In this video, we will cover a complete A to Z tutorial on how to get WES done for Canada PR. The process is so easy that you won't even need a video, but still, it's a 5-minute video. Watch it once when you are doing your process, you will have a little less anxiety. There are one or two very minor tips in between, okay? Nothing to do before we start. Why am I doing it with WES? There are many organizations that IRCC allows you to get this process done through. I did mine with WES, it got approved within the timeline, no problems, everything was easy. I have done it for other people as well, for many people, it also got approved. No worries, that's why we are covering WES. It's not necessary that you have to get it done with WES. Without wasting any time, let's jump right into the video. Okay, click. You are going to click on "Get an Evaluation Done." Click on "Get an Evaluation." It will ask you US, Canada, New Zealand. In this video, we are going to cover Canada. Click on Canada. Inside this, you are going to do ECA, Educational Credential Assessment for IRCC. Do not select anything else. Enter your email address. I am going to enter my email address here. A verification code will come to your email. Enter that. Click on Next. After verification is complete, now whatever details you have to enter, enter them as per your passport, not as per your degree, as per your passport. Okay, pretty self-explanatory. I don't need to tell anything special about this. Set a password and then click on Next. Basic details, nothing to be told here. Now we are on the important part here. Here, WES has put some information. You don't have to pay attention to it because what matters is what is written on the IRCC website. Don't pay attention. They have just posted some random information. Just click on "Add Credential." Now, once you click on "Add Credential," there is a very, very important thing that you need to understand. For example, if you are in Delhi University or if you are in Indraprastha University, there are 500 colleges under these universities, many. There are 500 colleges under IP, 500 colleges under DU. You do not have to enter the name of your college. You have to enter the name of your university that gave you the degree. For example, I went to Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi. I will not enter Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. I will enter University of Delhi. If you were in any affiliated college XYZABCD, whatever it was, of Indraprastha IP University. Do not enter the name of your college. Enter the name of your university that gave you the degree. I hope that's clear. Then don't enter it. Now, once you enter, it's going to show up as this. That's it. That was the important part. Add your address, and I will tell you the further procedure of what needs to be done. Here you will enter your current Canadian address. Please make sure it's the right address. Your documents are going to be delivered to this address. Delivery method, you have two options, one normal, one next day. It doesn't really matter. I think when I applied, I chose the next day one. It's $10 more, why not? So this is just showing you that including processing time, etc., it's going to cost you $48. It will cost $48 for the entire procedure to be completed. And once you get the final confirmation, they are showing you that here is the credential that we will evaluate for Canada PR. We will send it to IRCC. So, what documents do you need? Very basic, it's mentioned here. One, you need your statement of marks. After that, you need a copy of your degree. What is the statement of marks? That is your semester-wise one, or mine, I did it from Delhi University, mine was not semester-wise. I did not submit semester-wise. My entire 3-year degree was printed on two pages. I exactly provided that original file to them. Now, they are saying that when you send the documents, you send them or your university sends them, whoever sends them, make sure to write a reference number on it. And there is a complete format below. If your university is a popular university, they will already know how to send documents and they will send it accordingly. But still, it's good to mention that don't send it without a reference number. Once you click Next, it's going to give you one last chance to review. The processing time is 35 days. So ideally, you should get everything done in the first year of your PGWP, and if you want to do it faster, get it done even faster, by all means. Right, so the total is $60 including delivery. Now, tax will also be added to this. Double-check your details and just click Next. So, so this is your final cost, almost almost $300, $300.93. You can pay via credit card, and that's it. The documents that you are going to send to WES, either your university will send them. This includes a complete form that the university's administrative staff will fill and send your degree to WES. The second option is what I did. When I was coming to Canada from India 3 years ago, I took five copies of my statement of marks. Where the paper is stuck on the envelope, there is a stamp on it in such a way that if it opens, it will be known that the stamp has been removed. So I took five copies beforehand. And the sealed copy, that is considered a sealed copy, where the paper is folded, there is a proper stamp on it that it will be very clear if it has been tampered with. So I sent exactly that, and it was approved well within time without any problems. This is one option that you can do. Once you log in, I don't know if this service is available now or not. There is a third-party service that will contact your university on your behalf. They are going to charge another $50-$60 US dollars. So, this option is available within WES sometimes, sometimes not, depending on case to case. So you have to check if the option is there or not. They will talk to your university on your behalf and they will send the documents from the university to WES without any hassle. So, this option is also available. You can check.
