I skilled a music producer from zero to full-time in 3 weeks on a completely brand new type channel to prove that not only can I do this for more established music producers, but that I could do this with anyone starting from zero.
Throughout this video, I'm going to expose the exact step-by-step process that I went with when scaling this client. That way, you can copy and paste these strategies into your own beats selling business and become a full-time music producer just like our client Kieran did.
Now, before we dive in, just to give you guys a little bit of context, 3 weeks ago, Kieran was just about ready to give up. He thought that the YouTube gods were against him. See, he was in a position where his beats were good. But no matter what he did, he could not crack the code with the algorithm. Luckily, all it took was this 30-minute strategy session for me to position Kieran in a niche that would allow him to dominate quickly. And from there, well, it was game time.
All right, Kieran, how's it going, man?
>> Yo, what's good, bro? ready to to finally kind of get some guidance with your type channel and kind of see how I can help.
>> Yes, sir. I need to honestly at this point I try to do it for free without a two-door, you know,
>> and uh yeah, I'm just looking for your advice. I really need to honestly.
>> Okay. Where are you currently at, man? Like in terms of like sales, are you even selling any beats right now?
Uh, I did one sale back in February and one collab sale. Um, but no,
>> not really.
>> Pretty inconsistent.
>> Yeah, my channel is literally a mess at the moment. I tried multiple niches. Yeah, I just need to find the right niche. I don't know what niche to choose really. So, um, yeah, that's pretty much it at the moment.
>> Okay. Okay. And then so your right now like your main bottleneck would you say is just like your type channel. You just can't get it off the ground or what?
>> Uh yeah, because I know my beats are good. You know, I've been working with a lot of artists.
>> Okay.
>> Um and um it's just that I don't have the right thumbnails, you know, I think or the right niche at the moment.
>> And so uh why Yeah. Go ahead. Go ahead. So, you're you're kind of feeling like, okay, I have good beats, but overall my thumbnails and my, you know, are you able to get good watch time?
>> Uh, no. No, I haven't posted in a while. I just wanted to find the right niche.
>> Okay. So, you're very beginner. This is going to be good then. Okay. Um,
>> yeah.
>> So, to to start things off, man, I want to start off by first, we're going to like dial in your niche. That will be number one thing. I'm going to find a way to position you in the side of the market that's going to help your business grow the best, if that makes sense. So, we want to really play into your strengths. So, ideally, if you could tell me like what beats you love making, like don't even worry about competition or anything. What beats do you love making?
>> Well, um really dark R&B vibes. I'm going for um The Weeknd Sound, Black, um Party Next Door,
>> those type of beats. Yeah.
>> Got it. Okay. So, yeah. dark R&B. That's great. That's already kind of getting more into the micro niche area, which is good. Um, you know, we start with a profitable genre, which is R&B. R&B is great, by the way. R&B really sells a lot. So,
>> this is going to be good then. Okay.
>> And so, to start off then, you're familiar with the fact that, okay, you need good thumbnails, good, uh, watch time, and and kind of like a good overall aesthetic with your brand.
>> Yeah. Yep.
>> Okay. So then if you could send me uh just one of your beats, that way I can give it a listen and then be able to actually tell which niche would be the best fit for you. Uh that'd be awesome, man.
>> Yeah, sure. Let me just uh put my notes down. Here's one of them from my um old channel.
>> So I'm just going to define uh I'll get back to you after I listen to it. All right.
>> Yeah, sure.
>> Wow, this is really good. So, one thing I also noticed, guys, right off the rip is like his visualizers are really, really good. Like, you can clearly tell that he he has incredible visualizers. So, I can see that, okay, his his branding is really good and his beats are really good. All I have to do at this point, to be honest, is just plug him into the right niche, which is the easiest part. That's the easiest for me. It's the easiest part. Might be the hardest part for you guys, but for me, like I can instantly know uh right now, like I already see this shouldn't be for The Weeknd. It It's good for The Weeknd, but in my opinion, there's a couple other niches already off the top of my head that would fit this a lot better that could be a lot more untapped. So, I'm going to define and talk to him about this.
Now, once I got to listen to one of his beats, I instantly knew where to position him in the market. See, his biggest mistake was that he kept trying to go for big keywords like R&B or trap soul when in reality he didn't even realize that his beats were perfect for a specific keyword, a keyword that would attract his ideal customers and ultimately allow him to become a full-time music producer. So, what I did next is I plugged him in with the right tags, the proper optimized title format, and the thumbnail format that he would be going for. And this arguably was the most important factor of this entire case study.
