All righty, so Pluto transits. We know that they transform us. We know that these are long-term transits and they refine us. Look at Pluto transits as the tumbler that we put a diamond into or a rock into, and through this process of tumbling, it becomes more refined. It becomes, uh, softer. Uh, it, it changes it. So the sharp, pointy parts are transformed into something easier to handle, and that takes time.
So, uh, if you have a planet at the end of a sign, Pluto transits can be shorter because you're get the benefit, you'll have the benefit of Pluto going into the the next sign, and you will, you still have some cleanup there that will have to be done. But, uh, it's a, a little bit of a more watered-down effect. You don't get the, the direct effect of Pluto working on you, um, as you do if Pluto is, you know, anything 28 degrees or, uh, two degrees, you know, within that zone, two to 28 degrees.
When, when you have a long-term Pluto transit, it's going to be directly on your planet in that sign for potentially up to five years, but it's really a three-year period of time that we have the acute going on that we associate with these transits. So when we have a Pluto transit to Venus, this is something that transforms the way that we value ourselves and it transforms our relationship life. All Pluto transits to Venus transform the way that we value ourselves and others, our money, and what it is that we choose to invest in.
This, so we can have really rocky periods happen in our relationship life. We could be dealing with ups and downs in our financial life with a Pluto transit to Venus. There's some stress that's going to happen that we're going to respond to. We don't change unless we have to as human beings, and through a process of loss, always Pluto, we'll reconsider what it is that we're doing. So we can deal with obsessions when we have the hard transits of Pluto to Venus. We can be dealing with relationships that have an inappropriate balance, inappropriate balance of power. The give and the take is off, and we can be looking for something.
At the conjunction, at the square, at the opposition, we can be on the hunt for something. And with the conjunction, on the hunt for something that gives us an, a [Music] usually intense peak experience. It's likely that we will try to hang on to what it is that that gives us a, a new or better or deeper, more intense experience of love. Uh, and we can mistake attraction and chemistry [Music] for love. Compatibility may not have a chance to develop when we're working through, uh, issues of, um, obsession, or being inappropriately attached to somebody. We can suffer a lot under these difficult transits.
Venus is what we want. Pluto is how we keep something. If we're already dealing with attachment issues, or if we aren't, uh, able to trust ourselves, if we have trust issues, if we're dealing with self-abandonment, if we can't trust ourselves to take care of ourselves and stand up for ourselves, there can be a lot of suffering and a lot of pain and a lot of clinging that will happen with these difficult transits. And the conjunction can be something that results in us beginning a new cycle of wanting what is good for us. But we have to look at what it is that we're already prone to. What are we working through?
Um, some people that are willing to accept, accept something that is not necessarily the most attractive thing, but it is the healthier thing. It is the more peaceful thing. If that's where we're at, the conjunction can bring us, after we've worked through our stuff, it can bring us some good options because we are looking at the frequency that we are emitting. And, and the first part of this transit, we can be really trying to heal our lower chakras. We can be experiencing, uh, Mom, hold on. Uh, we can be experiencing a release of pent-up or repressed or unexpressed sexual energy. And so affairs are more likely if we have with any of the difficult transits because we are on the hunt for some kind of expression of this pent-up, uh, need, uh, sexual expression.
What Joe, they're yours. My stuff. Oh, same ceiling. If I keep them, wear them, feel like a nice hat. Oh, yeah. We all got one. You got the red one? Uh-uh. Oh my goodness, it looks so good. And I found a skirt of yours. Oh, thank you. Thank you. Uh, so there's a, uh, anything that is repressed will be expressed, and it, it comes out like a geyser. When we have the really difficult transits, like a plug is pulled out of our sacral chakra, and we become extremely horny. But you have to look at what is already contained. Some people are not as, uh, repressed or as disconnected from their desires as others. And we have to look at our control issues, our trust issues, that can be a lot of what is, what, what the reasons are for the repression or the disconnection.
