Yeah.

>> Larry Bolton II: …probably don't know what, you know, Paul. You know, some of the good people in the room too. So it also for the police…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Hey.

>> Larry Bolton II: …The police officers looked up twice.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Mm-hmm.

>> Larry Bolton II: If he should, if he…the causative fraction…he should have put them over on the road and said…trying to follow them to the house. That's…that's great. That's creepy. Until he slipped up and saying that this is HOA as a…wait a minute. So they're under another own contract per say. Is that what he trying to tell them? Because…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Mmm.

>> Steve: Are cont…

>> Larry Bolton II: That means he is awesome.

>> Sharla Bentley: I…

>> Larry Bolton II: Yeah, like if officer told me that…that means they go…they're done…and the guy's…of a Chevron doctrine that's been overturned already through the Supreme Court.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Oh, that's powerful. That's powerful. I like your input on that. Diana. What do you think about the situation?

>> Diana Jimenez: Hi. Personally…I mean, I'm not gonna say much, but I personally would not be driving a golf cart on public road, you know.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Right.

>> Diana Jimenez: That's one, that's dangerous. And two, I'm in Arizona and there's a lot of people in some areas that do that, and I feel like people who do that, may be people who may think they're entitled, and I feel like they're added to…towards…everything was they were given off entitlement vibes. And it's like, "Oh, okay, well, maybe if you come correct, then maybe you can stand on business and like, you know, put your foot down the way they were. But I feel like…they, they weren't…they weren't really in the right to have had that entitlement attitude towards anyone.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: mmm, I…

>> Diana Jimenez: You have to play…You have? Yeah, I feel like you have to play your cards, right?

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Yeah, you need to be…

>> Sharla Bentley: I…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: …even if your private, you got to be presentable to society, right? So yeah, I definitely see your point on that one. Oh, crown…in the right of the Commonwealth are…

>> Diana Jimenez: Weird.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Australian friend. What do you think about this situation? Amazing, you're on mute.

>> Crown in right of the Commonwealth Zeta-Makedon: I'm just wondering how far the following of the golf cart, or buggy pal…How, how long were there police officers following the car for? I think anything beyond five kilometers is deemed to be a war crime, but I think they're bound to produce something…these…this couple that was writing this golf cart, otherwise…any special if they do have possession of a driver's license. Then there's a social compact agreement. And that's where…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Mm-hmm.

>> Crown in right of the Commonwealth Zeta-Makedon: …and just argued in controversy the entire time.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Yeah, I did. They got both locked up for it, man. Just…

>> Crown in right of the Commonwealth Zeta-Makedon: …and answering questions, they…the moment they engaged, that was it. They were already in contract.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: That's a very powerful statement. And well, however you engage, you got to be prepared with every word that you say. I totally agree. Elizabeth. What do you think of this situation?

>> Elizabeth Knapp: I think…the couple was not educated, and I think the police was not educated. That's what I got off all of that because…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Oh, you know, I like your assessment.

>> Elizabeth Knapp: …they wasn't even…it educated on their rights individually either. So…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Yeah. Wow.

>> Elizabeth Knapp: …which there's more to it, you know.

>> Crown in right of the Commonwealth Zeta-Makedon: They lose those law enforcement officers, but that I know the law.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Oh, man. Wow, that was…that was a really good insight. I like that one; that was very good. Elizabeth…Jack. What do you think about…unfold where you just like, how 'd you…

>> Jack: Um, hi, thanks. I agree with Elizabeth. They're not the stellar intellectuals there, it's either parties. However, don't go to jail.

>> Sharla Bentley: I…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Yeah.

>> Jack: You know, fight that with somebody is smarter…like the judge…somebody else.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Yeah. True, true. Fair enough…for just be like, "Hey, leave me alone. Give me the citation." Yeah, exactly. Michael B. Any comments on this situation we just unfolded and watched…

>> Michael B: Yeah, I'm with you guys on what you were just saying. Like, I mean, you just be cordial and he already has a driver's license. So he's pretty much in the jurisdiction at all times, you know, whatever they pretty much say.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: Mm-hmm.

>> Michael B: So just take whatever the violation they have. Get your ticket because it's not criminal. It's just…it's a violations…the traffic infraction. It's not, it's not civil. So it's…take the infraction and do…do your administrative process.

