Friends, I want you to take your hand and pat yourself on the back because we called it. We told them so literally a year ago. The relationship between the Musk family, Jeffrey, and the UAE and Saudi Arabia is so extensive and so untapped by mainstream media. And I hope this is the precipice of these facts not going under the radar anymore.
Okay, so remember last year when we did the Elon Musk deep dive, we learned a lot about Elon Musk's SEC lawsuit that he was hit with after he publicly announced via Twitter that he was taking Tesla private. That singular tweet caused Tesla's stock to go crazy and Elon Musk's investors lost a lot of money. In these legal proceedings, we learned that Elon Musk, with the help of a third party that he was not compelled to name in court, had secured an investment to take Tesla private via the Saudi public investment fund.
The Saudi public investment fund, as we've talked about, is a state-owned fund of over a trillion dollars, and it is a central economic tool for Saudi Arabia. This fund is controlled at the very tippy tippy top by Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, NBS, longtime friend and associate of Jeffrey. NBS has the final say in every investment that is made by the Saudi public investment fund. But there are many advisors and businessmen in his inner circle who do the leg work of creating the deals. And ultimately NBS has the final say.
Right around the time that Elon Musk tweeted out that he was taking Tesla private, just days after Jeffrey had one of his last major interviews before his July 2019 arrest. For this interview, Jeffrey invited a reporter from the New York Times into his townhouse in New York. Basically, to kind of have like a day in the life with Jeffrey so that this reporter could write a profile on him. In this interview, Jeffree admitted to working with Elon Musk and Tesla. He also confirmed his deep connections to the Saudi government, including his friendship with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, Muhammad bin Salman.
Also happening right around this same time, just a few months before this New York Times interview took place with Jeffrey, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, NBS, Jeffrey's close friend, was being introduced to many different industrial billionaires and tech billionaires, including Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, and the Trump and Kushner family. But I think the public had a hard time making these connections. One of the reasons being was because this New York Times interview where all of these admissions were made about Jeffrey's connection to Tesla into the Saudi Arabian government. This interview did not come out until 2 days after Jeffree passed away. So it was conducted about 11 months before his arrest in August of 2018 within days of Elon Musk tweeting out that he was taking Tesla private. But we did not learn this information. It did not come out to the public until 2 days after Jeffree passed away.
So, there was like a gap in understanding for the public within Elon Musk's legal battle because he was sued by the SEC for defrauding his investors by tweeting out that he was taking Tesla private without informing any of his investors. They all learned on Twitter. But he confirmed in a court of law that this deal to take Tesla private was completely solid and that had been confirmed to him by the unnamed third party who was acting as the middleman between Elon Musk and Tesla and the Saudi public investment fund. But the deal between Tesla and the Saudi public investment fund ultimately fell apart. Coincidentally, right around the time that Jeffrey was arrested and passed away. And if I'm remembering correctly, Elon Musk was ultimately found not guilty of defrauding his investors and had to pay out a settlement to them.
But like I said, Elon Musk was never compelled by the court to name who that unnamed third party was negotiating the deal to take Tesla private with the Saudi public investment fund. But in our Elon Musk deep dive, we discussed dates and timelines between Elon Musk tweeting out that he was going to take Tesla private, Jeffrey's New York Times interview, Jeffrey's friendship with multiple different figures within the Saudi government, the timing of Jeffrey's close friends from the Saudi Arabian government being introduced to the tech billionaires of the US and Elon statements in court, we came to the conclusion that the most likely unnamed middleman was likely Jeffrey.
Additionally, we know that it is in Elon Musk's nature to shift blame cuz he can't take accountability for anything. Why did he not throw the unnamed third party under the bus in court if they were the ones arranging the deal that ultimately cost Elon Musk and Tesla thousands and thousands of dollars in settlement fees? Why would he want to keep that information so close to the chest, especially when he is a professional at deflecting blame? Maybe because the middleman was Jeffrey. Maybe the reason the deal fell apart was because the middleman was arrested.
When you really think about it, how would he even have explained to the court that the middleman arranging this deal was Jeffrey without outing all of his other ties to Jeffree that at this time were just skeletons in his closet. Nobody really knew about the connections. No one really talked about the entire Musk family's connections to Jeffrey until recently, even though their connections go back 15 plus years, as Jeffree allegedly tooured Space X back in 2012 with the approval of Elon and his brother Kimell Musk. And Kimell Musk dated one of the women in Jeffrey's inner circle all the way back in 2011.
