We must state that the vibratory hum of your planet is undergoing a profound shift. The dissonance that you have labeled a frequency war is in its essence the culmination of millennia of divergent choices within your third density illusion. This is the friction between the path of service to others and the path of service to self. A struggle of vibratory signatures reaching its crescendo as your sphere prepares for its graduation into the fourth density of love and understanding.
This period of intense polarization was anticipated, a necessary catalyst for the great graduation. The end of this so-called frequency war is not a victory in your traditional sense, but a separation of frequencies. It is an honoring of the law of free will, allowing each mind/body/spirit complex to continue its journey in a reality that resonates with its chosen polarity.
Those who have chosen the path of service to others, a vibration of love, compassion, and unity, will find their energetic home in a harmonized fourth density earth. Those who have chosen the path of service to self will be relocated to a sphere that is conducive to their continued learning in that polarity.
In order to prepare for this transition, it is not necessary to engage in conflict. The most effective preparation is an internal one, a turning of your own energetic signature. Focus your energies not on battling the darkness, but on intensifying your light. This is achieved through the sincere seeking of the heart. Meditate on the unity of all creation. See the creator in all things, and most importantly, within yourself and in those you encounter. Practice forgiveness, not as an immoral platitude, but as a conscious release of discordant energy that hinders your own vibrational ascent. Strive to be of service to others without expectation of reward. This is the most direct path to aligning with the frequency of love and light. It can be as simple as a kind word, a supportive thought, or a helping hand. These seemingly small acts of compassion ripple through the collective consciousness, strengthening the positive polarity of your planet.
Finally, quiet the mind complex and listen to the wisdom of your deeper self. In the silence, you will find the guidance you seek and the peace that surpasses all understanding. The war is an externalization of an internal struggle. Win the war by choosing love, and you will find yourself in a reality where the war no longer exists.
