Hello everyone. My name is Krasavin Ivan. I am 42 years old. And a year and a half ago, I started doing facial massage and exercises. This allowed me to change my face, which I also offer you to join me and do simple exercises. Today we are working with the eye area, specifically, we will be getting rid of sagging, drooping eyelids. The most important thing is that the techniques are the same for men and women, but our eyebrow position differs. If the eyebrow is raised very high in men, it results in a feminine look. Therefore, it is normal when the upper eyelid droops slightly. However, you need to work with it so that it doesn't become flabby. For girls, naturally, eyebrows will be raised higher. Today we will work with this area. We work with a clean face, with clean hands. You can apply a very, very light cream, or just work with a clean face. So, we are working with the eye area, specifically the orbicularis oculi muscle. It needs to be relaxed, when it spasms, we squint a lot, especially if vision is poor, or there is a lot of sun, the muscle spasms, pulling downwards. Also, the eyebrow muscles, which go to the back of the head, go into the aponeurosis. Yes, these muscles also press here, creating many folds. All this presses from top to bottom, and the eyelid lowers. So, we need to work, relax this muscle, and do a few exercises. So, the first one. We work with the right and left sides. The opposite hand is on top, the same-sided hand is below. Pinch. We start from the so-called glabella muscle, right from this area. Pinch and move. Work with me. We roll such a roller along the entire eyebrow from the center to the edge of the eye, where the eyebrow ends. We finish and do the same thing again. We take and even pull this roller a little and roll it. Two. Perform five repetitions. For many, who have many folds where the glabella muscle is, it will be difficult to pinch. But try to pinch, and many will even feel pain. This means that the muscle is indeed spasmed. So, you need to roll it on one side. First, we work with the right side, and then we will work with the left. And one more time. We took the roller. And we pull it even a little upwards and towards the end of the eye. Here we stop, fix it slightly lifting it up, but without creating folds. We see that there are no folds on the forehead, and we work. You can use your index finger, or your thumb, moving from the area of the bridge of the nose, along the upper part of the bone, and to the area where the eye ends. Do not go onto soft tissues, only along the bone. I find it very convenient to work with my index finger or two fingers. And we lead directly along the edge of the eyebrow. One. And do 10 repetitions. Two. Slightly stretching the eyebrow. Three. And four. I know that many will now feel five pain. Six. We move directly along the muscle. Seven. Eight, two more times. Nine. And one more time. And ten. And many, if you pay attention now, the right eyebrow has lifted a bit, yes, the muscle has relaxed. If it was very lowered, we immediately do the same with the left. We take it again. The opposite hand is on top, this one is below. Pinch and start working. Roller. Directly a roller. We move with the roller. And where the eyebrow ends? One. Also five times. Again, we take from the center and move. Two. A very good exercise to relax the upper part. Three of the orbicularis oculi muscle. Three. And a few more times. Try to separate the skin. And we move. We move. Four. And one more time. Lifted. We pull. And we even pull it up a little more. And five, we fix it here. Lifted. Also, either with your thumb, or index finger, or two fingers. And let's go. One. We move along the bone. Two. And we feel the muscle. Slightly lifting. Four from the bridge of the nose. Yes. Five. Where we have the beginning of this muscle. Six. Seven. A very pleasant sensation, actually. Eight. The whole face itself. Nine will relax immediately. And one more time. And ten. Excellent. Now we work with the lower part. Simply with our index and thumbs, we move from this area with pulsating, massaging movements. You can do circular movements. One, two, three, four, five, seven, eight, nine, ten. We move only along the bone. We feel it directly on the bone. And the same pulsating movements. Two, three, four, five, gently. Six, seven, eight. We don't go into the eye. Nine, ten. We practically crawl to the edge. One, two, three, four, seven, eight, nine, ten, and we move to the end of the muscle. And the same. Two, three, four, five, to the temporal area, eight, nine, and do 10 repetitions, also with our fingers from the edge along the entire bone, ten times, don't pull too hard, two, such a light massage, three, four, we always move along the muscle, five, we don't go into soft tissues, six, the skin is warmed up, eight. And the finger moves well immediately, nine. And one more, and ten. Well done. Our task now is to stretch and relax these muscles. Therefore, we fix the forehead with our palms. We lift it slightly, but without creating folds on the forehead. We lift it. A slight pressure. And now we look down and pull the eye. That is, we make such a movement, we close and lower it down with the eye, but holding the eyelid, holding this entire area so that it doesn't lower. So, perform 10 times. You can slightly lift your head. And let's go. Look. One, with the eye. Two, down. Feel how the muscle stretches. Three, and four. Not squinting, five, but lowering with the gaze. The eyeball, six. We also pull down. Seven, and eight. Nine. And one more time. Ten. Excellent. Now we work on the upper part. Also, first, we press with our thumbs. Actually, if you are sitting at a table, you can rest your