There are only two women given the context clues we have, given the information in the files that Kimble Musk could have dated. In my opinion, with the evidence I'm going to show you right now, I believe the woman that Kimell Musk dated was Jennifer Kalin. But Jennifer Kalin is far from the biggest problem in Jeffrey's network. I will not say the same thing about Sarah Kellen, who is the other American citizen, who technically Kimble could have dated, but I personally do not believe that Kimble dated Sarah Kellen. And the reason I believe that it was Jennifer and not Sarah Kellen, the reason I believe it was Jennifer Kalin is because of this information.
Probably remember us talking about this in the Elon Musk deep dive. After Kimell and Elon Musk were not working well together and were regularly getting into physical altercations at work, Kimell decided to take a step away from the tech world and he entered culinary school in New York City and now he's the owner of multiple different restaurants in present day. Jennifer Kalin, who was within Jeffrey's network, who was married legally to Jeffrey's ex-girlfriend, Karina, was also in culinary school in New York City at the time that Kimble Musk was in New York City for culinary school. And we know from the Business Insider article that I've been referencing when talking about this situation, one of the sources I've been referencing, it talks about who the person who dated Kimell Musk is without actually saying her name. And they also say the woman was going through an emotional rough patch before she met Kimell and the pair had shared interests. You can see here on her LinkedIn, she has listed her job experience as being a chef.
And if we look back at some of the older articles surrounding Jeffree, we can learn a lot about Jennifer. Jennifer told me that she had come to New York from Minnesota to be a model and wound up in a difficult relationship with a man. Enter Jeffrey who rescued her from it and gave her a job as an assistant. He also gave her free use of an apartment on East 66th near where he lived in 1989. When she told him that she dreamed of being a chef, he paid for her to take courses at the Culinary Institute of America, arranged a part-time internship for her at a steakhouse, and found her a full position in the food industry. There's the shared interest right there.
But unlike some of the women who were involved with any kind of a relationship with Jeffrey or in his orbit in any way, Jennifer Kalin has shown up in solidarity at different court dates that victims have been present in court at. She has done interviews with the news showing her face, sharing who she is to ensure that she lets the world know, lets the victims of Jeffree know that she is with them. She is standing in solidarity with them.
Know now even Elon Musk himself admits to going to Jeffrey's New York townhouse with his wife Tula back when they were married. So the connections with the Musk family and Jeffrey go way back further than people realize during these court proceedings that was not public knowledge. And if Elon were to say, "Well, Jeffrey was the middleman working this deal," it would have opened a whole can of worms. A can of worms that's now open. But at the time he could not foresee that happening.
Now in present day from Jeffrey's emails and from information that the House Oversight Committee is releasing, we're learning that one of Jeffrey's friends who works very closely with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia named Sultan Ahmad bin Salam was trying to contact and make deals with Elon Musk as early as 2015, which really shouldn't surprise us as we know. By 2015, Jeffrey had been connected with the Musk family for quite some time. And Sultan Ahmad bin Salam is someone who just in general needs more attention. His photos have been released multiple times along with Jeffrey in the House Oversight Committee photo dumps that they're doing. We're learning he was a lot closer to Jeffrey than we realize because we usually just focus on the relationship between Jeffrey and MBS and we sometimes miss characters like this guy.
And upon examining some older photos of Jeffrey, I'm noticing that Sultan Ahmad bin Sulam was with Jeffrey a lot in this infamous photo that is meant to highlight Jeffrey and Les Wexner at a Victoria's Secret fashion show together. You can see sitting next to Jeffrey is Sultan Ahmad bin Sleam. Sultan Ahmad bin Salam is the CEO of a major UAE company called DP World and his company is partnered with the Saudi public investment fund as the Saudi public investment fund has invested over $2.4 billion into Sultan Ahmad bin Salam's UAE company. I think he's someone who just kind of needs his own deep dive because he's been very close to the Trump family since the early 2000s. Here he is in a photo with Don Jr. and there's Andrew Farcus right there next to him. And I'm sure you guys remember Andrew Farcus is the founder, the CEO of Insignia Financial Group. Jonathan Farcus was a very close friend of Jeffrey. We've talked about some emails between Jonathan and Jeffrey, where Jonathan Farcus was talking about cheating on his wife. And Jonathan Farcus is also married to Smers Farcus, who is the current US ambassador to Malta. He is also close with Richard Branson, who is a longtime friend of not only Jeffrey, but the Obama family. Survivors of Jeffrey's network have named Richard Branson as a co-conspirator and he has other essay allegations against him as well. But that has not stopped figures like President Obama vacationing with him and being friendly with him and even inviting him to the White House. Honestly, both of these men in this photo need their own deep dive because the further I dive into Richard Branson and Obama's friendship, the more disturbed I am. But anyways, we told them.
