Over the last three years, I've scaled dozens of drop shipping stores and have been able to achieve millions of dollars in sales. In fact, at the time I'm recording this, just a few weeks ago, I started a brand new store and scaled it to $50,000 in sales in the first week of launching. But what's even better is I've helped thousands of people start stores that have scaled to seven figures plus over and over and over and over again.
So, in this video, I'm going to condense down all the main factors that I've taken away from the thousands of successful stores that I've helped launch so you can take them and apply them to start your first successful store this year. And hopefully, if you stay locked in, change your life with drop shipping in 2026.
Drop shipping is a simple process to understand, but that doesn't exactly mean that it's easy. And it's basically just these three steps right here. First, you have to find a winning product to sell. And then you have to build a store surrounding this winning product. And then finally, launch your ads to the store to see if you're going to generate sales or not.
With the first step being to find a winning product. People get stuck on this part the most because they just simply don't have that eye for what makes a winner. So, given my experience over the years, I've noticed a common factor among all the winning products that I've scaled myself and seen other people scale as well. And it comes down to these three things right here.
The product is something that's going viral right now and trending recently. There's tons of content being posted on this product across all social medias like Tik Tok and Instagram. And lastly, these videos that are being posted should be high-quality content that we can use for our ads. If you find a product that falls under these three factors, it's almost certain that you have a product that people actually want to buy right now. Many people posting about the product, good engagement within the likes and comments on the videos of the product. And something that's viral recently and trending right now is just a recipe to put a lot of money in your pocket.
So, right now, I'm going to show you an example of exactly what I mean. So, let's take a look at this bread slicer right here. When I look this product up on Instagram, look at the amount of content that exists for this one specific product. And look how viral it is. This video has 970,000 likes. This has 111,000 likes. And you can see how much engagement that videos of this product is getting. And if you take a look and open this post, this was only posted a couple of months ago. So, it's something that's viral and trending recently as of right now. With the amount of videos and the engagement on here, there's so much hype around this that a product like this is screaming at you to put it up on a store and run ads to it so you can start making money immediately.
When I looked up the product over here on Tik Tok, the same thing applies. There's tons and tons of videos of this product. And when I just type in bread slicer, my entire grid right here is just full of videos of this product. And you can see that these are all posted right at the end of 2025. This video has 275,000 likes on it. And this is obviously a product that solves a huge problem for people and is just something that's really convenient for them to have in their kitchen. So, this is the perfect example of a winner that fits under my criteria of those main three factors.
One of the big questions that a lot of people always ask me is what if they think they found a winner, but there isn't a lot of content being posted on social media about it. And while honestly, while there is some cases where this can happen, why do we want to sign up to sell a product that we don't have a lot of social proof on and a lot of content that we can just use on our website and make the job 10 times easier for us? If you think you found a winning product, but there isn't a lot of content, I promise you, you can most likely find one better that has tons of content to work with. There's tens of thousands of them online right now.
Now, the very last thing to think about with these winning products, guys, is you want to be able to use your real-world knowledge and common sense and think to yourself, will someone actually buy this? That might sound obvious, but let me show you what I mean. Here's a product that kind of fits under the criteria that I mentioned earlier. I looked up the name of it. My grid is full of videos. They were posted recently and viral. It's like this Stranger Things onesie costume right here. But I don't know a single person in my real life that would actually buy this goofy and wear it for any reason at all. And Halloween is more than over.
Now, while all the criteria that I mentioned about product research matters, don't get product research brain rot and just stare at the numbers the entire time and apply your real-world thinking and ask yourself these questions. Does this solve a problem in people's lives? Is this something that someone can buy as a gift? Is it something that just looks cool and has a wow factor about it? And think about who your actual audience is. and maybe you could send it to someone that you think might buy it in your real life and ask if it's something that they would be interested in. There's a lot of products people show me that fit under all this criteria, but then I asked them, "Do you know anyone in real life that would buy this?" And if their answer is no, it's probably going to be a skip and you can go ahead and find something better.
Now, to end off the product research portion, the best way to constantly find these winning products and these trends is to just start liking a lot of videos on products like this on Tik Tok and Instagram. Like them, leave a comment, save it. A lot of people even make burner accounts to do this. So then your algorithm is just going to feed you constant videos of different products and before you know it, you're just going to be sitting there scrolling in your feed and just find so many products that you don't even know which one you want to build a store around.
Real quick before I show you guys how to build a store, if you're someone who's been drop shipping for a while or someone who's been putting it off and procrastinating, you really want to use it to get rich this year. On January 24th and 25th, I'm doing a live 2-day workshop where I'm going to sit down and launch and build a store live with you from scratch. On day one, we're going to go really far into depth about product research and find a winning product. On day two, we're going to build a store and launch our ads for that product. So, by the end of the two days, you're going to have a live drop shipping store with traffic running to it. This is going to skip months and months of the learning process and you're not going to be able to procrastinate at all just because you're going to be following the same thing with me. We're going to be doing it live so I can answer all of your questions. So, on January 24th and 25th, that's when we're doing this. This is the best thing to get you start off on the right momentum going into the new year. The link is in the description. Anyway, back to the store build. Hopefully I see you guys there.
