Debt Is a Spirit—And It Responds to ONE Command (Not More Prayer) | Kenyon’s Hidden Wisdom

Kenyon’s Hidden Wisdom48:00

Transcription

Debt is a spirit, and it responds to one command, not more prayer. You have been praying about debt for years, maybe decades. You have fasted. You have cried. You have laid on the floor and begged God to move the mountain of financial bondage off your chest. And yet the debt is still there. The bills are still there. The phone calls are still there. The anxiety is still there.

Here is what nobody told you. Here is what most churches will never say from the pulpit. Debt is not just a financial problem. Debt is a spirit, and E.W. Kenyon, one of the most powerful revelatory teachers of the 20th century, understood something that most of the body of Christ has completely missed. Spirits do not leave through prayer. Spirits leave through command. Stop begging God to remove what He has already given you authority over.

Welcome back to the E.W. Kenyon Hidden Truths channel. I am so glad you are here today because what you are about to receive in the next 35 to 40 minutes is not just Bible teaching. It is a legal brief. It is a courtroom declaration. It is a revelation that will fundamentally change how you understand the battle over your finances and, more importantly, how you fight it.

In the next several minutes, you are going to discover the spiritual nature of financial bondage. You are going to find out why prayer alone has not been enough, and why that is not God's fault. You are going to understand the legal authority you were given at the new birth. You are going to learn the difference between petition and command. And you are going to walk away from this video knowing exactly what to do and exactly what to say to break the spirit of debt over your life once and for all. This is not theory. This is not motivation. This is revelation. And it is going to cost you your old way of thinking. Let us begin.

The Problem: Why Prayer Alone Has Not Worked

Here is a question that deserves a real answer. If prayer works, and it does, then why are so many born-again, spirit-filled, tithe-paying, Bible-reading believers still drowning in debt? Think about that honestly. These are not unsaved people. These are people who love God, people who show up on Sunday, people who give, people who serve. And yet 90% of the body of Christ is living under the same financial pressure as the world around them. The same fear, the same scarcity, the same paycheck-to-paycheck reality, the same crippling debt. Something is wrong with that picture.

And here is what I want you to understand before we go any further. The problem is not God's willingness. The problem is not God's ability. The problem is not a lack of faith in the sense that most people think of it. The problem is a fundamental misunderstanding of what debt really is and, therefore, how to deal with it.

Most believers treat debt as a circumstance. They pray about it the way you pray about weather. "Lord, please change this. Lord, please fix this. Lord, please take this away." And they wait. But here is the revelation. Debt, in its deepest nature, is not just a circumstance. It is a spiritual condition. It has a spiritual root and it has a spiritual personality.

Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 4:4 that "the god of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not." The god of this world, that is a spirit, that is a ruling intelligence that operates in the earth's financial system, and it does not respond to petition. It responds to authority.

When Jesus encountered demonic forces, He never petitioned the Father to remove them. He commanded them. In Mark 1:25, Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, saying, "Hold thy peace, and come out of him." A command, not a prayer, a command. When He healed the sick, He spoke to the sickness. He spoke to the fever. He spoke to the withered hand. He used His authority as the Son of God operating in covenant to issue commands in the natural world on behalf of a spiritual reality.

And beloved, that same authority was legally transferred to you at the moment of the new birth. Most Christians are in the position of a soldier who does not know the war is already won. They are still fighting for a victory that was legally secured 2,000 years ago at Calvary. They are still petitioning a general for reinforcements when they are sitting on top of the ammunition depot. You have the weapons. You have the authority. You have the legal standing. You simply have not been told how to use them. Let us fix that right now.

The Spiritual Anatomy of Debt: Body, Soul, and Spirit

Before we talk about commanding the spirit of debt, we need to understand the full nature of who you are as a new creation because you cannot exercise authority over the spirit realm from the physical or solical realm alone. Authority flows from the spirit, and most believers are living from the wrong level.

E.W. Kenyon spent decades teaching what he called the trichotomy of man, that human beings are three-part beings. You have a body, you have a soul, and you have a spirit. And these three parts are not equal in authority or in spiritual relevance.

Your body is your physical earth suit. It is the means by which you interact with the physical world. It feels debt. It feels pressure. It feels stress. The body registers the symptoms of financial bondage in your stomach, in your chest, in the tension behind your eyes at 2 in the morning.

Your soul is your mind, your will, your emotions, and your intellect. The soul is where you process the experience of debt. You think about it, you calculate it, you worry about it, you plan around it. The soul can understand that debt is a problem. But the soul alone cannot break a spiritual stronghold.