elbows directly on the table. It will be more convenient, your arms and neck will not get tired. But you can also stand, where the muscle begins. This is right where our eye is. Just don't go beyond. That is, stay on the bone. And let's go. Also, gentle movements. Three circular. Four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. We move a little and go. One, two, three, four, five, six. Directly painful sensations. Nine. We move a little more. And right on the bone. One. You can two, three, just press. Four, five, you can six, seven, with a circular movement, eight, nine, ten. And we move to the end of the muscle. The same thing, where we are practically in the temporal area. Three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Now, also, either with our thumbs, or index fingers. We work along this entire line, along the periosteum, and end at the edge of the eye. So, we move along the muscle. And a direct massage like this. One. We don't press too hard. Two. We work under the eyebrow. Four. Even after the first time, after we do everything. Five. It's best to take a photo before and after. And you will see six, how much this area will immediately tighten. Seven. And eight, nine. One more time. And ten. Now, an exercise, so-called. I call it the owl. We fold our fingers, as if putting on glasses, in this area under the eyebrow and in the lower part as well. This is all on the bone. We don't go into the eye. And we press so as not to create folds around the eye. But we immerse our fingers quite firmly. And in this area, we now work with the whole eye. That is, we squeeze the eye as if, but without creating folds, but rather squeezing and as if we want to squint, but we don't work the outer corner of the eye too hard. So, let's try, and also do 10 times. And let's go. One. Both the lower and upper parts. And relax again, two. But resist, don't let the hands. Three. Close the eye. Feel four. How the muscles stretch. And five, above the eye. And below, six. Hold it. Seven. Immerse your hands. Eight. Squint. Nine. And one more time. And ten. Excellent. We have relaxed this muscle. We now need to lift the eyebrow. How to do this? We will work with exercises. If we work without fingers, lifting our eyebrows like this, what will we do? Yes, correctly, folds. So, we place our fingers, four fingers, on the right and left sides above the eyebrow and hold it. We don't pull it down, but simply hold it and lift the eyebrow. That is, we perform this exercise. One, two, three. We will perform 30 repetitions. So, place your fingers over the entire area. Look forward and simply don't let the eyebrow lift, and perform the exercise. Gently holding it a little, but lifting it slightly, we allow and one movement. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, and one, two. Once again. Three. Don't pull the eyebrow down. Four, five, six. We offer resistance with our hands. Eight, nine, twenty. You can look a little higher. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Lifted. Now 30, and hold, hold, hold. High, hold high. Don't create folds, hold with your fingers and relax. Immediately place your palms, lift and as if fix. And lower your gaze. And hold. And one more exercise. We work with the muscle above the eye. Simply place your index fingers also above the eyebrow. Slightly lift it from below, that is, lower your gaze and lift, as if we are blinking upwards, right? So, perform it like this. One, two, three, four, five, seven, eight, nine, ten, one, two. Close the eye and lift, four, five, seven, eight, we work with the muscle. Nine, ten, up to one hundred, we do thirty. One, two, three, four, five, seven, eight. Only with the eye, forty. One, two, four, five, six. Even this exercise alone can be done, sixty. One, two, three, five, six. We don't work with the eyebrow, eight, nine, seventy. Three, four, five, six, seven, nine, eighty. Two, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and one, two, three. Look slightly down, five, six, seven, eight. And look upwards with the eye. But don't lift the eyebrows, and relax. If you are doing it for the first time, it might be unclear and you might not feel it. It feels like the eye is just moving, but do it a few times, and you will feel the work of this muscle. It tightens this area very well, blood flow improves, and with blood, nutrients always come, the skin quality improves. Well, and all that we need to do is also do a light massage. Once again. With our index and thumbs, we move under the eyebrow and go to the edge. We work on the periosteum, ten times. Let's go. And one, two. My most pleasant and favorite. Three movements. Four, five, six. Slightly lifting the eyebrow. Seven, eight, nine, and ten. If you feel pain right here, do this. Place your thumbs directly. Place your elbows on the table and press directly. And hold for a minute. You can even do it with circular movements. Try to relax this area. This area, along with the glabella muscle, is often very tense. Overly tense. The gaze goes forward, the eyebrows droop. Therefore, now notice how different your gaze will be. If you took photos, which is best, before and after, and notice, this area immediately becomes warm. Blood flow comes here, as I said, and therefore the entire skin area improves. Well, and we also worked with the muscle, smoothed it, stretched it, lifted the eyebrow, did this exercise when we were lifting. Therefore, perform this entire complex, it is quite simple. It will take 5-7, maybe 10 minutes. You can do it every day. The most important thing is to work with clean hands and a clean face. That's all you need. You can add a little cream. Be healthy, beautiful, and let's work together.