If we can only allow ourselves to feel or express or attach in ways that are in service to our insecurities, then as our insecurities start to come up for examination and, uh, and we see that our desire, our level of desire, our expression, our ability to, uh, be open, to be, uh, to admit to ourselves what we really want, I, we have to be willing to embrace that to get the best out of these transits. So we have, uh, very deep undercurrents that are rising up, and we can have, depending on who we are and what is within our abyss, we can have some controlling or dark figures show up for us.
At the conjunction, we have the opportunity to begin a new cycle where a lot of the naive blinders have come off of what it is that we, uh, up from ourselves, and it changes what it is that we're attracted to. So if we're doing our best work with these kinds of transits, we're working through what it is that we're drawn to because we're understanding why. What are the reasons? What are we motivated by? What are we getting out of it? And then we are healing and transmuting those attractions into being attracted and wanting what is good for us. We have to look at the underpinnings of our resentment and a lot of the reasons for what it is, why it is that we want what we want.
If we go into these transits, any of the hard transits, not knowing what we want or not being very clear about our own values, our own boundaries, we're going to have a harder time. We're going to experience more of the stress, more of the, more external factors outside of ourselves, um, causing us to feel unsafe, challenge our boundaries, mess with our sense of security. So it's in our search for something deep that we discover where it is that we ourselves might be wanting something that actually serves more of a superficial need. This is Venus-Pluto stuff. They're natural, they're natural opposition to each other.
So we have to be careful about what it is that we're focused on, who it is that we're focused on, because we can discover after these hard transits pass that that thing or that person, maybe that house that we wanted so much, it was an object of our desire. So we're really, really looking at things of objectification and what are we really getting out of what we're wanting. So we can find out that what it is that we're desiring, even though we think it's going to be fulfilling and bring us security, and it might on a superficial level, when we look at it, when we look at the cost, when we look at what the real reasons are, when we look at what it's going to require of us, the underpinnings of it, it may not actually be something that we really, really want because it's really truly actually making us insecure.
Sometimes we can begin relationships that will be some of the most memorable of our life when we have Pluto transits to Venus. That doesn't mean that, uh, especially sexual relationships, that doesn't mean that we should or will be together. A lot of times these are relationships that we're going to learn a very deep lesson from, and then we [Music] will continue with our lives. So, um, if this is a part of other planets that are also being transited or not, not as much of the positive aspects, but if, if this is something that is a part of other transits, say, another, a transit of maybe Uranus to the Moon or Uranus to Venus, if we have other things that are really cracking us open and having us be more exploratory, this can be a time where we have to be really careful about who it is that we choose to get involved with because we are not as discriminating, as careful as we usually are when we are in a position where we have this geyser of unexpressed tension or hunger or desire within us, that we can be open to people or situations or choices that, uh, compromise us and even put us in a position where we may be hurt. We could even be physically hurt.
So let's look at the sextile. Are we ready for that? Um, Jewel, can you please talk a little bit about the possession or the, the just, just the resource, uh, what's going to be when Pluto is conjunct Venus? Well, it's a very greedy time in our life for greedy for what is that physically, uh, brings us pleasure and gives us a sense of belonging as well. We want to be desired, and our own desire level is extremely high. This can be good for some people who have never been in touch with what those inner cravings are. They've never given voice to that, or they've seen what they want as evil or as, uh, totally selfish. Um, so we want to enrich ourselves. We want to give our senses, because Venus is sensual, give our senses as much, uh, stimulation or as content, as much content, uh, as we can. So we are greedy for what brings us, uh, sensual fulfillment and, and financial fulfillment if we are coming from a place where correctly, we correctly understand value and we're investing in the right people or things because we want to increase our wealth. We want to increase what it is that can satisfy us on a material or physical plane. For some people, this can be a very, very good transit.