Your spirit is the real you. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 says, "And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." Three distinct parts. And the spirit is listed first for a reason. Because in God's order, the spirit is preeminent. The spirit is the part of you that was recreated at the new birth. The spirit is the part of you that is in union with God. The spirit is the part of you that carries the authority of the new creation.

Kenyon described the recreated spirit as the "hidden man of the heart." 1 Peter 3:4 calls it "the hidden man of the heart in that which is not corruptible." That hidden man is the new creation. That hidden man has been made righteous. That hidden man has been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, as 2 Corinthians 5:21 declares.

Now hear this. The spirit of debt does not operate at the body level. You cannot sweat your way out of debt. You cannot discipline your way out of a spiritual stronghold. Though natural discipline has its place, the spirit of debt operates at the spiritual level, and that means it must be confronted at the spiritual level. This is why begging God from the solical realm, from the mind and emotions, has not produced the result you were hoping for. You were sending a soul-level petition to deal with a spirit-level problem. It is like sending a memo to deal with a military invasion. The instrument does not match the need.

The hidden man of the heart, your recreated spirit, in right relationship with the Word of God and in the name of Jesus, has the legal authority to command the spirit of debt to leave. And that command will be honored in the spirit realm. But you have to know who you are first.

Part One: The Legal Nature of the New Creation

Let me take you to the courtroom of heaven for a moment. Because what happened at the cross was not merely a spiritual event. It was a legal transaction. It was the most significant legal event in the history of the cosmos.

Colossians 2:14 says that Jesus "blotted out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross." The handwriting of ordinances, that is legal language, the debt of sin, the legal claim that the enemy had over the human race, was nailed to the cross. Jesus took the full legal liability of all of humanity's debt, spiritual and natural, and settled it in full. "It is finished." That was not just an expression of exhaustion. It was a legal declaration. The Greek word *tetelestai*, which we translate as "it is finished," was a term used in the first century to stamp on paid bills. It meant the debt has been satisfied. It is paid in full. Jesus stamped that on the cross on your sin debt, on your sickness debt, and yes, on the spiritual bondage that drives natural financial debt.

Kenyon taught that the covenant sealed with the blood of Jesus is a legal document. And in that document, the believer receives not just forgiveness, but legal standing, righteousness, authority, dominion. Romans 5:17 says this: "For if by one man's offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one Jesus Christ." Reign in life, not survive, not cope, not manage, reign. You are not a debtor scrambling to make payments in the kingdom of God. You are a king. You are a joint heir with Christ, as Romans 8:17 declares. And kings do not beg. Kings do not petition their own kingdom. Kings issue decrees.

The revelation of your legal standing in Christ is the foundation of everything else we are going to build on in this teaching. Because you will never command a spirit with confidence if you do not know your own legal standing. You cannot command from a position you do not believe you occupy. So let me be clear: By the blood of Jesus Christ, by the Word of God, by the authority delegated to you at the moment of your new birth, you have the legal right to stand in the face of debt, both as a spirit and as a circumstance, and command it to break and to leave. That right was purchased for you. It was purchased at tremendous cost, and the enemy has been banking on you never discovering it.

Part Two: The Name of Jesus and Delegated Authority

Now, let us build on that foundation and talk about the instrument of your authority. Because knowing you have authority is one thing. Knowing how to exercise it is another.

Jesus said in John 14:13, "Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." And again in John 16:23, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you." Now, most believers read these verses and they see a prayer promise. "If I tack 'in Jesus' name' onto the end of my prayer, God will answer." And that is a shallow reading of a profound legal reality.

The name of Jesus is not a password. It is not a magic phrase you append to a petition. The name of Jesus is a power of attorney. It is delegated authority. It is the legal right to act on behalf of the one whose name you bear. Think of it this way: When a lawyer holds power of attorney for a client, that lawyer can sign documents, enter into agreements, make legal transactions on behalf of that client. The lawyer's own identity is not what gives the authority. The authority comes from the one who granted the power of attorney.

Jesus, after His resurrection, made the most extraordinary statement in Matthew 28:18: "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." All power, every shred of authority in the universe. And then, in the very next breath, He said, "Go ye therefore." That "therefore" is the transfer. "Because I have all authority, you go. Because I have been given dominion over all things, you act in my name."

Ephesians 1:19-22 tells us that the power that raised Christ from the dead is the same power working in us as believers, and that Christ has been put "far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named," far above the spirit of debt. The spirit of debt has a name, and that name is far below the name of Jesus.

