Let me give you a brief lesson on white supremacy. We speak of white supremacy and it seems as though we're forgetting maybe about Asian supremacy or all of these other forms of supremacy, Arab supremacy, and all of these colonial ideologies and religions that are coming from the outside. Let me tell you that we can group them all together.
Whether we're talking about white supremacy, we're talking about Christianity, which is yet another form of white supremacy, we're talking about Arab supremacy, typically spread through Islam, we're talking about, you know, fill in the blank. If it does not come from the black people or authentically from a black philosopher, it is something that we should wholly reject. Understand this.
There are many things from various cultures that we can adopt and in fact take over as our own. We must learn from the white man for he has been wise and successful, especially in the past. This is something that the most honorable Elijah Muhammad teaches in Message to the Black Man. This, however, is not a revamp of Message to the Black Man. This is not a renewal of the Nation of Islam. This is not anything you've heard before. This is something new, but it does borrow from a lot of black thinkers. Uh one of which you may have known to have written a code for black people's conduct. It failed in it that he wasn't able to market it very well. It was not terribly well adopted because it was overly pedantic. It didn't read well and it was written, not spoken. Video is a much easier platform, or rather medium, for people to consume. So, we've taken many things from black history and the black mind and we will bring them here to you.
But I say all of that to say that yes, we might adopt western dress, western meaning from the whites. We might adopt many things that come from other cultures. But what we can never adopt are their ideas, their life ways and their culture. Our ideas, life ways and culture must be authentically black from the black peoples of the earth. We can learn much as I've said from the white man as he has dominated in recent history. I stated that he's extraordinarily ruthless. I stated that he's also extremely dishonest. And he is quite the thief. He steals. Steals ideas, steals identities, steals histories, steals land, steals so many things. And we must learn to take some things we have to take back from him. But we must learn to take. And so we will take things from many cultures. But what we will never do is take their ideas, their philosophy, their culture and their religion.
Christianity is a white man's religion. Some of you may want to argue and say Marqua, what about the Ethiopians and the Ethiopian Orthodox Church? Fantastic. I've been to Ethiopia many times. They have the white Jesus hanging there. Yes, they do. I've seen it myself. You can get in a taxi, you'll see it right there hanging from the rearview mirror. But most of you blacks didn't learn Christianity from the Ethiopians. You learned it from your enslavers. You learned it from your colonizers. Islam is the Arab man's religion. The Quran is written in Arabic, the language of the Arab. And if you were to go to the holy land or to the countries where Muslims are, they'll tell you there's no racism and they'll tell you in this Islam the the Arab is not above the non-Arab, the white is not above the black, but that is not what occurs. I've been to the lands of the Muslims. I've been to the most populous Muslim country in the world. I've been to Indonesia, I've been to Morocco, I've been to Qatar, I've been to You name it. UAE, Egypt, we can go on. That is the religion of the Arab.
Now, many of you are already pissed off listening to this. You might have considered yourself a Baptist. You might have considered yourself a Sunni Muslim. You might have considered yourself a Jehovah's Witness. Fantastic. You can hold on to that, but do know that as far as being strictly on code, you must follow this black philosophy. You cannot follow the Arab man's religion, the white man's Christianity, the Jewish man's communism, or any of those other things. The Chinese man's Maoism, because ideas, what is in the mind, that is the first and most important battlefield. And that is where the black peoples have been most crushed. And that is where we must revive them in the mind.
White supremacy is not only found in your religion, it is also found in every other people activity. War, sex, labor, law, education, entertainment, economics, in every sphere of human activity, you can find white supremacy. The effort of the white to dominate all others. And there may be various other forms of supremacy that operate depending on where you may be in this world. So funny, what you'll find is absent is the black man's effort to be supreme. And that is where we are now.
You may say, Marquette, does this mean that we should all learn Swahili so that we are not dominated by the white man's language? No, I wouldn't say that. I've been to many Swahili speaking countries. We're talking about a Tanzania, Kenya, Southeast Africa. It's not standardized enough very well. There's not enough consistency in how it's written and spoken. And most importantly, we have to understand that economics is a critical aspect of development, wealth of our collective, the black peoples. A lot of critical knowledge and skills that you want to learn will need to be learned in the English language, which currently is the language of business. If you want to learn engineering, you want to learn robotics and all of these things, English is probably going to be the language in which it is most accessible. That is what it is. You might say, well, Marquette, you know, what if I live in Cote d'Ivoire or I live in Burkina Faso? French would be the case for you. And it would be upon those colonial languages, and I acknowledge that they're colonial, that it would be easier for certain African countries to unify. The Anglosphere, the Francophone countries, be easier to unify under the colonial language cuz it's more widely spoken, and there are a lot of textbooks and resources that are already in those languages. But do know that in our master plan, it becomes increasingly less relevant where the language came from and we'll talk about that. It's one of the things that we may borrow or steal or take over.
Learning from the white man. We may use their language, but we will not use their God. We will not use their religion. What you should observe about religion is that when you look at God's main man, who's closest to God, a people will have that man resemble them such that you worship them or put them closer to God. In Islam, God's main man or messenger was the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. An Arab man. For the white Christians who enslaved your ancestors or colonized them, Jesus they always represent as a white man, a Nordic ideal in fact, someone who surely couldn't have looked that way. But they still represent him as a white man so that you worship the white man.
So I want you to understand in this lesson, number one, white supremacy operates in every area of human activity. Number two, the white man in the past has been wise, has been effective, we must learn from him. Number three, we will never adopt their ideas, their culture and life ways. However, we will borrow certain things and we will steal and take over other things. Language is fine for us to utilize. Western garb is fine for us to utilize. Doesn't mean it's preferred. If you are a Masai and you're in Kenya, continue on wearing the garb of the Masai. That's better for you. If you've grown up in the hells of North America and you wear Western garb, that's fine. Carry on. But never worship the gods of your enemy. Never worship your enemy as gods. Those are systems of white supremacy that are so strong and damaging that they will destroy you and your offspring.