So can the sextile of the trine? But all of the transits of Pluto to Venus make us greedier. It doesn't have the same legal or tax implications that a transit of Pluto to Jupiter does. We don't have [Music] the issue with morality or with having our belief system or what it is that we think, uh, you know, our idea of taxes. That isn't a part of these transits so much as Pluto to Jupiter is, um, taking liberties with, uh, systems or what it is that we all pay into. But we have to already look at our relationship with money, our relationship with wealth. If we actually do deserve more than we've had, if we have been stingy with our own self, if we haven't really understood, uh, the value of what it is that we produce or offer, we can have a righteous expression of greed that comes in that has us investing in ourselves, in financial situations, in a way that brings more satisfying [Music] returns. So does that help a bit more? Yeah, it does. Thank you. Okay.
So the sextile between Pluto and Venus. Oh, is having a sextile. Sextiles are a good thing because we're open to advice. Oh God, we get some good advice. Financial advice, advice about what we deserve, advice about where to put our money, our efforts, our time, our attention. We attract the right kinds of connections with either the sextile or the trine. So we can get richer. We can enrich our own lives because we aren't resisting what kinds of experience others have outside of ourselves. So we're more actively inviting people who have been through the ringer to counsel us. We're looking for people that have experience and wisdom. So the greed is always going to be there with a transit of Pluto to anything, but we don't get into trouble with the choices that we make with the sextile. So the kind where we put our money, where we put our attention, it can yield really good results. We can, with, with the hard aspects, we can be more blocking out information, we can be blocking out facts if they get in the way of us having some kind of peak or intense experience. There's a lot of the lesson is realizing that, you know, just because it satisfies me on some kind of visceral or sensual level, it doesn't always mean that it's good for me. But we often are going to have to make the mistake. With the difficult transits, we don't suffer from needing to touch the stove to make sure it's hot syndrome. With the easier transits, we are still drawn to the flame. We're still drawn to self-discovery, still drawn to find out some mysteries about ourselves, but that could come more through conscious self-evaluation and introspection. We get good advice. We can attract the right kinds of counselors and teachers. There will still be pain because there is some level of ending when it comes to what we previously wanted or were attracted to or I thought we were worthy of. There will still be some endings, but they don't come as a result of us feeling like something outside of us has taken something away or crushed us or cheated on us or challenged our trust issues. So more a result of us doing some digging or asking hard questions and then having a tower moment. It's so how we invest in ourselves. It really pays off with any of the transits, but I think with the sextile and the trine, how we've learned to put ourselves first, how we learn to invest in ourselves, how we come from a place of really valuing ourselves, truly, it shows up in how we are treated. How we treat ourselves will show up in how we're treated.
All right, so that brings us to the square between transiting Pluto and Venus. This can bring up a lot of jealousy, possession issues. With the square or the opposition, we can really be wrestling with our idea of our attractiveness, our desirability, our worthiness in relationships, and particularly in romantic or sexual relationships. If we're already going into these transits not completely being able to trust ourselves and lacking good discernment when it comes to who has our best interest at heart, we can experience some of the worst aspects of ourselves and others when it comes to clinging, jealousy, our self-esteem being in the toilet, experiencing lack of resources, lack of funds. And we can look at, uh, issues, uh, surrounding love and hate. Are we with somebody because we're attached? Are we invested in a certain friendship or situation or job or condition or person because we're attached, or are we invested in that because we really want it? So how have we sacrificed what we really want for security? And do we like who we love? These are big themes with the square and the opposition because many, many times if we're involved in a relationship out of an, an, an improper attachment, or if we're in a trauma bond, it can be a love-hate. It usually is a love-hate situation. And if we ask ourselves things like, if I had all the resources available to me that I needed, if the person that I've been, the person that I've been involved with could handle their own feelings, and there was no guilt associated with this ending of this relationship, would I still be here? We're looking at choice versus attachment, and what are we really getting out of what it is that we're clinging to? Is it satisfying us, or are we allowing ourselves to be objectified or objectifying another, or are we in a relationship where we're sacrificing what we really want so that we can have our material security needs met? So we can ask ourselves questions. If we're committed to something or in a difficult relationship, you can ask her questions like, is this really good for me? If we have to wonder, we probably have a problem. And if we say things to ourselves like, I can't live with them, but I can't live without them, that is trauma bond thinking. You don't have that kind of issue in a relationship