What's up everybody? This is Dave from Dave's E Reviews and today we are going to be reviewing the Yesoul T3S Plus treadmill. For those of you new to the channel, my name is Dave and I review gizmos, gadgets, all sorts of electronic devices and I give you my opinion on them.

First and foremost, Yesoul did send me this treadmill for testing and review purposes, but as usual our thoughts, opinions and conclusions are my own. So we're going to break this down just like we would break down any other review video. So we're going to give you tech specs of the treadmill. I'm going to do three good things, three bad things about the treadmill and my overall conclusions about this treadmill. So let's get to it.

So if you like this content, feel free to give it a thumbs up. You can subscribe to the channel for more videos and hit that notification bell and it'll let you know anytime we have a brand new video that comes out. So let's get to the review. >> [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] >>

So now that we've gone over the tech specs, let's go over three good things about the T3S Plus treadmill from Yesoul. So good thing number one in my opinion has to be this integrated monitor and speaker that they've included on this treadmill. So as you can see, it gives you, even when you're not casting to this device, it gives you a large display of all of the metrics that you need, that you're in that you're interested in. The miles per hour, how fast you're going on the treadmill, the percent incline that you're going, how many miles have you gone on this particular workout and how many calories are you burning. There's a lot of times where I'll just throw on some music, putting the speaker in Bluetooth mode and leave the metrics up at the top of the screen, but that's just the very beginning of what this monitor and speaker can do. The best thing that you can do with this monitor and speaker is casting to this device. You can take your phone or tablet and just by installing the Yesoul app and creating an account, you can cast from those devices for free. This gives you the ability to cast anything and everything to this monitor. So not only can you cast your favorite television show, if you have a streaming app on that device, but you can also cast say YouTube. A lot of times I'll cast a video that somebody has taken walking say through the woods or on the beach or something along those lines and I'll walk that on the treadmill. I'll cast that to this device and it's basically just like walking in the woods. But on top of that, let's take this a step further. As you can see, you can also put on any type of workout that you're doing. So for example, if you have the Peloton app, you can cast the Peloton app to this monitor from your mobile device. So all you're really paying for is the Peloton app. So save yourself a lot of money and get the Yesoul treadmill and utilize the Peloton app and do the treadmill workouts just like they're doing on Peloton. And as you can see, the treadmill workouts aren't the only things that you can do. You can choose any type of workout from the Peloton app. So I think that is a game changer. So good thing number one for me is hands down has to be this integrated monitor and speaker setup.

Good thing number two for me has to be this mechanism that they use to fold and put down the treadmill. So typically when you're going to fold up a treadmill, which a lot of treadmills do fold, you have to pick up the heavy bottom part and lock it into the front and then when you're putting it down, you have to gently put this heavy bottom piece down. What you can see here is that this has a smaller footprint, which means it's a very light piece. On top of that, you're not going to kill your back when you lift this up and lock it out, you're not going to kill your back because all you have to do, instead of having to bend over with that heavy piece to put it back on the ground, all you do is you kick that piece right there and you can see the bottom piece will lower itself for you and you're all ready to go. So I think this folding mechanism is a great upgrade to existing treadmill technology because while you still do have to lift it up, it's not that heavy, but honestly I think where you're going to throw your back out is trying to put the thing back down. Just kick the kick the locking mechanism and it'll lower itself back down at a very slow pace. So in my opinion, good thing number two has to be the locking mechanism and the ability to put it down with just a kick.

Good thing number three for me has to be this smaller footprint. This thing literally fits almost anywhere. It's got a It's got a much smaller footprint than our older treadmill which took up a lot more room here. Um so we put this in its place and saved a ton of room. Now I will say you're going to see that same thing, smaller footprint, being part of the negatives, so stick around for that, but to be honest with you, I think this is great. As you can see in the videos, I've worked out on this several times, it accommodates a larger person such as myself, but it's in a smaller frame. So I don't really have to worry about this thing taking up a ton of room if I were to have say a studio apartment or one bedroom apartment or, you know, a house where I really don't have a ton of room to put this. This doesn't take up that much room and for all the technology that you get with this, I think that this smaller footprint is really impressive for my for my perspective. So good thing number three for me has to be this smaller footprint.

