All right, guys. Thousand thousand reps is the goal. 50 reps a set, uh, with one minute durations as a rest period. We have 20 sets to do. In the middle, we have our halfway point. Let us know when we're at 500. And, uh, we'll go from there.
Ah, forgot to time my set. That's cool. That's cool. Felt like it was a good time. Hey, good morning Sander Ford. Welcome to the chat. Cheese in the house. Lee, greetings. Thanks everybody for being here. Just staying in the process. We're just going to keep doing this every day. We're 40 seconds into our one minute rest period. Good morning, ever. Hit that like button. Thank you, guys. Live stream says light work. 5 seconds left. There we go. That's our minute rest period. 38 seconds was our set.
Hey Sham, welcome to the chats. What's my raw steak recipe? I don't really eat raw steak. I've only eaten that on accident. Never really tried it on purpose. It wasn't very good. I went to this little diner and I said, "You know what? Just throw it on the grill, flip it, flop it, put it on my plate." Man, they served it to me. It was still frozen. Still frozen on the inside. Come on. What kind of service is that? There we go. Five more seconds. I had the worst gas from eating that thing. Terrible. Tore me up. That was 40 seconds. Paul's favorite steakhouse burnt down. Yeah, it happens. I had a friend who had a pizza parlor. It burnt down.
Not using full range of motion. Correct. Correct. More time under tension. Just rocking that sweet spot. Minute rest period. Do you see my chest? Can you see how it's like right there on that twitch spot? That sweet spot right where it's flexing. Yeah, that's right where I want it. I'm losing track. How many did I do? Who knows? Daz says exactly constant strain. Yeah, constant strain. Just rocking on that sweet spot. Ain't nothing to it but to do it. 15 seconds of a rest period left. There we go. 46 seconds. Greetings, Nathan. Welcome to the chats.
Sweet Lemons says, "My wrist hurts when I do push-ups." Yeah, more than likely you need to stretch your wrist. But if you'd like a quick way around it, the discomfort, try placing your hands like you see how my hands are, they're not bent. They're really not bent. Maybe I got a little bit of an angle to it, but they're definitely not 90. You know, I don't have any wrist issues by avoiding it that way. That's our minute. 38 seconds.
Inspector says you're not supposed to train seven days a week. Don't worry. Don't worry. We, uh, we train more than that. Absolutely. Yeah. It's kind of like, it's so funny, right? It's like the more you work out, the bigger you get. Who would have thought that the actual work that you put down adds to something, right? Everybody trying to not work out. Of course, you don't want to work out. Bunch of lazy people. Listen, if you want it, you got to be about it, right? You can't be sitting on the sidelines after you did a quick session, a little pump faking. You know, you want to be real about it, you got to put the work in. Listen, I made plenty of gains working out one time a day, but when I switched up my intensity to working out two times a day, it was like my gains were doubled. Wow. How'd that happen? You put in twice the work, you get twice the results. That's crazy. Crazy. Yeah, I know it's not textbook to work out all the time, but it works.
Paul says, "Just a couple more tattoos." Boy, I wish it would be nice to sit through a tattoo session again. I always felt that was like a good, you know, reality check, you know, ground your feet a little bit. I used to get tattoos on the weekly. Man, I've done my head like three different times, right? The first time was just this this star, this, uh, that Celtic knot, the sun. The first time was a over 8 hour period with two dudes drilling my head at the same time for 8 hours. That was a fun experience. I felt like I was like meditating like super hardcore as my head was just getting drilled for eight hours. Yep. I was really, uh, digging deep on that one. It was definitely a mental exercise. And then I did another 8 hour session. After that, I was starting to extend it, but it was all within my hairline at the time. Yeah. So, I had it extended. It was like eight or 12 hours. But that too again was like a fun meditation for me. And then, and then, uh, I after my last, uh, my first prison sentence, I came home. I'm like, you know what? I'm going to extend it even more. I came home and I started extending it. I didn't finish it all the way. You could see it's still unfinished. Three more seconds of this rest period. Two, one, go.
