I have just given Cloud the task of developing a business model for me that can replace a full-time salary in just 90 days. We are talking about €6,000 to €8,000 with a margin of over 50%. And not only that, the goal of the prompt is also to develop a business that can grow to €100,000 in monthly revenue in under 3 years. I am starting completely from scratch. No idea, no network, and above all, a budget of under €1000 to get started. That's why in this video, I will show you exactly how to structure the prompt to get a business plan for your specific case and your goals. And I will also show you how to answer the questions that Cloud then asks, so that you can truly get the perfect business plan for yourself. But let's not beat around the bush. You can see how long this business plan is. We will now generate it for your case with the help of Cloud, and we will start directly with the prompt.

Let's take a look at the prompt I prepared, because it works really well. Let's take a quick look, and I'll tell you exactly why it works so well. I have used the CRAFT framework here, which consists of combining context with role, objective, format, and tone or target audience. Studies and research have shown that this yields the best results from AI. This is the core part of this video, clearly. However, I also want to give you the tip that the prompt itself won't do much for you. It's also about how you work with this prompt, how you address the questions, and we'll do that in the next part. But first, I'll show you how the prompt is structured. We have assigned the role of a true serial entrepreneur, someone who has been successful many times. Then, that we are at the very beginning and need help to even start, and the goal is defined. We want to be able to replace a full-time salary within 3 months and have the potential to earn €100,000 per month in the next 3 years. And in the end, it's really about the implementation phase, and the final result will be that Cloud will then really spit out a business plan for these first 90 days, but also for the 3 years, and we can concretely evaluate it. And we will do all of this together now. That means I will copy this prompt, take it, and enter it directly into Cloud. And while Cloud is working, briefly, why should you even listen to me? I have my own Shopify agency with which we implement various projects for our clients. That means I am involved in both the technical side and marketing. I have built several Shopify apps that are used by over 1000 active German online stores. That means I know how to build physical products, I know how to build an agency, and that gives me the expertise to evaluate what Cloud spits out in the end.

So, it's now with the first question. In which area have you actually achieved results in recent years? Not just had interest, but have impressed others or concretely helped them. That's already a very good question. It's trying to find out where we really have our skills. And I would say professionally, clear subject matter expertise. It's now trying to go a bit deeper. It says: "Which area best describes your specific professional expertise?" And here I would now take the first step where I would adjust its process a bit by telling it that my expertise is in one and two. You always have the option to write something in below, and it now says here: Marketing, Sales 234. But I would actually say it's one and two for me, because I really want to do it concretely with this example, with my example, and therefore I will answer accordingly. It's now going a bit deeper. Where exactly is the strongest intersection between these two fields for you? So, with what have you concretely delivered results? That's cool because these are now two different areas. But it's now helping us to connect them, and I'm curious what kind of business plan, what offer will come out in the end. So, I build and automate marketing and sales processes, I use data analytics and marketing, I build software tools. I would say one and three most. I'm really curious what will come out in the end, what kind of business plan it will show us. Question 4: What is your current professional financial situation? How much time and capital buffer do you have? So, even though I have a business as a Shopify agency, I would still choose three just so we can invest a bit of time there. 5 out of 18. I work directly for end customers. I work on a project basis. So, let's do that. Now with question 6. What concrete result can you show that proves that your automation tool skills really work, that they are not just theory? I would say we take two. We don't want to refer to the employer, and we don't want to say that we already have any major references. I want it to build this mostly from scratch, and therefore I will just answer it like this. In what type of business have you implemented this automation so far, or do you understand its problem best from close proximity, not just suspected? Oh, now it wants to push us into a niche a bit. I will consciously not choose e-commerce online shops now, even though that's true. What else have I worked with? I'll just say, since I've worked with them a lot too, the technical industry, manufacturing. That will give us a slightly different area to work with properly, because otherwise I'm afraid it will go very strongly into the e-commerce area, and I want to answer honestly, I do, but it shouldn't just tell me: "Hey, start a Shopify agency or automate online shops." Here I choose small businesses, because I've noticed over time that larger businesses often have the problem that they have very long decision-making processes, and we want to specifically target smaller companies.

