Let AI Run Your Life | My System (Free Template + Full Tutorial)

My Life, By AI11:25

Transcription

6 months ago, I handed my life to Chachi PT. And since then, I've lost 64 lbs. I've gone full-time on YouTube and all my other problems. Like, I no longer get depressed or anxious. It has just been the biggest transformation of my life.

And today I want to go over the system that I use to help run my life with Chat GBT because I'm getting a lot of comments on my Discord and in my YouTube about how I do it. So here's how I do it.

The reason I set up the system is because Chat GBT is like really good at being a coach and it's just amazing. And if if you give it some information, it'll come up with these beautiful long-term and short-term goals, which we'll get to shortly. The problem is it sort of is like the best coach in the world with short-term memory loss. It's only very good at thinking about the last 2 or 3 days. And so then you get into this kind of repetitive pattern where you kind of get the same goals every week. So, it's really good at keeping you on the goals that you've set, but it's not very good at kind of looking at how you've been going for the past week or the past month. and then coming up with kind of long-term and short-term goals to get you where you want to go in the next week or month. So that's why I set up the system.

And so what I did is I used ChatGpt as my coach and I use notion as like my external memory system for chat GPT. So this is my system in a nutshell.

At the end of the week, I upload a few things. The first thing is my check-ins. So throughout the week at the end of the day I check in with Chi BT Arthur who I like to call him and I tell him how my day is going. I tell him what went well, what went wrong, what I'm happy about and then I'll summarize that and I'll add it into a database in notion and at the same time Arthur will give me a summary back saying how he thinks my day went and then I'll add that also add that summary in notion. So, at the end of the week, I've got all our check-ins from Monday through to Sunday.

I have other tracker data, too. I track my finances, so incoming expenses, outgoing expenses, uh because now I'm turning this to a business. I have a little check box that tells me whether it was a business expense, all that kind of stuff. So, I everything I spend, I track in the finance tracker, so we can plan for that.

I also track my I have a health tracker in Notion. This looks at things like calories, fat, carbs, and protein from the health side of things. And then we'll also look at what exercise I've done. So, did I do a 10 did I do 10,000 steps that day? Did I go to the gym? Did I stretch? Or did I do my core work?

Now, obviously, your trackers are going to be different depending on what goals you've come up with, but you can use chat GPT to help you come up with your own tables about what columns it thinks you'll need. I'm going to do a video on this later, or you can message me on Discord if you need help. But for now, just know that you can always ask Chat GBT to make your own tables based on your own goals.

Uh, the other thing I upload at the end of week is my mini manifesto. So, a mini manifesto is basically my summary of where I am at at the end of the week and how I'm feeling about it. It's basically a brain dump about everything that you're thinking and everything that you're feeling. So, for example, in this last week, I in my mini manifesto, I said, you know, overall things are going amazing from when we started. You know, I've lost 64 pounds. YouTube's full-time. I don't really get stressed out, anxious, or depressed anymore. So, overall, absolutely amazing.

Uh, one of the downsides that was really getting to me, though, was my YouTube has grown from like 500 subs to 11,000 subs really quickly. And with that scaling has come a lot of like pressures. Like, I have to try to get my content packs out. I have to get my YouTube videos out. Um, like got people in Discord that I've got to talk to. I've got like live streams. things I've got to do. I've got Patreon. It's and and and it was getting overwhelming and I was starting to feel like this pressure of time on me where I didn't have time to do actually even record the video. So, I was really that was really starting to stress me out and kind of suck the fun out of what I was doing. And so, I also put that down in my manifesto to pass that on to him. So, it's just a way to capture kind of how you're feeling about your week, the current kind of your current state of where you're at.

And this is what I'll also put up, which will be the last thing, will be my original manifesto and my long-term goals. So, my mini manifesto at the end of the week only needs to be like half a page. But when you first start this, you'll write out a really big manifesto. Mine was like six pages long. And that's this is when I first started this channel, and it was like, this is my life. You know, I'm 50 years old. Nothing's working out. I'm obese. You really just lay it out. Just brain dump all your insecurities, everything that worries you about what's happening in your life. Remember, no one's going to read it. So, apart from chat GBT, so you can be completely honest and upfront and just tell it how you feel.

Now, I have a video on how to do this. So, I'm not going to go into it in too much detail here. You can watch the video and I also, if you want more details, again, I have a starter pack and Patreon that you can go over and read if you want more details on how to set up your manifesto. The main point that I'm trying to make though is that one of the byproducts of doing your manifesto with CHT is it'll give you these beautiful long-term goals and short-term goals.

