It never promised you community or the life you've always dreamed of. Nobody, nothing can promise you that. And that's not what feminism is, nor what it's ever been advertised to be. Oh, hell no. No, no, no. Are you crazy? Wait, hold on. She's saying effeminism never promised women anything? That's a lie. You lie! Effeminism spent decades promising women they could have it all. Betty Friedan told women [music] the suburbs were a comfortable concentration camp, and the only way out was a career. Helen Gurley Brown told women sexual liberation was empowerment. Gloria Steinem said, when asked why she wasn't married, "I can't mate in captivity." Every effeminist magazine, every talk show, every girl boss influencer sold women the dream, "You can be the CEO, the mom, the lover, the boss, and you can have it all without sacrifice." That's a promise. And now that the results are in, they want to pretend they never said it? That's gaslighting. That's rewriting the pitch after the outcome.
Now, let's get into her definition of effeminism. Feminist PR has been horrific over the past couple of years, partially because of antifeminist rhetoric from women, though mostly due to misogynistic rhetoric from men. We have so many things we need to go over and set straight, starting with the most simple. Feminism is not the act of hating men. It is not the act of hating motherhood. It is not the act of rejecting marriage. It is not women being superior to men. Feminism is the belief in and advocacy for the political, economic, and social equality of all genders. Most often focused on challenging and dismantling systems and norms that disadvantage women, like the patriarchy. Feminism as a movement fights for tangible rights like voting, equal pay, education, freedom from gender-based violence. Notice what she just did there? She just listed the effeminist greatest hits: voting, equal pay, education, freedom from gender-based violence. Now, let me ask you something. Which of these hasn't been taken care of in modern Western society? Women have had the vote for over a century. Equal pay. Politicians love to say the gender pay gap exists, but when you look at the numbers, you see different jobs, different working [music] hours, different career choices. The pay gap debunks itself in seconds, and so does she. Women are still grossly underrepresented in positions of political and corporate power. They make up half the population and a fraction of leadership.

So somehow a system that most men struggle in is still framed as benefiting all men. Convenient, huh? The foolishness. Education. Women not only go to school more, they graduate more. Men are falling behind at every level. But here's the catch. Women still don't want to date down. So as that gap grows, so does the problem, and no effeminist wants to talk about it. It's championing men and boys at the expense of time spent on women and girls. Freedom from gender-based violence. Women have the benefit of the doubt every single time. Men get arrested based on accusation alone. So what exactly is effeminism still fighting for? Feminism as an ideology challenges cultural beliefs and power structures that sustain sexism, misogyny, and gender inequality. You don't have to be a raging lunatic to be a feminist. You don't have to be angry all the time. You don't have to reject marriage or motherhood. You don't have to hate men. You don't have to do or believe half of the things the internet tells you have to do or believe to be a feminist. You have to believe in and advocate for the political, economic, and social equality of all genders, which will primarily focus on uplifting women due to society currently being patriarchal. This is where we separate the boys from the men. We don't play that shallow, goofy, Louis Theroux foolishness over here, because words have meaning. Let's break this down. You have to believe in and advocate for the political, economic, and social equality of all genders. This is where [music] effeminism drops the ball every single time. Men and women have never believed they are equal. Women and children first. For the time being, I shall require only women and children. Because when we look at each other, it's obvious we're not the same. Biologically different, psychologically different, hormonally different. And because we're different, we will experience life differently, politically, and socially. Now, watch this. Socially, a man who is angry is commanding, decisive, a leader, passionate. A woman who is angry is hysterical, crazy, too emotional to lead. A man who is assertive gets promoted. A woman who is assertive is difficult to work with, aggressive, [music] abrasive. The qualities that make a man fit to lead make a woman a problem. A man who prioritizes his career over family [music] is ambitious. A woman who does the same is selfish, to be questioned about her life decisions, will change her mind eventually. A woman who wants her tubes tied has to ask the man in her life for permission. A man who ages is distinguished. A woman who ages is letting herself go, past her prime, has hit the wall. A man who dresses for the climate and is showing skin is simply dressing for the climate. A woman who is showing skin dressing for the climate is clearly [music] asking for something, begging for male attention. A man who speaks on his sexual desire is just being a man. A woman who does the same is being crass, impure. Does she have any self-respect? She's easy. We see a smear campaign four times a year out of Hollywood because a woman didn't smile enough in an interview or because her humor is dry and sarcastic.

Men and women are perceived differently because men and women are different. The foolishness. For the time being, I shall require only women and children. But here's where the argument falls apart. Instead of asking, "Why do people perceive the same behavior differently?" the conclusion is already locked in. It must be oppression. It must be patriarchy. No nuance, no deeper analysis, just the same explanation every time. You can't legislate attraction. You can't mandate perception. You can't force people to ignore thousands of years of evolutionary psychology because it makes you feel bad. My god, it's a fact again. And I do know it's true. I actually watch my poor male clients get arrested for ridiculous stuff all day. I can give you a hundred case studies that would break your heart.

And that's where the second part comes in.

There it is again, the patriarchy. In other words, men are in charge. Nowhere in [music] her 22-minute video does she discuss patriarchy in any substantive way. And yes, we watched the whole thing because we're not superficial like that. Effenist address [music] patriarchy just like the manosphere, like it's a monolith, just a bunch of misogynist men talking on the internet. And you know what? They'll label this video as misogynistic, too. But here's the question she never answers. Why did patriarchy emerge in every civilization on Earth, not just in the West, not just in Europe? Everywhere. China, India, the Middle [music] East, Africa, the Americas, independent cultures separated by ocean all developed patriarchal structures. Why? Because biology, because men are stronger, because women bear children, because survival requires specialization. That's not oppression, that's reality. [music] But effenist can't accept that because it destroys their entire framework.

