Hey, what's going on? My name is Lee Hay. I'm with RRCA.
I don't know if you heard what's going on in the neighborhood. All your neighbors are getting new roofs. They've had a lot of damage. Many of your neighbors didn't win the lottery. They got 50 to 80% of their roof covered by the insurance. It was paid for by insurance because they had legitimate damage from storms.
Now, uh my drone detected damage on your roof. And if you have legitimate damage, you'd want it covered, right? Okay, great.
But see, that pitch immediately leads with insurance. And there's nothing wrong with that pitch cuz it sets them up for the next agreement, which is the contingency agreement, which says, "Hey, look. If you have legitimate damage, you want it covered, right? Well, look. Contingent upon approval, we do the work for what the insurance pays. No approval, no cost."
