And in today's video, we're going to cover the Exposure by Strike tool. This is a phenomenal tool, and it helps us locate and figure out where institutions are positioned based off of the Greeks and their exposure. So let's get into it.

So what is Exposure by Strike? Exposure by Strike highlights where market makers are most heavily positioned in terms of Delta, Gamma, Vanna, and Charm. This can help predict when and where they might need to buy or sell the underlying asset to hedge their risk.

Identify key price levels with the Exposure by Strike. The Exposure by Strike helps traders spot critical strike prices where significant option exposure exists. These levels often act as magnet points for price action, where market participants may see increased volatility, trend reversals, or strong momentum due to market maker adjustments.

Now, how can we anticipate volatility with Exposure by Strike? By understanding the concentration of Gamma exposure, traders can anticipate periods of increased volatility. High Gamma at certain strike prices may lead to aggressive hedging by market makers, causing sharp price movement as the price and underlying asset approaches or moves past these strikes.

Now that we have an understanding of what Exposure by Strike is, let's get into the Greeks so we could really understand how we can use them in our trading.

So what is Delta? Delta measures how much an option strike will change for a $1 move in the underlying asset. It also reflects the likelihood that an option will expire in the money.

Why Delta Exposure Matters. Delta exposure by strike shows where market makers are hedging significant positions. When Delta exposure is high at certain strike prices, market makers may need to buy or sell large amounts of the underlying asset, which can influence price direction.

Key Insights into Delta Exposure. Traders can use Delta exposure to anticipate where large players might push the market, especially near key strike levels. Delta hedging can also provide and drive price action as market makers look to balance their risk.

Now, what's Gamma Exposure? First, let's start off with what is Gamma. Gamma measures the rate of change of Delta relative to the movement in the underlying asset, and it reflects how sensitive Delta is to price fluctuations.

Why is Gamma Exposure so important and why does it matter? Gamma exposure by strike highlights where market makers may need to make large, rapid adjustments to their hedging positions. High Gamma can lead to increased price volatility, especially near option expiration.

Now, what are some key insights with Gamma Exposure? We can look at Gamma exposure to gauge how much volatility to expect at certain strike prices. And the last but not least, Charm Exposure. Now, what is Charm? Charm measures how Delta changes over time, particularly as expiration is approaching. It often refers to as the time decay of Delta.

Why Charm Exposure Matters. Charm exposure by strike helps traders understand how the passage of time will affect the market makers' position as options near expiration. Significant Charm exposure can force market makers to adjust their positions in response to the Delta decay.

Now, some key insights on the Charm Exposure. Traders can use Charm exposure to anticipate how time decay will drive price action, especially in the final days or hours before expiration. High Charm exposure near key strikes may lead to sudden shifts in Delta, causing last-minute volatility or sharp price movements.

Now that we went over the basics, how can we use them together? Well, we can anticipate volatility and momentum. When we see high Gamma exposure, this could indicate where rapid price movements might occur, while Delta exposure shows us where market makers are positioned. Together, these reveal where and when volatility could spike, helping traders position themselves ahead of a potential price swing.

Now, it also helps us with our timing of our entries and exits. Vanna and Charm provide insights into how changes in volatility and time affect Delta. By analyzing these alongside Delta and Gamma, traders can better time their entries and exits, particularly around key expiration dates or volatile events.

Now, we could also spot some high impact strikes with these tools as well. Using these tools together helps identify strike prices with the highest influence on market makers. These levels can become key price magnets, offering traders an advantage when placing trades around high impact strikes.