So, you find a product you want to sell and it's time to build your store. Now, luckily, I have the best news in the world for you if you're starting drop shipping in 2026 because we have something called AI. Back in the day, I used to have to build all of my stores from completely scratch, photoshop all of my product images, spend weeks and weeks to make sure everything looks perfect and so on. But now, in 2026 that we have AI with drop shipping, we can literally build 10 out of 10 looking stores that are ready to run ads to in just a few clicks. And I'm going to show you the easiest and the best way to be able to do this.
So, here I am on Shopify where all the magic happens, guys. Shopify has a deal where you can have a three-day free trial and then only pay $1 a month for 3 months in a row just to start your first store. There's going to be a link below in the description to get access to this offer.
So, here we are inside of our Shopify store, guys. After we signed up, I found this neck pillow product just scrolling around on TikTok and it fit our criteria. So, all I did was come over to this product tab right here. I click create products and I just filled out a title, a short little description about it, and I uploaded all of the images that I had available for the pillow. And then to finish it off, I just added a white and a gray option because it comes in two colors. And then I set a price of $59.99 based on what the competitor was selling it for. And then I click save.
So now we have the product on and we come in to edit our store. This is the default theme that Shopify is going to start you out with. The only thing that I've done so far is I made a name and a logo for this store. I called it Vibe222. It looks very bland and very plain. You can see when I come on to the product page, it doesn't give you a lot to start with. This isn't ready at all and it's going to take a lot of customizing and building out to make it look really good. Here's what the solution is for that.
If you guys come over to the Shopify app store, you're going to see this app here called Atlas, which is an AI store builder. Before you say anything, like I said, I've been in this space for years. I've always seen people talk about automatic store builders or how to build them with AI, but the technology just really wasn't there up until this point. And this is the first one that I've seen that actually works and is very good. And I'm going to give you guys a walkthrough on how I build my stores insanely fast every single time.
So here I am inside the app, guys. And you can see that I'm prompted to build my AI store. So I'm going to click this button here. Now, you can import or pick a product from any of these platforms. Since I already have the product imported to my Shopify, I'm going to click this one. Here's the product that I just made right here on Shopify. And all I did was upload the images and a bit of a description. We're going to click that and select it. And now we just have to sit back, do nothing, and just let Atlas do its job. So, we're going to see what it comes out with.
So, Atlas ran the process and just finished generating the store in under a minute. It brings me to this tab right here where it asks what photos from my product that I want to incorporate into the store. I'm going to select all of them and click continue. And right away, just like that, my store is basically done and ready to run ads to. And you guys can see that it does this fully with AI. I changed and edited absolutely nothing. All I did was click generate and it built out a full-on one product page store that I'm already ready to run ads to and everything looks good. You guys can see right here in the benefits, it automatically writes all of them. So, it says, "Woke up painfree, improve sleep quality, felt rejuvenated in the mornings and it does all the market research that it needs to do and it writes the copy perfectly, fills in the description. It does an FAQ for you, gives you some reviews and everything is already ready to go and I've edited absolutely nothing. Now, of course, if you want to edit the colors and make it look a little bit different, come to the homepage and change this up a little bit, add some of your own sections and whatnot, you can go ahead and do so, but pretty much the layout and the template is already there for you. So, even if you do make any adjustments, it's probably not going to take you that long to get what you want on your store already in place. This looks absolutely amazing. It's already optimized for mobile view as well, which is where most of your customers are going to be coming in from. And like I said, guys, I've been in this space for years. There's never been an actual AI store builder that genuinely works this well. And there's tons and tons of people that are making money with Atlas generated stores right now. It actually works.
So now we found a product. We have a killer looking store extremely fast. It's time for step three, and that's going to be to launch our ads. And I'm going to show you guys exactly my process to do so right now.
Now, out of all the ad platforms that we can run ads on to make money, like Tik Tok, Google, or Snapchat, there's one king that everyone in all of e-commerce will agree with, and that's Meta Ads. Facebook and Instagram have some of the best algorithms in the entire world. And running ads on Meta is one of the most simple things to do, and it's the easiest part of the whole process. So, we're going to get in here and I'm going to show you exactly how it's done.
Now, here we are ready to create our ads manager on Meta. If you guys have a Facebook profile, you can just come to this website here, create your business manager, and you're going to be inside of your ad account and you're going to be able to set up everything in order to run ads. It's really easy to make an account if you already have a Facebook profile. I'm going to get into the campaign structure and show you how we set up every single product test that's been working for me for years.