Kenyon wrote extensively about what he called the "authority of the name." He taught that when a believer speaks in the name of Jesus to any spiritual force, that force must recognize the authority behind that name because Jesus defeated the principalities and powers at the cross. Colossians 2:15 says, "And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." This means the spirit of debt is not just beneath your authority as a new creation. It is a defeated, disarmed, publicly humiliated foe. When you command it in the name of Jesus, you are not trying to defeat an unconquered enemy. You are executing the sentence of an already accomplished victory. You are not fighting for victory. You are fighting from victory. And that difference changes everything about how you pray, how you speak, and how you stand in the face of financial pressure.

Part Three: Sense Knowledge Versus Revelation Knowledge

Here is where so many believers get derailed. Even believers who understand authority in theory, even believers who know the scriptures about dominion and the name of Jesus, they still cave when the bill comes. They still spiral when the bank account hits zero. They still collapse into petition mode when the pressure gets intense. Why? Because they are operating from sense knowledge instead of revelation knowledge.

E.W. Kenyon drew one of the sharpest distinctions in his entire ministry between these two forms of knowing, and understanding this distinction is absolutely critical to walking in consistent financial authority.

Sense knowledge is what your five senses tell you. Your eyes see the debt. Your ears hear the collection call. Your body feels the stress of financial lack. Sense knowledge is real. It is not imaginary. The debt is real. The pressure is real. But sense knowledge is limited to the physical realm, and the physical realm is not the highest reality. It is the lowest reality. It is the realm of effects, not causes.

Revelation knowledge is what God's Word tells you. It is the knowledge that comes not through your senses, but through your recreated spirit engaging with the living Word of God. Hebrews 4:12 says, "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." The Word of God goes deeper than your senses can reach. It reaches the level of spirit. It divides between what your soul says and what your spirit knows.

When you are looking at a pile of debt, sense knowledge says, "This is impossible." Revelation knowledge says, "I am the head and not the tail. I am above only and not beneath. I am blessed in the city and blessed in the field." Deuteronomy 28:13 says, "And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath."

When the bank account is empty, sense knowledge says, "There is not enough." Revelation knowledge says, "My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19, "all your need according to his riches, not your circumstances."

Sense knowledge says, "The debt is too big." Revelation knowledge says, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Philippians 4:13.

The battle over your finances is ultimately a battle over which knowledge you give dominion to in your inner man. If sense knowledge dominates, you will stay in petition mode, begging God to override a situation that He has already given you authority over. If revelation knowledge dominates, you will operate from a position of settled conviction, issuing commands in the name of Jesus with the full weight of heaven behind your words.

Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 5:7, "For we walk by faith, not by sight." Sight is sense knowledge. Faith is revelation knowledge in action. Walking by faith means you govern your behavior by what God says, not by what the circumstances show. And this is not denial. This is not pretending the debt does not exist. You are not going to close your eyes and pretend the debt is gone. What you are going to do is refuse to give the debt the final word. You are going to assert the legal reality of your covenant standing over and above the physical reality of the circumstance. You are going to let revelation knowledge speak louder than sense knowledge. And in the spirit realm, that is the difference between begging and commanding.

Part Four: The Spirit of Debt, Its Nature and Its Assignment

Now, I want to go deep with you on this because many believers intellectually accept that spiritual forces exist. They believe in angels. They believe in the Holy Spirit. They believe in demonic influence in a general sense. But when it comes to their finances, they slip back into a purely natural framework. "Debt is just math. Debt is just poor decisions. Debt is just economic pressure." And yes, debt has natural components. There are natural causes and natural solutions. But there is a spiritual dimension to financial bondage that the church has largely refused to address. And that refusal has cost the body of Christ enormously.

The Bible reveals that the enemy operates through what Paul calls "principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places." As stated in Ephesians 6:12, these are not random spiritual nuisances. These are organized, hierarchical, intelligent spiritual forces assigned to specific areas of human experience. They have assignments. They have territories. They have jurisdictions. And one of the primary assignments of demonic principalities in this age is financial bondage, scarcity, lack, perpetual debt, the inability to break through financially despite natural effort.

Proverbs 6:1-5 speaks of snares and traps in the realm of financial pledges and agreements. Joel 2:25 speaks of God restoring "the years that the locust, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you." These are not just agricultural metaphors. They are descriptions of spiritual forces that consume, that devour, that eat away at what should belong to the covenant people of God.