Yeah, I felt like tattooing was like a like a discipline. Like I would it would it would it would center me. It focus me, you know, and I would notice my longboarding and skating style would change after a good head tattoo session. I was more confident in my hill dive bombing runs where I would, you know, get on my longboard and carve, carve a big old hill. Sometimes I'd do it barefoot, take my shoes off and get in that mental, you know, there's only one way out and that's to ride this hill. You know, I don't need shoes, right? You got to get in that mindset. Frank. Hey, Frank. What's up? I would find that a good tattoo session. Yeah. Would definitely, you know, center me for those dive bombing runs. You know, I used to think that stiffer, you know, talking about longboards, um, stiffer, uh, cushions, what are they called? You could change them out. They're on the skateboarding trucks. I used to like the stiffer cushions. Now I feel like less is best. What's the time? Ain't yours? It's 5:27. Yep. What are you doing with the cards? Hey guys, if you want to support the channel, these are my suckerfree deck of cards. I got at the suckerfreetore.com. This is how we count our reps and sets. Ah, bushings. Bushings. Correct, Zach. Yeah. When I used to dive bomb hills, you know, I would make the rear truck. I just cranked that. I wanted the hardest bushing possible. I didn't want it to move. And the front one has to be a bit looser than that. But, uh, when you're dive bombing the hills. But now that I'm, uh, now that I've been doing it for so long, I want I want as loose as possible, right? I want those trucks just to be like going crazy underneath my feet, you know? Yeah, longboarding. It's fun, man. I dig it. It's like you're flying. That's what I imagine. I'll put on some some orchestra, right? Some classical, you know, I'll just like my skating patterns will be nice and smooth. Then I'll like switch the genre, switch to some punk rock or something. Then all of a sudden, my skating style becomes all aggressive and jagged. Right. It's interesting. Music affects everything.
He, let's see, told me muscle guys in prison are mostly ego-driven cowards. Any truth? Ego driven cowards. Well, I don't know if that's the right way to put it, but ego driven for sure, 100%. Um, my mentality when I learned this method was, uh, I was very ego driven. I was ruled by the ego for sure, 100%. I see it as a weakness now. Undisciplined, uncontrol of your emotions. Everything must be balanced. And I'm unbalanced myself. Yep. That's why I could see it. The whole point is to be balanced, though. Workout advice. Let's see what's your question. If a person can't do push-ups with legs out, what's the first step? And please tell me why the hand grasper things are used. All right, let me get this set in. Yep. Okay. So, if you can't do push-ups on the ground, you need to do them off an elevated surface, right? Maybe a tabletop, you know, the counter, maybe a couple chairs. Uh, you could even push up off the wall itself. You could just stand up against the wall and push up against the wall itself, right? Just start moving and stay consistent every day. You know, once you get good at one level, bring it down a level. Once you get good at that level, bring it down a level, right? Until you're on the ground. How many reps or sets? Well, start off with like half a deck of cards, right? Aim for that, you know? Don't be worried about no perfect workout. It doesn't exist. Especially for new guys working out. You don't need to spend your money on some stupid program. All you got to do is show up every day and don't overdo it, right? You got to just, the first part of it is just showing up every day and doing something. You know, a couple push-ups here, a couple push-ups there. You know, just keep coming back. Let your body get the signals like, "Hey man, we're going to get you. We're going to start moving around. You better get used to it, right?" And don't overdo anything. You don't need any crazy workout.
Here we go. We're at the halfway point, guys. Just keep showing up. That's it. Most people don't have the discipline to keep coming back every day. They feel a little bit of discomfort and then they want to take a break. You're not going to make any changes by sitting on your ass. Let me tell you what. You got to, you got to keep coming back and stay consistent. See, I forgot how many push-ups we even did, right? Yeah, you guys heard it before. This ain't the first time. Consistency is key. Just keep coming back. Keep coming back. Don't overdo it. When I say don't overdo it, you're not listening to me. I know that for a fact. Your ego is telling you to do more, right? Just stay consistent. Do 10, 15 minutes. You don't need to do any more than that, right? Do that for the first 30 days. Just stay consistent.