All right, man. So, I just listened to the beat. And by the way, I want to say like your visualizers are really, really good. I don't know what you use for visualizers, but they're very high quality.
>> Cap cut.
Cap cut. Okay. Yeah. So,
>> they're very, very high quality. Your beats are incredible, by the way. So, that will make this very, very easy. Um, all we have to do at this point is really just position you in the market uh properly because right now you're kind of going for something that's a little bit too competitive. I would say The Weeknd matches the sound, but it's it's just the way you're doing The Weeknd on top of doing The Weeknd in general. I don't think it's the right move. I think we can go about it in a different way. So, how I want to do this is kind of if you could just off the top of your head kind of throw at me just some artists that you think also would match the sound and we can kind of go from there.
>> Well, I was really thinking about uh Party Next Door, Bryson Tiller, Black and um I don't know any I don't know. I'm a really big The Weeknd fan, but also Yeah,
>> Black as well. So, I it's funny you say Black because I was actually thinking right when I heard it, I thought that this was a Black type beat like right away. And what's funny is like actually I have a friend named Zayn uh Zay98 and he made he blew up off of Black type beats and I immediately associated your sound with his. And so the thing is Zayn hasn't really been posting Black type beats uh as of lately. If we look at Black type beats, so I can already see that like no one that is super untapped. All the guys that are at the top, uh, you know, there's this guy, but like he's doing it with the artist as a thumbnail. I think that's a big mistake. Um, the top guys haven't been posting or they've been holding their spot for years now. So, it's like I think there's a huge gap in the market and with your sound, if we position you correctly with the right thumbnails, right? And I and I already know exactly what type of thumbnails I'd want you to go for. I think uh we can really actually get you to blow up on this quite quickly. Maybe, you know, it might be like a month, two months. I don't really know. Um, but we definitely can blow you up in the next few months for sure. And so, uh, it could be even quicker. So that's the thing is when you notice a gap in the market and you know your beats are incredible, you have good branding, all you have to do is supply that existing demand cuz we know there's demand for this sound cuz clearly no one's supplying it, right?
>> So all we have to do is I want to now think about like what thumbnail style we should go for. I already have an idea, but basically I'm thinking definitely girls as the thumbnail, but I want you to go about it in a unique way because if you ever look at, for example, if we look at R&B type beats in general, right? If we just search this, you're going to see that it's a lot of girls. Uh, just any any girl you could find on Pinterest basically as the thumbnails, which is cool. It works, right? Four million views here, three million views there. It works. But the thing is is we want something where when people see your thumbnail, they already know it's you, right? They they they see it and and that will actually increase your click-through rate from your existing audience. And what happens is when we do that, when we increase click-through rate from the existing audience, uh, people that already like your beats, your followers, that tells YouTube, okay, let's push it out to everybody, right? Let's push out to more people. And so we want to all these like elements we want to have control over that. And so that's going to be our main strategy here. What what do you think about that?
>> Yeah, I mean, sounds great. You know, I just need the thumbnail format and yeah, just set everything right this time.
>> All right. Yeah. Well, we'll get you right this time for sure. So, uh, on the strategy doc, I'm just putting um definitely like girls as thumbnail. And you know, I want to kind of go for some stuff that kind of matches the dark R&B aesthetic more because it's like, yeah, I I tell people, okay, if you're doing R&B, do girls as a thumbnail, but we kind of want to get a bit more specific. And so, I think something that would match the dark R&B aesthetic a lot more would be just like nighttime pictures specifically, like every picture should be a nighttime picture and kind of have more of a dark aesthetic to the picture. So, honestly, kind of equivalent uh to the video that you sent in the Discord here. Kind of that aesthetic but with girls where it's kind of like that. You just see their silhouette basically. Um, and it's kind of more nighttime aesthetic. I think that would match it a lot better. So, I'm just going to put here nighttime aesthetic. And then next up, like your your beats are good, so we don't have to worry about that in terms of watch time, but I still want to kind of cover your actual like arrangement structure. So, the way I want you to do it, we're going to want to go for, you know, the first 30 seconds is going to be crucial just to have like the opening intro, similar to how you had it with the the Weeknd type beat, right? But we want to wait until 30 seconds to drop it because that's going to be critical for your retention. Okay? So beats shouldn't drop until after 30 seconds. Okay. And then after that, you can just do like any type of typical arrangement structure. Just that uh an arrangement structure that would allow the artist to breathe. One thing I've noticed about your beats is that they are very easy for an artist to flow on, especially like a dark R&B artist. Um, I like that you have kind of the respace flowing through it and and just kind of leaving that room and that space. Um, I think that's going to lead to a lot of sales and I know you're struggling with actually getting those sales right now. Um, but I don't think that's because of your beats. I think it's just lack of traffic, right? And so once we fix that,
>> I think that will uh lead you to an influx of cash really, right? Like immediately.
