I mean, that's half the battle why uh the government shut down these insurance companies. This is so expensive to get insurance nowadays. He's going to help you how to lay hands on the sick. He's going to help you navigate of how we can believe God for our healing. Pastor, apostle, prophet, what do you got for us tonight?
>> Oh, man. You know, is this getting with Bishop and we were saying, well, we want to continue in this healing deliverance, but we're going to come back to that. But God gave us this message here today, the healing power to set you free. The healing power. Well, where does that come from in the Bible? You know, I mean, it's not going to spell that out. No, it's a rainbow of word that God's given me. Luke 4:18 talks about the spirit of the Lord. Christ is speaking this is upon me.
>> And because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering sight to the blind, and to set liberty to them that are bruised.
Now, a lot of people need healing in their lives. They're like, "Well, how do I get this healing?" Well, you go to the Lord because he's Jehovah Rafa, the healer. And when you go to him and you ask him for your healing and you don't doubt and you come in faith and say, "Lord, I know that you can heal me." And you come to him, he wants to heal you. He wants to make you whole >> from the top of the head to the soles of your feet. He doesn't want you bound by cancer, arthritis, or any kind of headache or pain that you're dealing with. You know, I've always noticed when uh people have headaches, it it's it's painful and and it's like stressful. But he whose mind has stayed upon the Lord will be at perfect peace. Those headaches got to go in the name of Jesus.
Let me tell you about a testimony I dealt with the healing deliverance situation. First I was in my uh mentor's house uh sister Dr. Jacqueline off it and uh she was my mentor for many years and uh we were in her house having a Bible study Friday night sat out partying going see movies or dancing or whatever. We were having Bible studies and it kept us out of the you know things me and my wife and uh we were there having Bible study and there was this grown girl that was bound by the enemy. I mean literally demonpossessed and we all got around and started praying for her and everything. And as we're praying for her, I don't know if this is possible or not, but evidently as what we saw with our own eyes that the lady kind of levitated and you could put your hand under her. So at that time we were just praying and praying and by the the time it was all over getting done praying in the spirit and everything cuz she was filled with the Holy Ghost and so was I and many others as students and stuff. And we were just praying in the spirit and praying and and speaking the word of God and and and all of a sudden that girl was released and set free. She was set free from the bondage of whatever demonic power that was upon her. And man, that was an awesome time. It's like, well, how's that possible, you know, for a person to levitate? I don't know when you're doing with the supernatural. All I know is that you just pray. Hallelujah.
I dealt with another time in the supernatural and I'll get into that scripture and this is in the book of uh praise God uh it's also in the book of John it's uh I'm going to go there right now because I want to read this is not in John I believe it's in Luke I think it's 10:19 because I want to share a testimony from that in the scripture 10:19 says this and some of you that know me that are watching this you're going to remember this testimony it all my life.
>> Is it 10:19? Behold, I've given you power to tread upon servants. This is Jesus speaking again. Red letter and scorpions over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Okay? I don't even think I was spiritfilled yet. If I was, I didn't show evidence of it, but I did have the spirit of Christ in me. I did have his Holy Spirit in me, but I wasn't filled with the Holy Ghost yet. But what I'm saying is I was sleeping. I worked 16 hours. I was working my uncle uh dealing with trimming trees and loading up wood as he was chopping in this and that and doing security work in the afternoon or evenings. I was sleeping in my bed. I was living with this family. The husband got really pos oppressed. I don't think he was possessed cuz he was born again. And he just got into a argument with his wife and he was on top of her and I heard her screaming. I came out of that room, grabbed him by the shoulders, pulled him up. I said, "I bind you in Jesus name." He socked me right in the bridge of my nose where it could have knocked me out. And I just said, "I bind you." And she was doing it too. She started doing it too. And he fell to the ground. One of the experiences I could say that I experienced my life where I took on the enemy where he, you know, the the human was just just out of it and he just fell in peace on the couch. Didn't know what happened or anything. don't even remember what happened but he was at peace. The the the spirit whatever was upon him oppressed him was gone because you combine the enemy. Hallel you can take authority. Hallelujah in Jesus. I wasn't even spiritfilled then yet. That didn't happen till later in a revival. That's when I got filled with the spirit. Start out crying and then laughing and speaking in tongues and all that. And it was never the same since. But what I'm saying is is that he's given you the power over the enemy. He's given you the authority. He's given you the ability when you speak the name of Jesus, the power of the Lord Jesus Christ and the power of his Holy Spirit. Hallelujah. You speak it and you watch the enemy fall. You watch the enemy back off. Hallelujah.