Okay, so let's talk about three bad things with this or three negatives. So bad thing number one in my opinion has to be the same thing I mentioned before about the smaller footprint. Only from a perspective that if you are slightly taller than I am, where I'm 6 ft tall, so you would have to be, I'm going to say taller than average or have a larger inseam, your step may be a little bit too long for this treadmill. So as you can see in the footage, I fit perfectly on this treadmill and my step as I'm walking fits this treadmill length perfectly. However, because of the smaller footprint, if I had a much longer stride, this treadmill may not be a good fit for me only because you would probably be at the very front end of the treadmill just in order to fit and it might be an uncomfortable stretch, but honestly I think for your average height person, average inseam individual, I think this is a perfect fit, but you know, if you are taller uh if you are taller individual, this may not be a perfect fit for you, so you may want to take some measurements, check out your stride and see if that works for you.

So let's talk about negative number two. So negative number two for me is that you have to have the app to screen cast to this device. Now don't get me wrong, installing the app is very simple, creating an account is very simple, you're not charged anything to screen cast, but that does mean that you have to open your app in order to make sure that you're connected to the device and then you can open up anything on your phone to screen cast to it because basically what the app does is the app authorizes your device to connect and screen cast to this display. So in my opinion, it's kind of a downside where you would think that it might use the AirPlay or AirCast or wireless display type of connection where you could just cast to this from any app. Don't get me wrong, it's very nice because there's very few treadmills, bikes, devices that I've seen that you can sit there and scroll through your TikTok while you're riding it and you can scroll through on the big screen. So I mean there is some upsides and downsides to that, but it is one of those things where if you're one of those people who just doesn't like to have another app and another account and another password that you have to remember, that to me is is a downside. Uh so a downside number two for me is that you're going to be able to cast to this monitor, but you can only cast by using the app, by installing the app and creating an account with Yesoul. So that's bad thing number two.

Bad thing number three for me is sort of a nitpicking thing and this is just this is just me. I built this by myself, so unboxing this unit, it wasn't it wasn't too horrible. You know, it's a little heavier when you get it shipped to you. So if you're taking this up or downstairs, make sure you are using two people to move this around. But one of the things that I will say is since I went to build this by myself after my friend had helped me move it to the basement. The downside is that they literally taped everything together. Now, I will say as a positive nothing was damaged. The box had a couple little holes in it, but nothing as far as the unit is concerned was damaged at all and I think that is because they put so much tape to hold everything together. But the downside to that is the way they put it together, you you are literally going to lift this bottom part out and it is strapped and bagged and taped up to everything else. So So downside number three to me is that they just taped everything together and you really almost need two people to pull the unit out of the box and get all of the packing material cut off and and the tape cut off and everything. So just be careful when you're building it and know that you may need some assistance when you're doing that. So So that is bad thing number three.

Okay, let's go over my conclusions. Honestly, I think this thing is awesome. It fits perfectly for somebody like me, 6-ft tall. I have about a 30 to 31-in seam. Um the technology is great. I can cast anything I want. Sometimes I just want to listen to music, I use the Bluetooth speaker. Sometimes I want to watch a program, I'll throw up Netflix on there. I have the Peloton app, I'll throw a Peloton workout on there. I think this thing is great for the technology that is involved and included for the price. When you consider the price of the average treadmill these days, the price point on this is great. I think that the technology that's included, having the monitor. Our old treadmill did not have a monitor. Having this monitor included to be able to throw up anything we want. I love just throwing up a YouTube video of somebody walking on the beach. This way it gives me a little bit of motivation. I put some music up, I put the video up. I think everything is is coordinating together, it's great. You have this little shelf and cup holder here for holding a bottle of water while you're working out. So for somebody who loves to be outside riding my bike, this is a good alternative for those times where I can't take a bike out and exercise. I can just come down here, get on my treadmill, take a walk, throw something cool up on the screen whether it's the latest Netflix video I'm watching, Stranger Things, whether it's a Peloton workout that I'm doing. On top of that, the fact that this monitor swivels, my wife likes to come down, swivel the monitor, throw on her Peloton yoga workout and work out right next to the treadmill before she gets on the treadmill to do a little walk. I think that all the technology and everything combined into this treadmill for the price is great.

Now even though I think that this is great for the price overall and everything like that, there are a couple little negatives that you have to be aware of. If you're a taller person, this may not be the best treadmill for you if you have a longer stride. If you're doing a lot more running, this may not be the best treadmill for you. I do a lot of walking. I'm not I do some jogging, not a ton of running, not a ton of high speed running because I don't think if I was running on this treadmill with my stride it may not be a great fit. I don't I don't do much running anyway. But if you are a runner, you may want to just check out the measurements of this first before you go into your purchase. So those have been my conclusions and this has been my review of the Yesoul T3S Plus Treadmill. Thank you for tuning in.
