This is supposedly the most luxurious hotel in the world. The smallest room has a spiral staircase and a chandelier. The butlers won't even let you touch the elevator button. There are air-conditioned rooms by the pool. I now see why people rave about this seven-star service - it's truly exceptional quality.
We are at the Burj Al Arab, the supposedly most luxurious hotel in the world. Situated in Dubai, this hotel is known as a seven-star property due to its exceptional service and amenities provided to guests, setting it apart from the rest in terms of luxury and excellence. There are top-quality restaurants, swimming pools, spa, and gym facilities available.
Well, just to give you an idea, this place where I am making the intro is not the lobby, it is not a common area. This is the two-level room where I'm currently staying in, featuring a chandelier, and spanning approximately 200 square meters in size. And to be even more impressive, this is the simplest room there is. In this video I am going to tell you about my experience staying in this legendary establishment. So let's get started.
Normally I would say: Let's hit it, but this is Dubai, so I'll say: Yala. So come on, first things first and what I'm most curious about. What is the cost of staying at the iconic Burj Al Arab, a hotel often featured in magazines and on social media? Prices can vary depending on the season and availability, but my current rate for a three-night stay is 16,470 dirhams, approximately 5,470 dirhams per night. This translates to around $1,500, which, considering all that you receive, doesn't seem overly expensive. Rates for the Burj Al Arab have remained relatively stable over the years, making it a worthwhile investment for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
Now, don't get me wrong, this is indeed a sizable amount of money, but hear me out on my reasoning. I have stayed in supposedly very extravagant hotels and they are really much more expensive and I repeat, the level of luxury does not compare to what is offered in this establishment. Yes, it is not for nothing that they call themselves a seven star hotel, because on top of that this rate includes a breakfast buffet that is quite complete. I have the option to have my breakfast delivered to my room for an additional fee rather than going to the restaurant. But yes, the rate of 1500 dollars a night for the room, I repeat, the simplest room they have, seemed to me a very, quote unquote, reasonable price.
Now that we have completed the full tour, it's time for you to make a judgment. And where does all this talk about it being a seven-star hotel come from? Let's see, we should know that there really is no such thing as seven stars. It's more of a publicity stunt that they use. It is supposed to have originated in the year 1999, when they inaugurated the establishment and invited like press, what we are nowadays influencers. Back then it was like newspapers and so on, and magazines and so on. And a journalist wrote like: Wow, the attention is such that this is not a five-star hotel, it's a seven-star hotel. The sheikhs embraced the idea enthusiastically, expressing: "Let us retain this name to enhance our image and attract more attention through advertising."
After running the hotel for over 25 years, around 1,600 employees work here, roughly equivalent to 200 suites when dividing. The hotel has been operated for a quarter century with a staff of 1,600, each responsible for around 200 suites. This means that there are around eight workers assigned to each room, marking one of the highest worker-to-room ratios in the global hotel industry. As other additional and curious data in this one it is estimated that there are about 25 000 m² of marble, about 1800 m² of 24 carat gold that adorn some chandeliers, walls, and so on. Yes, this establishment is the ultimate opulence, it is pure extravagance. Check out the staircase in my room. Oh, the length of it, it looks like a palace.
From the moment you check in, you are assigned a team of butlers who are at your disposal 24 hours a day. Access to the hotel is tightly controlled. What's more, why do I keep telling you about it here, we'd better go outside and I'll show you the whole process of what it's like to enter, go through the lobby. Now let's get to the details. In order to access the hotel, passing through a security screening is mandatory. If someone comes for dinner, they check if you are staying, they ask you about your room, everything. Mister Sudeck. Thank you very much, thank you. Look, check out these golf carts. These services are intended for individuals looking to take a stroll or something similar. For instance, I was informed that if I fancied going to the beach, they could possibly arrange for me to visit one of those. I don't know, I don't know that yet because I haven't been to the beach as of the date I'm recording this. And look across here. Oh, I erase it. I want you to check the heliport you have there. No, my friend, one day we will be creating the same videos, only this time we'll be landing in a helicopter, just like in the pillocopter. I'm going to brand it with a stamp that says... It's all like very sucky, very top. How are you, friend? Thank you very much. Thank you. How are you? Good.
