Welcome, YouTube family. My name is Joanna, and thank you for tuning in today. If you haven't already, please subscribe to our YouTube to stay up-to-date each week. We believe God has a powerful word for you today. So, let's dive into this amazing message.

>> If you are taking notes, the title of my sermon is "Get in Order."

"Get in order." I'm sounding the alarm. "Get in order." Get your life in order. Get your family in order. Get your business in order. Get your organizations in order. "Get in order." The message I have for you today is "Get in order."

I have a question for you. Have you felt like every year, everyone's excited, "New Year, New Me," "New Year, Renewed Me," and everyone gets excited? And now you're trying to go to the gym, and you can't park because they take up the parking spots, and you're just like, "You know what? I ain't even going to go this month. I'm going to wait till next month when they all quit and drop out because I'm tired of having to wait in line."

But have you ever felt like in a new year where you started off a year and you expected something, and the year didn't live up to the hype? You didn't get what you feel like God said you would get. Maybe financially, maybe in your marriage, maybe in your business. Have anyone had any letdowns or disappointing years? If you have, come on, lift your hand up. Okay. Okay. I'm talking to the right crowd. I just got to make sure I'm talking to the right room.

And sometimes you feel like God is going to do something. He's going to elevate you. So then when you get to the end of the year, you find yourself at the back of the line, and you're like, "God, why ain't I at the front of the line? Why am I at the back of the line?" And you thought God was going to bless you, and you feel like he didn't. He was going to heal you, you feel like he didn't. You feel like he was going to bless you financially or open up opportunities or give you new friends. And some of y'all are single and you're like, "Just a year, my boo coming. He coming. He coming. God got him. He going to deliver him with a bow on his neck." And instead of him, Godzilla came and Jumba, who lied to you and did you dirty, and you're just like, "You know what? I'm done with 2025. We going to reset."

And maybe some of you guys are like, "Well, what's the whole year?" It don't matter about a year. If you go into the new year with the same old mindset, you going to have the same year all over again. That's true, kind of.

But the year is a reset. The year is a reset. God gives you a new year to give you an opportunity to reset. So God wants to reset some things in your life, and he wants to give you a chance to pause, to breathe, and to get in order. Everyone say, "Pause."

>> Breathe.

>> Breathe.

>> Get in order.

The reason why you haven't been blessed, the reason why you haven't been fruitful, the reason why you haven't got what you feel like the Lord has for you is because you're out of order. And God can't bless you out of order.

>> God can't bless you out of order. Until you get in order, God can't bless you.

I had a teacher growing up, and he could be watching because he watches us sometime, and his name is Mr. Greer. Mr. Greer is my favorite teacher of all time. He was one of my elementary teachers, and the school staff would be just so blown away by Mr. Greer because Mr. Greer can get the kids to do what no other teachers can. I mean, Mr. Greer had us on edge. I mean, he had us like a little military. Whatever Mr. Greer said, like we came out of his class, I mean, we, we, he had us like, like we were trained. Okay. We didn't play with Mr. Greer, and he had so much influence with us because Mr. Greer had every Jordan that was made. And when I came to his class, I had on Spider-Man and Batman shoes, and I didn't know about Jordans, and he had Jordans. Everyone was like, "He's so cool." And I'm like, "Oh my gosh, he's cool. Like he knows Michael Jordan. He is Michael Jordan." Like he had all of them, and we loved Mr. Greer.

And where Mr. Greer would just take to the class, he could come in, and the other teachers would just walk in and see how fascinating he was. He could be like, "Class, be quiet." And all the kids would sit there all period, silent. He influenced us. We loved Mr. Greer. And we was in social studies, and we would have field trips. And Mr. Greer had a rule. He said, "When we get ready to go on field trips, you guys get in line. Get in line." And we'll be, and he's like, "If anyone's out of line, you go to the back of the line." And we're like, "Okay, Mr. Greer, we, we'll stay in line and we, we, we'll listen."

