Oh, look at this sweet face. We've been working on this complicated project, a complete VOD website for all the video content we produce. This is like our Netflix of monday.com. Awesome. So, we customers be able to play with us? Yeah. There are so many stakeholders in this project, including the video team, the content team, the design team, PR, infra, R&D, legal. Should I say more?
I think we have a problem here with all of the thumbnails of each chapter. It's very repetitive, and I think his face is very not engaging. Uh, what do you guys say?
Here is my project management key takeaway number one: MVP. What it means is Minimal Valuable Product. This is how I work, and frankly, this is how this company works. We try to get whatever product we're working on published as fast as possible. Possible. We publish, measure, fix. That's the cycle. We never wait for it to be perfect. We look at this differently. If we want the product to be perfect, we need to push it out to the world and see what's working and what's not. That's being really agile. Sure, we can have a p. We can sp the format. I like the idea of splitting the format, like one half is very like one color, repetitive. The other one is very live and engaging. Cool. I think it's a very quick window. When do you think you can do it? I think tomorrow. Amazing. So, let's add it to the board.
Here's my project management key takeaway number two: Make sure everybody, and I mean everybody, has access to everything where everybody can see the most recent version at any given time. And that's what I call one source of truth. They're saying for tomorrow, right? So, it's like the 22nd. Yes. Great. Here you can see the drill down of the project test. So, it's all the designs and videos. We have hundreds of videos, thumbnails, and mobile versions. We need to order it. It makes us faster and minimizes our mistakes. Planning, benchmark, KPI. I added this gun widget, and in one click, I can see where I'm at at all times. For this website, we teamed up with Vmail, and we give them permissions to access some of the project words as guests. This way, we don't need constant SS or emails with them, and they don't even need a monday.com account.
Here's my third project management key takeaway: Be transparent, always, and as much as you can. Transparency saves a lot of time. Don't keep your information to yourself. Share it. So, I want to show you the user journey for regist to elevate on presents. Wo. When stakeholders are informed, they can see the whole picture and are more engaged, and we are less likely to make mistakes. Are we communicating with um bizops on what we need to ask? It's a very good question. I think you should make the call. [Music]

Here's my last project management key takeaway: Know what you're talking about. If it's a technical issue, study it until you can communicate efficiently with stakeholders. If it's a user experience decision, measure user behavior and see what competitors are doing. This way, you can contribute more to the conversation and earn your respect. All this can make you a better problem solver, and that's what project managers really are, eventually, problem solvers.