Now we have the next question, which is: What concrete problem have you observed yourself in exactly this target group, not just suspected, for which there are no or poor solutions today? M, that's of course always a problem, but there are solutions for it. That's Oh, three is actually very, very strong. Three is actually a problem that most small businesses have, especially in manufacturing, especially in crafts, which are not yet as digitized as agencies and don't have a proper solution yet. I'm curious what it will make of it in the end. What would be the biggest reason, based on your experience, why such a business owner would ultimately not buy from me? Okay, I thought it would lead to asking why he should buy from me, but it asks exactly why he shouldn't buy. Lack of time is always an excuse. So we don't need to tick that. Skepticism about technology, fear, I don't understand software. Who will maintain it? Yes, that's actually something. But I believe price/budget is usually not a concrete objection, it's usually an excuse. But if you say here, we don't spend money on something like this, we'll do it ourselves, then it's this giving up control. And I would actually say one and two are equally valid here again, so we'll take one and two here, because in my opinion, both aim at the same thing. Who typically makes purchasing decisions in your company? Mostly the owner himself, 45 plus. Yes, that fits very well. But here it's almost always one and two. Either it's the older boss himself, or it's the boss and his successor. The successor often takes care of something like this. That's why one and two. What do you estimate? Would a company realistically be willing to pay for a solution that demonstrably saves several hours per week? M, we have to find something. So, I wouldn't just give him the answer. We have to find something that costs at least €2000 initially or €5000 initially and then maybe only €200 per month or €2000 initially and then €500 per month, because we also want it to pay off at some point, and if we say we want to make €100,000 €1000 per month eventually, then we can't just do a lot of projects that don't actually bring us any margin. That means we have to be able to charge at least, let's say, €3000 initial and €400 per month. This is one of the important questions, because it determines whether we can ultimately work with a 50% profit margin. And I have a feeling that it has already set a direction for the ideas or developed them, and the questions now serve a bit for validation. How much of your own capital do you have available to actively win the first customer numbers in the next four weeks? We want to start from zero, so de facto no marketing budget. How many craft and manufacturing companies could you realistically reach in the next four weeks without cold calls through existing contacts? We're talking, let's say, we have no starting point, so we also say zero here. Of course, if you have a few contacts, it's ideal, but we want to start a business model from the beginning and not say: "Hey, we'll use existing contacts that you somehow have from your employed job or before." Makes no sense. How quickly could you technically implement an automation solution for a small business from needs assessment to go-live? Of course, the question is how complex this automation solution is. But if we say we have no uh we have no other things to do at the beginning, sure, we have our job, but we do this on the side and maybe work about 10 hours a week on it, I would say you can do something like that well in one to three weeks. But as I said, it depends very heavily on the automation itself. We are almost done now. Question 16 of 18. I'm really curious what will come out in the end. How realistic are you about active selling? Approaching strangers, naming prices, getting rejections. It takes effort for me. M, I hope that if I say it takes effort, it will also suggest alternative channels, so that it doesn't just say, pick up the phone and talk to people, but gives us a few options. Second to last question: Would you be willing to implement your very first project for a small business for free or heavily discounted if you get a referenceable result, case study, testimonial? Yes, that would be okay for me in that case. We are starting from zero. Normally I would say, always charge a little at the beginning, but in this case, if we have no references and no contacts, it's actually a good way to gain the first reference. So. Uhm, I want to do this primarily online and talk to German companies digitally. I don't want it to say: "Hey, go to the customer." That would be a bit counterproductive, I think. We have now answered 18 questions. Now it will move on to the next phase, and then we can evaluate its criteria and its ideas for the first time. It has shown us the selection criteria. Automating marketing and sales processes, building own tools, integration, that fits so far. Small family craft businesses, zero existing network, little budget. Okay, I'm curious what it will make of it. That's already a requirement to build something sensible out of it. Okay, the tension that I need to address. Your target group is exactly the group that is least reachable through pure online channels. Most have hardly any online presence, are not active on LinkedIn, and rarely react to digital cold outreach. The desire for online, nationwide, fits more with somewhat larger, digitally visible, medium-sized technical companies.