>> PaulMichael Rowland: And with that very well said, Michael. And with that, let's jump right in to an administrative process that can be used in a situation like this to get yourself out of it or at least to defend yourself in a proper way. So let's, without further ado, have a review. Okay, so this is the scripts. I love the scripts. I love scripts for non-commercial travelers' scripts because when a traveler gets pulled over for an alleged commercial traffic infraction, the first…there's some things that you want to do right off the bed first: have a recording device and film everything when you see the lights come on behind you. And as you are pulling over, roll your windows down to air out your car, then roll them back up as you pull over. Right off the bat, when you are pulled over, you are under arrest. Have a recording device and film everything. So now we're getting your frame of mind. You know, put in the act of being stopped from pursuing your life, liberty, and happiness is an arrest. The cop will not tell you you are under arrest, and he will not read you your Miranda rights because once you know you have been arrested, most people won't volunteer the information, and he can manipulate to accuse you of a crime. When he fails to read your Miranda rights as soon…as soon as he approaches…is already…a…accuse you of a crime. He fails to read your Miranda rights as he approaches your window. He is already committing a crime himself pursuant to People versus Ciccone and Matthews versus The United States. Once an investigation officer has probable cause to believe that the person confronted has committed an offense, the officer cannot be expected to permit the suspect to leave his presence. At that point, the interrogation becomes custodial, and the suspect must be warned of his rights. When you come to a stop, lock all your doors and only crack your window about two inches; do not open any other windows. This prevents a cross breeze which the officer can use to say he smells pot or booze or whatever accusation he makes. Do not answer any of his questions. If he's friendly, do not be duped; engage in chitchat. He is there to extort you, and that's what happened in the example we just saw today. It was chit-chat…we can call it arguing, but we were chit-chatting it up, right? He has already broken his oath of office pursuant to Article 6, clause two and three of the Constitution, and he has illegally detained you without Mirandizing you. He is there to rob you, literally. He is a…