>> So all we have to do, right?
>> Yeah. Let's see it. [laughter] Yeah, we'll see. We have a girls as thumbnail nighttime aesthetic with these pictures. Just you can go on Pinterest and literally look up that. Like if you look up that it will find it and you kind of go go through the algorithm. Um, and then yeah, arrangement, you know, just make sure your beats are good with how you're arranging them. Just make sure they drop after 30 seconds. And then and then for your title, man, let's uh let's dial in that format. So, we're going to do free Black type beat and we're just going to do the beat name. We're going to keep it super simple. You know, a lot of the times I do mention or I do recommend like adding more keywords that would niche it down further, but in this case, I actually see that this is already a micro niche in a way because Black as the artist doesn't have other sounds. like when people think of Black, they they know they immediately think of your sound. And so, uh, when they see the the thumbnails that we're adding to it, like the aesthetic is going to be so dialed that everyone's going to understand immediately what exact type of beat it is. So, the only people clicking on that beat uh will be will be your ideal customers. Does that make sense? And so this allows you to also attract more of them because you're going to get more views too with a simpler title. And so
>> uh yeah, so this will be your title format.
>> All right. So for your tags, uh I have these pulled up here. You're just going to basically copy and paste this directly into your channel tags and into your video tags. Now, for your description, it's going to be a bit different. I want us to go with something that will allow you to not really be in spam. uh because you know, have you ever seen like the laundry list of tags that people stuff into their descriptions and stuff? It's like we don't really want that. We want to make sure that we still get those critical keywords in, but make it where YouTube loves us still.
>> So, that's what we're going to do here. Let's kind of just draft up a description here. And then we do that. So, this is what the description I would do in your case. Uh we we stack the keywords perfectly like that. And then uh I'm sorry this took a while too. Um, but you do kind of have to get crafty with this uh writing this description. Um, but this will really match the aesthetic. It matches the exact beat stuffs the keywords improperly uh without you being shadowbanned or being at risk of shadowbanned. Right? So that's what we want to go for. Um, ultimately like this is the best strategy you want. One thing I'm going to add though that's going to be really critical is I want you to implement the flywheel strategy. So, what I want you to do is at the top link of every single video, I want you to just put like watch this next and I want you to link another video on your channel. Obviously, when you start, you're just going to have one video, but eventually you're going to have more. And so, I want you to link uh to another video. And what this is going to do, because the thing is is when once you increase session time, because that's what this does is someone will click one video and then if they watch another, YouTube will give that video that they clicked on three more impressions. And so this creates a flywheel uh mechanism that grows your channel exponentially. And this will be critical for your success. So we're going to want to implement that because it's going to lead you to blow up a lot quicker. It might lead you to blow up quicker than the two months that we kind of laid out at first, especially given that this niche is so untapped. So, so with that being said, man, this really should be the strategy you need going forward. It's simple, right? It's it's it's pretty simple. All we need is the correct keyword, which we have. This is the correct metadata that you're going to want to plug in. And then you have the thumbnail format, you have the arrangement structure, and then you're going to implement that flywheel mechanism. If you do that, there's no reason why you can't grow this channel. Like relatively quickly. It might take a little over a month or two, but still that's pretty quick. So, I want to do that. And then I want you to update me on your progress too, man. Okay? I want you to really
>> update me on the progress. And that way, you know, once you do start seeing the growth, we can hop on another call and begin scaling you further. Okay.
>> Thank you. Thank you so much.
>> Absolutely. Let's do it. So, you're going to you're going to implement this?
>> Oh, yeah. Definitely. I need to
>> I mean, at this point, I need to finally make this a business, you know.
>> Yeah.