And one day, we're getting ready to go on one of our field trips, and Mr. Greer called us to get in line. I'm in line. I'm in line. I'm single file, hand behind my back. I'm ready to go. And as he walks down the line, if you're slightly out of line, you get sent to the back. I'm in line. I'm perfect. As Mr. G's walking by, somebody bumped me from the back and knocked me out of line. And Mr. G is right here in front of me. He said, "What are you doing?" I said, "Oh, Mr. G, I'm so sorry." And he was like, "Be quiet." I said, "Uh, be quiet." He said, "To the back." My back.

Now, what Mr. Greer was teaching us was alignment.

>> And what he was teaching us is when you get out of alignment, you go to the back of the line. Maybe you feel like you haven't been blessed and you haven't got what God has had for you. Maybe you're out of alignment, and God has to keep sending you to the back of the line. Because if Mr. Greer requires alignment, how much more does God require alignment? And you're not getting the blessing you need, you're not getting the breakthrough you need, you're not getting the healing you need, probably because you're out of alignment. And when you're out of alignment, God sends you to the back of the line. It's not that you don't supposed to be blessed. It's not that you're not favored. It's not that you can't go first. It's because you're out of alignment. You're out of order. And when you're out of alignment, and when you're out of order, God sends you to the back.

>> And if you want to get blessed this year, if you want to see the faithfulness of God this year and the favor of God this year, stay in line. When God tells you to do something, stay in line. When God tells you to pray, stay in line. When God tells you to go to church, stay in line. When God tells you to serve, stay in line. When God tells you to sit still, stay in line. When God tells you to be quiet, stay in line. When God tells you to be faithful, stay in line. When God tells you, "Don't do it," don't do it. When God tells you, "Do it," do it. When God says, "Go to the deep," go into the deep. Listen to God. Stay in alignment. You won't get sent to the back of the line.

Many people are sent to the back of the line because they're out of alignment. You are out of order. You're not blessed because you're out of order. You're not prosperous because you're out of order. God hasn't been able to bless you because what God won't do is bless your mess. But if you would get your mess in order, all of a sudden, God can come and organize your life and bless your life. And he can put you at the front of the line, not the back of the line.

But it will require order. If you got your Bibles, go to Genesis chapter 1. Mr. Greer's class made it to the buses before any other class because we were in order, so we could move faster. See, God can't move quickly in your life because it's out of order.

>> God's free.

>> Start a sermon now.

>> Appetizer. Genesis chapter 1. When you guys there, say, "Ready."

>> First book in the Bible, guys. You pass the credits and the glossary and all that good stuff. It's right there. First chapter. Okay. You got this.

>> You guys are there. Say, "Ready."

>> Ready. Ready?

>> All right, let's do it. Genesis 1, chapter 1, it says, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." See, when I read Genesis, I feel like you're supposed to have a deep voice. "In the beginning, God created the heavens and earth." Put that in my voice, so I can't do that. "The earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, 'Let there be light,' and there was light." Look how light responded to God. God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. Everything obeys God.

>> Except for y'all. I'm playing. I'm just playing. I should be nice to y'all. It's 2026. I'm playing. I'm always nice. But we got to listen like everything else, 'cause everything else just listens. We're the only things that fight back with God.

"And God saw the light that it was good. And God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light day, and the darkness he called night. So the evening and the morning were the first day. Then God said, 'Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.' Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament. And it was so. I'll explain what all this firmament above and below is in just a second. And God called the firmament heaven. So the evening and the morning were the second day. Then God said, 'Let the waters under heaven be gathered together in one place, and let the dry land appear.' And it was so. So God called the dry land earth, and the gathering together of the waters sea, called sea. And God saw that it was good. Then God said, 'Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself on the earth.' And it was so."

Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. So, can I break this down a little bit?