So, let's resolve the tension now before we move on to the next step. Okay, it has given us four suggestions on how to resolve the tension. Specifically target the modernization-willing successor generation. Slightly elevate the target group, somewhat larger technical manufacturing companies. Yes, 10 to 50, I still find that very, very good, I would say. Here one and two, then we adjust two things at the same time, and that will hopefully give it the opportunity to provide us with very, very good ideas. Okay, it has ten candidate ideas ready, which we can now look at directly. CRM and lead generation instant package, inquiries from web, phone, email land automatically in CRM with follow-up reminders. I already find that good. Offer automation tool, also a very, very cool idea, especially for this area. Paid digital check-up, short only. No, that could be offered as a free lead magnet, also relatively low, nobody will pay much money for it. Successor modernization package bundle, I find that quite cool again. Vertical mini-solutions for metal construction, standardized offer and order tool as a subscription instead of individual packages. Yes, metal construction, and that's a point we could use. And it has now worked out our top 3. It has evaluated them here, and we can now say, okay, it has evaluated them all and says in the end the top 3: Successor modernization package, that was also what I was just considering, we can definitely charge money for that. Then offer automation tool, lean entry-level product, and vertical mini-solutions. I would say we take the successor modernization package. We have a very, very clear target group that we can approach, that we can reach digitally. And if it creates a cool business plan for us for that, then we really have something we can work with very coolly. Cloud has now tinkered with this PDF for about 10 minutes. I'm opening it myself for the first time now. That means we can now look live together at what Cloud has really prepared for us. Okay, we see Business Plan and 90-Day Start Plan: Successor Modernization Package. Nice cover page, but that's not what matters. Okay. Executive Summary, Starting Situation. A freelance automation specialist with core competence at the intersection of marketing, sales, and IT automation without an existing customer base. It summarizes everything here again. I find that good. Goal: Replacement of a full-time salary. We have a €3000 setup price per customer, €400 per month ongoing flat rate. Implementation time: one to three weeks. I find that cool. Here's a small formatting error. Honest assessment. The biggest risk of this plan is not the product, but the acquisition. No existing network and a zero budget mean that the first four weeks are the actual test of whether the chosen channel works. Okay, let's look further. Business Model, what is sold, automated lead generation. Hey, I'm really a bit blown away because it's really good. So it's really all structured. We see here what is sold, what is to be seen here, then technical implementation, setup package, support flat rate, which we said we would like, what is included. We didn't say that at all, Cloud thought of that itself. Needs assessment, setup of all three modules, team training, that's the initial package. Then monthly maintenance, adjustments, support, ongoing optimization. So that's something with which we can really build money long-term. Plausible path to get there, two to three new setup closings per month. That's realistic. So winning two to three customers per month is really realistic. And for this we need about 250 ongoing customers, and then we have a €50,000 budget to keep it running. That means we can also hire people who work in sales, who keep the whole thing running. So, I think that's realistic. It requires building a small implementation team from year 2 onwards. It recognized that correctly too. That's cool. That means I, as the founder, would probably stay in sales first and then hand over the implementation a bit later. Target group and persona, I'm curious about that now. 28 to 40 years old. Yes, that's cool. So, it has defined the persona really well. Modernization-willing successors. Okay. Hey, that's really great. Marketing Channel: LinkedIn organic and direct outreach. It did that completely on its own now, without me guiding it in the direction that we want to go via LinkedIn. But it's ideal for this target group. Positioning, content rhythm, target list, direct outreach, hey, this is really a very good business plan. Of course, it's not perfect. It can't be. We put this together in about 10 to 15 minutes with Cloud, but it's a really excellent foundation that can give anyone who works with it an idea or tell them, hey, in what direction can you go at all? What haven't you thought of yet? And if you want to do this, then use the prompt for yourself and just try it out. I'm super excited about your results. Feel free to write in the comments what your experience has been. Maybe you'll notice something that can be done even more with it. I've adjusted the prompt a bit. Let me know. I'm looking forward to your results, and I'll see you in the next video. Have fun with this prompt. Yeah.
