Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome back to the channel.

I guess you need to dive into all of the content we've been producing to really understand what we're going to be talking about in this video. So, I don't normally tell you to go back and watch previous videos, but I would definitely recommend it. We're now at a point where we can conclusively and definitively say what on Binance belongs to TfL. We have transaction hashes. We've got all of the data available for everybody. And I've broken this down in the previous video, but what I've done is simplified everything and got it all in one spreadsheet for everybody. So, you can also go at the end of this video to our Google Drive link. You can grab those documents and you can go and verify every single piece of information and all of the numbers and the transaction hashes to know that I yes am telling the truth and yes, this data is in fact genuine.

I see a lot of people who are saying, "How did TfL miss this? Why didn't the courts know about this if they had all of the information?" And they didn't. This is the list that they had, which is trial exhibit P301 in its original form. Everybody has got far too used to all of the data that we've provided here on the channel thinking that that is what was produced to all of the courts during the civil and criminal case, and it wasn't. It was just merely this list. No numbers, no anything. Judge A. Inglemmyer himself stated during the criminal proceedings that he did not know how much TfL had or still had remaining. Nor did he know how much Ducoin had in personal assets.

To conclude, the SEC did not have all of the right information, nor did they have access to the amounts, nor did they have access to the memos. They're in the exact same position that we were. The courts really should have had a list like this available. Especially the prosecution needed to really go out and do all of the work, take the time, energy, and effort as I have to gain all of this information because you can clearly see they have not fulfilled the final judgment. And the final judgment isn't like burn these assets because I said so. It's burning them because they're all illicit. They are illegally gained assets. Not only that, they pose a significant risk to our entire ecosystem. This CEO of TfL said to us he doesn't know who has access to these funds and we're all sat here dillydallying about.

The thing that irritates me most at the moment is the amount of money the United States spent on getting Ducoin extradited to the US to be charged to only be able to slap him with 15 years and not even get conspiracy charges on him. That's absolutely ridiculous. The lack of people with the understanding of crypto that were involved in prosecuting him is quite clear. It was zero to none and the prosecution have failed absolutely everybody including myself, you and everybody else that's involved with Terral Luna Classic because TfL haven't missed a couple hundredk USC. We are now talking about 30% approximately of the total circulating supply. Can you even imagine how much that is in dollar value?

Right, I've condensed everything down into a far simpler format that you can all understand when it's on screen now and then afterwards when you go to the Google Drive and download these files yourself. On the left hand side, we've got the incoming transactions that TfL sent to Binance. And on the right hand side, we've got the transactions that TFL sent back from Binance to their onchain wallets. And we've got all of the transaction IDs. I can move these out here. You can copy and paste any one of these. I can show you just now. Flick over to Terafinder, search that, and it's going to produce that exact transaction that you just copied in. There's a lot going on in this data, but it's very easy for you to simply go and verify yourself. Check that all of these transaction hashes are working and then add up all of the funds yourself. Do what I did. Yes, it might take you some time, but if you want to go through the verification process and you don't trust me, then that is exactly what you're going to need to do.

So, let me zoom back into around 80% and let's take a scroll down. And what I've also done is added in the memo log system as well where we show you exactly what wallets were used to send assets to Binance and the memo that was harnessed during those transactions. So, at the bottom here, you can see three just over 3 billion USC was sent for all time. And then just down here on the outgoing, only 247 million was sent back to the onchain wallets. In my previous video, I accidentally added on one transaction that wasn't from TfL. So, I removed that and that's the official number. And what we can do is simply subtract the outgoing from the incoming and you have the remaining number for USC that belongs to TfL. This is concrete data. It does not get any more sure than this. All of this data has been produced by an archive node. All of this data has come directly from the chain in just the same way that I copied that transaction ID. I searched through the finder and it produced the transaction. The archive node just does this on a broad scale. The whole point behind this video is to really get everything. So, it is completely verifiable. And like I said at the beginning of the video, there's a link in the description below for you to go and download this data yourself.

Let's scroll over now and let's go upwards towards the memo log, which is very important. This is what gave us the ability to actually go out and find all of the TfL funds, what they sent to Binance, and then what they sent back on chain. And each one of these memos is exactly how we have filtered for all of these transactions. As you can see here, all of the outgoings as well. Let me just open up that transaction ID a little bit wider for everybody and take a second scroll down just to get absolutely all of that in. It's shocking for me to see people in such disbelief and I get it. It's 30% of the overall USC supply. It's a significant amount and people are in denial. That's definitely going to be the first stage. And a lot of GP's followers being Greenpeace. I don't know why I abbreviated that then. not scared of this guy one bit and not going to be shied away or pushed off of producing factual conclusive data that proves that this guy is lying about everything that he said in terms of Binance holdings being LUNC and USC.

The funny thing here really is we've located exactly who the bulk of the USC on Binance belongs to, which is TfL, and that means that those assets must burn. You're talking about a 30% supply destruction event. This is massive. It's huge. This will be the biggest USC burn ever. No one else has been able to provide you anything close to this. Definitely not Greenpeace. So for everybody who's like, "Oh, this is really bad for Binance." Hang on a minute. The USC doesn't belong to them and it's a significant amount and guess what? It needs to burn. So, the more of this evidence that comes forward, the more we can pull away from Binance's grasp around this chain's throat, acting as if they hold all of the cards when really they don't. We as a blockchain hold all of the cards. They didn't want us to come knocking for any of these assets. And for almost four long years, you have not had any answers in regards to why is there so much USC remaining on Binance that does not move. Well, here you go. Here's all of the data. Here's the evidence. Here's the numbers that prove it conclusively. On top of that, it shows that Binance has some kind of hidden system. One for the public doings, one for the private doings.

Now, the approximate total amount is around 3.18 billion in total when it comes down to the USC that we have available to burn. That's what's on Binance and what remains in Project Dawn. And that is currently valued at $22.9 million. Terraform Labs did not miss a small amount by any means. This is substantial. If anyone has access to any of those wallets, gains those funds, we're screwed as a blockchain. So, for those of you who are wondering what comes next, I'm going to have to pursue these legally. I'm going to have to go through the SEC and make them get TFL to come back and abide by the final judgment fully. Considering the amount of funds that they have missed, this is something that yes, they are very interested in and yes, I am already in contact with a liaison. I was away for 4 months and during that time, conspiracy theories and tinfoil hat specialists seem to have taken over in the validating set. It's time to get rid of the fake people and it's time for the real genuine people that are here for the blockchain, that build for the blockchain and develop for the blockchain to become supported.

Links to everything below. Go to the Google Drive, download the documents, and go and check it yourself. Share it with everybody. We need to ensure that people like Greenpeace are seen as the conspiracy theorists that they are. I catch you in the next one.