So, God steps on the scene. And when God steps on the scene, he steps on the scene as creator. He creates the heavens and the earth. Everything is out of order. Everything is in chaos. Everything is in disarray and is dysfunctional. So, God comes down and he organizes everything. He puts everything back in order. He separates the waters, and he separates the land from the seas. He separates the earth from the heaven, and he separates the waters in the firmament. And he puts everything in order. He puts everything in sequence. He puts everything the way it's supposed to go. And then when God stepped on the scene, he said something so, so powerful. God said, "Let there be light." And then it was. When he said, "Let there be light," light came. And this word "light" in the Hebrew actually means illumination or revelation. So God said, "Let there be illumination." In other words, there's some dark things, and we're going to let these things illuminate. Let there be illumination and let there be revelation, because there's some things ignorant and out of order. And revelation is going to bring truth to the things that's out of order so they can get into order. So God was bringing illumination, and he was bringing revelation. He was bringing illumination, and he was bringing revelation. He said, "Let there be light." And all of a sudden, when light came, now you're able to see all the dysfunction that was on the earth. So then God came and separated everything, and he put everything in its place. But God first had to say, "Let there be light." He had to bring revelation to darkness. And the reason why it's so important that God said, "Let there be light" is because the Bible says God is light, and there's no darkness in him at all.

>> So he don't just bring light. He is light.

>> And there is no darkness in God.

>> Which means that if there's no darkness in God, and God is light, what does the devil hide from?

>> He hides from the light. Yeah.

>> And he works in the dark. He moves in the dark. He destroys in the dark. And he reigns in the dark. So whenever the devil wants to reign in your life, he brings darkness. And whenever God wants to set you free and heal something in your life, he brings light. Because light brings illumination, and it brings revelation. That's why when someone is depressed, they'll tell you, "I'm in such a dark place." They're in a dark place because they can't see the light. Sometimes they can't see God. They can't see the illumination. And what does God come and do? He comes and brings the light. God brings the light. And all of a sudden, the dark thing becomes bright. And now I can see. I could live again. I can see. I could dream again. I can see. I could believe again. I can see. I can be healed again because I can see the light.

GOD SAID, "LET THERE BE LIGHT." AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT DARKNESS YOU'RE GOING THROUGH IN THIS ROOM, BUT YOU NEED TO PROPHESY TO YOURSELF BECAUSE GENESIS WASN'T JUST A HISTORY LESSON. IT WAS AN OPERATION LESSON. AND GOD WAS SHOWING YOU HOW TO GET RID OF THE DARKNESS. IT'S BY TURNING ON THE LIGHT. LET THERE BE LIGHT. SOME OF YOU GUYS GOT TO SPEAK TO YOUR SITUATION AND SAY, "LET THERE BE LIGHT." SOME OF Y'ALL GOT TO SPEAK TO YOUR MARRIAGE AND SAY, "LET THERE BE LIGHT." SOME OF Y'ALL GOT TO SPEAK TO YOUR KIDS AND SAY, "LET THERE BE LIGHT. LET THERE BE LIGHT IN MY HEALTH. LET THERE BE LIGHT IN MY BUSINESS. LET THERE BE LIGHT IN MY LIFE. LET THERE BE LIGHT."

Because light is revelation. See, when people are in darkness, it's because they're rid of revelation. Revelation says that you will live and you will not die. But darkness says, "You won't make it. You going to die."

Revelation says that it may have knocked you down, but it's not going to knock you out. But darkness says it's going to knock you down in hell.

God says weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning. But darkness says weeping will endure forever. You got to turn on the light, somebody.

And when you turn on the light, God brings a revelation. He brings the truth to you. You need light. Let there be light. Let there be light. Let there be light. Let there be light in my life. Let there be light in our church. Let there be light in our world. Let there be light. And when you allow God to bring light, he will change your life. Let there be light. Why do you have to let there be light? Is because light brings clarity. Light brings clarity. The reason why God had to bring light into the world is because you can't change what you can't see.

You can't change what you can't see. So God brings light. He brings light into your life so you can see some things, so you can change some things. You can't change what you can't see. So God brings illumination, because illumination always precedes transformation. God can't transform a thing until he illuminates a thing. So, he's going to illuminate that brokenness. He's going to illuminate that father room. He's going to illuminate that generational curse. He's going to illuminate those systems of dysfunction and of lack of trust. So, he can transform them. So, he can break the back of the devil. So he can break the jaws of the enemy. So, he can break the snares and lies of the devil. He's going to illuminate. So, he can transform.

Let there be light. And whenever there's light, God now positions you to bring order.