Let's see, I'm going to guess that it's free ballet. I don't know, honestly. As in any business, in this part of the world, of course you have the pictures of the royal family on display, paintings, etcetera. This is quite normal. To go to your room, you go through here, you are greeted by a very mamoncito aquarium, the truth, very mamoncín. Then, see, you go through here, you have this little doggie fountain. There are several restaurants, stores, the standard in this type of hotel. Here, obviously, if there is an expensive watch store, we are not even going to go in and ask. What else? As if to serve you your tea. It probably costs about $1,000 for that sucker. And come on, then, it's all beautiful. And check it out, the elevator, everything smells rich, it smells expensive. You get here and check it out, I want to show you this, it's very curious. Let's see, in all the "fresitas", there is the famous concierge service, someone who attends you, who helps you to make reservations, who you can ask for blah blah blah. Here there is one concierge per floor, so each floor has its own concierge. Hello, sir, how are you? And so on each floor there is one of those carnal people and you can ask: Make me a reservation in such and such a place, help me with such and such a thing.
Believe it or not, every room here is incredibly spacious. There are no small rooms, not even a single one - they are all vast and every single one is spread across two levels entirely. You won't find any cramped spaces here, only generously sized rooms! In fact, we can see it. See how high the ceilings are. You can see that mother. Let's go in, let's go in. Here we are. Let's see the room in detail. One hundred square meters of space, living room, office area, dining room, lots and lots of sofas, a mysterious room that I will show you now, two bathrooms. I like that it has a lot of hidden details. You have coffee here to choose from. Take a look at this additional feature in the pachambear area - there's a small drawer that contains various plugs such as an internet cable and RCA inputs. It's quite handy, don't you think? Just a nifty little detail worth mentioning. See here, this was like to play music, it's not useful anymore, no matter how many times you press play, stop, nothing happens. Yes, some of the little things, the buttons and so on, feel a bit old. Nevertheless, it also includes other modern features worth mentioning. One example being the sleek design of the two TVs. A lot of things in the room are controlled with this remote control. Look, with this, obviously, you turn on the TV, what if I don't know what, blah, blah, blah. However, in addition to that, there are also buttons available to open or close the curtains and to call for assistance. If you need help, please ring the bell for someone to assist you. And with these buttons, basically, is how you can come and clean or just don't bother me.
Check it out, this is like the minibar. We have alcohol here, lots of it, in fact, that surprised me. I don't know, I thought that since we are in Dubai, and we are in Islamic territory and such, that there wouldn't be any, but no, no, check. Let's see, how much will each one of these things sell for? It is going to be very expensive. Let's see, tequila is the most expensive thing there is. 1200 dirhams, that's about it. 350 dollars, maybe a little more, and for 200 milliliters. In other words, it's tiny. In addition, we also have an assortment of treats available such as gummy candies, M&M's, chocolate-covered popcorn, various nuts, and even potatoes. These items are priced at around 50 to 60 dirhams, which is approximately 15 to 20 dollars. You also have water, which they can sell you if you want, but honestly it's not necessary, because they leave you other bottles of water. Therefore, I am discovering that this opportunity comes with a cost. No, I think it costs too. Here it says Alain, it is 750 ml. And here it says Alain, 750 milliliters, 45 dirhams. No, wait a minute. No, then even the water is not free. No, you little bastards. I've been drinking this one like there's no tomorrow. No, from now on I'm going to Loxo, my friend. I'm going to the little store across the street. Well, there's no little store across the street. You're broke, you have to pay for your expensive water. No, I didn't like that. I didn't like that detail, it's even cool.
