Hey guys, Jason here. Today I'm going to show you three profitable business ideas that can make you $100,000 in 2025. Now, these are not the typical business ideas like selling on Etsy or Shopify, but I'm talking about real opportunities that are trending up and will explode even more in 2025. And the funny thing is that most people are still sleeping on them.
Now, the best part about this is that these ideas will cost you $0 to start, and I'm going to show you exactly how everything works with real examples of people making tons of money right now. So let's dive in.
So the first strategy is TikTok Shop. So everybody's talking about this right now cuz it's a massive opportunity. So I've been doing business for over 15 years now, and there's one simple thing that you can do if you want to be successful, and that is to get in early. Now, TikTok Shop is brand new compared to platforms like Etsy or Amazon, and you know what that means: way less competition. Now, if you were to list your product on Etsy or Amazon, you'll probably be buried on page 50 or 100, but on TikTok organic reach is insane cuz we're still very early, and I'm seeing a lot of new products rank on the first page of TikTok Shop.
And not just that, but if you check Google Trends, you're going to see a massive spike in interest for the term TikTok Shop just over the past two years. And there's a lot of newer stores that are getting a lot of sales on TikTok right now. So let me give you a real example. So there are shops right now making millions selling basic products on TikTok. So check out this shop selling simple T-shirts. If you look here, they've sold 286 units at about $20 each; that is over $41,000 in sales, and that is just for one product. And if you look at the shop as a whole, they've sold 26,000 units, and if you just take an average price of $20, that is $650,000 in sales. Or what about this listing here selling custom phone cases? They've sold 6800 units at about $5 each, which is $34,000 in sales, and that is just for one product.
Now you're probably asking, does it mean that I need to make TikTok videos? Now, actually no, not really. Let me explain. There are shops doing over $100,000 in sales without posting a single video from their account. And the shops that I just showed you don't even have videos on their listing cuz TikTok has a search feature where users can just look for products they want to buy. So, for example, if someone searches for mental health T-shirts for women, your products will also show up, even if you have no videos. But, of course, videos perform better on TikTok, just because, you know, after all, it is a platform made for videos, and your products will just get more exposure with videos, and plus people can see the product being used.
Now, if you guys stick around to the end of the video, I'm going to show you how to use AI to create these TikTok videos like these without ever showing your face, cuz I've seen shops go from a few sales a day to hundreds just by adding videos to their shops using AI. But now the big question is, how are these new shops getting so much sales? Now let me show you a business model that can make you even more money than running your own shop on TikTok. You're still making money on TikTok, but here's the twist: you're not selling your own products, cuz now you're promoting other people's products as an affiliate. And so many people are making tens of thousands of dollars per week selling products they didn't even create.
Now here's why this model is working so well. So unlike running your own shop where you have to test and experiment with new products, you're promoting products that are already proven to sell. You're using data to make your decisions cuz you can see exactly how many sales a product has done before you even start promoting it. And the best part about the affiliate model is that these videos are very simple to make. As you can see, these are just basic product demos, short, on your phone. There are no fancy camera setup or no studio lighting, none of that stuff. And actually, some of the converting videos are just these raw, authentic demo videos showing how the product works, you know, and this works cuz it doesn't look like an ad, and people can relate to videos that are real and authentic.
Now, if you want to get started, you first have to find products that are proven to sell, and TikTok actually shows you which products are selling like crazy and how much you'll make per sale. When somebody sees a cool kitchen gadget or a beauty product for $29, they don't think twice, right? They just buy it. Now the next question is, how do we get this product to review? Because you see a lot of these creators, they're holding a product they're promoting. Now you can actually request a sample from the brand, and they'll send you a product to review, cuz you don't even need to spend any money buying the products to promote, cuz like I said, this business costs $0 to start.
Now, if you want to request a sample, you can go to your affiliate dashboard and order a sample from the brand. Now, they usually approve this within 24 hours cuz they do want that exposure. But if, for some reason, you don't get approved, you can just grab it from Amazon, cuz, you know, spending 20 bucks on a product that can make you thousands in commissions, I think, is a no-brainer. But just as a reminder, if you're going to promote products like supplements, you want to keep in mind that just to share your personal experience, make sure you don't say that it cures anything, because TikTok watches this stuff very closely, and you don't want to get your account shut down.
Now a question that a lot of people are probably asking right now: what if I don't want to show my face on these videos? Can I still do TikTok affiliate? Now the third strategy that I want to share with you guys is this one unique way of making money on TikTok without being an affiliate or having to build a TikTok Shop. Now what most people don't realize is that there is a massive gap in the market, cuz we know that videos convert way better than images on TikTok, and there are thousands of TikTok shops that don't have these videos. Either they don't want to be on camera or they don't have the time to create these videos. Cuz if you look at TikTok, there are tons of print-on-demand shops on TikTok right now that make decent money just from static images, but imagine how much more money they can make if they have videos promoting these products. And that's where you come in as what I call a growth partner.
So as a growth partner, you'll approach these shops, and your offer will be to create video content with a goal of increasing their sales. So you can either charge a fixed fee for these videos or you can take a percentage of the sales increase. So there's literally no risk for them to engage with you. Now there are tons of ways you can structure the pricing, which I'll get more into in a second, but you're probably now thinking, are you asking me to film and create all these videos cuz I don't want to be in camera myself? Now, of course, we're not going to do that. We can use the AI tool to create these videos for us. We're going to use this tool to produce this video at scale, right? Because if you look at this tool, there are tons of AI avatars you can choose from, and they're adding even more avatars every day, so you'll never run out of character. And of course, the shop owners don't need to know exactly how you're doing it; they just need to see the results.

If you're promoting 10 different products, that is 10 different filming sessions, 10 different setups. But what if you could create 50 different variations of product videos in the time that it takes them to make one?
Now for pricing, you get a few options. You can charge a flat fee per video, so let's say $50 per video, or you can also offer a commission structure. You can tell them, I'll create your videos, and I only make money when you make money. And this is perfect for affiliates cuz they're already earning commissions, and you're just taking a percentage of something that they wouldn't have earned without your videos. So let's do a quick math. So let's say you charge $50 per video, and you can create 10 videos using AI; that's already $500. Or if you're on the commission structure, if your videos can help an affiliate generate an extra $10,000 in commissions and you take 10% of that, that's already $1,000 per video. And because you're using AI, it really doesn't take much time. But the key to all this is that you got to establish yourself as a video production service and not as an AI service, cuz you're selling the outcome, which is more sales through better video content. So whether you use AI, traditional video, or a combination of these, it doesn't really matter to your clients; they care about results.
