[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] there are things that gnaw at sincerity like a moth eating through a hole, you see, they attack sincerity. They call them base feelings. Sometimes, quite a lot of feelings, the feelings in a person, like innate human nature, physical nature, and so on. Things like the feeling of comfort. Things like the feeling of fame. Things like the feeling of fear. Base feelings, feelings like bohemianism, living out one's animalistic desires and being satisfied with them. Base feelings, meaning low, base means low. And they call them minor benefits. They think even the whole world is yours in terms of these, in the name of the hereafter, in the name of the kingdom. If they cause you to lose some things, even though they are all very minor things, worldly benefits, meaning they cause you to lose great things. For the sake of that, sincerity is broken by breaking sincerity. With these, you see, they enter the straight path, and the Master, perhaps at that time, did not see anything negative in that state, in that light, around the students. But as a human weakness, there can be a slip, a lapse. Satan can whisper. Base feelings can also turn their heads. Minor benefits. It's like saying, "I will lead them astray one day." In some parts of Anatolia, they use this: "Beware, absolutely, do not fall into this." The Master's excitement in that regard, his saying "Beware," I think, is for this reason. Otherwise, they came, served, and left. About those blessed people, would they have a minor benefit, a base feeling? No, God forbid and never. We have seen people we know, like this. If we look at ourselves today, like a student of a student of a student of a student, etc., they were very pure from the things we have fallen into. Their skirts were absolutely not stained by such filth. They gathered around the Master in poverty. They were living their poor lives. They were ready with all the means they had, in the name of the divine and Quranic lights he spread. They were giving them without hesitation. Imagine, to publish the Risale-i Nur, the Master had no money. He suddenly goes to his village. He doesn't leave him at all, he goes to his village. "I'm selling the land, give me whatever you want." "Hey, have you gone mad? When this season comes, if you sell it for five, you're living with the excitement. If I had my land here, I wouldn't sell that field, garden, orchard. What does this mean? It's ingratitude." One must look at that state, at the people around a person. But was everyone at the same level? That's not for us to know; we leave it to God. Everyone, as it is today, has a different level. Everyone has a degree of perfection, and their journey and ascent are up to that point. They were like that too; they were human, after all. If sincerity is broken by base feelings and minor benefits, God forbid, people say, "This is the path of God, the path of service," and they set out. Then, the public's attention turns to them. Then they become envious. They enter a place. Then, yesterday they were poor, living in shantytowns. Now that such an opportunity has arisen, and people are showering us with their means, "Well, this is our right." Election, national elections, and so on. Therefore, the word ends with us. Why should we live without a ship, live in a villa, live without a yacht? Let us also have, let us also have. Some even say that even bribery is a gift. They are actually giving gifts. Therefore, you, following the hadith of our Prophet, "Tehadu" (give gifts to each other), if someone gives you a gift, you should reciprocate with a gift. If you support them with things that would only make Dümbüllü İsmail laugh, and they, "Mashallah," will take their blessed heads and go with the fish. May God protect you, your offspring, and those who think like you from such a silence. Silence means losing on the path of gain. It means having a traffic accident. It means having a traffic accident on the highway. What happens then? If some people go out of bounds, if they live without measure, if they ignore the measures, if they don't know the balance, what happens? It becomes an encroachment on the rights of all our brothers in service. Even if a single individual does it, they say, "Oh, these are like that too." Don't they say now, "They are slandering everyone with the mistakes and errors of some of us"? What happens then? In a way, they create a negative perception of service. On the other hand, they themselves sin as much as crows. One person did it, two people did it, three people did it, it was done. If it was done, but a huge community, with the fundamental disciplines of law, the principle is that innocence is presumed, and guilt is personal. If a person has a fault, it is a personal fault. To see the entire body of a community, especially a movement, as flawed because of it, is such a burden, such a sin, such a suspicion that it is considered equivalent to disbelief, God forbid. Now, if one person, two people cannot maintain the order and harmony in this matter, if they deviate, if they fall prey to their carnal desires, if they bow down before minor benefits, it is destined that a person who bows down will also prostrate. Bowing is the most convincing reference for prostration. People who bow before the world will eventually prostrate before the world. Is there more? Is there more? Is there more? [Music]