I had another time I was getting robbed. I was coming out of an amm. I plan on helping the guy with a couple bucks, you know, and I had 20 and I was kind of being not too street smart. I was flashing around. I was getting gas and this and that and he saw the money. I got back to my car. I was getting ready to gas up. I need that 20 bucks from you. It'll be some ruckus, you know. And I'm like, you can't have my 20 bucks. I'll, you know, I got in the flesh. I said, I'll fight you for it. I says, you ain't getting it. Then another bigger guy got out of the car, but he didn't come towards me. And I started preaching at him. The Lord Jesus Christ, you're not taking this from. I'm a child of God. I have authority. I bind you in the name of Jesus. I don't care. There's a rrookus, you know. And I was like, look, I wanted to bless you with $2. That's all I had. this is my money I needed for my family and I've got kids and he took the $2 and left. But you speak the word and they're going to back off. Hallelujah. Cuz I started preaching to him cuz it was reaching him. It was causing that spirit that was behind him that got to have my money, you know, and he was going to get the big guy to come after me. I wouldn't have had a chance unless the Lord stepped in just like when he did with uh David and Goliath. Praise God. Cuz this is a big guy compared to me. But you have power over the enemy. You've got the power when you speak in authority in Christ.
>> Same resurrection power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us. How he lives in you. Hallelujah. Let that come out. Hallelujah. According to the power that works in us after it talks about he can do beyond what we can imagine or think. In 3:20 3:21 talks about the power that's working in you of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah. It can work in you through his word. Hallelujah. That's why we speak the word. Behold, I have given you the power. I have given you authority over the enemy,
>> that serpent, that snake, whatever that person is, that enemy.
>> He's given you that strength and that ability. Trust him. Hallelujah. Those are some of the testimonies I had to deal with when it was dealing with uh healing and deliverance. Like I said, when I prayed over that guy and bound the enemy out of him, he was at peace on the couch. He didn't know what hit him. He was at such peace. I knew God had touched him. And I was in my flesh at the beginning because I was tired and I'm waking up and I'm seeing this abusive situation getting ready to take place. And I took the hit in the physical, but I didn't feel a thing. Even when I even when I came out of the spirit, when the spirit lifts, there was no pain. I believe God shielded me and protected me.
>> That could have knocked me out, hitting me at the bridge of my nose.
>> Wow.
>> You know, usually I say that could kill someone, you know, between the eyes and the bridge of the nose. But he protected me. And he'll do the same for you when you're walking in his presence. You're walking in his will.
>> He's given you that strength and that ability. Hallelujah. And that can bring healing. Hallelujah.
>> Praise God. Hallelujah. Well, I wanted to add to that and my experience is [snorts] we know in Matthew and if you're taking notes and I hope you are 16:19 it says whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven and whatever we loose on earth is loosed in heaven. So what is that saying? We if and the key verse he said is if we're spiritfilled that's a big big powerful gift for us. We have to be spiritfilled because spiritfilled means we speak in tongues and we that's the power of God in us. The Holy Spirit, the uh Jesus the father is in us. So it says in Genesis 3:12, there's no excuse for us to fail. So that's true. If heaven backs us. So that means remember in Matthew 8 it talks about remember the centennial asks Jesus oh u I have a sick servant at home. He's got Pauly could you? He goes oh yeah I'll come. He goes no no no I'm not worthy. Just say the word. Remember he said say the word. The guy wasn't even saved. He said the word. And Jesus is shocked like I've never seen such faith. He goes, "No, no. I'm a man under authority. You say the word again. Say the word." Now, watch this. Are you catching that? He said, "Say the word." Whose word? Jesus's word,
>> right? He says, "Okay. As you have believed." Are you catching that? Matthew 8:5. As you have believed, or no, it's 8:13. I think it is 8. Starts at 8:5. It ends at 8:13. Or the key verse is 8:13. As you have believed, so it will be done for you. What has been done for you, heaven will back you up. That's what it means.
>> Heaven will do it for you cuz you have believed. So here we go again. When you're dealing with the demonic, Satan's got to the only way he can he can dupe you. He's got to come through the mind. And Jesus said this in Matthew 6, pay no attention to what he's saying. Now if that the father, son, holy ghost only talks to us from the inside. So all your answers are from the inside and the answer floats from the up top to your mind. So the Satan comes from the outside. So that's your first clue. He's coming from the outside. So if you're dealing in the word, you know that's not him. If you're talking in the word, he's not going to answer you in the word. So you have to talk in the word. That's your first clue. not Jesus.