>> PaulMichael Rowland: …thug. Displaying a deadly weapon on his hip, and he can lawfully and under threat of violence and murder force you to comply to his every whim. When a cop pulls over a traveler who has not committed any crimes, he is immediately liable for damages pursuant to the following: 18 U.S. Code 241, which is Conspiracy against Rights; U.S. Code 1983, Civil Action for Deprivation of Rights; U.S. Code 1985, Conspiracy to interfere with Civil Rights; U.S. Code 1986, Action for neglect to prevent; and finally, 18 U.S. Code 2384, which is Seditious Conspiracy. Whoa, wow. So, what do you do now? That, you know, that…how are you supposed to interact with these officers? Let's get down into it. Now here's more codes…traffic with respect to pay an inch…slavery and volunteer. Okay, so let's get into the script itself. Um, okay, first off, you never ask a question you don't already know the answer to. You know, I do this all the time in my classes. I…had…I ask a question I know the answer to. I also do that with my staff. I ask him a question I already know the answer to. You have to understand what you are asking; don't just recite from memory. What you should say…understand it. We really emphasize this here at the Academy. It is best to have these points memorized. Know what you are doing. You want the officer to understand that you know your rights and you comprehend what you are standing for and not that you are just reading off of a piece of paper. They are not going to take you seriously, but it still works to be reading it if you have to, which I totally agree. I'm fully in favor of scripts. Scripts make it perfect, and you're recording yourself reading the script. It's an amazing administrative process. You can enter in that…record…recording into the record. I mean, why not read a script? Why not? So, here we go. We're gonna read the script. Okay, imagine you're this guy; you just got pulled over on your golf cart. You're in front of your house. Your Vietnamese wife came out, and she's yelling…not at the officer, or about to yell, I should say. And instead of arguing and chit-chatting, you bring out this script. And you say, "Officer, could I get your name and badge number, please?" And the officer…are you recording, and is your video and audio equipment properly working? Officer might say yes or no. "Officer, what is your emergency? Is there something I can assist you with?" You don't want to assume you're doing anything wrong, even if you're driving a golf cart on a public highway. "Officer, a badge number…can any of the information you are demanding from me be used against me in a court of law, or be used to incriminate me in any way?" Remember, he did not Mirandize you; you are under arrest, but this is basically telling him that you are aware that he should have already read you your Miranda rights. If the officer says yes, or simply continues asking you for driver's license and registration and proof of insurance, which is the same as saying you must comply and give him what he is asking for, you can say this. A lot of you are at this point, right? Is your mentally prepared? We watched the last video where the guy came up…remember he smashed the window? Not having the right registration on his vehicle and whatnot. And the first thing the cop was talking to him about—and pretty much the whole 20 minutes of the video—was about this section right here: the officer asking for his driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance. And this back and forth happened between this young man and the officer to where they broke his window, cuffed him, and towed his vehicle, right? This is where your state of mind has to get in because this is where the mental chess game really starts to play. Okay, your mental chess game. You say, "Officer, badge number, are you asserting that the statute can compel me to waive a fundamental protected right to comply with your demand?" Interesting. First starts…continue. "Officer, badge number, are you stopping me for a civil infraction or an alleged criminal offense?" If he says criminal, and he cites something from a traffic code, then we've got them for incompetence. That's kind of what Elizabeth was saying. There was incompetency on both sides of the golf cart situation. He doesn't know that the…defines the allegation he made in a civil infraction; he is illegally stopped you without a warrant for a civil infraction, which means he didn't have probable cause or reasonable suspicion because those only attached to crimes. This is all about choosing a foundation you can build on to get them to admit certain things rather than ask him about probable cause, which he will say he has. First, determine whether or not he understands how probable cause is obtained. In other words, any citation for a traffic violation is a civil infraction, not a crime. If he says he has stopped you for a crime, then he must have probable cause for the crime you committed, are committing, or about to commit, and then that's how you trap them. He says he stopped you for a crime, then you can say, "Officer, badge number, what facts or information are you alleging gave you probable cause to stop and accost me?" Then he'll give an answer in which you will reply, "Officer, badge number, do you have a properly signed and issued warrant to search me or my property?" If he says he has a warrant, ask to see it. If he has a warrant, he has to furnish it within a reasonable amount of time after he throws you into the cage, which they usually do without taking you before a magistrate first, which is lawfully required. No warrant? Then you continue. So this is what the young man went through last time. I read this part of the script: You need a warrant to search the vehicle, take you out of the vehicle…they…I mean, think about it. Imagine a police officer came to your house. You're having dinner with your family; they knock down your front door and arrest you without a warrant. Your house is your personal property; your car is your personal property; you and your body are your personal property. There needs to be a warrant. "Officer, badge number, for the record, I am not operating in a for-hire capacity by engaging in any form of transportation or commercial use of the highway." "Officer, badge number, please acknowledge that you have been so informed." Keep repeating the question until he answers. It's what they do. This is important because he'll keep you there even though he has no reason to do so as he fishes for something to charge you with. So, once again, "Officer, badge number, please acknowledge that you have been so informed." "Well, I need to see your license and proof of insurance." "Officer, badge number, please acknowledge that you have been so informed." "For the record, I am not operating in a for-hire capacity by engaging in any form of transportation or commercial use of the highways." This is the battle of the wits in your consistency. This section right here, if you could just have this in one section in your mind, and you can get the officer to acknowledge that he has been so informed, you now…you now gave him notice, and now it's recorded properly for the administrative record. So, then what I do is…is now that I have that on record, what am I going to do? I'm gonna go back to the United States codes that I just mentioned earlier and then mention that in my administrative record, and administrative process. And I'm gonna put that on the public record, which is the recording, my administrative process of the U.S. codes. And bada boom, bada bing. And a bunch of other stuff. "Officer, badge number, am I under custodial arrest? If I am not under custodial arrest, am I free to go?" Can't be the same answer here. "Officer, badge number, what articulable probable cause leads you to believe that I have committed a crime, am committing a crime, or am about to commit a crime that authorizes you to stop and detain or arrest me?" Now you're adding to the administrative process because now he has to articulate the reasoning. Now we're gonna get into more details, okay? This is where you'll come into play with your…ends…allegis…but for the record, "Officer, badge number, in order to protect my rights and not waive any by error or accident, I wish to clarify my legal understanding of the situation." What you're doing is…is you're now identifying the reason why you're being pulled over. Okay.

Why is he putting you under arrest? And you're putting it on the record. To clarify for your legal understanding, you said—and this is, if he says, if, if—in the previous one, you're not free to leave.