>> And uh having the right steps, it just gives me hope, you know, that I can do this. And uh uh yeah, especially cuz you said the beats are good. So, just needed the right steps.
>> Absolutely.
>> You know.
>> Yeah.
>> All right. Let's do it.
All right, guys. So, I'd like to go over the actual analytics. That way, you guys can understand what actually went into this process and where the traffic is coming from and why our thumbnail strategy worked perfectly to where his audience keeps clicking every single new video. And no, this wasn't luck. This wasn't just some random video that took off. It's like, no, all of his videos are taking off. Every single one, his entire catalog is all getting views. So if we actually look at where his traffic is coming from, only a thousand views of all of these views that he's gotten was actually from search. But what we did is we implemented a flywheel strategy where for the first two weeks of the channel being out at the top of the description in each and every video, we were linking people to more videos on the channel. That's why we call this the flywheel strategy because every time we linked people to another video, YouTube would give the video three more impressions or four more impressions. And so that's why 3,482 of those views. 2% of the total views came from us linking to other videos. That is an insane click-through rate on the link. And then on the end screens, we have 352 people that also were linked to other videos. And then external as well is also direct or unknown. That's basically just people clicking on the link to another video. Okay, so basically over 4,000 views came from us just linking to other videos. That's roughly 4% of the traffic. So that's why having the right strategies is so effective because when you implement it properly, this is what happens. Another thing I wanted to point out is the suggested. As you can tell, every single top video has the same exact aesthetic. This was intentional. I didn't just tell Kieran, "Oh, get pictures of girls." No, I told him to go for premium high-quality pictures of girls with just their silhouette. Right? It does. We don't even need to actually see the girl. It should just be their silhouette. The reason why I wanted to do this is because every single time someone sees a picture like this, they know right away that it's one of his beats. They don't even need to read the title. And so what this does is when YouTube actually sees that your audience is continuing to click on more and more of your videos, YouTube will push this to everybody. It will push it to everybody that likes this type of beat, which is what causes a channel to go viral. So what we did is we made sure that every single element of this we could actually control. We wanted to start things off correctly. So that's why I had him do these type of thumbnails because they're so recognizable and so similar each time, right? We want that consistency. You know, YouTubers will always be like, "Oh, yeah, you should be consistent." And it's like, "Okay, yeah, but let's be consistent with everything because when you have a format that can be repeatable, you actually make the process of blowing up repeatable at the same time." Okay, so this channel is now getting thousands of views every single video. And the crazy part is this keyword isn't even that good. It has a 49,000 search volume with, yeah, low competition, but that's not exactly what made Kieran blow up here. You see, Vid IQ alone is is decent, but it's not good enough to actually know if the niche is untapped. When I searched up Black type beat, I noticed there was a huge gap in the market because the only people that were ranking on it were guys that posted their beats five, three years ago. But when they did post it, I mean, 11 million views, right? It it got a ton of views. Me and my team also did extensive market research to know exactly where to beat the competition at because when it came to thumbnails, most people were just doing Black as the artist. But we know to break into the entire R&B algorithm. Boxing ourselves in is not an option. So this ultimately just leaves us with an incredible case study. I mean 100,000 views in just 2 or 3 weeks max. Really, all these views came from just the last few days. But one thing that's really important to understand though is that Kieran consistently gets a high average view duration. You guys could try and copy this formula all you want, but ultimately this wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Kieran's incredible production. He also took my advice when I told him exactly how to structure his beats so that they could get the highest retention possible. So, at this point, since Kieran has the traffic, there's only one thing left to do, and that's to implement funnels that scale. See, most producers get it confused and they think that, oh, all I need to do is grow the channel and then the sales will just come flying in. But let me tell you, that couldn't be further from the truth. You need systems, automations, and funnels that actually scale with your channel growth. Which is exactly why I hopped on another strategy session with him to guide him through this process so that we can 10x from here.
All right, Kieran. So, we have a lot to talk about, man.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Oh, I can't believe it, man.
>> Dude, honestly, congratulations.
>> Um, yeah. I mean, just look at the analytics. They speak for themselves at this point. I just sent you the channel. It's crazy.
>> Yeah. Um, I think I started the channel 24 days ago or something and I already made around $600
>> working in sales.
>> And that was just in this week, right?
>> That was just this first week.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. So, it's it's crazy. I can't wait to see how this scales up even more, you know.
