What if I told you that there was a secret hidden agenda by the global elite to confiscate all of the world's wealth, including yours, through a wide-reaching legal framework that has already been in motion for decades. This master plan is exactly what David Webb exposes in The Great Taking, a book and documentary that reveal exactly how the global financial system has been redesigned to legally seize your assets during a crisis. But now that that framework is in place, a brand new layer has just been built on top of it. The quiet tokenization of everything.
"Tokenization in the US. We do believe that the SEC has the authority to make it happen without legislation."
"Tokenization is an innovation. The SEC has been standing at work."
"I do believe we're just at the beginning of the tokenization of all assets."
"Once everything becomes a digital token, you won't own anything the way you think you do. See, now it's not just your cash and your stocks and your property at risk, but everything from your home to your art to the tree in your front yard."
So, let's back up a second and break down how The Great Taking works. And do not skip this foundational part, as it's essential to understanding why this tokenization component is so alarming. At its core, The Great Taking isn't about corruption. It's about something much more sinister: an intentional, methodical plan to take everything by legally and systematically changing the definition of ownership without most people even noticing. Let me explain.
For decades, the financial system has been running on more and more money printing. But instead of creating real growth, it's been slowing the economy down, showing us that the engine of the system is failing. This is historically when a crisis is near. So the question becomes, what happens when the system we have today finally collapses? David Webb argues that the people at the top, the global elites, well, they already have a plan. A plan that started decades ago with a process called dematerialization. We used to have paper, physical proof of ownership. Think stock certificates, bond notes, property records. But in the 1960s, everything started to go digital in a process called dematerialization, which changed everything. Not only did you lose your paper claim and physical proof of ownership, but slowly and quietly, state by state, the uniform commercial code, the UCCC laws started to change, shifting legal ownership away from you and instead creating something called a security entitlement. Your stocks and bonds stop being treated as personal property and instead the security entitlement gave you a contractual claim. Not real ownership, just a contract. Yes, it looks as though you have ownership and you still have the right to buy and sell, but ultimately you have a claim on a shared pool of assets. No real identification and therefore no real ownership. The real ownership doesn't even sit with your bank, with the financial intermediary who you log on to to see these assets on a screen. No, it goes even higher up to massive clearing houses like the DTCC who are using your assets as collateral in their highly leveraged derivative bets that you never agreed to. But the most insidious part of this plan was that in 2005 there was a change made to US bankruptcy laws creating something called safe harbor. This declared that in the case of bankruptcy, secured creditors, not you but secured creditors have the ability to seize assets of their borrowers even in the case of fraud. Meaning that in a meltdown, everything stored at the DTCC, which is your retirement, your pension, your assets, all can legally be seized to save the system, no matter what those at the top did to get us there. And not only that, Webb also outlines how this isn't just a theory. It's something they are actively rehearsing for with windown plans, resolution playbooks, and failure test runs. The collapse is inevitable. You know that and I know that. But this time, those at the top, they will be ready when the crisis hits. They will be able to take all of the underlying collateral, the stocks and bonds, which will give them control of the public corporations. It doesn't matter if it's owned outright. At the end of the day, this will be the great taking. They will take everything.
I know that was a lot of information, a quick summary of a big topic. So, we will link the free book and free video down below if you want to go check them out. I highly recommend it. But now that you have that basic foundational information about Webb's ideas, let's move on to this term tokenization that you've probably heard and why this is creating an even more dangerous layer on top of the framework that's already in place.
"They're having tokenization roundts at the SEC. We think tokenization is perhaps the biggest innovation to come into capital markets in the past decade."
Tokenization is the idea and process of creating a digital representation of ownership. It started out with financial assets like stocks, bonds, and real estate, but recently tokenization has been rapidly spilling over into more real world assets. Whiskey distilleries are tokenizing their barrels. You have collectors tokenizing sneakers, comic books, and guitars. But now you even have tokenization moving into other areas such as parking spots, air rights, even trees are being tokenized at a rapid pace. In fact, just last month, Black Rockck CEO and World Economic Forum co-chair Larry Frink came out as saying that we are at the beginning of tokenizing all assets. But what does he actually mean?
"And that means every stock, every bond will have its own basically QIP. It'll be on one general ledger. Every investor, you and I, will have our own number, our own identification."
The real world assets don't move. They stay with their custodian. But for each real world asset, a digital token of ownership is created. Now, most people assume that if you have the physical item in your possession, you're the custodian, and you have the tokenized claim of ownership, that you probably legally own that object. But that's where things get tricky. The tokenized asset is just another layer of claim. The same way we were talking about with stocks and bonds. You might have tokenized ownership, but it could just be an entitlement. Meaning that the issuer of the token are the ones with the real ownership. Why do we think Larry Frink, Black Rockck, and the Global Elite are pushing for the tokenization of everything? It's because it's going to consolidate control, true ownership, right into their hands. Think about what David exposed in the old system. Right now, your stocks, your bonds, they are being used as collateral for these risky bets. You don't realize it because you log on and you see what you think you own on a screen. But again, all that is is an entitlement, a claim towards a small portion of a larger pool. You do not have real ownership. And if things go south, which they will in times of a crisis, you are going to be at the back of a long line of those waiting to get paid out, what's going to happen first? The secured creditors are going to swoop in and take everything. This is why you don't own what you actually think you do.
Now, with tokenization, it creates an entire new layer of concern. Every single thing in the world can be tokenized. That is what they are trying to do. They're trying to create a digital ledger of ownership. But again, you might not be the actual owner. You could just have a claim on it. Think about what that means when a crisis hits. Everything is up for grabs. No courts, no lawyers, no paperwork. And they've already changed the laws to support this. They'll call it a resolution event, a necessary intervention, but make no mistake, it is a wealth transfer, a massive wealth transfer from the many to the few. And if you think that this is some faroff idea, do not be fooled. This is happening right now.
Now, many people often ask, okay, if all these pieces are in place, why hasn't the crisis happened yet? And David Webb refers to this as something called the hidden hand, right? It's a hidden hand that can be withdrawn at any point of their choosing, but we know it's getting close. All you have to do is look at all of the signs, right? The legal framework is in place. Wall Street is now coming out and saying the quiet part out loud. Everything is being tokenized at a rapid pace. And at this point, they're just inflating the bubble to get everything as juiced up as they can. And when the time comes, the analogy he used is sweeping the monopoly board. They'll sweep the monopoly board and bring all the pieces back to them, right? We'll all be left with nothing. What do you think will happen when that point comes? People are going to be desperate. Everyone who has their wealth inside of the system that they own, right? Everything that they know that they control, they're going to take. And when they do that, they might offer a consolation prize, a CBDC, a central bank digital currency, a fully programmable digital trackable currency that will completely remove our freedom and our privacy as we know it. In fact, the only people who are going to be protected are those who have the foresight to make sure that you're protected outside of this system before it happens.
Now for me personally, that is with physical gold and silver, right? Something tangible, something I hold, I own. This is not a claim, this is not a pulled asset, and this is sure not tokenized, right? This is mine, and that is how I know that I am protected.