Now, here's what the Meta Ads Manager looks like. And when you guys run ads on any platform, you have the same thing. So, we have our campaigns, our ad sets, and our ads. And I know this might look like a lot and a bit confusing, but I'm going to explain to you everything and show you how simple that this really is. So, every single product that you run is always going to start off with creating the campaign, which is the first step in the process. So, you're just going to come up to this button here, click create, and of course, we're going for sales to make some money right off the bat, baby.
Now, for the campaign name, I'm just going to call this the neck pillow because this is the first product that we're going to be testing out on our store. Everything within the campaign details in the catalog, we're going to leave off or just on its default setting. Now, right here with your budget, this is where a lot of people have questions at. So, there's two different types of campaigns that you can run on Meta. And one is a campaign budget optimization or a CBO or an adset budget optimization, which is an Basically, to make this simple for you, every single campaign that we run is always going to be a CBO. And this means that we control our budget from the campaign level, and it's going to distribute its budget on which ad it thinks is going to perform the best. And like I said, the algorithm is the best in the world. It's best to leave it up to the machine and let it do its thing. So, for your daily budget, the minimum that I would like to start a campaign at is about 50 bucks a day. So, we can actually start letting the campaign learn and get some data and results to be able to make some moves from there. If you want to start with $25 a day, $75, $100 a day is fine. I personally do 100, but 50 bucks a day, you'll be more than okay to start running ads and get some data.
Now, that's all that we have to set up for this page. We're going to come and click next. And now, here we are within the ad group or the adset tab that I was talking about from earlier. And this is the tab where you choose all of your targeting and who you want your ads to actually show to. So I'm just going to call this ad set one. The conversion location you obviously want as your website. And the performance goal is we want to maximize the number of conversions. And basically that just means we want to tell Meta to get as many sales and as many purchases on our website as possible. So right here is our conversion event. That's where we're going to select that. And we're going to make sure that this is on purchase to start right out of the gate.
Now scrolling down is when you set your scheduling. I typically set all of my product tests for the next day to start running at 6:00 a.m. in the country that I'm targeting in because this basically gives Meta a full day from morning to night to just kind of optimize spend on all the people scrolling on Facebook and Instagram and find its customers.
Now, for the audience, like I said, the ad group tab is where you select who you want your ads to show to and where. Once again, thank God we're starting drop shipping in 2026 because all we want to do right here is absolutely nothing. And we want Meta to just kind of use its algorithm and all the data that it has to find the customers on its own. We don't want to tell Meta to only show ads on Instagram or to only show ads on Facebook or to only show ads for a certain age range. We literally just want to leave it completely broad. That's what Advantage Plus means. And that just tells Meta that we want the machine to work on its own, do its thing, and utilize all the data in its algorithm to find our customers the fastest. This is what works the best. And there's not even any debate about this. You can ask anyone that runs ads. Nobody really selects anything in this and they just leave it completely broad.
Now it's time for the last tab which is where we upload our ads. So once again, since this is a product that I found that fits under the criteria of having a lot of content posted recently, I just have all these videos on Tik Tok that I can download and use as my creatives. So I'm going to go ahead and do that and then we're going to fill out our ads tab and get this thing launched.
So here we are creating our first ad. The first thing that you guys are going to see is Meta is going to tell you to select your Facebook page. Now you just want to make a Facebook page that's the same name as your store. And keep in mind, the idea for their store name needs to be something broad in general. Let's say that this neck pillow doesn't go well or get any sales. I want to be able to change the product out and test something like the bread slicer without having to change my store name. So, make sure that you just have a broad and general store name that goes along with your Facebook page. So, you don't have to change the whole name of your store every single time you try out a new product.
So, now you have your page selected. All you're going to do is go to manual upload and click single image or video. We uncheck multi-advertiser ads. We're going to open our store and our product page back up and just copy the URL of it so we can give it to Meta. You guys always want to put your product page URL inside of your ads. You never want to do the homepage because you want customers just to be able to buy immediately and have all the information you need from the second they click on your store. We'll throw the link right in there. And now we're just going to upload all the videos that we have to run as our ads. And I'm going to show you how to do so.
So here I selected one of the ads that I downloaded straight from Tik Tok. I'm going to click next. And now it's going to prompt me to set up a primary text, a headline, and a description. And this is basically the text that people are going to see over your ad when they look at it on Facebook or Instagram. And once again, now that we have AI, we don't even have to think about this. And it's very easy to fill out. So all I'm going to do here is come over to chat GBT. I'm going to upload one of the videos of the ads that I'm running for my product or just an image of it. And I told them, I'm selling this neck pillow on my Shopify store and I'm creating a meta ads campaign for it. Make a primary text, a headline, and a description for me. And chat GBT is typically really good with creating ad copy that you can just copy and paste right over. So here we go. Right here it gave us two options. I'm just going to choose the first one and copy and paste it.