that you're really truly choosing, and, uh, and mutual respect and caring are mutually valued. That's what that's what it's built on. So our relationships can become extremely difficult when we have the square, the opposition, extremely so. And it can feel like those outside of us are becoming very insecure, and that's a response to us changing, us challenging some of our ideas about what we're worth, what we deserve. So there may be some endings. There may be some endings in some of the things we've chosen to put our money into as we see that it's not bringing the kind of payoff that we thought it would, or it's too high risk. Sometimes we can recognize high-risk relationships and high-risk investments and choose to, uh, either change in a way where security can come into what it is it's already in our life, or we're already doing, or we can experience an ending if that change isn't allowed or if it's not possible, and there will be a loss that we do have to accept with that. Uh, so yeah, working through issues of jealousy, inappropriate attachment, we can experience cheating, being cheated on. If we're somebody that doesn't feel like we can be honest about our feelings, we can experience attractions where cheating or an affair or even an emotional affair or something that has to happen behind the scenes that seems to be the only option that's available to us, and that can be a means of unconsciously freeing ourselves and teaching us a lesson about confrontation and about honesty and [Music] authenticity.
Uh, so let's look at the trine between transiting Pluto and Venus. Uh, the relationships that begin can be fairly successful, and unusually successful if, uh, under the best the results with this trine, we are looking for what is going to bring added value to our life. We can experience some endings, but that's usually as a result of us. Oh, Amanda, good for you. The endings that we experience result from us using our own good sense and realizing that we're not getting a payoff out of something. We have a good nose for who and what to invest in, where to put our money, where to put our efforts, our time, and our attention. Under the sextile and the trine, the ways that we enrich ourselves, they don't come with such a cost as with the difficult aspects. So we are greedier with the trine, but we aren't attracting tower moments into our life where we have to make up for the loss of an investment or a relationship or some kind of attention. These can be luckier transits where if we go into it already doing pretty well, already making pretty good choices, having a good enough sense of give and take in relationships and what we have to offer, we can have wealth on top of wealth, payoff on top of payoff. We are open to good advice, open to growing what is already working. Inheritance with the trine is not an unusual thing, but it's not automatic. And in Eastern astrology, ah, by in Eastern astrology, they can really make it sound like you're gonna hit the jackpot, somebody's gonna die and leave you something. Under the trine, it can happen, but that ease of income or ease of wealth could come from other sources. It could come from us forgetting that we had like this long lost bank account that we moved away from and just forgot to close it out, and by some luck, we figure out that we have it, and you know, there's a little bit of money in there that we didn't realize we had, and there's a little bit of interest too. We could even find the kinds of people that have the experience, that have been through the kinds of trauma or the kinds of losses that we gain from. They may have the tip when it comes to where we can put our money, what we can invest in, what stock it is that works for us. They could even bring somebody into our life through a connection that's a good, appropriate romantic or sexual investment. We see greed is a good thing. Our relationship with greed is healthy because we don't want to keep out anything that isn't good for all of us. We're not going to keep all the resources. So we realize that we have to spend money to make money, and we also realize that if somebody tips us off, or if somebody brings something into our life, or if somebody shares the wealth, if we should share that back, if we express gratitude, if we give them a tip, if we send the gratuity, that's likely to lead to more wealth. So the abundance, the idea of abundance and sharing, that we can actually be more personally enriched, we could get to have more for ourselves, we could be more abundant if we share and listen and spread the wealth. So what's good for the goose is good for the gander, we believe that. Under the trine, under the difficult aspects, we can believe more in keeping and stinginess and clinging, and that's what leads to the challenges. So becoming more trusting under the difficult transits, be more willing to accept and look for the right help, being more Trish under the difficult transits, that's my answer. So, so with the opposition, we can really see, Jewel, I have a quick question about the trine and the sextile and the romantic relationship. So with the trine, would you say there's a higher likelihood of, like, having like a serious relationship that's not going to be bad? It's higher than with a sextile, right? Well, both of them, we can attract things that are good for us, things that are enriching for us, people that want to give to us appropriately. But the trine is more common for us to develop something that does stick. It's something that's that's not transient. It is something we can really invest in and put some roots down with. It's, it's not unusual for something to show up for us that is good. Got it. Thank you. It's not as common with the sextile, but with the trine, it is considered common.