>> Yeah. And that AdSense revenue.
>> Yeah. I I just hit the 4K, by the way. So, I just need for YouTube to approve it, you know, because it's delayed, but
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Awesome, dude. Congratulations.
>> I'm so proud of you, dude.
>> Thank you.
>> So awesome. I mean, we literally were just on our our first call like less than a month ago. Like, it hasn't been that long. [laughter]
>> So,
>> no,
>> dude. Good for you, man. I really So, I I want this call to be just actually going over how to scale from here because you're in a really good position now. like you have the traffic, which is when we first had our first call, like that was your problem is you didn't have the traffic.
>> And so now you're seeing like, okay, you have the traffic, sales are coming in without you even having any funnel or doing any email stuff. Like you're just, you know, money follows attention. And so you're kind of seeing uh that play out. And but the thing is is we're still leaving a lot of money on the table. And so I want to really go over that uh on this call. That's why I messaged you. I wanted to get on a call ASAP when you sent me those analytics because
>> Yes, sir.
>> Man, dude, we have we have a lot to go over. So, all right. So, currently, like right now, you're getting on average about 20, 30k views a day currently. And so, that's a ton of traffic, dude. Especially on your niche. Like, this is an absolute gold mine. And $600 in a week, that's good off off low ticket, right? That's good. Um, just off licensing, that's I don't know, that's 24,400 a month that you can be doing just off low ticket MP3 licenses, right? That's that's solid. So, what we want to implement now is some uh in ascension. So, we went like mid ticket and then we went high ticket. And so, that's what's ultimately going to get you from, you know, 2500 a month uh on top of your AdSense, right? Really, like 3K probably or 4K uh to that 10K a month mark and and pass that. So it what we're going to do right now is not actually create more channels. We can do that later. Uh but first we should get the funnel dialed in uh dialed in. So how we're going to go about that is first we want some type of uh overall like landing page. So like what this looks like is we have your home like it basically the hub. So like your your landing page which we have a VSSL on and then we're going to have an application. What we're going to do with this application is we're actually going to filter the leads that go through it, right? So, we're going to have every everyone on that channel go through this funnel and basically based on their application, they're going to be filtered uh based on how much capital they have to invest. Um, and so let's say they have $300 that they're willing to invest in your uh custom production, cuz that's what we're going to be doing is for High Ticket, you have to actually provide a service. Um, and so that that's like the easiest way to close High Ticket. And so with that, you're going to want to just do, you know, custom beats. Um, and like maybe mix and master their song for them, right? Fully produce. Um, I know you've done a lot of that in the past, too, but um, we kind of want to move this fully like online. So, that's, uh, that's the goal here. So, let's say they have $300 to invest. They won't be able to book in a call with you, okay? Uh, because it wouldn't be worth your time or their time. And so, what what's going to happen is they're going to be sent to a downsell page. And on this downsell page, that's where you're going to they're going to be sent to a 150, $200, $250 beat pack uh that has unlimited licenses, a vocal preset or you know, just stuff like that. And so the way people usually do it is they'll run like Facebook ads to just this downsell type of page, like just an offer like that, or they they'd, you know, give away a hundred unlimited licenses for 20 bucks. And it's like we don't want to do that because you're doing you don't need to try with low ticket in your in your current situation because you you sell without even trying. And so we want to uh have the downsell position for mid ticket. And so that's where like the you know $200, $300 range comes in. And so uh and the people that don't have they have less than that amount to invest, they're just going to be sent to uh this downsell page anyway. and whether they buy it or not doesn't really matter. Um, but we're not going to have anything lower ticket than that. I don't think it's really necessary. If you want, we can we can have some type of uh like in the in the template we have a a spot where you can have like a $70 pack or or something like under 100, maybe just like a $100 um with just a bit less value but still a lot of value. So, we can implement two down sells. Uh, and then from there, you know, let's say they do have the capital to invest. They have like over a,000 to invest. Uh, what's going to happen is they're going to be taken to the book a call page, which then they get taken to a thank you page. Okay? And so, they're going to book their call uh and then know the next steps. We're going to have them confirm their call. And one critical aspect of this as well is before like for the downsell before they actually go to the checkout, we want to collect their information. Uh the reason why so they're going to be sent to a a form where they put in their name, phone number, and email. Once they submit this, once we have that, we're going to build an automation that takes their information and plugs it directly into your Mailchimp or whatever email marketing provider you're going to have. And so it gets kind of nerdy with that. So just follow what we have like in the program, go through the pillars. We walk you through it step by step in that.