So, [clears throat] you can't agree. Here's another thing. If you sense a denomic demi, I can't even say it. Evil presence. I'll say that an evil presence, it's not the Lord, obviously. So, you have as you're praying that through, you have to speak scriptures and you always answer the enemy back. You know when you were growing up, your mother says you can't say that and you can never have the last word. It's the same thing. Whoever has the last word wins. That doesn't mean he leaves forever. He'll leave at that time when you answer him correctly. Like uh if you agree with that's how you get an agree cuz you roll over in your mind over and over and over. Eventually it settles in your mind and you agree. You don't want to do that. That's how you get possessed. Now, if you're spiritfilled, you can't be both.
>> Amen.
>> You'll be oppressed.
>> That's it.
>> So, if you get this evil presence, you have to get it out of your mind and you have to clear it up by the word and you have to tell him to go and he will go. How do I know? Luke 4 1-4. Remember when Jesus left out of the wilderness and came into the u Satan's presence and he started saying if you're the son of God turn the stones into God. He goes no the only thing uh we only uh we only can eat from the every word of uh uh what God says. I'm paraphrasing here. So uh you know he kept answering from the word what God said and uh in four times the enemy left. He he came back eventually but you know he would leave at that time. So what I'm saying to you is this. As long as you answer and answer by the word, we have to be skilled. That's the key. Skilled in the word. It's the same thing with healing. If you want to be masterful in the word. Three things you have to accomplish. You have to know the word. We have to be able to pray. And we have to be in the spirit. Now, how if you're in your mind, Satan will beat you every single time. Why? The mind is the flesh. the mind's the natural. But if we're in the spirit now, how do we get in the spirit? We pray. That's the spirit. We speak in tongues. What's the tongues? An unknown language that you're speaking to God. Only you and God knows. He doesn't know what it is. You might not know what it is, but it's the correct language that the spirit man it's in you knows and God knows. So that works every time. Or you start quoting the word or reading the word that gets you in the spirit. So those are the three ways. So you pray or you sing in the spirit like the apostle says. So once you get in the spirit that get keeps the enemy out. Boom. He's out cuz you're in the spirit. He can't trump you cuz Jesus he's a spirit being. He beat him in the spirit. So there's no way he can beat us cuz we're in the spirit. That's where our true self is in the spirit.
>> So remember in the natural he's the jiu-jitsu champion. But we are the jiu-jitsu champion. Hallelujah. in the spirit.
>> Thank you, Jesus.
>> Don't forget to say amen. All right. So, again, we have to know the word. He wants a mature believer. If we keep thinking immature thoughts, baby thoughts, if we're immature Christians, I church, get a hold of this. If we've been sitting under the pastor for 3 to 5 years, and we're still there taking notes and don't know anything about Jesus, hello. Something's got to happen. We should be sent out by our church to gather other folks to bring back in to gather the word or we should be out there preaching and teaching to bring them in. You see what I'm saying? That's the problem with some of the churches. They don't send anybody out. They're worried they'll lose members. You're not losing members. You're gaining members because you're sending people out to do but they're doing Bible studs. They're moving their gifts. You got to get the members moving in their gifts.
>> Yeah.
>> You can covet the gifts. 1 Corinthians 14:1. What are the gifts? 1 Corinthians 12 8-11, the nine gifts of the spirit. Look it up for yourself. You can move in any one of those. That's what the Lord says. So, if you only Jesus said in Luke uh 175, pray for us for more uh uh uh faith. You don't need more faith. We all have a measure of faith. Our faith can grow and we want it to because we learn about Jesus daily. He says, "You don't need more. Just say by the faith of a mustard seed. It's this big. Say to the mustard seed, say to the malberry tree, be uplifted, cast in the sea, I'll obey you. So heaven will back us if we'll say the word. That's the key. And the more word we know, the more our uh our uh faith will grow. We want our faith to grow. That's the key. So the more of a skilled believer, the more we're skilled of our Lord, the more people we can pray for, the more they'll get healed. But that's not it. Psalms 104 five as bishop teaches that he wants to give generational words. In other words, we teach our children's children's children. So when you teach somebody like the apostle does, he not only teaches you, you're going to teach your children and your children. In other words, when you go to the office tomorrow, you're going to pray for them to get well, and they're going to pray for their children, and so on and so on. So, we're not here just to teach you. We're here to teach your children's children. You see, God's a generational God.