So now we have all this pasted in. Meta will automatically generate some other options for you guys as well that it'll show to people if they think it's better. So just make sure that you read through these and make sure that you want to have them selected. We're going to change the call to action to shop or order now. And then click next. Make sure all these automatic enhancements are off. Sometimes Meta will end up messing up your ads and start showing a different video or put them to a different product page link. You don't want to do that. So, just make sure you always have this off and click done. And now everything is completely finished. If I go to advanced preview, it's going to show you exactly what your ad is going to look like on Instagram or Facebook or in the stories. And you guys can see that this looks really good so far. The very last thing that you need to do is if you have multiple videos that you want to test out, I'm just going to come over here to my ad and click quick duplicate. And then in this tab right here, I'm just going to change out the video to the other creative that I had downloaded. And then we're ready to launch our campaign and click publish.
So now our campaign is live. It's going to start running tomorrow at 6:00 a.m. and we're going to start getting customers clicking on our store and hopefully they end up making a purchase. Now, a lot of these metrics can get really advanced and confusing. I have a whole sheet inside of my free Discord that you guys can join that breaks down all of these, what metrics to look for and what numbers you want to be hitting to show that you're profitable and start scaling your budget up so you can make as much money as possible. To give you a quick rundown, the first thing that I look at is my click-through rate. This tells you how many people see your ad versus how many people click on it. I want this to be around 3 or 4%. And then the only thing that I'm looking for after that is to see if I'm getting sales or not. And if I'm not getting sales, I'll change out the product and do it again. If I do get sales, then I'm just going to raise the budget up and continue to scale my product until I'm unprofitable. I have tons of videos and tons of content in my other YouTube channel and in my Discord showing how to do this exact process.
So, that's basically the three-step formula of finding a product, building your store, and launching your ads. But the last thing that we have to worry about is obviously sourcing and fulfilling the product so that when someone orders it, we can ship it out right to them without having to deal with any of the inventory ourselves. And I'm going to show you the best and the easiest way to do that right now.
So, this website I'm on right here is called Zenrop, and they are one of the biggest and best drop shipping suppliers in the entire world. The big advantage to using Zenrop is they're a USA based company. So, you might hear about all these people that have to text their Chinese suppliers on WhatsApp. There's a big language barrier. They can only talk to their suppliers at midnight when they're awake over in China. With Zenrop, you have 24/7 support. You're speaking to people in the United States. These guys will connect to your store. Whenever you get an order, you'll just come in here to fulfill it and ship out the product right from their warehouse to your customer without you having to touch a thing.
So, when I come over to click my products, you can see that my neck pillow comes up. And there's a button over here that says link or source. We're going to select that. And right here is the same exact one within the Zenrop catalog that we have on our store. So, we're just going to select it. And now the status says linked. So, whenever an order comes through on my store, I'll just come into Zenrop, fulfill it, and they'll ship it right out. And we're completely done with the fulfillment part. No complicated conversations, no language barriers, no WhatsApp texting to Chinese people you don't know. A legit company in the US. That's one of the easiest apps you could ever use.
All right, guys. So, that's basically your full a to z guide to begin drop shipping in 2026. In just 15 minutes, we were able to find a product, build our store, and launch our ads. We got the entire thing done in just this short little time frame here. And if you guys follow this, continue to dedicate yourself, and learn more about it, you are without a doubt going to be in a better position at the end of the year than you are in right now.
Now, remember guys, on January 24th and 25th, we're doing a live two-day workshop where I'm going to be building a store completely live with you. And by the end of the two days, you're going to have a live store with ads and customers coming into it. And this is the best opportunity for you to be able to get on the right track going into 2026. If you've been telling yourself you're going to get rich this year, and this is when it's got to happen, this is the best opportunity for you to start building that momentum. The link is going to be in the top of the description to sign up for this workshop. Once again, the first day is going to be all about product research. We're going to go ahead and find a product live. We're going to show every method possible, more information than what was just in this video. And on day two, we're going to build our store and launch our ads and go into complete depth. And I'm going to be able to answer all of your guys' questions live. And once again, by the end of the two days, you're going to have a live drop shipping store and the momentum to carry you through the rest of the year to make thousands if not millions of dollars.
I appreciate you guys for watching this video. Hopefully, this was a great guide to get you started and on the right track. The other link below to join my Discord for completely free rippy club is going to be linked below. We have a community with over 50,000 members in here all working together to do the same thing. Here's some crazy results that we've got just over the last month or two. And there's of course guides, video tutorials, and PDFs on everything ever about drop shipping. So, I'll see you guys and be able to talk to you in there. Thank you guys for watching this and I'll see you on the next one. Peace out.