Last night, I was getting ready to go to bed about 9:30. And as I'm getting ready to go to bed, I noticed all eight lights are on in our room. So, I go to my wife, and I'm like, "Uh, let there not be light so I can go to bed." And she was like, "No, I'm cleaning up the room and I'm organizing, and I need all the lights." And I had to put my head up under that blanket 'cause she needed all the lights. But what she was saying was true, because you can't get in order and rearrange and clean up in the dark.

And many of you guys can't clean up your life because there's too much darkness. But if you would let there be light, you can see, "This isn't how I should live. This isn't how I should be. This isn't how I should operate. I don't want to walk in that. That's dirty. That's messy." And you can see all the brokenness in your life when the light comes on.

But if you can't see it, you can't change it because it's okay in the dark.

But the light brings illumination, and illumination leads to transformation. She couldn't transform our room until she illuminated our room. You got to illuminate your life so you can transform your life. Come on, somebody give God a praise break in this place. So light now helps us usher in order. And we have to have order because God can't bless a mess. The earth was formless. It was void, and it was darkness on the face of the deep. So God comes, he brings light. Then he comes and brings order. How do we know God brings order? Because God starts to put everything in place. He's putting the sea in place, the land in place. He puts everything in place. God puts the sun in place. He puts the moon in place. He puts everything in place. When God gets ready to bring order, he puts everything inside of position because order has positioning. Order has positioning. You have to put everything in position. You got to get in the right position, because if you're not in the right position, you're out of order.

Get in the right position. Do you know that the sun and the moon have been relevant for decades,

hundreds of years, thousands of years? Why? Because God put them in place, and they're effective. We need the sun every day because the sun is where God placed it. We need the moon every night because the moon is where God placed it. You would never go out of style, and you would never go extinct when you're in the place God placed you in.

It's only when you get out of alignment and try to do something or be something or walk in something that God didn't place you in. The Bible says he placed you in a body as it pleased him. When you're in the place that God put you, you can have the power that God gives you. When you're in the place that God puts you, you can have the power that God gives you. The sun don't try to be the moon because I'm here to bring the day. I'm here to bring the day. I'm here to bring the brightness. And the moon don't try to be the sun. Where did God place you? Where did God position you? Because a lot of you guys can't change your condition because you won't hold your position.

But if you ever held your position, then God could change your condition. God said, "I didn't anoint you to be over there or over here. I anointed you to be right here." When you're where God put you and placed you, then he can empower you.

Come on, pastor. That's a word. God put everything in his place. And the fish is amazing when he stays in his place. Only when he leaves the water, he can't breathe. The man is amazing when he stays in place. Only when he leaves the land, he can't breathe. And everything is amazing when it stays in his place that God put it.

So good.

But when it gets out of alignment and gets out of order, then it goes into chaos and disarray. Get in place. Now, the second thing that God did was he created boundaries. See, when you separate, you have to create boundary lines. Boundary lines. Boundary lines. Boundary lines. When you separate, you have to create boundary lines. Some of you guys are in disarray because you have no boundaries in your life. You're dating people with no boundaries. You're talking to him, and you got no boundaries. You're talking to her, and you got no boundaries. You have friends in your life with no boundaries. You have family in your life with no boundaries. You have to create boundaries. You got to say, "Hey, I'm drawing a permanent boundary line." In other words, "You're not going to bring no chaos to my life. You're not going to bring no frustration in my life and confusion in my life. I'm drawing a hard boundary line. And if you're going to talk, talk behind that line. If you got something to say, say it behind that line. You want to do something, do it behind that line. Because this is the boundary line, and you ain't crossing it." And devil, this goes for you, too. I'm drawing a permanent boundary line. The enemy has no right to come near me or my family. There's the boundary line.

Sometimes in your life, you got to have boundaries. I can't go over here. I can't do that. I can't roll with that. I don't agree with that. You got to draw a boundary line. Because when God separated the world, he created boundaries. Come on now.

>> Come on.

Many of you guys go to the beach, and what you see at the beach is what you call a wave. That's not a wave. That's water about to cross God's boundary lines, and then it starts backing up because God drew a hard boundary line. He said, "This is where water ends." So the water runs to the front, and then it waves back because it obeys his boundaries. God drew a boundary line in the sand, and he said, "Water, you can't go nowhere front." It looked like magic. The water comes, and it just leaps back because God established boundaries.