See, everybody reads things differently, you know. Um, I love the feeling of my skin stretching across my chest, across my arms. I love that feeling. Some people don't like that. Some people feel that and they're like, "Ew." Right. I never knew. I always registered that as a good feeling, but some people don't, you know? Um, it's it's it's a lot of new feelings right off the bat. It's very uncomfortable. You're going to be going through changes. Like I said, when I first started working out, I went to the emergency room because I thought I was having a heart attack, right? But it was just I was feeling my chest for the first time after a workout, right? I didn't know that's how you're supposed to feel. And I drove myself to the emergency room after my workout cuz I didn't know, right? But that's just normal. So, um, I mean, when you're new to working out, you're going to feel a lot of new things. What is up memberships? Ali Bird, thank you so much. Gifting five memberships. Thanks for all the channel support, everybody. Alli Bird stretched received the membership. Young wild Kate and and Rick's Ricky Workouts. What's up guys? Welcome to the chat. Hey Maxi, how you doing guys? Thanks for all the channel support everybody. Let's keep this going, right? Thank you for your support.
Wide grip bench press or dumbbell press, your favorite? Boy, that's a hard one. Dumbbells feel amazing, but you can you can do more get wider with, uh, straight bar and a wide grip cuz you your hand placement can be wider than actually having a dumbbell. And that's a unique ability. That's our minute. Hey, gonna take care of y'all. Gonna go start doing some wall push-ups and work my way down right now. Heck yeah. Padding. Yeah, that's what's up, man. Hey, check out my brother Justin Pollock's channel. He does a wall pushup video. It's pretty cool, you know. He really did a good job on it. My brother Justin Pollock. Oh, and then you were asking about why I use the, uh, blocks, right? Well, the blocks are any elevated surface, right? You can put your hand like this, right? Where you're barely bending it, right? Instead of flat like that, you can do something like that. Yeah, going all the way up and all the way down will definitely, uh, result in less results. If you're new to working out, we're just staying on the, the sweet spot right where we have the most flex, like right where the muscles are about to twitch. They're kind of like twitching right there, right? At that sweet spot, right? When we're just rocking it the whole time, right? Keeping the pump where I want the change to occur, right? Cuz only when I extend into a full range of motion rep, I release the pump. The pump goes somewhere else to my triceps, other muscle groups to take over the workload, right? I'm keeping the workload right where I want the change to occur. That's the magic behind it all. Plus, I'm on these this elevated surface. It allows for an extra stretch, right where the sweet spot is. Everything else is just wasted. Wasted movement, wasted energy. Doesn't serve my purpose. You got to know what your goal is and work accordingly. Nice. Yep. Just using the sweet spot. That's it. Listen, I know it's a weird thing to see if you're not used to working out, but you go into any prison system across the country and you'll see dudes doing this and they're freaking jacked. You know, what do I do for legs? Same thing. Same thing on everything. Quarter rep range of motion. Just rock the sweet spot. Just rock the sweet spot. So, the way I'm counting my reps and sets today is I'm just doing it the way I did it in prison. 50 reps per set times 20 sets. Get your thousand in. And that's our rest period. No, I don't use testosterone. And neither does all those other guys locked up behind the walls. They all look like me, too. I'm trying to tell you this is how it's done. Right? If you just followed along and did what I did, you would look this way, too. Enough said. 37 seconds for those 50 reps.
You were told push-ups were bad for back. Well, it's not a back exercise. Chest exercise, but my back is so big that my lats will get engaged with my push-ups now that they're so big. They just like want to take over everything I do. Whoever said that doesn't do push-ups, they probably got a bird chest. 30. 9 seconds. 50 reps. Good. Yeah, I, I'll be 44 in January. I'm from Finland says the relief you are looking for lies within the work you are avoiding. Yes, that's the truth. That one haunts me. Every time, every time I think about my life and I feel some sort of way about it, I remember the relief that I am working for, looking for truly lies within the work that I am avoiding myself. Right? And that's been a repeated lesson in my life over and over again. The repeated lessons are always the most valuable ones. Yes. Yes. It's like I hold the keys to my own greatness, right? I am my own jailer locking the door. It's all about choices. Everything is a choice. Correct. Padding. Everything's a choice. I choose to stay still by not taking action. Right? Greatness is mine the moment I choose it. Right? The relief that I am looking for truly lies within the work that I avoid, 100%. Going to put that on the tombstone. You know that. That was 44 seconds.
