Paying $300 to $1,000 a month for a CRM is now optional. I'm going to prove it in the next few minutes by showing you how to spin up a fully functional CRM for less than the price of a cup of coffee. No monthly subscription, no transaction cuts, no plugins, just a CRM you actually own with everything you need and nothing you don't.

If you've been on the fence about ditching your expensive CRM like GoHighLevel, this video is for you. Let me show you what CRM software costs right now. Pipedrive is $49 per user per month. Got a team of three, that's $150 a month just to track your leads. GoHighLevel, $297 a month and that is their middle tier. HubSpot professional, $800 a month, that's 800 and they still charge you extra for onboarding.

Small businesses are paying thousands a year for CRM software and most of them are using maybe 20% of what they're paying for. A contact list, a pipeline, sub accounts, automation and maybe a form on their website. That's it. So, what if you could have just the 20%, the stuff you actually need and use every day and pay no monthly subscription? That's exactly what we're building today.

This is LeadStack, but if you set it up, you can call it whatever you like. What I'm going to show you is everything that you can have set up and running in less than 60 minutes. Your own CRM just the way you want it. Here's the basic flow. Sign up, download it, fire it up.

To make the whole process even easier, Claude Code will guide you in the complete setup. There is a Claude.md file in the code base and all you have to do is ask Claude, "Guide me through the setup for the Lead Stack." And out of the box, you get unlimited sub accounts, full activity timeline, contacts with search, CSV import, calendar and tasks, form builder, email and SMS automations, website builder, funnel builder. It's like a business in a repo.

Let me show you a demo. So, this is leadstack.dev. This is the website where you can sign up, you can purchase it, and you can get access to the code base to spin it up. But, as a user, when you spin this up for the first time, it will look something like this because it'll be customized to your own requirements, your brand, your theme, your style.

Once you're logged in, you land on this page here, get started, and it just shows the various flows within Lead Stack. So, you have the multi-tenant agency model, pretty standard, agency sub accounts and members, lead capture and instant response flow, and also we have client website builder and pipeline reports. Up the top, you'll see there's two more tabs, features and next steps. So, in features, you can see all the features within the tool.

So, just clicking on agency home, you can see I've got six sub accounts here. If you want to create a new sub account, and you can generate unlimited sub accounts, we just hit on create a new one, and you can enter in all those details there, pretty simple. I'm not going to create one cuz I've already got a few.

Now, we can quickly take a look at the settings. So, within the settings, this is where you can do your own branding. So, if I want to rename this from Lead Stack to say Lead Machine, just hit save there, and you can see the new name. We've got Lead Machine up in the top left, and you can add your own logo, support details, and all this stuff flows through into the main landing page.

All right, we'll go back to the sub account, and we'll take a look at one. Let's pick Pipe Drive. So, the data that you'll see in here, it's been mixed up, so So, not real data, you can't spam these people, but you can see we've got 53 open deals, the pipeline value is at around $322,000 and $300,000 won this month. In the system, we have 300 contacts. You click on it, you can see all the contacts here.

Go back to the dashboard. Our pipeline, this is our pipeline feed. Now, this may look kind of messy at the moment, but that's why we have the filter, so we can just click on say I want to see the new ones or I want to see new with high high priority. We can clear that, go back to one, etc. So, super easy to navigate your way around the pipeline to understand what deals you've got and where they're at in the pipeline.

Go back to the dashboard. If we scroll down a bit, we've got this other view here. So, we can take a look at where our deals are around the world. Now, this particular business is centered around the UK. So, if we zoom in on London, we should get quite a bit of content here. And you can see pretty easily like where all your clients are and if they're clustered in a certain area, it's just a good snapshot. If you want to dive into one of them, you can just click on it and it'll take you over to the pipeline again.

Now, you might be wondering what does all this cost? And I'm going to take you through the costing at the end of the video. But for now, I want to walk you through a typical GoHighLevel use case. If we go back to sub accounts, I've got this sub account called Peak Clubs. And so, what I'm going to do here, this is the example where if you're the agency owner, you might go and knock on the door of a business, sign them up, offer them a website, and give them their own workspace within the tool. So, you can invite them into here and they can only access their sub account.

So, let's say you do sign them up, go down to the sub account settings, and you enter their details in. So, we've got Sarah, her email address, and her phone number. Pretty straightforward. Now, if you want to invite Sarah into this workspace, super easy. You just add her email here. You want her to be a collaborator or an admin. Most of the time it'll be a collaborator. Send the invite and she can come into this workspace and the only thing she will see is everything from this section down here, which makes sense, right?

Next, we want to add that contract into the pipeline. So, go to pipeline, enter a new deal. Sarah runs a bunch of gyms, let's say, called Peak Fitness. The value, put it at 50,000. Stage, let's say we signed her up on the spot, so we've won it. Priority is a bit irrelevant there. And the contact. All right, so we've got one deal in the pipeline and we've won it.