He created boundary lines. You can't go no further. Water, turn around, and then make what you call waves.

He established boundary lines. And you got to have that in your life that the devil, you can run so far, but you're not going to get to my kids. Turn around, devil. This is my boundary line. Fear, you came so far. Turn around. This is my boundary line. Anxiety, no further. This is my boundary line. Oh, give God a 10-second praise break in this place.

You have to draw a boundary line. So when God is creating order, God comes, and God creates positioning. He creates boundaries, and then God creates separation. Separation that he separated the waters from the land and said, "You are sea, you are ground." He separated the heavens from the earth. "You're heaven, you're earth." He brought separation, light from night. He's separating everything because separation is what God does. Because God can't bring elevation until he brings separation.

And if you feel like God's not elevating you, it's because you're not letting God separate you.

Every person in the Bible, God got ready to elevate, he first separated. David, go to the field. What did David have to do? Separate from his brothers and go to the field because God said, "I got to align you before I anoint you. And I need you aligned with me. So when it's time to fight that giant, when everybody else is scared, you ain't 'cause you're in alignment."

Come on.

So when everyone else sees a giant, you see a foe to God because you're in alignment. I need you in alignment. Then I'm going to bring the oil.

Come on.

But I can't anoint you until you're in alignment. John the Baptist, I need you to go to the wilderness because before I can give you influence, I have to first give you identity. So you know who you are so you don't cave under pressure. Abraham, I need you to leave your country and get away from your kinfolk because I have to equip you before I bring expansion.

Every time God gets ready to bring elevation, he first brings separation. He has to separate you from some things. He has to get you away from some things. And some of you guys just need to be separated. You can't go there no more. You can't walk with them no more. You, you, you can't roll with them no more. God has to separate you so he can elevate you. Everybody, Jesus, I need you to go to the wilderness for 40 days. I got to separate you so I can elevate you. Joseph, I need you to get away from your brothers. I know you feel like it's a prison, but it's going to be a palace. I got to separate you, brother.

God brings separation before he brings elevation.

But be careful with that because sometimes the devil brings separation. But when God brings separation, it's for elevation. When the devil brings separation, it's for termination. Be careful. Be careful because some of you guys have been separated by the devil. And God's calling you back to the body. He's calling you back to faith. He's calling you back to service because the devil's separation was to terminate you, not to elevate you. Be careful.

Be careful. You have to get in.

You have to get in.

You have to get in.

One more time. You have to get in order.

My mama got a surgery a couple of years back, maybe longer than a couple, maybe like 10 years back. And I got up early, and I took her to the hospital, and they did the surgery on her, and I rushed out. I didn't have time to get anything to eat or drink. And I'm sitting there, I'm waiting to hear news about my mom, and right quick, I'm just like, "Man, I got to get something to drink. I'm, I'm so thirsty." So I run to the vending machine, and I go to the vending machine. I see one that got drinks, and I put the quarters inside the vending machine, and I hit my drink, and nothing came out. So my guy, okay, they had a Sprite. Oh, here's another Sprite. Nothing came out. Okay, orange soda. Nothing. I hit them all. Nothing came out. Finally, I looked up, and it said, "Out of order."

My God.

I said, "Ah." And then, you know, they got the little button you can press to return your change. I said, "Praise the Lord. There's a God somewhere."

So, I hit that little button to get my change back. And I kept pressing it, and guess what never happened? My change never fell out. And I was like, "Man, this thing done stole my change." And as I was walking away, I felt like the Holy Spirit spoke to me, and he said, "There's a lesson there." I said, "Lord, what is it? I'm thirsty." And he said, "The lesson is when things are out of order, you don't get no change." And maybe you're not getting any change in your life because your life is out of order. But God says if you ever got in order, if you ever got in alignment, change will come to your life. Breakthrough will come to your life. Healing will come to your life. Transformation will come to your life. Wisdom will come, and faith will come, and favor will come. But you got to get in order, or you ain't going to get no change. Oh, give him a praise break in this place. When things are out of order, you don't get no change.