So that's what you want to upload. So what are we uploading at the end of the week? We do a check-in and we're going to review how our last week went. We're going to upload our check-in tracker. We're going to upload any other trackers that we've got. We're going to hand in our mini manifesto. and we're going to hand in the long-term goals that we got from our manifesto and even maybe just put in your manifesto as well.

Once you've put that in, you want to prompt chat GPT then to give you the goals for the coming week. So, you'll want to say, you know, chat GBT, here are my trackers and my manifestos, etc. Can you give me back my short-term goals based on everything that I've given you for the next week? and then it'll give you back these beautiful short-term goals that it wants you to work on for the next week.

Based on my mini manifesto, Chachi PT gave me uh it basically said you're overwhelmed. Said, "I noticed that when you work in the evenings, you tend to get really anxious and sort of like overwhelmed the next day. And when you don't work in the evenings, you don't." So it said what we're going to do is we're going to set everything up where there's only three tasks that you do a day. You're going to do one health task. So a health task would be like going for a walk or going to the gym. You're going to do one self-care task. So yesterday I had a little bit of a shave and I put some self-cleanser on. But other basic things just like cleaning a room or um doing your washing. And then you're going to do one business task. Your business task is like your to-do list. That's your sort of variable tasks. He's like, you're just going to do three of them a day and that's it.

Once you've got all your goals set out, I need a place to put them because I'm a very visual person and I like to see what I'm doing through the week. And this is where notion comes into play a little bit more as well. I've set up a canban board in notion and it will have seven columns and each column is a day. So Monday through to Sunday and then within each column it's divided into A.M., P.M. and evening. And so what chatbt and I have decided for me is that the AM shift is for health goals and self-care goals. So when I wake up, I go for a walk, I do something to look after myself, have lunch, and then the PM is for my business goals. And now the evenings is obviously said to keep free, but I can use that as my overflow. So, if I'm running behind on one of my goals in the PM, I can just kind of go into the evening and finish it off.

Okay. So, variable tasks are kind of like your to-do list. I have this ideas vault in notion. It's essentially a database that whenever I think, "Oh, I really need to do that." I'll just put it into the ideas vault and then it's just there and it's just sitting there waiting for me to pluck it when I'm ready. Well, actually for chat GBT to pluck it when I'm ready. And so, I'll have this ideas vault. So, if say I'm sitting there and I think, I really need to clean up my Discord channels. It's getting really messy. Or, oh, I need to make a video on prompt A, that will really help my users. I'll put that in the ideas vault in there. There it sits until I do my weekly reset.

Once I've done my weekly reset and I'm ready to fill in those variable tasks that I'm telling you about, all the ones that I'm going to put in the PM, I then pass all of those tasks from the ideas vault to Arthur and I say or chat GBT and I say what are the uh business tasks that I should I do this week out of the ideas vault. So then he will pick the most important tasks based on a how much time I have available and b what I've just talked about in my uh with my manifesto with all the stuff that's been happening in the last week and then he'll pick the most important goals from that. So then I'll populate my what I did is I populated all my PM shifts with those variable tasks and then I was basically set to go and that is basically the system in a nutshell.

Now, when I before I went on the system, as I said, I was feeling really overwhelmed, really stressed out. I was just yeah, everything was kind of getting on top of me. And as soon as I as soon as I set up the system, it felt like the weight of the world lifted off my shoulders. I was just like, "Gh, I feel so good." And one thing I noticed too was even though I thought I was being less productive, cuz he only picked like two or three things out of my ideas vault, even though I felt like I was being less productive, I actually was just being like just as productive, but I had way more time. I don't know how to explain it, but it was really good because I think ChachiT is really good at picking those most pertinent or important tasks that you need to work on so you don't feel like you're not making progress because you're always progressing to like what's really important at the time.

If you're wanting to dive a little deeper, you can get a pack. It's a 30-page pack in Patreon that goes through this whole system in much more detail. I also have my notion template available so that you can just use the same system as I'm using. And then if that isn't enough and you really just want to customize notion and work with me a little bit, I can do a one-on-one with you. Just head over to Patreon to find out how to do that. Um, I hope this all helps though. And if you don't have notion, that's fine. You can use Google Sheets or Excel sheets. It's not tied to Notion, so don't worry about that. But yeah, I hope you find this helpful and uh I will see you all again soon.