The second minibar area is this one here. You can also grab some chelitas and such. The third one is in the room upstairs, I'll show you now. And here is this mysterious little room I was telling you about. This one is for storing suitcases. It's like Harry Potter's room, isn't it? Right here. This thing here, the other day I opened it. It's like a little mattress. I figure, in case, I don't know, some couple comes with a nanny, something like that. Maybe if somebody brings a nurse, chance if you bring a lot of luggage, I don't know, I read their theories in the comments. On the first level we also have a bathroom which is like a guest bathroom or if you are too lazy to go upstairs to let the otter out. We have a bidet, here, nice detail, I like it. I liked this detail, look, come here, they put the spare toilet paper in a little cover, like this: The toilet paper has to be reinforced with silk or whatever. So, that's how they put it. We have a telephone here, I don't know. Hello, excuse me, butler. I need more paper of higher strength, this is very stiff. This is an example of an old detail, however, there are still smaller details present. This one I think is like an ashtray, in case you want to be here releasing the otter, having a cigarette, making phone calls. What? A million dollars? What kind of a clown does he think he is? I don't give more than an hour of my time for less than three million. I'll see you later. And you hang up and you put out your cigarette and that's basically the first level of the room.
Let's go up here, which is like the master bathroom, here there are mirrors, there are lots of mirrors and there's the bunk bed, the closet, etcetera. So here we come to the main closet, which is actually a decent size. Additionally, there is a make-up area, which could be useful if you happen to be accompanying the bride, although I'm not entirely sure. Check it out, dryer and let's see, it's one of these Dyson's, if you know more or less about dryers and such, these mothers are expensive, expensive, expensive. And let's go to the master bathroom. This bathroom is really cool, the truth is, it's good. Likewise, the throne, the thinking chair with its respective ashtray, bidet. Check it out, this detail is cool, they leave in the bathrooms perfumes, soaps, all from the very expensive brand Hermes. This thing here is also Hermes. I don't know, the creams are Hermes, the hand soap, the shampoo, the conditioner, the body soap, everything is from this brand. Let's see, I said this stuff is going to be very expensive, obviously. So I went down to ask and they told me that everything is included. So I said: "Can I take the lotion with me? And he said: Yes, it's the idea that you take it with you. They charge you for the water, but they give you the lotion for free. It's cool. It smells good, it smells. To the merchant who is selling you jewelry in the soco, in the market here, now go like this: Habibi, good price. Here, check it out. This bathtub is a bitch. The other day, yes, he gave me a bathtub here. It took a little while to fill up, I won't deny it, but it's good. Here you go. She's got her phone right here. Really? That's a neat little detail, buddy. Habibi, yes, Javibe. What? A tourist rented a Lamborghini and we can invent that he scratched the bottom and charge him a lot of money. Yes, Javibe. Yes. You pull, you pull. I'm still traumatized from that experience a few years ago, okay? Here, next to the tub, you have the shower, which is really cool, really, really cool. It's wide, it heats up really fast. You have here, obviously, the normal one. You have this one, the one they call the telephone, for inaccessible places. We also have these, what do you call them? Like massagers, that... It came out with force that thing, just like that: I'll proceed to bend down a little bit. And lower it, man. See that power, check. And lower it. No, man, there. You come out clean, even from the intestines, look, it's not catiman with that. Great detail provided, now moving on to the central room which is incredibly spacious. Essentially, this room is typically the size of a suite. The bed, which is fluffy and spacious, is quite comfortable and a decent size compared to others. And the detail is that it has a mirror on the ceiling. It's such a classic scenario where you find yourself unable to sleep at night, as your mind is consumed by your decisions and you keep replaying them over and over in your head. I shouldn't have made that joke to my mother-in-law. I think it was a bad idea to tell her that I don't like the way she cooks by looking you in the eye like that. These kinds of details, truth be told, I loved it.
