Cloud Co just got a bunch of brand new upgrades that completely change everything. Now you can access it from your mobile device. You could connect it to way more apps and this just became one of the best II automation tools that exists. By the end of this video, you're going to know exactly what all the upgrades are and how you could take advantage of them to automate more work than you could have ever imagined.
So that first cloud update that we need to discuss is now from inside of Cloud Co-work you could schedule recurring tasks from anywhere. And what's even cooler is it will actually update you on your phone when you have something that's done. And you can initiate these automations or these schedules both from a mobile device or from your computer. So now it doesn't matter where you are, you could get work done automatically. For example, if we actually come into scheduled right here, we could see that I have out some scheduled tasks. For example, this Instagram audit. And if we actually click into this, we could see what this does every day. So this exact automation right here actually ran at 9:11 a.m. this morning. We could see what connectors it used and we could see that this went through using two integrations and two tools and this did this and it says I sent the full report to your phone and your email too. So basically I'm getting notified everywhere. I see it on my computer. I see it on my phone. I see it in my email. So the second I wake up I have things that I've already done like auditing this creator right here. It goes through what's trending for him, what's working for him, what's not working for him, what to improve. And guess what? I could set this up for all my competitors. I could set this up for my own pages. And this doesn't only have to be for social media. You could set this up for websites. You could set this up for products. You could set this up for brands. So you automatically are getting improvements that you should make to your brand, your website, your social media. Or you could also set this up for your competitors so that you automatically know what they're doing, keep traffic of it, and are able to actually look at it.
In addition to that, we could see that you can now actually change how this is going to run. So, if we actually come over here, we could see that this is going through and this is actually happening from inside of the cloud. We could see right here that it's happening on the cloud. You could get it to happen on your local computer. You can get it to happen on the cloud. And they have tons of different things that you could set up immediately like a daily brief, meeting prep, weekly review, content ideas, inbox triage, monitor a topic, which is pretty cool.
Now, the next update that I want to show you is actually updated memory for COD. So we can see right here that now memory on COD now works as a set of individual characterized entries that COD reads and updates during conversations. So in the past it was just like an entire summary of your memory. Now it's actually broken out line by line. And what this does is actually improves COD's memory. And you're going to find this as a massive upgrade because we could see that now COD can actually go through and it can search all chats outside of projects. It can search individual project conversations or you could actually ask it questions that reference these things. For example, what did we discuss about XYZ topic? Can you find our conversation for this subject? Let's continue where we left off where this project right here. And then you can also prevent it from being able to do this if you wanted to by simply turning on this setting right here. Or if you wanted to exclude specific things, you could do that by doing an incognito chat. Like if you come over here and we actually open up Claude, we could see that in the top right hand corner, there's actually this little ghost icon. My face might be blocking it, but if you click on it, this will turn on incognito mode. And we can see that now nothing is going to be saved. Nothing's going to be added to the memory or use to actually train the model. So if you're trying to do something that you don't want to remember, you want to make sure that you open up an incognito chat.
Now, in addition to that, the other update that I wanted to let you know about is reflections. Because as we can see right here, this literally just came out, a new way to reflect with Claude. So basically, you could get a monthly recap. Now, if you go into your settings, you go into reflect, and it's going to show you topics you spent time on, your most active day, your peak hours, and observations about how you actually work with Claude. It's on beta for free, pro, and max plans right now on the web and Claude desktop. And it requires that you have memory turned on. Alongside it, you can actually set up time and focus that lets you take optional breaks, reminders for quiet hours, and things like that, which just makes Claude a lot more useful in my opinion.
Now, before I get into those rest of the updates and all the different automations that they unlock, I wanted to remind you that you could smash that subscribe button if you want to be smarter with AI. I upload videos like this almost every single day, and you're not going to want to miss them.
Now, the next update I wanted to make sure that you're aware of is something that you probably haven't turned on yet. In order to find it, you're going to want to come over here into customize. Come over to plugins, and we're going to be able to see you can actually browse through a bunch of different plugins right here. They have ones from Anthropic. They also have ones from partners right here. But basically, this allows you to go through and be able to add basically skills into your cloud that are pre-made for you. For example, let's say that you do something inside of productivity. Or rather yet, let's go to design. You could actually click on this and we could see that this now accelerates design workflows. It's better at critiquing. It's better at design system management, UX writing, and all of this because this automatically allows you to download seven different skills right here. This allows us to connect to nine different connectors. And it even gives you a bunch of prompts that you could check out. Now, if we come back over here, we could see that we have this for marketing, engineering, finance, operations, human resources, small business, customer support. They literally have this for tons of different things, even legal. In fact, the day that this came out, this crashes stock market and anything that has to do with this because these are so powerful. In addition to that, if we come over to partners right here, we could see that they have these for things like Zoom or product tracking or Apollo AI or search fit. They have these for tons of different things that you need to make sure that you are checking out.
