Hello everyone, dear friends. My name is Mikhail Seev. Today I will tell you about one of the most in-demand IT professions in Russia. And what's there to say, well-paid, such as a 1C analyst. Uh, and most importantly, we will talk about how to get into it, even if you have no experience in IT or in 1C. Relying, uh, on the experience of experts, some up-to-date information, and my personal experience. Let's start with what a 1C analyst actually is. In short, it is a specialist who helps businesses optimize and automate their business processes using 1C software products. He also acts as a kind of link between business, the 1C software product, developers, and contractors – those people who refine and supplement this product. His main goal is for them to understand each other. And the 1C program works as efficiently as possible and solves the client's business tasks. A huge number of companies use 1C products. More than one and a half million organizations in Russia – this includes accounting, trade management, payroll, document management, and even such specific things as factory equipment management. The demand for such specialists is huge and continues to grow, including thanks to the import substitution trend. Plus, one of the main advantages today is that the main competitor, SAP, after the events of twenty-two, has now ceased, so to speak, its activities. It no longer provides support in Russia, so more and more companies are switching to 1C. And what about money? This is one of the main motivations. Salaries in the profession are very attractive, but diverse. A beginner, an intern, who is just entering this profession, can earn from 25 to 70,000 rubles at the initial stages. When you have experience of one to three years, the salary can increase for you, uh, easily up to 150-200,000 rubles, depending, again, on your activities. Leading analysts already earn 200,000 and more. Uh, in principle, it will again depend on your activities. The amounts can differ drastically upwards. Also, you will ensure your further career activity with maximum demand. If you have a huge background behind you, you don't even need to globally look for any new, uh, new employers. You just need to put your resume on platforms like Headhunter. You will immediately be flooded with calls, messages, invitations, offers. Yes, plus there are quite funny employers. Yes, one of the companies simply doesn't even look at the salary you ask for, if they see highly experienced specialists, they sweep them all up, hire them, agree to, well, literally almost any salaries, but then, if, well, they fail, cannot withstand the pace and the necessary tasks that are set before them, they are fired in batches. But the point is that they are also swept up there, without thinking. So to speak, reaching this bar is one of the, so to speak, goals that you can set for yourself, what you want to achieve. But how to get there, how to reach this goal, we will also talk about now. But it is also worth soberly assessing the situation and understanding that at the initial stages, beginners and interns may receive very low salaries. But those who try, those who put in enough effort, they grow quickly and reach some acceptable salary level. Another advantage of this profession that I would like to mention is flexibility. Many analysts can work remotely or on a hybrid schedule. You are not tied to any specific office or region, but at the initial stages, I would advise you to consider only office vacancies so that you can absorb experience and knowledge from colleagues around you. When you start to feel confident in your actions, your tasks, yes, then it is worth considering such options, yes, and they, in principle, will be more comfortable and convenient for you, but I would, again, repeat, advise considering them when you start to feel confident in yourself, and you will definitely feel it after some time. Now to the most important thing. How to become a 1C analyst? Good news, there are several options. And a large number of people can become one. The very first and easiest way is from a related profession. As I already said, a huge number of companies in our country use 1C products. And perhaps you are one of those employees who have already interacted closely with some of the software products in your current or past position. Perhaps you are an experienced warehouse worker, you know warehouse products well. And perhaps you were already a manager or, uh, some kind of middle manager in your company and trained staff to work with this software product based on 1C. But my favorite is accountants. My God, if you work as an accountant, and this job does not bring you pleasure, you receive quite modest money, up to 100,000 rubles. I would highly recommend you consider such a vacancy. Plus, if you are already watching this video, most likely you yourself are already thinking about it. Accountants are excellent examples of people who can work with this software product for many years. They have already seen hundreds of different errors, questions, examples when closing reporting periods under tight deadlines, they have solved many issues and problems in the software products themselves. How to do it? How to do it best? How worse, how not to, how to. Yes, these people, accountants with extensive backgrounds who know 1C well, are highly valued. Many firms want them on staff. Or 1C Franchise companies highly value such employees, and it is easier for them to start earning some money from the very beginning. The second way is the path, so to speak, from scratch. The path that I personally followed, when you have no background, when, uh, you literally know nothing about this profession, about 1C products, maybe you don't know much about business, yes, about some solutions. The second way is the path, so to speak, from scratch. The path that I personally followed. When you have minimal knowledge about this profession, about what you will be doing, yes, then you can start by studying various materials available on the internet, from various video courses, yes, to understand some knowledge so that you can start earning something. There are various companies that accept interns from scratch, yes, one of such companies where such employees are often recruited is 1C Franchise. What are 1C Franchise firms? These are partners of the 1C company that are involved in servicing, supporting, and implementing these very products in 1C companies for various third-party businesses. When you come there, there is usually piece-rate pay, yes, for the work you do, you will receive some money for it. But in order to complete orders, to solve some tasks, you need to know something. Either there in practice, or again with materials from the internet. Yes, somehow communicate with people and something from your personal experience, yes? What did I do? I studied the very basics. The very basis for a 1C specialist. Even if you go down the path of a developer in the future, you still need to know the basics, such as 1C administration. basic things like how licenses work, how software products are installed, backups, and some more complex things, which I can also tell you about later, yes, if at this stage you want to, uh, grasp these very basics of administration, understand how it works, or if you have already been working as a 1C analyst for some time. I can share my experience with you. If you are interested, I will leave a link to my Telegram account in the