But if you would ever get in order, you would get change. You would get blessing. You would get nourishment. You would get favor. But when things are in order, no change comes. You got to get in order. Get your life in order. Get your family in order. Get your marriage in order. Get in order. Get in order. If you get in order this year, God will bless this year. But he will not bless your mess. But if you manage the mess, God will bless you. But he doesn't bless mess. He blesses management. Get in order. Get in order. Get in order. Get in order.

And when you do that, watch the blessing of God fall upon you.

If you have your Bibles, go to Genesis chapter 1,

verse 14. This is the first book in the Bible. We're in the same chapter. Let's do it. Genesis 1, I'm going to start with verse 14, and it reads, it reads, "Then God said, 'Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night, and let them be for signs and seasons and for days and years.'" I want to read that part. "Divide the day from the night, and let them be for signs and seasons for days and years." Okay, I want to break this down here. When God created light in Genesis 1:4 is different when he created light when he said, "Let there be light" in Genesis 1:14. And the differences between chapter Genesis 1 and 4 and 1 and 14 is the first light that God brought is the Hebrew word "or," and it meant revelation and illumination. But when God created the light for the day and the night, it's a different word. It's the word "ma'orot." Ma'orot. It's the Hebrew "ma'orot," and it means sun, moon, and stars. So there's different lights. The first light was the glory of God, the presence of God, the illumination of God. The second light was sun, moon, and stars. Why did God create the sun and the moon and the stars? When God created the sun and the moon, he was creating time.

That's why he said, "Let this be a sign of seasons and days and years." He was creating a timeline because we would function on earth by time. And when you ran out of time, you expired and had to leave earth. Your existence here is an amount of time. When you go to your tombstone, there's a day you was born, a dash, and the day you died. That's your amount of time. When you're out of time, you have to leave the earth because we're here based on time. When God created the sun and the moon, he created time. And what the sun would do, it would bring the day, and the moon would bring the night. And the next time the day came, it was a 24-hour cycle. And every day can be added now because it's time. And now days can be weeks, and weeks can be months, and months can be years. We have time based on the sun and the moon.

That's right.

Come on.

God brought time

because you were supposed to live in timing,

flow in timing,

operate in timing.

You were supposed to move in timing. As my minister of music comes up, I want to show you the power of timing. Because what timing does is timing creates rhythm.

And you can't live in rhythm if you're out of time.

Timing creates rhythm. CJ, can you play us something? Okay. Okay. Y'all catching that? Okay. Okay. Okay. Come on. Some of y'all with less rhythm. Come on. Add in. I'm one of those people. Come on. Come on. Come on. All right, now, you guys could all participate because the rhythm created predictability. So, you knew where the beat would go because there was predictability and rhythm. And because of predictability, everyone in here could participate.

Play me something real bad

without a rhythm, out of time signature. I know you probably don't even know how to do that, but figure it out. Play just something bad.

Out of rhythm. Mess it up. Mess it up bad. All right, y'all. Clap together now. That's a mess. Let's stop. And the reason why you couldn't participate is because rhythm has a time. And the timing of the beat calls you forth. You know, you hear some songs, you just got to dance. You can't even, you can't even help it. You be walking in the store, you like

you bouncing and walking. You can't help it 'cause the time called you forth.

The rhythm called you forth. Come on. Come on. Play uh play. You are good again. Come on. Come on. Are we good? Mad at each other and clapping. Can't stand them and clapping. All right, you good? You good? And what happened is the rhythm created predictability. Predictability creates participation. Everyone could participate because the music was predictable. It had a rhythm. I want to tell you there's something powerful about rhythm. Anything that looks good, anything that operates properly has a rhythm. If you see a good marching band, they have a rhythm. When soldiers march, they march on beat. They march in rhythm. Good worship has a rhythm. It has a beat. Everything that's good has a rhythm. Everything has a rhythm. And rhythm creates predictability.

It creates predictability. And this is why some of you guys aren't functioning in your life is because your life is so unpredictable. Nobody can catch the rhythm.

