We can see and feel how far you have come on your journey. Every small step of your evolution registers with us, even the ones you think are insignificant. From our perspective, none of your progress is ever missed. Your light is shining brighter than ever, and it is truly beautiful to behold. Every time you make a loving choice or overcome an obstacle in life, we witness an increase in that light. It gets our attention in the best possible way.
Now, we want to tell you about a tremendous wave of ascension energy that is headed your way. This gigantic ascension wave will activate you in new ways and unlock even more of the potential we already sense within you. As this wave arrives, it will set you on a path of greater freedom, flexibility, passion, joy, and love. Its effects will be felt by each of you individually and also by your collective, drawing you closer together through its high vibrations.
As this powerful energy begins moving through you, it will naturally stir up anything that needs to be released. You might notice old emotions, memories, or patterns rising to the surface of your awareness. This is happening so that you can clear out the lower frequency energies and old wounds that have been stored inside you for far too long, perhaps even across lifetimes. In order to hold more of the new high-frequency light, you must create space by letting go of the denser stuff. So do not be alarmed if you find yourself facing uncomfortable feelings or revisiting old issues in the days and weeks to come. Remind yourself that this is a necessary cleansing process. And though it may feel challenging in the moment, it is leading you to brighter days. You are essentially doing an energetic house cleaning, making room for the higher light of the ascension wave to fully integrate. Whenever you feel something heavy coming up, remember our message. It is coming up so you can finally release it and make way for more of your light. Though it might be uncomfortable at times, trust the process. You are clearing out the old to make way for something new and wonderful.
[Music] At the same time that you are releasing what no longer serves you, it is important to open yourself up to receive what is already yours. These incoming higher frequencies. The energy flowing in now is not random. It is part of a deliberate transmission that we along with many of our friends from around the galaxy have set into motion for you. This is one of the ways we can support and assist you. In fact, countless benevolent beings have lent their energy to this effort because your ascension is an event of great importance to us all. Understand that we cannot do your growth for you or force changes upon you. But we can offer these waves of energy as a gentle boost to aid you in your natural ascension process. Every energetic transmission we send is meant to empower you and activate more of the greatness that lies within. All you need to do is allow it in. Think of this energy as a gift that your higher self has orchestrated for you. A gift that will keep on giving as you move forward. By staying open and receptive, you let this benevolent energy do what it is meant to do: raise you up to the next level of your journey.

You chose to be here for this grand ascension, and all of your experiences so far have prepared you to receive and integrate this upcoming wave. In fact, if you look back, you can recognize that every previous challenge or energy shift you navigated was training for this moment. It took a great deal of courage for you to choose this lifetime and these challenges. And we want to assure you that you absolutely have what it takes to succeed. From our broader perspective, your ascension is not just possible. It is assured and the end result is more glorious than you can even imagine.
[Music] Sometimes on your way to manifesting something you dearly want, you will find that you experience its opposite first. This may seem perplexing or frustrating, but it is actually serving you. Experiencing what you don't want can clarify your desires and ignite your passion for what you do want even more. In fact, these contrasts present a beautiful opportunity. They encourage you to summon more of your inner light and love and direct those energies into the new creation you are aiming for. Consider that the unwanted situation is like the pullback of a slingshot building potential energy. When you release that tension by focusing on what is desired, you launch yourself even further into a positive manifestation. For instance, someone who feels stuck in a very restrictive situation will launch a particularly strong desire for freedom, and that strong desire can carry them into an experience of greater liberation than they ever knew was possible. Similarly, a period of loneliness or heartbreak might ignite in someone a strong desire for true companionship. And that desire can line them up with a loving relationship more fulfilling than anything they've experienced before. And always remember, you are the ultimate creation in progress here. Every experience, whether you label it good or bad, wanted or unwanted, contributes to the evolution of your soul. Each scenario shows you more of who you are and what you are capable of. So even when life gives you what you once might have called a negative or bad experience, know that it isn't a setback at all. It's part of the process of refining your journey and propelling you toward the next wonderful thing you will create. Nothing that happens is ever wasted because all of it is making you more you.