>> You see? So, we're not we're just not here to, oh, come to us when you need something. No, no, no, no. We're to teach you how to do it. You got to go to him. So, he's your provider. He's your healer. He's your relationship just among he's your everything. Because once you notice how the word works, work the word. Be doers of the word. If you stand through your circumstances, things will start to turn around. That's what I know about deliverance. Just stay in the word. Just stay. And now, and another thing is, this the last thing I'll say, I turn over to the apostle. Be careful what knicknacks you buy from other countries. Don't just go come home from Japan or [laughter] Africa and get, you know, the dress. Yeah. Get this dragon or my favorite one's the frog. Look how cute this is. No, no, no, no, no. Or you get this u weird crazy lamp and you know it's got all this demon, you know. So be careful what you're bringing home. Be smart and go through your house. Now any wild crazy um evil looking thing, throw out. You don't need that in your house. and pray over everything and anoint it with oil and cover in Jesus name. You might need another believer that's a little bit stronger to agree with you because remember whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and heaven and earth will back you as long as you use the word apostle your thought.
>> Oh wow. Like I said I was talking about the healing power to set you free. The last scripture I want to close with is in Jesus saying this in the book of John 8:36. If the son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed. That means you shall be set free. You must be set free when you trust the Lord to make you free.
>> It's it's a done deal.
>> It's a finished work at the cross. He set you free. If you've got Jesus in your life and you're calling upon him and every one of your situations you're going through, that's the power of it all right there. He'll set you free. You have freedom in Christ. Hallelujah.
>> You got the freedom. You're no longer bound. You're no longer, you know, in bondage when you have Jesus. And he will set you free. And every situation your life is you'll quote what his word says about it in each situation that you're going through. And that's why you listen to these teachings. You'll get that stuff on blessing on on relationships, whatever it may be that you need help with. The word is going to come forth as you study it, as you hear it and make it come alive in you as it becomes to catch up with your faith of where you're at and believing over that relationship or over that finance or whatever it may be or whatever you're going through. He's going to make it where you're free and free indeed. It's a done deal. Hallelujah. Let's pray. Father, we pray right now in the mighty name of Jesus
>> that Lord that you're doing something in people's lives. You're setting them free. You're making people find Jesus. Not making, but you're drawing them close to you, Lord God. And as they draw them close to you, they're coming to you like never before. They're not only getting saved, but they're they're they're they're walking in fear and trembling in reverence for you, Lord God. They're saying, "Hey, I don't claim that Jesus is Lord. He's my Savior. He's my Lord. It's personal now. And I'm going to live for him. I'm endure as a good soldier until the end. Hallelujah. Until I be with him, Lord God." And Lord, I pray right now, man Jesus, that each person that needs a healing in their body that they can just speak, I am the healed of the Lord by his stripes. I am healed. I was healed. I speak it. Second Peter 2:24, Lord God, that by his stripes, you are made whole. That it's a whole situation. It's a Jehovah Rafa healer over your life. It's a it's a God of shalom peace over your life. It's a total wholeness and totality in your body and in your spirit that you will be completely set free because Christ has set you free. He has healed you. He has made you whole and every circumstance and every situation that you're going through right now in the mighty name of Jesus I pray in Jesus name. Amen. Hallelujah. This is a teaching about how to give and receive. If you're struggling with finances, it says in um uh uh Ecclesiast1, no, we give to know 678. No, good ministries. That's what it says. I'm paraphrasing here. And only God can increase. So if you're not giving to good works like himself, like his book, you don't buy his book and get all those teachings. So you learn how to heal people, pray for people. You know, Jesus said if Sodom, that city that he burned up, think about just for a second. If he would have let uh people got healed there, is the city be there today?
>> Now, I want you to think about that for a second. If you pray for a few people in your office that who that office might go on forever,
>> you think if God was involved.
>> Amen.
>> So why don't you sew a seed today whether 10, 20, 50, 100, whatever it is. But see if you don't have any seed in the ground as it talks about in Galatians 6:7. How will you how can the seed come up and bless you with seed when you need it? You see, that's why you have seed in the ground. So, multiple times when you give a free real offering like to this ministries like these, it's not the tithes and offerings cuz that guarantees you give 10% you keep your 90% is saved. It's not like that with these uh uh uh ministries. You give a seed and you know $10 could get I'm not guaranteeing it. I'm just saying God could give you $10, could give you 100, 200, whatever. It's a free will offering. It's like a you throw a seed in an orchard and maybe there's 10 trees. Who knows? I'm just saying.
>> But if you sew a seed, watch the seed God will send back. But be faithful. Do this until the end of the year and watch what God would do for you. But make sure you do it. And you know what? When if somebody got healed there, rejoice. Let the apostle know. I I want you to rejoice with me, Apostle. I got healed.
>> Tell him, I pray for somebody just like you taught me how. I bought that book. I enjoyed that book. Whatever it is, in future shows and he's going to teach on this for months to come. So you too, he's going to add [clears throat] nuggets on each and every show and it's all free. He's gi you know what? He's even throwing in the rest of his shows. He's done 30 40 of them.
