Do you struggle with unexplainable feelings sometimes? Do you struggle with suddenly having a thought and thinking, "Wait a minute, I don't want to do this, or I'm not really thinking this"? Do you struggle with sitting with people or large crowds, and afterward, feel so bad and drained? My love, unfortunately, you don't know how to protect your energy. I will explain how you can protect your energy, what you should be aware of, and how important this awareness is.
Hi guys, my name is Liz, and welcome back to my channel. Okay, let's get right into it. First things first: understand that your thoughts are sometimes not yours. Without getting spiritual, your thoughts can come from your parents, environment, teachers, friends—the way you think about life and things can come from those people. But it's not necessarily how *you* feel about those things; you took that opinion and made it your own. You shouldn't do that because sometimes it's not the right opinion, and you can feel when it's not. You can distance yourself and say, "You know what? I don't think that way." You have the power to think for yourself. The most confident people, the people that believe in themselves, always think for themselves.
We also have our own intuition. When you have a certain way of thinking—maybe it's your culture or whatever—you have to sit and think, "Is this really how I feel? Is this how I feel about the subject? Is this what I believe in?" If it's a yes, it's a yes. But if it's a no, it's okay; you can have your own opinion, your own thoughts. You don't have to take other people's thoughts.
Now, getting spiritual, your thoughts can also come from entities. Entities are not demons; they are basically spirits—humans that have died, but their soul and spirit haven't moved on yet. They might be scared to move on because they're scared of religion, think they'll go to hell, or whatever. So they haven't moved on and are still on Earth. Or, they're literally still seeking revenge on Earth for whatever happened in their lifetime. The ones seeking revenge are the dangerous ones because they like to influence people negatively. There are many ways entities can latch onto you, but I will discuss that later.
For example, when I was severely depressed for two years, I noticed that what I was thinking weren't my thoughts. I even got scared because I used to not believe in these things. I've experienced a lot of unexplainable paranormal things my whole life, but this was like, "Ooh, okay, Liz, now you have to watch out." When you're very depressed, stuck in your trauma, you're vibrating on a low level. When you're vibrating on a low level, it's easier for an entity to latch on to you. When you're vibrating high—working towards healing, bettering yourself, finding joy again, being positive, looking at life in a brighter way—they almost cannot attach to you; it's impossible because you're very protected in that state.
When I was going through my trauma and depression, I was in a very low vibrational state. One day, I woke up and suddenly had this thought: "Liz, just jump out the window!" I knew for sure I wasn't thinking this. It was like, "Jump out! Jump out!" I started contemplating, "Should I jump out? Am I really thinking this right now?" Then I understood I wasn't thinking this; this was something outside of myself. So I calmed down and didn't do anything. Because the voice wouldn't stop, I took a cold shower until it stopped. Another day, I was scrolling on Instagram, and suddenly I had this thought: "Oh, this person is so ugly, so bad. I hate this person…" so many negative things, one after another. Again, I realized these weren't my thoughts. I took a cold shower. I started to realize, "Liz, you are in a vulnerable state; you have to be very careful of the things you're thinking."
The same thing happened with a friend of mine. She was in a very depressed state, and I took her to my therapist for soul healing. My therapist told her to watch out for her thoughts because they weren't hers; there were entities around her. When you're looking at someone or talking to them and suddenly get nasty or bad thoughts, understand when those thoughts aren't yours. Ask yourself, "Is this what I'm thinking right now? Is this really what I want right now?" Your intuition will give you the answer.
Understand when your energy is not yours. Since I was young, I could feel energies from people. I didn't know what it was, but I could feel it, and I knew it wasn't normal. For example, I had two friends when I was eight or ten years old, and when they talked to me, I knew when they had gossiped about me. I knew when someone had bad intentions toward me. As I got older, it got more intense. I had friends who were so nice, saying all the right things, but I could feel they weren't good people. I'd ignore it, give them the benefit of the doubt, but I was always right. When I started removing my traumas and had spiritual awakenings and soul healings, my intuition became very strong. I can feel the energy of a room, of a person I just met. When this started intensely, I didn't know how to handle it. I'd go home and lock myself in my apartment; I couldn't be around a lot of people because it was draining me. I was taking on people's energies, their hurt, trauma—everything. I'd come home and be depressed. I understood I needed to know how to protect myself.
A few weeks ago, I met a friend. I was feeling good, happy. I went to her, still happy. Then we started talking, and I started feeling insecure and desperate. I asked myself where this was coming from, and I understood: I was picking up on her energy. Those weren't my feelings. This is what you need to do: Don't take other people's energies as your own. Track yourself when you go out. Before leaving your house, ask yourself how you feel. Then, after interacting with someone, how do you feel? Do you feel bad, drained, or whatever they're feeling? If nothing happened, but you feel bad afterward, that means you had an energy exchange. It's good to notice in the moment that it's not yours; you don't have to take it as yours; it's theirs.
What you can do is pray. You don't have to pray a specific way. Saying, "God, please protect me," is a prayer. Mention God every day; ask for what you want. Before I leave the house, I say, "I'm divinely guided and protected, and God, please protect me." After interacting with someone, I go home and sage myself. Sage is good to cleanse your space and yourself. My therapist uses sage to cleanse houses with entities. Saging yourself after an interaction will make you feel lighter. I also say this mantra: "I call back all my power from all people, places, and situations that have been stealing it without my consent. Now, I give back any power and energy that is not mine to carry." Say that before you sleep, after an interaction, and when you wake up. You call your power back to you.