Malachi 3:11 says, "And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes." Notice that God does not say He will eliminate the devourer. He says He will rebuke it. The devourer is a spiritual entity that devours financial blessing, and it responds to a rebuke.

Now hear this carefully. In Malachi 3:11, it is God who does the rebuking. But in Luke 10:19, Jesus says, "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy." And in John 14:12, He says, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me the works that I do shall he do also." The same authority that God exercised in Malachi, Jesus exercised in His ministry and has now delegated to the believing church. You have been given the authority to rebuke the devourer over your own finances. You do not have to wait for God to do it. He has already done it positionally. He has already made provision. He is waiting for you to exercise the authority He has delegated to you.

This is not arrogance. This is obedience. God is not looking for believers who are too humble to exercise authority. He is looking for believers who understand the full implications of what it means to be a new creation, "seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus," as Ephesians 2:6 declares, and who will act accordingly.

The spirit of debt has a legal claim over the lives of people who live outside of covenant. But you are in covenant. The blood of Jesus has legally severed the enemy's claim over your finances. The question is whether you will enforce that legal reality with your voice, with your commands, and with your faith-filled declarations.

Part Five: The Word of God as Food for Your Spirit

Before we move to the practical steps, there is one more foundational truth we have to establish. Because commanding the spirit of debt requires a spirit that has been built up, strengthened, and made robust by the Word of God. You cannot command from an empty position.

Kenyon used a powerful metaphor that I want to bring you today. He said that the Word of God is not just information. It is spiritual food. And just as your body cannot function without physical nourishment, your spirit cannot function at full strength without the regular, intentional intake of God's Word.

Jesus said in Matthew 4:4, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." He was not just talking about biblical literacy. He was describing a spiritual process. The Word of God, when received with faith and acted upon, actually nourishes and builds up the human spirit.

Job 23:12 says, "I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food." Job understood this. The Word was more necessary, more nourishing, more life-giving than physical food. Because the spirit, the real you, is more real and more eternal than the body.

1 Peter 2:2 says, "As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby." Growth happens through the Word. Spiritual strength increases through the Word. And it is that spiritual strength, that robust, well-fed inner man, that can stand in the face of a spirit of debt and issue commands without wavering.

Here is the problem. Most believers read the Word occasionally. They hear it once a week in church. They receive it at a surface level as information, as comfort, as theological content. They do not take it in as food. They do not chew on it. They do not meditate on it day and night, as Psalm 1:2 instructs. They do not let it become the dominant voice in their inner world. And so when the pressure of debt comes, the Word does not rise up in them with authority. The sense knowledge of the circumstances overwhelms the revelation knowledge of the scriptures because the Word has not been built into them at a level that matches the force of the pressure against them.

Joshua 1:8 says, "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." Prosperous, successful, from meditating on the Word day and night. This is not metaphorical. This is a spiritual law. Meditation on the Word builds the spirit. A built-up spirit carries authority, and that authority, expressed in the name of Jesus, breaks spiritual strongholds, including the stronghold of debt.

The Practical Steps: How to Command the Spirit of Debt

Now, let us get specific. Let us get practical. Because revelation without application is just information, and we are not here to accumulate information. We are here to see real results in real life. Here are the steps you need to take to move from petition to command and to start exercising your God-given authority over the spirit of debt.

Step One: Establish Your Legal Standing Through Confession

Before you command anything, you need to know where you stand, and you need to say where you stand out loud every day. This is not positive thinking. This is not the power of positive affirmations. This is the biblical practice of confession. The Greek word *homologeo*, translated as "confess," literally means "to say the same thing," to agree with what God has said, to speak the same language as heaven.

Romans 10:10 says, "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." The mouth matters. What you say out loud about yourself matters. It shapes your inner world, and your inner world shapes your outer world.

Begin every day with a declaration of your covenant standing. Say this out loud: "I am a new creation in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, 'Old things are passed away; and all things are become new.' I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 5:21. I am redeemed from the curse of the law, as Galatians 3:13 declares, including the curse of financial bondage and poverty. I am above only and not beneath. I am the head and not the tail. The blessing of the Lord is upon my life and my finances. And no weapon formed against my financial destiny shall prosper."

Say that every morning before you open a single bill, before you check a single bank balance, before you engage with the natural world of your financial situation, establish the spiritual ground. Then operate from that ground.

Step Two: Identify and Confront the Spirit Directly

Once your legal standing is established through confession, it is time to exercise authority. And this step will feel strange at first, especially if you have been trained only in petitionary prayer. But this is biblical. This is what Jesus modeled, and this is what works.