What sport do I want to play? Oh man. I don't know if you'd call it a sport, but I'd like to get one of those wing suits and jump off a cliff, you know, fly close to the mountain side. Hey, Brady Huges, thanks for the channel support. NZ1 $1. Thanks, man. Braden, appreciate you. Base jumping in the wingsuit. Yeah, wouldn't that be fun? That's our rest period. Braden, hey, that's how you say it. NZ5, thanks for the channel support. Max Maxi U300. Thank you so much Maxi. Thanks everybody. I appreciate all the channel support, guys. Says, "Philosophy, family values, good workouts, and what more can I ask for? I'm a happy subscriber. Go suck a free community." Thanks, Maxi. Thanks, guys. Appreciate all the support. You guys are epic. Yep, it's true. That's our rest period right there. Yeah. Thank you so much everybody. Awesome. That was 41 seconds. We have one, two, three, four cards left to reach our thousand reps. Pardon me. Do regular push-ups. Demon boy. Trust me, man. I spent a lot of time locked up. I've done experimented what works well for me, right? I've learned from the best there is, you know, guys that are never going home and all they live for is working out and doing push-ups. These are the guys that I worked out with, the guys I, I, uh, lived with, right? Yeah. There ain't no BS here. I know what I'm doing looks strange to a lot of you guys that are unfamiliar with working out. And that's cool. You know, it's all about learning something new. You never know, it might be the best thing you ever did, right? All these years you're just grinding away doing full rep range of motion and you could have been making gains this whole time. Right? When I came to that realization, man, I just I thought I was like, man, I let my ego get in the way of learning something new and beneficial to myself, you know? That's what it was. It was like, man, I could have been doing this the whole time.
Vince says, "I'm learning, Jesse. I was going to smoke a sig, then I saw you." All right, man. Well, that's a sign, man. Get down and give me 20. All right. 39 seconds. Yeah. I tell you what, if you guys ever been interested in working out, let me save you the trouble. Don't even think about it. Just start. All right? You, you ain't going to regret it. It's a good lifestyle. Yeah. Tell you what, my, my, my chest is so freaking jacked right now, right? It's just like just solid. Like everything's solid. I love the way my body feels doing 1,000 push-ups every day. Everything's just, man, it's there, you know. That's the minute. 35 seconds. Nice. We got two cards left. Just like that. Dicky. Two shoes got tendonitis. Tell you what, if you guys I know this a lot. I know a lot of guys have these issues, right? So, I got to address it. Creatine and MSM. Start there. Start there. Incorporate an Epsom salt bath. You know, do that for a month and tell me how you feel. Like, for real. Night and day difference, man. I feel amazing. Yeah. I thought personally I was just getting old. I'm like, "Ah, maybe my body's wearing out, you know," but no, I just wasn't taking care of it. If you're going to be putting in this kind of volume, you got to be taking care of yourself, you know? 45 seconds.
How many push-ups are in one card? 50 reps. 50 reps per set times 20 sets. And we're on our last card. Thank you for showing me I'm worth it. Trucker dude. Heck yeah, man. All of you guys are worth it. I don't know who told you you weren't worth it. Everybody is worth and deserves love and deserves the best physical shape that they can be in, right? Everybody does. It's that illusion of self, self-worth. Yeah. In a negative aspect, that's an illusion, guys. That's wasted energy. Don't pay any attention to the lower vibrational activities. We're on the up and up around here. Yeah. Yeah. Don't fall for the trick, the illusion, the deception, right? Stay away from those tricks of deception. That's all negative vibrational activities. And if you, if you catch yourself on a path where you've been down the road of negative vi vibrational activities, now is the time to check yourself, guys. You got to get off that path. Right now is a brand new moment in life in time. Anything can happen. Anything you choose can happen. Greatness is already yours the moment you choose it. The moment you choose it. Right? You are the jailer holding yourself back and you hold the keys. Right? You hold the keys to your freedom. Right? You do everything you've been yearning for. Everything you've ever wanted, you already have. I know that to be true. I know that to be true. This is the last card of the deck, guys. It's a king. We're doing 50 for it. And we're a sucker free. This is the sucker-free community. We don't spend our time on negative vibrational activities, right? We're sucker free. We could be bad all by oursel. We don't need anybody's help. Nice. 43 seconds.
That's it. That's it. We did our thousand reps. And if you thought that was cool, you want to support the channel, I got these sucker-free deck of cards for sale at the suckerfree store.com. I also have these sucker-free resistance bands available as well. Thanks for all your channel support, everybody.