Now, let's say that the contract we've got with Peak Fitness is to build a website and then set up some automations with email and SMS to help grow their business and sell training packages, coaching, and Pilates classes. Whatever it is, this is what we do. So, we want to set up an automation so that if someone completes an inquiry form, maybe they get an email, an SMS, or both, and maybe they get a calendar link, something like that.

So, if we go to automations, we click on templates, you can see we've got welcome SMS. I can click on it and you can edit it and update this to be whatever you like. Same with the welcome email. You can have a calendar link in here and this is incorporated as well. And we also have the notify owner. So, they're the automation templates.

To configure the next step, we go to forms. We want to create a new form, so a quick contact form. There's a template for this, so we don't have to design it. We just click it and it builds it. And then we've got this first section here. So, what happens when the form comes in in terms of the pipeline? So, most of the time it's going to want to create a new lead in the pipeline, so this is defaulted to new and it auto tags which form it came from and it also adds the contact in.

After the form contact email comes in, they get a thank you message back. You can customize that, and you can also choose to where you want to redirect after they've completed the form, if you want to do that. So, we'll just go down a bit. We can see step one SMS. We can add that welcome SMS if they complete a form, or we can leave it off. If we have none, it's actually going to go straight to step two. So, I'll put it on anyway. Welcome SMS, then we've got the welcome email, and then we'll also notify the owner. So, notify owner email. And to activate it, we just click enable, and you can see that automation is now on.

So, the only thing we're really missing now is the actual website to add this form detail and automation into, and that's super easy. Let's build the website. To build the website, we just click on website. Now, you have a choice of a couple of different formats. You've got a standard local site, a VSL, like a funnel, video sales letter, or you've got these niche templates. Because this business is a gym and fitness business, I'm going to go with gym and fitness. And basically, what happens here is there is an API key that is entered during the setup that hooks off to Get Page, and it's actually going to build the site and return it to us within Lead Stack.

So, to speed this up, I've got a sample button up the top to populate everything, so I'm just going to click that. That all looks pretty good. All I need to do now is build the site. Let's check back in a few minutes when it's done, and we can take a look. And there we go. So, the live URL for the site, it's already up, and it's already published. Now, we can visit the site.

All right, so here's our website. It's hosted on a subdomain of GitLab, which is free. The site itself, it looks pretty good. I mean, I'm pretty happy with how it's come how it's come out. If we scroll down a little bit, we've got these different sort of sections here, and these images. I think it works really well. Now, this is a New York City-based gym, so it's Yeah, I think it's it's pretty good.

So, you can see this is a custom contact form that aligns with the website. The last thing you want to do is put some sort of an iframe or some embed into it that messes up the look and feel of your site. So, with LeadStack, what we can do is go back to our form and get a bit of code snippet that we can give to Claude Code that will update this. So, just click back on forms, go to edit. You go down the bottom, you will see where you can create your own custom form, but we don't want to do that. We actually want to get the HTML to give to Claude and update the website's own design for its form.

So, we just do this, copy the HTML snippet. You can see it's copied it. Then we just go over to Claude Code. And in Claude Code, I'm just asking Claude to retrieve the Peak website I recently generated. In order to do this, you need to have the GetPage MCP connected. Claude will go back and retrieve the site. You can see it's Here it is here. Now, all I need to do is ask Claude to add that HTML snippet in for the contact form. Once that's done, we can test the form.

So, back over in LeadStack, I'm just on the contacts here to show you there are no contacts in the system yet. Claude has finished updating that form. So, now we can enter one in and just test it. And we'll just put some dummy details in here. All right. And back on LeadStack, you can see that contact has made its way in, and the source is from the website. And the email fired, and here is what it looks like. Obviously, you can update it and change it to be whatever you like.

A few disclosures and the costing details. LeadStack does require a one-time payment. I won't say the price here because there is a deal on for the first 50, and then it goes up significantly. So, depending on when you watch this video, the price could be different. Secondly, Cloud Code is not required to do the build and the setup, but it's recommended because it will guide you through the process. The hosting for Lead Stack is self-hosted, but it is very close to free, if not free. You have to have significant monthly users to breach the free tier. For email, there is a very large free tier, so you're going to be well on your way to a successful agency by the time the paid tier kicks in. Very similar for SMS. Every SMS does have a cost associated with it, but it is just cents in the dollar. For the website build, you do need a Git Page agency tier, but this is included with the first users, the first batch of users, so it may depend on if you join or when you join up to whether you actually have to pay for that. And finally, there are plans for an affiliate program at 40% per sale, and that aligns with Go High Level. So, if you love the product and you want to share it with others, you can make 40% commission on each sale.