Find a place where you can speak out loud without distraction. Stand up. Physical posture matters. Kings do not kneel before their subjects. Now speak directly to the spirit of financial bondage over your life. Do not address God in this moment. You are not petitioning God. You are commanding the enemy. There is a critical difference.

Speak to the mountain. As Jesus said in Mark 11:23, "Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."

Say something like this: "Spirit of debt, spirit of lack, spirit of financial bondage, I address you now, not in my own name, but in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, by the authority of the blood covenant sealed at Calvary, by the delegated authority given to me by the Lord Jesus Christ in Luke 10:19 and Matthew 28:18-20. I command you to release your hold over my finances. I command you to loose every financial blessing that has been held back from my life. I command you to leave this household now. The blood of Jesus Christ has legally severed your claim over my finances. You have no legal standing in my life, and I enforce the victory of the cross in the name of Jesus. It is done."

Now, say it with conviction. Say it with authority, not with anger, not with desperation, with the calm, settled authority of someone who knows their legal standing and is simply enforcing an already accomplished fact.

Step Three: Declare the Replacement Reality

When Jesus cast out spirits, He did not leave the house empty. In Matthew 12:43-45, He warned of the danger of leaving a swept house unoccupied. After you command the spirit of debt to leave, you must immediately declare the covenant reality that takes its place.

Declare out loud: "The peace of God that passeth all understanding shall keep my heart and my mind. Philippians 4:7. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. Psalm 23:1. My God shall supply all my need according to his riches in glory. Philippians 4:19. Wealth and riches shall be in my house, and my righteousness endureth forever. Psalm 112:3. I am like a tree planted by rivers of water, and whatsoever I do shall prosper. Psalm 1:3."

Speak prosperity, sufficiency, and abundance into the spiritual atmosphere of your life. You are not lying. You are not denying the current reality. You are asserting the covenant reality that is more real than the circumstance. You are "calling those things which be not as though they were," as Romans 4:17 describes the faith of Abraham.

Step Four: Align Your Natural Actions with Your Spiritual Declarations

Faith without works is dead, as James 2:26 reminds us. Spiritual authority exercised in the name of Jesus does not mean you become passive in the natural. It means your natural actions become empowered by the spiritual posture you have established.

Begin to act like a steward of covenant blessing, not like a victim of debt. Get a notebook and write down every debt, not with anxiety, but with authority. You are assessing your battlefield as a general, not lamenting your prison as a captive. Make a plan. Budget with the mindset of a steward, not a debtor. Give, even when it seems counterintuitive. Luke 6:38 says, "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom." Giving is one of the most powerful spiritual weapons against the spirit of lack because it is the opposite spirit of debt. Debt takes; giving releases, and the spirit realm responds to what you do as much as to what you say.

Step Five: Maintain Your Confession Under Pressure

This is the step where most believers fail. They make powerful declarations on Monday. By Thursday, when the next bill arrives, they are back in petition mode, back in anxiety, back in the begging posture.

Hebrews 10:23 says, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering. For he is faithful that promised." Hold fast without wavering. That means when the circumstance screams at you, you do not change your declaration. You hold your position. You go back to Step One. You reestablish your legal standing. You reissue your command. You redeclare the replacement reality.

This is not a one-time event. Breaking a spiritual stronghold is sometimes a process. Jesus said in Luke 18:1 that "men ought always to pray, and not to faint." The context was a parable about persistent, faith-filled, authority-exercising engagement with the spirit realm, not begging. Persistent declaration. The spirit of debt has been operating in your life for a long time. It does not always leave the moment you first command it. But every declaration weakens its grip. Every commanded word in the name of Jesus is a legal blow against its position. And if you maintain your declaration without wavering, it must yield. It must yield because the name of Jesus is above every name, and that name has been given to you.

Empowering Statements from the Word

I want to stop for a moment and speak directly to you. Not about theology, not about principles, about you. You may have come into this video today feeling crushed by the weight of financial bondage. You may have tried everything. You may have been embarrassed by debt, ashamed, afraid, hiding it from family and friends, lying awake at night running numbers that will not add up. I want you to hear this: You are not a financial failure. You are a covenant child of the Most High God who has been operating without the full revelation of your legal standing. That ends today.

You are a new creation. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." New, not reformed, not improved, new. You are not the same person who accumulated that debt. The hidden man of the heart, the real you, has been recreated in righteousness and true holiness. Ephesians 4:24, "And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness." You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Not when you get it right, not when you fix everything. Right now, in this moment, you stand before God and before the spirit realm as the righteousness of God. That is your legal standing. That is your position.