>> Um, and so the yeah, I mean, it's just going to we have all the SOPs templates uh for you to do it. But
>> basically once they once we collect their information, if they don't check out after 10 minutes, then we're going to immediately start sending them an abandoned cart email sequence. Okay. to push them to kind of kind of recapture that sale that would have been lost, right? And so it's automations and and sequences like this uh and systems like this that you want to implement to be able to go from, you know, 3, 4K, wherever you're at currently a month, uh and take it to 10K, 15K, 20K a month, right? It's stuff like this that we'll want to be implementing. And so, I mean, if you think about it too, with the amount of traffic you have, you don't think you can't get three people to pay 1,500 bucks, you know, like if you think about it,
>> out of like the million views you're doing a month or or, you know, 750,000 views a month, three people are bound to pay for that, right? So, or a lot more. And so, uh, what we need to implement this ASAP to get this will immediately take you to 10K a month. And so, um, that's that's what we're going to implement before we actually go about different channels. And so, I'm just going to write this down like go through the six pillars and make sure to actually like do this step by step. Like, don't don't skip any steps as as as long as you go through it step by step,
>> you'll be able to plug along perfectly. But now going for more channels. Now we can talk about that because I assume after this call, last call I told you, are you going to commit to the steps? You actually applied it all. I know you're going to apply this stuff. So, uh, yeah, after this call, just go through the program, dial in your funnel. And then now I want to get to where you're going to do where you're going to go after the funnel's dialed, which is starting more channels, and actually optimizing your Instagram as well. Um, because that's going to be a critical sales asset. Okay. So,
>> okay,
>> first let's start with the Instagram because this is what you should be dialing in right away. Okay, so with your Instagram, it's really important that we position this uh to actually be a sales asset rather than just you showing your day in the life and showing you playing with your dog or so stuff like that, right? We want to keep it uh we want to treat this as a business, right? Because when we treat this like a business, we get real results like a business. And so what we're going to do is like your Instagram should be laid out in a way where you're gonna have like obviously your username and then you're going to have your profile picture. This should just be your logo or ideally a picture of your face the way you have it now. Um I I think you should actually keep it like that because people buy from people, right? People are going to connect with with a face more
>> and so uh that's why I always have my face in everything. People just people buy from people. It's it's simple as that. So, especially when you're going to be getting on calls with these guys and and closing at a higher ticket price, uh they want to feel like, you know, if you try selling with just a checkout page, a $1,500 offer, it's like good luck, you know? Um so that's why you need to show your face. And then we're going to have three pinned posts, okay, at the top, right? And these pinned posts are actually really critical. So, what you're going to have is your first post uh on the far left should be explaining who you are, uh what type of beats you make, and go specific with this so that it uh gives a message to your ideal customer. So, in this pinned post, it's just going to be a reel of you basically explaining who you are, your credentials, your credibility, stuff like that, right? Um, and you can show you can talk about your YouTube, too. How you have this amount of views on your YouTube, right? uh you know, because it lets artists know, okay, he's actually good, right? He's not just like, you know, he actually has some credibility. [laughter]
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. So, we want to do that. Um, so, we're just kind of breaking down like who you are and how you can help, right? And then from here, uh your middle pinned post will just be kind of you showing more than telling. So, showing the process of you actually creating these beats, right? And you mixing and mastering all of that stuff. You want to show show show. Okay. And then the third pinned post will be actually a call to action. In this you will be uh explaining how you can help them uh to the highest degree and really calling out your ideal customer. And once you go through the program you're going to see like uh there's certain worksheets that you can fill out to basically know exactly what your ideal customer is. You'll walk through that. But, uh, yeah, you're going to have a call to action and you're going to want to tell them to comment a keyword and then we're going to have a ManyChat automation, uh, start basically booking them on a call, right? So, we're going to have that process be automated. And so, basically, people are going to come to your Instagram from the YouTube, especially since your YouTube is getting big, right? A lot of people are are are not that smart. Not not to discredit them, but they they won't they I'm sure a lot of people can relate like they won't see the purchase link and they'll DM you like, "Yo, how can I purchase this? It's in the description." But
>> happened to me. Happened to me.