Am I free to go? No, you're not free to go. I need to see your license and registration and proof of insurance. So, in order then, officer, to protect my rights and not waive any by error or accident, I wish to clarify my legal understanding of the situation. You said I'm not free to go, so I must conclude that I am under arrest and not simply under an investigative detention. Therefore, I'm invoking all of my fundamentally protected rights, including my right to remain silent. Am I right to assistance of counsel? From this point forward, I do not consent to providing you with any information or documents that can be used against me in a court of law or possibly incriminate me. So please do not ask me to produce anything and give it to you, from this point forward. Please do not ask me to answer any questions or perform any tests relating to any matter whatsoever without my attorney present. And don't ever get an attorney in a traffic court and do not represent, represent yourself. You are there by special appearance? The soy juris. This is by one's own right? Or just say, I'm here today prosecuting this case. Never agree that you are representing yourself, because you would be representing your commercial straw man, the legal name, and the all caps name.

Officer, badge number, do you intend to harm, injure, or punish me by any method of assault, arrest, and/or incarceration because I have invoked my fundamental constitutional protective rights? After you read that, can you imagine the officer, officer saying, "Get out of the vehicle. Put your hands beyond your back. Do as I say, just like with the guy we watched yesterday, right? They broke his window. Right? They were going to forcibly take him out. He's like, 'If you don't get out in the next three seconds, there's gonna be a real big problem.'"

Officer, badge number, do you intend to harm, injure, or punish me by any method of assault, arrest, and/or incarceration because I have invoked my, my fundamental constitutional protected rights? Yes, I do. "Intend you need to get out of the vehicle. Sir, you need to put your hands behind your back. I'm gonna break your window." Officer may now be saying that the law requires you to produce documents. This is intimidation. Invoking your fundamental rights cannot be converted into a crime. So, if they charge you falsely for obstruction, you get to sue their pants off because what they did was just punish you for invoking your rights.

Further record, Officer, badge number, no law is valid if it requires me in any way to waive any unalienable protected rights in order to exercise any other right, or alleged privilege, and no law can convert the free exercise of any, any right into a crime. I have repeatedly informed you that I choose not to waive any of my fundamental or constitutionally protected rights. So I ask you once again, Officer, badge number, do you intend to harm, injure, steal my property, or otherwise punish me for invoking my fundamentally constitutionally protected rights? This is a power, minister, powerful administrative process. It is, it is putting you in control of the situation. So now the officer does what he says. "I, I'm gonna give you 10 seconds, just like that kid the other day. He's like, 'I'm gonna break your window. I'm going to pull you out of your car. I'm going to tow your vehicle. I'm gonna give you a ticket. I'm gonna bring you to jail.'"

Officer, badge number, due to your attitude, demeanor, and your continuous threats to falsify charges and commit acts of violence against me and my property while displaying a deadly weapon, I feel physically threatened and in fear for my life. I demand that you cease and desist and that you get a supervisor here immediately. I do not consent to any of your actions, the use of force against me or my property, or to being forced to exit my car for any purpose, especially so that you may attempt to steal my property and/or assault, injure, or kill me. This is telling the officer exactly what you expect him to do. It is now part of the official record. You will be showing that all you did was invoke your rights and all he could do was threaten you with violence.

Officer, badge number, you are fully aware that I have already invoked my rights to remain silent. Am I right to assistance of counsel? Do you intend to continue in your unlawful efforts to violate my rights? Just keep repeating this like a skipping record: invoke your rights and stand on your rights. "You better get out of that car. I smell the pot on you. Have you been smoking the reefer? Do you even know what you're saying? I'll call your mama." Oh, don't get Mom involved; that almost gets me every time.

Officer, badge number, you are fully aware that I have already invoked my rights to remain silent and my right to assistance of counsel. Do you intend to continue in your unlawful efforts to violate my rights? Once again, repeat, repeat. Then, Officer, badge number, is my belief that the information you were demanding may possibly be used against me in the court of law or in an attempt to incriminate me. And if that is so, then upon the advice of legal counsel, I must respectfully decline to provide you with any information or evidence that possibly can, or would be used against me for those purposes. This is if the officer keeps on saying, "You better tell me that license, proof of insurance, and registration, because I want jurisdiction over you now, now, now." Yeah, the right not to provide anything to them, so don't…

