Hey guys, Jeremy Duncan here. Just wanted to shoot a quick video. I'm doing a team build with a company called Elite Travel, uh, Elt. And, uh, this company is just about 10 days old as of this video. And guys, this has a stellar compensation plan with very, very small team.
Um, for instance, three or I'm sorry, team of six is going to pay you 250 a month. Team of 12 is 500 a month. Team of 30 is a,000 a month. Team of 64 is 2,000 a month. Team of 200's 5,000 a month. Team of 400's 10,000 a month. Very realistic size team. The max uh to max out the comp plan, you just need 10 personals.
So, what I'm doing uh for those that are interested, I'm just going to tell you everything up front. This is a binary. Uh, some people don't like binaries. I love binaries because I can build 50% of your business for you. And the other side of it, what I'm offering, and it's totally up to you to take up on this offer. Now, it is $175 a month to be a member. Uh, it is additional $17 to become an affiliate. Uh, your first goaround with processing is about $1 1977. And um however, what I am offering for a onetime $100 out of pocket on top of the the membership, I'm going to market for you and I'm going to guarantee that I will get you three personals and I will get you a team of 12 um so that you're making at least 500 bucks a month within your first 28 days or I'll give you your marketing money back.
Um, I just, and of course, I can't offer this forever. I'm just going to offer this through March as of right now. Kind of see where things land in March. Um, I know I'm not God. I can't do this forever, but I feel like we've got uh we can get some crazy momentum going with this. Uh, very small team. And, uh, now keep in mind if when we get your three personals within the first 30 days, they're going to give you your 175 back plus your free moving forward. as long as those three remain active.
Now, again, this is a binary, so I need you to do your part when it comes to placing, and you can always contact me if you're confused on placement, but you're going to have to have two personals on one side and one personal on the other side. So, the first rank is three and three. Okay, that's 250 bucks. Three on one side, three on the other side. And uh you're going to want to place at least one of the personals I give you on the left and two on the right or two on the left and one on the right. What it doesn't matter how you do it. It's just got to be at least one and two on the other side. Okay? And then uh for your for the uh next step, we're going to have six and six. Now that's going to be the next group of people that we help get their three. And uh they're going to do the same thing. They're going to place two on one side, one on the other. Doesn't matter which side you put them on. That's just the way it's got to be. Um, so we're going to get you to 500 a month and get your 175 back within your first um, 28 days or your marketing money back. Okay.
Um, and I feel like from there, you're going to see that this thing is working and you're either going to want to help with co-op money or come in and and roll up your sleeves and go to work. Um, this company does have the best travel rates that I've seen and it doesn't come close to Hotline or um any of the other travel services that I've seen. I was actually just getting ready to book a trip for Disney for Halloween Fest for my family um to Disney World and it's the best prices that I've seen on anything that I was looking into. So, I encourage you to check it out.
Um, again, I know it's 175 a month, but I feel like uh we should be able to get your three within the first 30 days. So, you get that 175 back and you're free moving forward. Again, small team of six, you're making 250 a month. Small team of 12, you're making 500 a month. Um, I mean, this does go all the way to a million a month. However, you know, people, you know, that'll never happen. And and maybe it won't, maybe it will. But I do feel like 10,000 a month is very realistic with a very small team of 400. And keep in mind, those aren't personals. Those are people that come in a straight line down your binary, and you're going to be in one power leg or another. Uh because I'm building this, my sponsor is building this, his sponsor is building this. We have a lot of leaders um in line to build this thing out. So, we're really just going to have to focus on one leg, and we're going to do that through a team build approach.