Don't fear things never meant for you. A nail lady once complimented me, and I complimented her glasses. She said she wore them because she was scared of getting glaucoma, like her mother. I told her that just because her mother got it doesn't mean she will. Doctors might say it's in your DNA, but you manifest that with your fear. Fear is a strong emotion; when we fear something, we attract it. Constantly thinking you'll get a disease creates that disease when it doesn't exist. What happened to her mother was meant to happen for her soul; there's a lesson there. But just because that was her mother's purpose doesn't mean it's hers. We're all separate souls with separate missions. Stop taking on other people's diseases and fears.
I had a friend who went to a tarot reader who told her to watch out for cars. She was afraid of cars, and I told her she was manifesting a car accident. She was living with that fear, creating that reality. Even if the accident didn't happen, she lived in a state of mind where it would, so her body started to believe it would. It was never meant for her. Stop taking on other people's fears and problems; they're not yours, honey. We are our biggest enemies; we judge ourselves and put ourselves in bad situations. But you have the power to get yourself out of it. Stop thinking life is a set way; you have the power to make it go the way you want.
I had female family members who said, "Love is not for me; men are not good to me; I'll never find a good man." You will not find a good man if you constantly tell yourself that. You're repeating these affirmations; how will your reality look? You'll attract bad men and not attract love because you're not open to it. Be careful what you put into your mind. Don't engage in negative news, negative people, or negative media. You're constantly watching negative videos, reading negative news filled with lies, engaging with negative people. You constantly feel bad after talking to them. You don't have to do that. You can say no. You can watch the news, but if it's constantly negative, you're in a low vibrational state.
Higher-ups want to control you, so they keep you in a low vibrational state. Entities can get attached, and you're not powerful; you won't be conscious, able to think for yourself. They don't want you to think for yourself; they want you to be a slave. To keep you there, they try to be as negative as possible so you feel bad. If you have negative friends or family, it's okay to say you don't want to listen. I had a family member constantly tell me their traumas, so I told them to go to therapy. I'm carrying my own traumas; I can't carry theirs. Therapists are there to listen and help. They got better, feeling better. Saying it to me and me giving advice when you're not listening won't help. I can't help others if I can't help myself first. I can't afford to be down and low vibrational because of other people.
The same goes for negative comments or haters. Don't listen to them; they're not even people to me. When I see a hate comment, I see someone trying to get my energy. I don't even rate them; they're Gremlins. Don't listen to haters or negative people because your energy is going there. Your energy is yours, for your loved ones and people who appreciate you, not for people who want to drain you. Don't kiss or sleep with random people. This is a way entities can get attached to you. I had a friend who started having sleep paralysis and seeing weird things after sleeping with a guy who also experienced paranormal things. He had entities around him. She stopped sleeping with him, and the paranormal stuff stopped. It's so important to watch out who you sleep with. How can you get closer to someone than to physically be inside of each other? Whatever traumas or entities that person has, you'll take on, and vice versa. Imagine sleeping with many people—that's a lot to take on. You won't feel good afterward. Men and women who sleep with many people are always depressed because of the energy exchange. Be careful. Don't listen to people saying it's good to sleep around; it's not. Think about your soul and energy; you are sacred; your body is sacred; don't share it with just anyone.
Don't allow random people into your house. Your house is a sacred place where you sleep and spend private time. Random people shouldn't come over; you don't know what they're carrying. What's around them might stay in your place, and you'll start experiencing things you don't like. I've had to cleanse my house. Your house is a sacred place; don't just allow random people in.
Don't spend your energy trying to fix or change someone. I've done this for years, trying to fix someone close to me, but my energy didn't work. I had sleepless nights. I won't give up on someone I love, but I came to a point where I realized I was wasting my energy, stressing so much. It's better to let it go. I stood back and said, "If you want to change, you'll change, but I can't make you change; it's not my responsibility." This person started changing themselves because they realized I was right. You can bend over backward, but if someone doesn't want to change, they won't. Not for you, not for their mother or father—no one. A person has to want to change themselves. If you're pouring your energy into someone and they don't change, it's time to back off. It's on them now. It's their issue. Sometimes they go through things where you think they deserve better, but maybe it's their life lesson, mission, or karma. You can't intervene; you have to step back. The same goes for men and women trying to change their partners. You cannot fix anyone; you cannot make them change. When a person decides they want to change, that's when they will. People tell me I changed their lives; no, you changed your life. I just make the content; you decide what you do with it. You decided to change; I was just a tool.
Don't engage in unnecessary fights to protect your energy. I constantly get comments or DMs about my appearance, and I could respond and fight, but why? Why would I give my sacred energy to them so they can feed off of me? I'd go to sleep feeling bad, overthinking. No, let them keep their shitty energy. I feel bad for them; they sleep with that heart. I feel bad for you, and I wish you healing and blessings.
Salt baths and cleansing showers are important. When showering, visualize the water taking off dark energy. Visualize light coming out of the water and pouring onto you. Say, "This water is cleansing me from anything not serving my highest good." Salt is good to cleanse your energy; lay in it. Cleansing in the ocean also takes away negative energy. Use nature to cleanse and ground yourself. Walking barefoot grounds you, especially if you struggle with anxiety or panic attacks.
Cover a mirror facing your bed. A mirror can be a portal for things to come in and out. People who don't cover their mirrors often have sleep paralysis and nightmares. I covered my mirror, and I don't have sleep paralysis or nightmares anymore.
It's important to know about the soul and understand ourselves on a spiritual level. Everything is our soul, and things affect our soul. Life is much deeper than we understand. The more you know, the more you understand how powerful you are and that you control a lot of things—almost everything. I hope this video reaches people open to this subject and understand life on a deeper level. I hope you enjoyed this video, guys. I love you guys so much, and I appreciate you guys so much. May God bless you to the fullest extent with everything your heart desires. I love you guys so much. Bye-bye.