>> Yeah. Like five times or so.
>> Exactly. And that's But that's okay. We want to play to that if we know that they come from our YouTube to the Instagram. We want to make this an a powerful sales asset, right? And so we're going to treat this as a a mechanism to actually get them to book a call uh and go through the main funnel, which is uh they can either buy the down sells or the main offer, right? And then your other posts are just going to be you showing more of the creation process. Um, you giving any type of value. This could be like carousel posts of, you know, you kind of letting people connect with you on a more personal level, how you view the industry, stuff like that. Um, and then that's really how you're going to want to do it. Uh, inside the program, we'll walk you through how to optimize your bio and stuff like that. Um, but on a general level, like this is what it is. Now that your Instagram is going to be dialed, we should actually move on to scaling the YouTube side of things. So, you have one channel that's popping. There's no reason why we can't rinse and repeat this exact format onto multiple other channels and cross post, right? Or or you can create you can either cross post or you can make more beats. Um, whatever you have time for. And let's say you want to do Party Next Door next or you want to do um I don't know uh let's say Trap Soul, right? Or just stuff like that that still aligns with your current sound. You can cross post the Black beats onto Party Next Door and Trap Soul if you wanted, right? With the same thumbnail format, same uh tag structure, right? And so now this just comes down to doing more of what's working. And so,
>> okay,
>> basically I want you to use this strategy doc and and basically your current experience and use that as leverage. Okay, I want you to basically create multiple channels. Space it out when you create them. Uh otherwise, YouTube could take it down because they think you're just creating a bunch of channels at once and kind of being a spam. So you want to do it like 6 hours, 12 hours, or even a day, ideally a day or two apart. Um, and so yeah, but with the visualizer structure, you can do it the same thumbnail structure. It can be slightly different if you want. And we can talk about kind of like uh some thumbnail structures for the next niches. Uh, but in my opinion, like right now, since you have Black working, we should go for Party Next Door next. And and cuz that that would be the next play. And we do it with the same structure. Okay. So, so simple title, um, same beats though, and I think you're going to actually add a new element to to that niche because your beats are slightly different than most Party Next Door beats, right? They're they kind of have more of a lot more space uh for the artist to flow on and and I feel like you kind of have a unique sound with that. And so we kind of want to lean into that. Um, because and I really feel like your thumbnail format, by the way, is like we should keep going with that because I don't see many people doing that at all. And it's going to get to a point where every time someone sees that beat, well, here here's the crazy thing. Uh this is going to excite you, but since you're getting a lot of volume with the current thumbnail format on Black, if you do the same thumbnail format on uh let's say Party Next Door, Trap Soul, any other keywords, your other channels are going to pop up next to the Black beats in the suggested because it's the same thumbnail format. Remember, right? YouTube positions you based on the thumbnails. And so what you're going to have, what you're going to create is an ecosystem where every type of niche in R&B in in dark R&B is going to every single person is going to be clicking on your beats. It's going to be inevitable and then they're all going to get funneled into the funnel and then you're you're going to be set, man. Like this is really the the blueprint for how you're going to get to 10K a month, 15K a month, and onwards, right?
>> Yep. Yep. Oh, that's that's great. Hey, I want to know though, are my beats um so if I do Black beats, can I do Party Next Door and just cross post them or ideally I should make more beats and just cross post some of them? How does it work?
>> You can do the split. We like to go with the split, too. Um, especially right now. So, when we want to scale further and do like 10 channels, we're going to go all in on just cross posting uh cuz it's going to be easier. But right now, since you do have some more time on your hands, right? Um, we might as well kind of do a split where like some beats if you're gonna miss the day, you can just grab one from from your Black channel, right? And just cross post it
>> right now. Try to make some some unique ones. But on days where you're like, [ __ ] like I just don't have time today. Just cross post. It's all good. Uh cross posting is completely okay as long as you like if you're gonna cross post I want to make it clear please change the arrangement up a little bit right um make you can even change like the beat down like a key right just like a semitone or something um and just do minor changes like that that will kind of change the beat and maybe even just change a chord or like you know kind of swap things. If you want to be completely safe, you're even good just taking the same beats and dropping them though because it's your music.
>> Yeah.
>> All right. So, either way, you're good. But if you want to be extra safe, that's kind of like some some tips for that.
>> Okay. Okay. That that's great to hear.