So when you dream up a joyful new experience for yourself, know that you are really calling forth more of yourself to show up for it. You are asking your highest self to be an active participant in this next chapter of your life. Indeed, whenever you reach for something beyond what you've lived before, you are summoning your own greater potential into action. You are saying to the universe and to your soul, "I'm ready for more of me to come online and make this happen." And that is a very good thing. There is nothing more satisfying for us to witness than you stepping into more of who you really are. When you answer that inner call, you draw more of your soul's essence into this life, and you grow exponentially. You allow more of your soul's light to flow into your human experience. So, do not shy away from desiring big, wonderful things. Recognize that your new desires are your own spirit's way of guiding you to expand. Embracing them means embracing more of your true self. However, we also see that many of you talk yourselves out of your dreams before they even have a chance to take flight. It is as though you psych yourselves out by coming up with a list of reasons why it can't happen or why you aren't good enough or worthy enough to have it. Often these limiting ideas were given to you by society or past disappointments, but they are not the ultimate truth of who you are. Then you cling to that list of limitations as if it were absolute truth. We invite you to drop that list entirely. Release those self-imposed limitations.
The next time you catch yourself thinking of all the obstacles between you and your dream, stop and remember this. Every creation you can conceive of already exists within you. The experiences you yearn for are not outside of you at all. They are a part of you waiting to be realized. If you exist, then so does the reality you desire. It's within your field of possibilities. So instead of asking whether you can have what you want, start asking how you can bring that inner possibility to life. The key is to make the creation of your desired experience an inside job rather than an outside struggle. Instead of fixating on what actions you need to take or what needs to change out there, begin by cultivating the feeling of that experience inside of you. What would it feel like in your body, in your heart, in your very being if your dream were manifest right now? Spend time with that feeling. Let it grow and fill you up. In doing so, you are tuning your vibration to match that reality. You are aligning with it energetically. In fact, whenever a new desire is born within you, you often receive a little energetic preview of it in your imagination or feelings. If you pay attention to that initial preview, you can learn a great deal about the essence of your desire and even refine it before any physical steps are taken. We encourage you to revisit that inner experience over and over. Each time you do, you are clarifying and solidifying your alignment with what you want. And once you've achieved that inner alignment, the outer world will follow. The experience you seek will flow into your life because it must. That's how the universe works. It reflects your state of being. When you become a living, breathing embodiment of the experience you want, you can't avoid attracting it. In fact, you'll be guiding it straight to your doorstep. Remember that any experience you can imagine for yourself already exists energetically and it already exists inside of you. This means you do not have to struggle or strive to create it out of thin air. Instead, you allow it to emerge from within. You nurture it internally and then let it blossom into your physical reality. This approach is so much easier and more joyful than the old paradigm of relentless effort and worry. You might even find that the journey toward your desire becomes fun when you approach it this way. You can walk the path with a smile, knowing that it is all unfolding in perfect timing. You don't need to force anything or stress over every detail because you trust that the experience is already yours on the inner plane. Wait to take action until you feel the inner impulse is clear and strong rather than acting out of worry. When your actions are inspired and aligned, the entire process becomes almost effortless. It's just a matter of when and how your creation will show up in the outer world. So relax into that knowing. Let the universe surprise and delight you with just how perfectly it can deliver what you've created within.