description. You can write to me, express your interest. If you are interested in me sharing my experience on the topic of 1C administration, yes, I will prepare my course for you, and you will be able to, knowing this information that I will bring there, close your first effective hours and earn your money, so to speak, for your work. After which you can build upon and choose the direction in which you will go, yes. If, so to speak, people with some background are a little easier in the sense that, well, they, so to speak, have already made their choice, yes? If you are an accountant, then to accounting, yes, if you previously worked with trade, then something related to trade or perhaps warehouse activities. At this stage, when you don't yet know what you want to do, while working with administration, you will touch upon a large number of various software products and various businesses, during which you can understand what interests you and in which direction you want to move. Therefore, I would highly recommend starting with studying the basics of 1C administration. The third way, which I would highlight, is various consultations and support lines. Many companies have support lines, yes? Companies can be of various orientations, yes? This is also like mass ones or more narrowly focused on specific software products. There are support lines, respectively, there are several of them. Many companies hire for the very first levels of support lines, where you start with the most basic, yes, questions, you start solving the simplest requests from clients of such firms. [music] Further, according to, let's say, your personal progress, you get promoted, move to the second, to the third, and then after consulting, after support lines, most often people take their next step either to the position of a 1C analyst, developer, business analyst, and so on, depending on what you come to. This is also an excellent way to gain, build a knowledge base, gain experience in your actions. But in these vacancies, again, as a rule, the salaries are not as high as you initially wanted, but it is an excellent way to gain experience and knowledge from a large number of requests and applications. In my experience, in one of the firms where I worked, very, very cool specialists came precisely from the consultation line, yes, and then later, so to speak, built some connections and acquaintances with other employees of the firm, yes, and when they leave the consultation line, they often return to their former colleagues for some help, because there are often very, uh, well-immersed people on many popular issues and, importantly, up-to-date information, yes, they possess it, since they often interact as the first point of contact with the client. What skills should you focus on when you are just starting? First, and most importantly, is analytical thinking, the ability to structure information and find solutions, because you will constantly have to do this. Also, you should learn to understand business processes. This is the basis. Learn to describe them. Uh, further, I think I will record a separate video on this topic, on the topic of understanding and describing business processes. This is also one of the main tasks of a 1C analyst. You will also have to know at least one standard 1C configuration. Yes, this can be, again, as I listed, enterprise accounting, trade management, UNF, and so on. You don't need to try to know everything at once, yes? When you understand some basics, you need to delve into at least one configuration first and become a specialist in it. And then move on as, so to speak, your needs dictate. Many people work with one enterprise accounting for many years and feel great. Uh, here, so to speak, the experience, the experience that I want to share with you. Yes, at first, I wanted to know as much as possible, know and be able to do as much as possible, and I grabbed onto literally everything in the world to be the coolest, the strongest. But it's better to study one specific software product, become an expert in it, and you will definitely have everything great and cool. Also, you definitely need to understand the general understanding of platforms and databases. Not necessarily deep programming or system analysis at the start, but how the program is structured internally, at a basic level, you need to understand, yes, which I can also talk about in the course, if it interests you. Uh, also, what is important for a 1C analyst, consultant, are your communication skills. This is one of the most important skills that will definitely come in handy for you. You will have to communicate with many different people. These can be ordinary employees, uh, accountants, as well as heads of large firms, developers from your side. Don't forget you are the connecting link between all of them. You need to be able to express your thoughts in detail and clearly. And what is important in this profession is curiosity and a desire to learn. To learn something new. You should be, uh, interested in how it works, how, where can I find this out. This is definitely something you should have. If you don't have curiosity, a desire to learn, to study, then this profession is probably not for you. It won't suit you. These are the main key points that I would highlight in this profession. Yes. Also, regarding your career path, from intern to leading analyst can take, uh, just a few years. From 3 to 5 years, you can already be a leading analyst, architect, project manager. If you are very diligent and work hard, then before that, so to speak, there are examples that I have personally seen of people who overcame all these steps in shorter periods, just flew through them. Uh, yes, for those people who worked very diligently and a lot, uh, well, knowing personal experience, they achieved incredible career growth in 1-2 years. It all depends only on you. But the most important thing, the most important thing that I want to advise you is to start. Don't wait for some ideal moment, uh, for something that will come your way, some ideal job offer. Start, uh, as soon as possible to study something, to do something. And then something will work out for you. Again, start studying something in the near future. Look at some vacancies, internships, or build upon your background. The most important thing, the most important advice is to start, then it will be easier. In fact, it won't be easier, uh, it will be difficult at many stages. Uh, but again, that's life, you need to be able to cope with many difficulties. And in conclusion, I want to say that the profession of a 1C analyst is an excellent start in IT, even if you have no experience. It is in demand, well-paid, there are opportunities for constant growth and development. If you, like me, uh, yes, why did I get into this profession at all? Previously, working in my previous job, I felt a certain stagnation, that I was stuck in one place, I didn't feel development. This is the place where you can, so to speak, forget about such thoughts. You will have a constant opportunity for personal and professional development. I am sure if you have such desires as I once had, you will definitely succeed. If this video was informative and interesting for you, uh, and be sure to give it a like, leave some feedback, because I haven't shared my experience in this format before. I am very interested to hear what you write. If you have any questions, leave comments, I will definitely answer them.