>> Yep. Honestly, uh besides that, I want to know about uh the Instagram things, you know, how to actually uh find content to post and if I should keep only those three posts or uh should I post multiple things? I have some collaborations.
>> Yeah.
>> And also I got some TikToks that I posted on Instagram as well. Should I keep those or should I archive them?
>> Yeah. I mean, you just want to have it all make sense, right? So, so if you have like videos of you cooking up and stuff like that, keep them, right? You should definitely keep them. I want you to primarily focus on YouTube and Instagram though, I wouldn't really bother with TikTok just because Instagram you can do the automations and like people are going to naturally go from the YouTube to the Instagram. Also, when we have you start doing the outreach process that we go with, um, that's going to be really critical too is having your Instagram dialed, you know. So, um, but basically, yeah, you want the three pinned posts, but other posts you can keep if it's showing your creation process, right? And and showing you as a person as well, right?
>> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, they do just like some samples.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. This whatever.
>> That's solid.
>> Okay. So, I just want to know about uh the niches. So, what would you recommend really quickly like you did before um to post and the thumbnail format? Should I keep it the exact same with the 8mm um filter and uh as well as
>> Okay. Okay.
>> And what keywords would you recommend me to do?
>> So, I kind of want you since we know like for you what's working is like the simpler titles. So, I want to keep it with if you're going for a new niche, keep it with just that keyword and and the same title format that you went with with the Black channel. So, like the parentheses around the free stuff like that. Um, I think your next niche that you should go for is Party Next Door. That's like what I want you to do. And then with your tags, right, just replace what I gave you on the strategy doc with Party Next Door and you'll be set.
>> Okay. Okay. Yeah. So be Party Next Door all caps type beat.
>> Yep.
>> And then beat name and that's it. Call it a day.
>> Exactly.
>> And uh besides that or just focus on th this channel now like the Party Next Door one.
>> Yeah. Just focus on two for now. Especially because you're making the beats for it right now. You don't want to overload especially you're going to have a lot of work with the funnel creation as well, right? We kind of have to factor that in too. So um along with you getting uh beginning the outreach process which is going to just lead to more and more more sales and I want you to dial in the Instagram uh properly as well. So yeah, but really just just focus on the the next channel now but and then have your main priority also still still the main so I want you to continue tracking the data
>> right?
>> Uh I think it's starting to level out like YouTube knows your ideal audience now. Um I think that's become clear
>> and so luckily it didn't take that long.
>> So that's good.
>> Yeah. So yeah, just keep continuing with the main channel, track the data and then uh gradually start start preparing that next channel uh while building your funnel and optimizing Instagram. And also on this channel uh although I applied some retention hacks with dialogue,
>> I got some uh bad retention like average view duration like it was 1 minute you know or 58 seconds.
>> Uh I don't know why that happens and maybe due to the fact that I still have a lot of impressions from suggested videos. So probably people click off or I don't know because the beats are good and I have the same structure or similar sounds from the beats that worked well
>> and uh I want to know if what should be my main focus at the moment and uh what should I look for?
>> Yeah, I think how long are you making your how long are your beats right now on average?
>> Uh 3 minutes 30 seconds. Okay, that's solid. That's solid.
>> 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Yeah.
>> Yeah, that's good. I think you can keep it like that. I think uh maybe start implementing uh you know like those voice memo like of like the girls saying like I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Stuff like that.
>> Yeah. Yeah. No, but but the thing is the thing is I did that on uh the beat from yesterday and I got only 58 seconds average view duration.
>> Okay. Then
>> yeah, but the same structure, same everything. So
>> yeah, then then honestly I would just keep going with the structure the structure that with your current like top three videos just copy that over
>> because no matter what you know that's working right and it has a crazy retention. I saw it.
>> So uh just just keep that and and if you if you think like okay like like occasionally yeah one's going to flop in average duration but as long as you keep that rule you're good. You have a proven arrangement structure now. You have a proven format there.
>> Mhm. So, long story short, the analytics are good. They're looking good. Yes. And uh yeah, because I was worried about the that click to rate.
>> Nothing to worry about, dude.
>> I mean, you're you're suffering from success if you if if you're worried about the analytics.
>> Yeah. [laughter]
>> Yes, sir. Well, congratul
>> uh thank you. Thank you once again. Great mentor, you know. It's No, honestly, it's awesome. And God bless, brother.
>> God bless. Take care.