Another way to make your journey easier, especially amid the intensity of this new energy, is to remember that you are never without help. You do not have to carry the weight of the world on your own shoulders. When you look at your busy life, all the tasks, responsibilities, and goals, consider that you have a whole team of helpers in the non-physical realm who are eager to assist. If you want more ease and less struggle, start asking these helpers to lighten your load. We and many beings like us are here specifically to support you. No request is too small or trivial. Perhaps you have been conditioned to only pray or ask for help when things are dire. But we encourage you to shift that mindset. Make it a habit to consult your guides, angels, higher self, or whichever benevolent forces you resonate with on a regular basis. Invite us into your everyday activities. We have an abundance of energy and love to share and nothing makes us happier than seeing you use it. Yet many humans have been taught that they must do it all themselves to prove their worth. There is this idea that if you single-handedly fight through life's struggles, it somehow means you are more deserving of rewards in the end. But that is an outdated and unnecessary belief. You did not come into this life to prove yourself through toil and hardship. There is nothing you need to prove to anyone or to any divine scorekeeper. Your worthiness is a given. You are worthy of love, assistance, and all good things simply because you exist. So, it is time to take the burden of proof off of your back. There is no prize for the most overworked soul. Allowing help into your life does not make you lazy or unworthy. It makes you wise. It shows that you understand the true nature of the universe, that it is cooperative and collaborative, that we are all deeply connected, and that support is always available for those who ask.
When you do ask for help, have you noticed that it is usually only for the really big things in your life? You might ask for a miracle when facing a financial crisis, a serious illness, or a heartbreaking relationship issue. But how often do you ask for divine help with the little everyday things? We suspect not very often. Most of you wait until you are truly desperate before you remember to reach out. We suggest a different approach. Start asking for small favors and little blessings as a way of building your faith in the support that surrounds you. Let yourself experience being helped in ordinary ways and do it frequently. Notice how effortlessly these small things can come about once you start asking. In fact, it is often easier for you to receive these minor miracles than the big ones you have been praying on for years. By welcoming assistance in the little matters of life, you gradually build up your confidence and faith. You begin to understand on a deep level that if the universe is willing to help you find your keys or ease your daily schedule, then of course it will support you in the bigger things too. Your non-physical helpers love to help. It is what they are here for. So, let them do their job. Give yourself permission to let go of the reins a little bit. As you allow your guides and the universe to assist with the details, you will find you have more time and energy to focus on what brings you joy and fulfillment. Life is meant to include joy, not just effort. By handing over some of your burden to the angels, guides, or source, however you prefer to think of it, you free yourself up to live more and stress less. You might be amazed to find how smoothly things start to fall into place when you truly let go and allow the universe and your guides to handle the details. You might find that a friend suddenly calls with exactly the advice you needed or that an inspired idea for a solution pops into your head from seemingly nowhere. That trust you show by asking and then letting go is a powerful signal. It shows that you have faith in the unseen support around you and in the fundamental benevolence of life. That faith opens the door for even more grace to flow in. It creates a partnership between you and your helpers. With that partnership in place, you will start to feel truly supported and carried by the currents of love that are all around you.
Now, as you move through this process of creating and receiving, remember that there really is no such thing as a mistake. Neither you nor humanity as a whole is getting it wrong. Every choice you make, even if it does not lead where you expected, is an opportunity for discovery and growth. Think of yourself as an explorer. When an explorer heads down a path that doesn't yield treasure, it is not a failure. It is useful information. Similarly, if a decision or situation in your life didn't turn out as you'd hoped, you still learned something invaluable. You got to feel the vibrational results of that choice, which helps you refine your direction moving forward. In this universe, nothing is wasted. There is no final exam to pass, no cosmic scoreboard of right and wrong decisions. There is only experience and all experience contributes to your evolution. So, even a so-called wrong turn ends up adding to the fullness of your being. With that in mind, we encourage you to release any lingering regrets. Reframe your mistakes as valuable parts of your story, chapters that gave you depth and wisdom. This perspective keeps you empowered and moving forward rather than looking back in self-judgment.
Hand-in-hand with this idea is the understanding that challenges will still arise as you ascend, but they too are not signs of failure. When you face a new challenge after a big leap forward, it doesn't mean you have fallen off your path. In fact, often the souls who are advancing the most will take on some of the biggest challenges precisely because they know it will lead to even more light and expansion. It means remembering that you are a physical being as well as a spiritual one. Many spiritually minded individuals have a habit of dismissing the body or seeing it as an inconvenience. But your body is actually an amazing tool, ally, and vessel. It allows you to anchor high frequency energy into the physical plane.