All right, so with the opposition, we can see others outside of us as trying to take something from us, trying to steal our wealth, our, uh, what we give sexually or sensually. And we can feel that we, we are either being impoverished or we are having to, for some reason, or having to be selfish. That may be true. We may be having to be selfish if we are experiencing an imbalance of the give and take. But if we're experiencing a thing of a theme of selfishness, we're the source in one way or another. We're either not, we either undervaluing ourselves from the beginning and then having to exact a more appropriate price on the back end, or we are being more overtly selfish and, uh, having to be more giving or experiencing, you know, some epiphanies in how our own vanity, their idea of how somebody else should give to us or enrich us, us, or make us wealthier. We could look at how we ourselves have been financially abused or have been financially abusive or physically so. So we can experience some things of feeling like something has been forcibly taken from us. We could be the one that realizes that we have been the forceful taker. It, it depends on what you're dealing with going into this, and, and it could be a bit of both. But this is a transit where we can actually experience a pretty big dent to our self-esteem if we realize how selfish or insecure we've been, controlling even. So it's different for different people. What, what we see because with oppositions, these are always representing stories that we show up with about others, and there's some kind of comparison between ourselves and others that it results in inferiority or superiority, and it's one of the basic structures, building blocks of identity. And these are some of our deepest stories about our desirability, the desirability of others. These could be combative years that we deal with. So the, uh, scales will have to balance differently for different people. For some people that go into this opposition, always have given too much, um, or having experienced a lot of poverty or a lack of physical or sexual fulfillment, this could be where we finally demand what it is that we really deserve. We can get back some resources, some money, some stuff, refunds. We can get back some things by really responding to these external sources or to people that we can see, I've been getting a free ride. If it's us that have been has been taking liberties, then we may have to do the paying. We may have to be the one that balances through giving instead of the receiving. We can also use our power of attraction and of desirability against others. We can end up feeling pretty bad about ourselves if we're trying to inspire jealousy, if we haven't looked at how we ourselves must be, must be superior in some way in the comparison game. Many times with Venus-Pluto aspects in the birth chart, among women, we don't understand when we have these in our chart why others are jealous, especially the opposition between Venus and Pluto, and that has something to do, that, that, uh, experience of jealousy, others wanting something from us or or being envious of us or not liking us. Um, we know on some level that that's proof from others or the environment around us that we have something that they want. So we're looking at some really deep stories about how we ingratiate ourselves to others, how we please others, how we compare to others. So epiphanies can happen with the opposition regarding how it is that we are being opposed, uh, by others around us, women around us, people that we look to to tell us what we're worth, our attractiveness, uh, what we have to offer, in terms of our balance, our contribution. We may find out that we've been presenting ourselves in such a way where we've been able to inflate our value, or maybe we've been representing ourselves in such a way where we didn't really appreciate our own value or know it, so we couldn't really advertise it or be honest about it because we just, we didn't know it. It's different for different people. We go into these, uh, transits with different stories. Um, all right, so do we have any questions?