Your team can't participate because they can't catch the rhythm. Your family can't participate because they can't catch the rhythm. Your spouse can't participate because they can't catch a rhythm. Rhythm has a balance. It has a timing. There's a time signature he plays with. And when you're in that rhythm, everything could come alongside that rhythm. Do you know that you exist because of a rhythm? You was inside of your mother's womb, and all of a sudden your heart started beating in rhythm. There was a time signature to your beat, which means your very existence is because of a beat. A heartbeat. A rhythm. And the moment your heart loses its rhythm is called an irregular heartbeat.

And the moment your heart gets out of rhythm, it puts you in the hospital, and it can lead to a heart attack because your heart is out of rhythm. Rhythm. Do you know what depression is? It's a heart out of rhythm. Do you know what anxiety is? Is this a heart out of rhythm? When you are in rhythm, everything flows and goes with you. Your very existence is a rhythm. You, you, you know when your heart stops beating, your rhythm stops, which means your time stops, and you die.

Everything has a rhythm. Have you ever looked at a clock on the wall? You see a rhythm. Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Tick-tock. You can leave and come back. Tick-tock, tick-tock. Tick-tock. Now you come back in 100 years. Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Why? Because tick-tock is a rhythm. And for some of you guys, you've been on Tik Tok so long, you lost your rhythm.

There is a rhythm. And when you have the rhythm, when you have the pulse, when you have the flow, everything falls in order. It falls and it dances the rhythm. Anyone in this room has trouble sleeping at night? If you have trouble sleeping at night, raise your hand.

Okay, I see your hands. This may not be the reason, but for many of you guys, it is. The reason you can't sleep at night is because your body's out of rhythm.

Do you know that when God created the earth, God created the earth with rhythm? And do you know he created you from the earth, which means you have rhythm on the inside of you.

And God said he created the sun for the day and the moon for the night. The sun for the day and the moon for the night. The sun for the day and the moon for the night. In other words, God said, "I created a rhythm of how the day was supposed to go and flow." And what happens is your body has a rhythm, too. And what happens is God tied your body to the earth. Which means the rhythm of the planet is the rhythm in your body. It's not just the rhythm that created you. It's the rhythm that sustains you. That's why when the sun comes up, the body releases a hormone called cortisol, and it wakes you up. And when night comes, your body releases a hormone called melatonin, and it puts you down because it was teaching your body rhythm. And the reason why you can't wake up on time and sleep through the night is because you go to bed at all different kinds of times, and you're throwing the rhythm of your body off. Do we go to bed at 9, 10, 11, 12, 2? We don't know. And because there's no predictability, your body can't participate.

But if you took a couple weeks and made a hard sleep time and a hard wake time, guess what your body could do?

It could catch the rhythm. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

It could catch the rhythm. You can't sleep because what's happening is cortisol and melatonin are releasing at the wrong times because your body don't know your rhythm. And let me go one step to prove it to you. Inside of your body, there is a rhythm meter. It's called your circadian clock. And it, and it ties to the world around you. It's a rhythm. And what happens is your circadian clock is out of rhythm because you're confusing it because there's no predictability and consistency, which means there's no participation. You're out of rhythm. You're out of rhythm. The way you run your day is out of rhythm. The way you run your family is out of rhythm. The way you run your life is out of rhythm. It's out of order. It's out of alignment. And God can't bless your mess. Get in order. Get in order. Get in order. Get in rhythm. Get in order. Get in order. Get in order. Get in rhythm. Get in order. You need a consistent schedule. We sing God, and God created a rhythm, and in his rhythm, there was even a Sabbath, and now there was a Sabbath. On the seventh day, God rested.

God rested. And maybe you get excited about a Sabbath. If you do, you're probably a lazy joker. If you get excited about the Sabbath, you are probably lazy.

There should be people telling you, "You need a Sabbath." And if you're telling yourself that, you ain't done that. I want to tell you how I know the Sabbath shouldn't come natural to you 'cause God commanded it. Which means you're supposed to struggle following it. You're supposed to be producing at such a level that you, the devil's trying to tempt you to not take the Sabbath. Some of y'all, he ain't got to tempt 'cause you like, "I'm taking my Sabbath. I don't care what the devil say." But God, before you Sabbath preachers, before God ever thought about a Sabbath, look at how he moved the dow in the first six days.

