All right, y'all. Let's go ahead and go over the ingredients. Have my chicken breast here. I'll be adding in some potatoes. We have some chicken broth. I have some rosemary, onions, and bell peppers, garlic, and butter. Not a lot of ingredients, and a full list will be down in the description box.

Let's make it to your slow cooker. Go ahead and add in your potatoes. Season it up with your favorite seasonings. I'm using Kinder the blend. Season to your taste. Also, no salt, garlic, and herb. Spread your potatoes out. Got lay your chicken breast on top. want to season it up. I'm using a rotisserie chicken seasoning, a roasted garlic and herb seasoning. Again, season your taste. Some paprika, Kendra's onion butter. Go ahead and just pat that in. You want to flip and season the other side. Want to just season it up with the same seasonings you used on the other side. Pat that in. Place on a springrig of rosemary. If you're using the onions and bell peppers, go ahead and just place it around. You can add carrots to this, whatever you like. Go in with your chicken broth. Put it on the side so you don't wash away your seasonings on your chicken. And in the middle, add on the garlic and a lot of it. Now you want to place it on your butter. I have about two on each breast and then we'll add some where the potatoes and the onions are.

All that's left to do now is just pop a lid on. Now the cooking time will depend on the size of your chicken breast and your slow cooker. And also mine was out at room temperature. So if your chicken is colder, it'll take longer also to cook. So you can cook on high for about two to three hours and on low for about three to four hours or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 and the potatoes are tender. And about halfway through the cooking process, you want to come in and give the potatoes a good mix. And that's it. And that's all it is to it, y'all. Serve this up with your favorite sides. And you got to have some bread for dipping. And you eating. You can go ahead and remove the rosemary. This is perfect for any night of the week. And as always, thank y'all for watching. Give me a thumbs up if you enjoyed the recipe. Leave your girl a comment. Happy Sunday and y'all know the vibes. Be blessed.