You are seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:6. Right now, positionally, you are seated at the right hand of power, far above all principalities and powers. The spirit of debt is beneath your feet. Not theoretically, legally.

You have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16. You have access to the wisdom of God for every financial decision. You are not limited to your own natural intelligence. You have the counsel of the Holy Spirit, who will guide you into all truth, as John 16:13 promises, including the truth about your financial situation and how to navigate it.

You have authority over all the power of the enemy. Luke 10:19. All of it, including the spirit of debt, including the devourer, including every principality operating in the financial realm of your life.

You are blessed. Galatians 3:9 says, "So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham." The Abrahamic blessing includes financial abundance. It includes being the lender and not the borrower. It includes the cattle on a thousand hills. Every spiritual blessing in heavenly places is yours in Christ Jesus, as Ephesians 1:3 declares.

You are more than a conqueror. Romans 8:37. Not just a conqueror. More than a conqueror. You are not barely surviving this financial battle. You are positioned to not just break free from debt, but to walk in the overflow of covenant blessing that God always intended for His people.

You can do this. You have everything you need. The authority is in you. The name of Jesus is on your lips. The blood covenant is your legal covering. The Word of God is your weapon. And the Holy Spirit within you is your guide and your strength. Now rise up. The hidden man of the heart is awakening. The spiritual giant in you is being fed, and debt, as a spirit and as a circumstance, does not stand a chance against a new creation who knows their legal standing in Christ.

The Lesson: What This Moment Demands

Let me close with this story. In Acts 16:16-18, Paul encountered a young woman who had a spirit of divination. She followed Paul and Silas for days, crying out words that were even theologically correct. She was declaring that "these men are the servants of the most high God." But something was wrong. A spirit was speaking through her. A spirit was attached to her. And Paul, finally, after many days, turned and said to the spirit, "I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her." And he came out the same hour.

Notice this. Paul did not have a prayer meeting about it. He did not fast for 40 days seeking God's will. He did not petition the Father to remove the spirit. He turned. He spoke directly to the spirit. He commanded it in the name of Jesus, and it left the same hour. That is the model. That is the pattern. That is what it looks like when a believer who knows their authority encounters a spiritual bondage.

The spirit of debt has been following you. It has been loud. It has been persistent. It has been following you into your workplace, into your relationships, into your sleep, crying out with numbers and balances and interest rates and minimum payments. And you have been enduring it. You have been praying around it. You have been tolerating it.

Today, you turn. Today, you do what Paul did. You stop walking away from the spirit and you face it. You speak directly to it in the name of Jesus Christ and you command it to come out.

The lesson from this entire teaching is this: You are not a victim of debt. You are a covenant child of God with legal authority over every spiritual force that operates in the financial realm of your life. The authority is not coming. It is not waiting for you to be more holy or more faithful or more consistent. It was given to you at the moment of your new birth. It is resident within you by the name and blood of Jesus. And it is activated by your voice, your declaration, your faith-filled command.

Stop praying about what you have been given authority over. Start commanding what Jesus has already defeated. That is the difference between the church that struggles and the church that reigns.

Closing Call to Action

If this teaching has opened something in your spirit today, I want you to do something right now in the comment section below. Type these words: "I am commanding, not petitioning." Type that right now. "I am commanding, not petitioning." And then type this second statement: "The blood of Jesus has paid my debt in full." Let that be your declaration. Let that be your confession. Let the body of Christ see it and agree with you. There is power in agreement. Matthew 18:19 says, "Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven." Let the comments section become a place of corporate declaration and agreement over the financial destinies of the people of God.

If you are not yet subscribed to this channel, I want you to subscribe right now and turn on notifications. Every week, we are going deeper into the hidden truths that E.W. Kenyon uncovered through decades of study and revelation. Truths about who you are in Christ. Truths about your authority. Truths about your covenant rights as a new creation. You do not want to miss a single one.

In the description below this video, I am including every scripture we referenced today. Every verse written out in full so that you can take those scriptures and begin to meditate on them, to confess them, to eat them as food for your spirit. Read them every day this week, not once, but every day, morning and night if you can. Let them become more real to you than the numbers on your bank statement. Let them become the loudest voice in your inner world. And watch what begins to happen.

You are not a debtor. You are a king. You are not a financial victim. You are a covenant heir. You are not at the mercy of the spirit of debt. You are seated far above it in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Now go live like it. God bless you, and we will see you in the next video.
