Okay, would you recommend it? Without, without a shudder, I see. The thing with Samuel, not the other people out there, everyone for strategic power leaders, we have training. But Samuel is 150 percent genuine. He wants you to succeed. He makes sure that when you leave, you have sufficient to go out there and do what you need to do. But you also have that support, and you can come back. You know, what you think, talk to, not to travel, but the rest of the team.
I absolutely think that it is a continuous learning experience, but you've got sufficient from these capital days to really go out and get your business off the ground in a big way. Big, available, there are thinkable here. Getting a one-to-one with Samuel, definitely. Room sizes smaller, and if anything, he's coupling in more depth, much more information. And we're actually doing the life in terms of looking online, finding houses, hopeful appointments, was talking to the property managers in those areas, as we did today.
Honestly, absolutely brilliant. James, love you. Absolutely. So again, I think sauce just unbelievable, and it's just, I would never be the same in terms of the way I see or, or the way I approach property investment.
