The files discussed today come from file number 83849. There are 10 sections inside. In section 1570, various extraterrestrial races are mentioned. The time span is recorded from 1947 to 1960. Moreover, the files document various dates. Very eerie. Quite a coincidence. Especially the first date is 1947, the first year of UFOs in the United States, the year of the Roswell UFO crash. On July 8, 1947, the American media began reporting the Roswell crash incident, and on the same day, the FBI received a letter from an author named Midrayne. He is a renowned research scholar at the University of Southern California and Florida Southern College. In 1947, which was also the first year of the Cold War in global politics, tensions between the United States and the Soviet Union were high. There were sightings of unidentified flying objects over the United States, many of which were indeed spy balloons sent from the Soviet Union. This one is a telegram from January 16, 1950, titled Air Force Intelligence Staff Receiving confidential information. This is sent to Washington, D.C. Director of the Washington Air Force Headquarters Special Investigation Office. The telegram records a person from Kansas City, a very famous car dealer, Rudy Fick. He is very prestigious in the local area. He said that at the time, he and several engineers were having a meeting inside a Ford dealership. One of the engineers was named Colt. He said he was in the local area, located in New Mexico near the border of Arizona, at a military radar station.