Officer, badge number, I am asking you again, do you intend to continue to deny me my right and to falsely imprison me, or am I free to go? Am I free to go? Am I free to go? Am I free to go? Am I free to go? If the officer then tries to get you out of the car with false allegations such as saying he smells the pot, the devil's lettuce, immediately you say, "Officer, badge number, your statement is patently false and an outright lie. Are you now trying to fabricate probable cause by making false statements into the record and false allegations against me?" Or an alternative response would be, "I object, officer, due to your falsified statement pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1001, false statements and concealment. I demand that you cease and desist from any further actions of federal crimes of conspiracy against my unalienable constitutionally secured liberty." And finally, pursuant to Article 6, Clause 2, is a continuation of the previous sentence, of course, Clause II of the Supreme Court, Supreme Law of the land. And I have also to the band that you uphold your fiduciary duty as a peace officer to the public by allowing me to exercise and enjoy my natural liberty to travel the land, which the Supreme Court ruled is constitutionally protected pursuant to Shapiro versus Thompson.

Good to know is that your car or automobile is a consumer good under UCC 9-102A Section 23, which says consumer goods means goods that are used or bought for use primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. So are they going to require you to register your microwave oven and your sofa next? If you are not a commercial driver, you are neither a driver nor are you operating a motor vehicle. He wants you to sign his debt instrument. This is his ticket. You can tell him you do not want to enter into a contract with him and you are not signing anything. Note a flesh and blood he man or woman does not write a signature. That is what the straw man does. You're the flesh and blood man or woman that gives an autograph. If he persists, is acting violent, or is for any reason you are afraid for your life and safety, give your autograph under duress like this: Do not underline or emphasize only. You can write "Under protest, with prejudice, without acceptance or necessity of all the above. Under duress, with prejudice," never the all caps straw man; always use upper and lowercase letters. The definition of duress means unlawful pressure exerted upon a person for the coercion of that person to perform an act that he or she ordinarily would not perform.

You need to be prepared. You need to know your lawful rights. It's not difficult to read a script; it's difficult to have the courage to stick to the script and to not waver or falter. It's difficult. It is more difficult for a lion to find its roar, its roar, um, for him to be heard, you know, it more than the might and power in his paws. You just need to find the courage to speak and to defend and stand on your constitutionally protected rights. The way to do that through Creditor Academy is why we have our courses. Why we focus so much on your history of your sovereignty? How we got into this mess in the first place. You need to discover the foundations of your sovereignty, your legal identity, and how the system views you. If you know how that officer views you in their system, you'll start to understand why they're trying to get you to commercially contract with them. The next thing you need to do is you need to become private, you know, that's your SPC, that's your status correction, that's your private identification. That's your badge. That's knowing your lawful standing and how, and how to exit the public system and operate under your private authority. After you become private, you then need to know how to operate privately. You need to master how to separate everything out of your straw man's name that they tied to you into commercial entities that you own but that you control but don't own. That's business trusts and private membership associations. Ownership means liability; we need to make you liability-proof. Then, finally, senior unlimited credit. Now that you know how to operate privately, you need to access your unlimited credit. We show you how to do that through the credit, through the trade lines and the high-limit credit cards, the rewards point systems, and how the credit system actually works, how these credit bureaus along with the banking cartel have taken over the world and how to play the game like the Rockefellers do.

Everything at the Academy is step-by-step, but most importantly, we value education. Education comes in many forms. That's why we are a private Montessori association. We believe that being able to utilize all the tactile memberments of learning and to be able to study at your own pace is important for you to retain information. I have invested so much time and resources in the Montessori method as well as instructional designers and a full software team of 74 full-time staff to put a very comprehensive learning platform together. So then the benefit of your learning is now at your fingertips anytime that you want it. If you want a risk-free way to get to see the standard that we have here at Creditor Academy, you can become a master class member where you get Sovereignty 101, the full course, the full course of Sovereignty 101, where you get the recordings, the lesson plans, the game of vacation, the instructional videos, the step-by-step, the education background of the founding of our nation. Then you get the introductory to become private, sophomore year, know what the SPC and the status correction and the private ID in the badges are all about before you commit to doing that process. Then you get the introduction to operate privately in junior year, know what PMAs and business trusts are all about and how they benefit you and how they can really help you in learning about it. Then you get the introductory to unlimited credit. Know what credit is, how it works, how we apply and get you unlimited credit here at the Academy. All of this is to show transparency. We need, I need to be, or me and my team try to show transparency in all the courses. We really stand behind the quality of our work and our efforts, and really, we want to help as many people as possible. This is a mission for the soul of America and to bring back the sovereign republic, one individual at a time.