After you move the dow like that, you better take a nap.

You better get some sleep.

Move the dow. But a Sabbath is a rhythm. It's a reset. God said, "I create a reset in your day." That's when you go to bed at night. I create a reset in your week. That's the Sabbath. And I create a reset in the year. A new year is a new reset. God said, "I created rhythm so you can get an opportunity to get a clean slate, to get a fresh start, to get a new beat, to get a new pulse, to get a new rhythm." The Sabbath.

And when you moved the dow like God moved it, then you need to rest like God rested. It was rhythm.

So you can get a reset and go do it again. But if you continue without breaking the rhythm and getting a reset, you're going to burn out. When sleep loses its rhythm, burnout shows up. When finances lose its rhythm, stress shows up. When marriage loses its rhythm, conflict shows up. And when your spiritual life loses its rhythm, confusion shows up. God created you with rhythm to create you. But he also has rhythm to sustain you. Do you have rhythm and balance inside of your life? Because creation in the Bible in Genesis 1 wasn't just a history lesson. It was an operation lesson. God's showing you how to operate. And at Radiant, we preach the Bible to all areas of life because any area that don't have the light of God is ignorant, and it's in darkness, and Satan can reign. I don't want you to just be a good little church Christian shouting, and then you're running a bad week, an out-of-order week, an out-of-rhythm week, going to sleep at all different kinds of times, waking up tired, not being able to work. Now you're not taking days off. You need rhythm. Why would God add more to your mess?

That's good, pastor. Get in order. Get in rhythm.

And I'm telling you what the kingdom of God is like. You want to be blessed by God, get in order.

Get in order. I could feel it in my body. God's pulling me in order 'cause he said, "I'm about to elevate you. But before I can elevate you, I got to get you in order." Come on, somebody.

Now, I got a question. In a second, God came. He organized everything. He brought light. After he brought light, he separated everything. He brought land. He brought vegetation. After he brought vegetation, he brought trees and fruits. He came. He created a garden. He set it up. He made everything perfect. And then he placed the people in the garden on day six. What would have happened if God placed them on day one? What would happen is they would have drowned because the, the, the water was all over the land. They wouldn't have had anything to eat. They wouldn't have had any order or structure in their life because there was no light and night. Everything was just darkness on the face of the deep. They wouldn't have survived. And God is such a good God that he put everything in order.

Before he created his man and woman.

He created everything in order. So God is so good. He put everything in order. And if God created us before order, we would have been out of order and dysfunctional. And what you're doing in your life is you're putting stuff in the wrong place. You need to get things in order. Get your life in order. Some of you guys are praying for a spouse, and God's like, "You don't even got a bedtime." God, I'm believing for a spouse. God's like, "You need to believe to read the Bible in the morning 'cause you can't even do that." And what's happening is it's not God disfavoring you. It's him sending you to the back of the line because you're out of order.

Get in order. Get in order. When you get in order, God will establish you. But God said, "I have to establish you before I empower you." Many of you guys want to be empowered by God. You got to first be established by God. You have to get in order.

God didn't start with people. He started with principles. God didn't start with assignments. He started with order. Get in order. And when God had everything in order, he created us to thrive. This is how the kingdom of God functions. Get in order. Get in order. Get in order. Rearrange some things. Operate your life. Here. This is what I do on Mondays. I do this on Tuesdays. I do this on Wednesdays. Every first of the month, I do this. Hey, every 15th, I go and I get this done. And every 20th, I get my car cleaned out. Get in order. Get rhythm. You're out of time because you're out of rhythm. Come on.

I don't have enough time to get everything done. I have to get done.

Jesus saved the whole world in three and a half years. He didn't even have a car or a horse. And the Bible never said he ran. If he had enough time to save the planet without a car and a horse and without even hitting a brisk jog, I think you're out of rhythm, friend.

There's time you're just out of rhythm. And if you stay out of rhythm, eventually you're going to be out of time. Your life doesn't need balance. It needs rhythm.

Wow, what a powerful message. We hope it blessed you. Make sure to share it with your friends, your family members, and your co-workers so that they can be blessed as well.