Unpaid domestic labor, cooking, cleaning, taking care of the house, taking care of the children still disproportionately falls on women. Mostly going unreported because the consequences for reporting it socially, professionally, etc. often fall on the woman, not the perpetrator. Do you even know what misogyny means? Domestic labor isn't overlooked because of misogyny, it's overlooked because we live in a capitalist society that doesn't assign monetary value to work without a paycheck. That's not a man problem, that's a system problem. And here's the part that exposes the double standard. Even in that same capitalist system, men are expected to spend thousands more every year. Recent data shows the average American man spends over $2,000 a year on dates alone. When you factor in gifts, vacations, and special occasions, that jumps to over $15,000 extra annually. That's normalized. But unpaid domestic labor, that's [music] oppression. Same system, different narrative. She can't blame capitalism because that would require critiquing the same system she benefits from. So instead, misogyny. Now, she said something very interesting. Check this out.

But that's not the point here. Like I always say, focus on what's consistent. What's consistent? Reefault's law, Jenness Reed. In plain English, women follow benefit. When one idea stops delivering results, a new one shows up to replace it. That's not hypocrisy, that's nature. Watch what happens when you understand this pattern. You're still here. You both are >> [music] >> smart, you work, you have your own business. These softer edges were something you desired. But a [music] lot of the talk about feminine energy tends to be under the lens of this is how I can attract a man. [music] Yeah. This is how this. It centers the male gaze.

These women aren't embracing femininity because they suddenly believe in it. They want what it can get them. We could. We don't need men. Men are, you know, trash, this sort of narrative. Um, I can do everything myself. When the pendulum goes too far in one direction, as humans sometimes we over-romanticize the past. So like the 50s and 60s, oh, they they knew what was right back then. We need to go back to that. Effenism promised independence, they took it. Effenism stopped delivering, they dropped it. Now, femininity coaches promise princess treatment, they're buying it. They also share what they say are tips on how to inspire men to treat you like a princess. [music] It's not wrong to want to be treated like a princess in a relationship. You're not asking too much. [music] You simply say thank you because it's the server's job to bring you the food. Your man is the server in this analogy. [music] And your money is your money. And he [snorts] is providing for you, >> [music] >> but your money is your money. Same women, different product, same pattern. Feminism fought and fights for women's financial freedom. Not only something that all human beings deserve because they're autonomous conscious beings, but something that became necessary because the dynamic that you idiots romanticized, women relying solely on the men in their lives, left them in abusive relationships.
This is a bold statement because what she's really saying is that women relying on men left them in abusive relationships. So let's slow that down. Are we saying most women were in abusive relationships? Because that's the implication. And if that's the case, what makes you different from the anti-effenist you criticize, making bold statements about women being in the home versus on the news? Know how insane you look getting your stupid ass on the news to denounce feminism? Here's the truth they won't tell you because this idea didn't just appear out of nowhere. It was pushed. Women like Betty Friedan and Helen Gurley Brown went on television, wrote in magazines, and told women, you deserve more. You're unfulfilled. The life you're living isn't enough. Remember the problem that has no name? That wasn't a diagnosis, that was a reframe. Boredom became oppression, dissatisfaction became abuse.
>> [music] >> And the solution? Leave the home, join the workforce, become liberated. And after 60 years, the results are in. But before we get into the results, let's hear what this effenist personally wants so we don't take her words out of context.

I want you to be exactly unapologetically who you are. I want you to get everything you want, to do everything you could possibly think of with your life. I also want you to be safe. I want you to be respected. I want you to be valued. I want you to be protected. I want you to be represented in the world around you. I want you to be heard. I want you to be believed. I want you to be taken seriously, treated as an authority on your own experience. I want you to be more than someone else's property, someone's afterthought, someone's exception, someone's mother, wife, daughter, sister. I want the entirety of your personhood to be recognized. Sounds great, doesn't it? Let me ask you something. We're not saying women don't have legitimate issues, but did you hear anything about tradeoffs? Did you hear anything about consequences? Did you hear anything about accountability? Did you hear anything about the price you have to pay to unapologetically be who you are? Of course not, because in the real world, you don't get everything. You choose, and every choice comes with a cost.
Here's what she won't tell you. Effenism [music] has spent 50 plus years dismantling traditional structures, and what has replaced them? Record loneliness, record antidepressant use, record single-person households, record low birth rates, [music] record numbers of men opting out. The equality she's fighting for has produced misery, but she won't acknowledge that because that would require self-reflection. Instead, she blames the patriarchy, blames the manosphere, blames society, anyone but the movement, anyone with the ideology behind it and the culture it's now embedded in, because when something becomes culture, people stop questioning it. Men are still expected to protect, provide, perform. That never changed. The expectations on men stayed the same while the expectations on women were removed. That's not equality. That's imbalance. The dating market, relationships, [music] marriage rates. People don't know what the rules are anymore because one side is playing by structure and the other side is [music] being told there are no rules. And when that doesn't work, when the outcomes don't match the promises, we've already seen what happens. A new narrative shows up, a new solution, a new product. Same pattern. And instead of asking, "What did I choose? What did I prioritize? What did I sacrifice?" The answer is always the same. Blame men. Blame society. [music] Blame the patriarchy. But accountability, that part never makes the wish list. And that's why her goals sound good but don't mean anything because goals without tradeoffs are just fantasies, and you can't build a real life on a fantasy. Patriarchy salutes.
