So, you know what it is? It's like after having 5,000 Zoom calls, client calls, and sales calls, we currently closed a $50,000 in-person deal, and we took 7.5% ref share from this deal.

This is a client doing $100 million with ecom, and he has a coaching offer that he runs on the side. We closed him here currently in this hotel in Berlin because he struggles with something that I would have never expected he would struggle with.

Like, how was today? Talk about how today was.

>> Yeah, it was absolutely unusual.

>> Today was that's the right word. That's the perfect word. Today was extremely unusual. Me and Max had the most insane day.

The thing is that all the clients that I closed in person, they always need the most simple [ __ ]. It's like you meet them in person, you have extremely high expectations. And then ultimately, I figured out I closed them for the biggest deals, and they just need the most simple [ __ ].

What we're going to build for this new client is we're going to install our offer shell. So this person currently has a big problem with his offer because he has a big audience. He doesn't need more traffic, right? We talked about that. You were with the meeting.

>> He needs

>> Yes. He needs better conversions because what he doesn't have is he has he doesn't have several offers. So I explained him this, and this is how I closed it. I said, "Listen, you currently have one $12,000 offer which you sell, which is great, but we have customers, we have clients, we have partners, and we have people on equity/ref share. So, what if we built four different offers that ascend into each other constantly for you to have the ability to sell to 90% of your audience? You want to be able to sell anything to anyone, no matter if it's $1 or $100,000 or $50,000, just like I did. That's why we built these ascension offers, and we explaining the strategy which is as follows. Right? As you can see here, we have avatar creation, which is the first steps that we're going to take, persuasion elements, the mechanism, the hero journey, the proof. He has everything already in the first place. Product packaging, copywriting, development, funnel building, tech setup."

And it just excites me because for me to fulfill for this client with my team is going to be more easy than a client that pays us $10,000.

>> You see what I mean?

>> I think we made a topic about it today within the content. It's like simplicity scales, and the the I always say it like frame it like this: If you pay me more, you get less of my time. And this sounds extremely confusing.

>> But it's true.

>> It's the reality. It's the people that need less of my time that get more exponential results based on the value that I provide them based on their current pain. You see what I mean? This is why it makes it so interesting.

And every single time I have an in-person meeting or I close a $50, $100,000, $10,000 deal in person, um, which is happening around six to eight times a year, a couple times every month, I realize that they just don't have high expectations. I prepare myself. I have a whole deck, and I'm like, I never use this [ __ ] thing. While a $197 low ticket profile offer client that we currently have for let's say story sequence fall, they have the highest expectations, and it's ridiculous.

Max, I think we got to go home. It's 2 a.m. But I do love the fact that

>> we're still working.

>> We're still working. It's 2:00 a.m. But it's the biggest contrast on earth based on signing the most high-value client, the low-value client. The high-value client pays the most amount of money. The low-value client pays the least amount of money.

>> Right. Yeah.

>> What have you learned from today?

>> You should be proactive every time.

>> Being proactive, like if you now talk about it, actually being proactive is one of the biggest benefits because when you're proactive, you're always one step ahead of everything, every single time.

>> Yeah.

>> You see what I mean?

>> Yeah, that's true.

>> You can't lose because you can predict. When you're reactive, you're always one step behind everything, and it's the [ __ ] problem.

I love these conversations, bro. We have such fun days. Like, these days are the most fun. Like, I I enjoy making $50,000 with one deal in person more than making $500,000 a month online. To give me a