Now, that next change we need to walk through, it's actually going to be to cloud design because we can see here that this is now called design labs. And if we actually click into this, this gives us a much better experience here. So now we're going to be able to see that this looks completely different. I'm actually going to zoom in here so that we could see more. But now we could do mobile app design, we could do slides, we could documents, we could do wireframes, we could do animations, we could do UI mockups, we could do resumeums, we could do 3D objects, we could do research, HTML emails, color and type pairing, we could create diagrams, we could create flyers, and so much more. And this is incredibly useful. We can see that we could browse all of my projects right here. All these different design systems. You create your own. And then there are templates right here. And you can actually turn things that you've created into templates so that it keeps getting reused over and over again. For example, I actually went through and created this right here where I asked Claude Design to create a pitch deck that walks people through the bull and bear case for investing in Meta and Microsoft stock right now at their current price. We could see that this then went through and ask me a few questions. And I want you to look at this presentation that this made. We could see that we could go through, we could tweak it, we could change it. We could have this even add in speaker notes right here. And if we come over to present, I'm going to click on full screen so that we could see exactly what this looks like. And this looks absolutely incredible. This is honestly probably the best slide deck that I've ever seen created with AI. And it was done from inside of Claude Design.
Now if we come back out here into design, we could also see that we could do things like click on mobile app design and say something like I want to design mobile app for a GLP1/eptide tracker. Then we could actually give it this task right here and this is going to run off probably ask us a few questions and this can actually generate the entire designs that we can use. And then guess what we could actually do from that? We could get this to create the designs and then from inside of Claude also we could get this to actually code and create everything because if we come back over here come over to Claude we could do this just from inside of a chat in Claude or if we click on code we can now actually access Claude code from directly inside of the web chat and we'll be able to take exactly what design files we created over here bring them back over into the rest of Cloud and we'll create something incredible. So which screens matter the most? I'm actually going to go through and I am going to track a lot of these right here. And then which medications? We're going to track all of these right here. Who's the primary user? I'm going to do patients, overall tone, and aesthetic. We want this to be a clean clitical medical. How complex? I want it to be pretty simple. And then prototype format. We could actually get this to do things like iOS style phone or iOS style full frame with multiple link screens. I'm going to go through and do that. any other features that we should include. I'm going to grab a few of these right here. And then we're going to click on continue. And this is literally going to go off. And this is going to do what would typically take week, a month, maybe even multiple months or multiple weeks for a designer or a design agency to do. Con will automate this work for us in just a few minutes. And then like I was saying earlier, we could then take those designs, get this to code this up, and we could literally have a beautifully designed functional prototype in a few minutes. And now look, this has actually gone through, this has created all of these different designs right here. It's also going through in this screen and actually checking the design for any issues. And we could see that we could go through exactly what this looks like right here. We could continue through all of this and actually see all this, which is absolutely insane. We could literally go through everything. It just built the entire app. All of the design. We could share it. We could present it. We could change it. We could tweak it. We could download it. And this is absolutely incredible. And we could literally go through and see all of this is created, ready to go. And then again, we could download it. We can now get this app actually developed from directly inside of here.
Now, the last thing that I wanted to show you is actually going to be a way for you to be able to audit how you're using Claude specifically for your role and your use cases. This is going to tell you exactly what you're doing wrong, what you need to change, new prompts, new skills, new automations, and this is crazy. Check this out.
Now, the way that you're actually going to do that is by using loomm.ai, which allows you to get 10 times more out of chat, COD, and Gemini. Because what this tool allows you to do is actually audit your usage on COD. We could see that we could simply come over here, choose COD. We could then paste this prompt inside of COD right here in a new chat. And then what this is going to do is spit out for you all the information that this tool needs in order to actually audit your usage right here. So this goes through it actually manages your memory. This gives us this report right here. And what we're actually able to do is copy this. We could come back over here. You paste it right here, you then put in your role tasks you wish you could automate better with Claude top three tools that you live in. Click on generate your audit. And then what this will actually do is create your audit for you. Now, if I come over into my history right here, we can see that I actually recently did one for COD. And this gives us new prompts that we could use, different cloud automations we should set up, skills we should be creating and using, MCP servers, and even optimization opportunities. And look at how much information this gave me. And this is all copy and pasteable. And guess what? Literally, every single one of these things right here is specific to me because it's using all of my memory, the way that I use COD and all of that in order to actually give me this audit. And this is something I would strongly suggest that you do on a weekly basis in order to better use COD and better use all of your LOMs. They also give you an LM starter kit and optimal settings where you could go through and learn about the optimal settings to get the most out of COD so that you're not getting left behind with AI and quite frankly, you're getting the most out of it. instead of just a little bit. And the best part about LLM Helper is you could go to the pin comment below and get started with it today. This tool is an absolute no-brainer. It's helped me get the most out of COD and it's going to help you get the most out of it, too. So you could be more productive, you could automate things, and this tool literally pays for itself in.