They leave you things in your room every night, very cool, for example, look, every night they leave you a little chocolate, which is a chocolate in the shape of the hotel, so this is the shape of the tower. Check out this marvel. I loved it, what a nice detail. And the chocolate is delicious, I mean, it's good. The other day they also left me some little glasses that, well, I didn't make any price here, I think it's a gift. They are little glasses to drink tea or whatever, with the name of the hotel on them. They are nice, really. They left something else that I have no idea what it is: dates. Of course, these brothers here love dates. They are good, look at that. This looks like pistachio, doesn't it? This is delicious. Hey, that's a nice touch. I loved it. Every night they surprise you with something different, it's really nice. That's great. I mean, they give you this and they charge you for the water. This is the third minibar area I was telling you about, you also have here soft drinks, water, etcetera. Likewise, everything in the main room is controlled by the control. And one would say: Where is the TV? Here, Luisillo? It's fortunate you inquired - the TV is conveniently located right behind the cabinet. And look, it comes out beautifully. What do you want? Do you want to watch TV? Do you want a view of the city? Here we have it all, mi carnal. The view from here is pretty good. I have a view of the ocean. You can even see part of the structure of the building, which is like a sailboat. The glass is supposed to be like a triple-coated glass, something like that, so the people who clean the windows can't see you. And I asked if there are any rooms with balconies, with terraces and such, and they said no, that you could rent the presidential suite upstairs and such, and none of them are going to have them. The closest thing there is to a terrace, if you could call it that, is the heliport, which is very iconic, where there are events for super-rich people, and you can rent it for what do you know, for about 15 years here, super-megatop. Tennis matches have taken place up there on the heliport. On one occasion Tiger Woods came to hit golf balls into the ocean. But yes, as such, balcony, terrace, do not exist here.
Now, a cool detail that happened to me, that made me say: What a bummer, it was just at the time of my check-in. Let me tell you. Basically, what happened is that I had made my reservation through a website, as well as hotels, and they send you a message by WhatsApp telling you like this: Mister Luisito, we are waiting for you, but that you arrive on such and such and such and such. And I told them: Okey, man, yes I am going to arrive, I am just going to arrive later at night because some things were delayed, so, so, so, so, so. I told them by WhatsApp, they answered me: We are looking forward to seeing you, it said: We are looking forward to seeing you. We are looking forward to seeing you. And nemen, nemen, I arrived I think at 11 o'clock at night, something like that, 10, 11 o'clock at night, and the two little bastards canceled my reservation. And the service where I had made my reservation had already charged me. So, I arrived and it was like this: "No, no, it's just that the reservation had already been charged: No, no, we already canceled it because you didn't show up. And I was like: "What? I told them. So, they had to make another reservation for me, I had to pay again and they promised me there at the reception, the manager came out to talk to me, he promised me that he would look into the matter so that I could get my money back, because I had already been charged from the other platform. And well, in all this mess, it was about an hour, like that, they kept me waiting there. I even had time to start working on my computer and then they brought me some water and I was sitting down and I was almost, almost, almost there. In the end, their form of compensation was giving me a slightly more expensive room, albeit for a basic price. It was a small upgrade that came with a little extra cost. So, with that, it was like: "Oh, sorry for the bad moment, for the bad experience. Afterwards, yes, a receptionist guided me and gave me the whole tour and blah, blah, and everything was fine. I still don't get my money back. I am confident that I will get it back eventually. Little experiences that you say: Perde, I mean, to be charged twice, bummer, bummer. Although from there, I tell you, everything has been super top.
At the gym, for example, I noticed something very interesting. Upon my arrival, the instructor informed me that I couldn't wear Crocs for training. I was surprised and asked, "What? Are you saying I can't train in my friend Luisillo's Crocs?" And he says to me: No, not only with tennis shoes. And I'm like this: "Well, what can I do? They are the only shoes I have. And his solution was to take out some tennis shoes and some brand new socks and give them to me. No, man, brutal, really. I loved that detail. By the way, also very cool, that all the machines have a brand new bottle of water on them. How about the watch in the gym is a Rolex? Look at that. Let's see, chance it's not a real Rolex, maybe it is, but it's a real sucker, isn't it? It's a Rolex, here. I enjoyed exploring the spa and was impressed by the massage rooms; they were not just cool but also had a great view and were very comfortable. Additionally, there were other relaxation rooms available. In general, the whole architecture of the hotel feels very classic. The hallways, the elevators, the floors. And as far as food is concerned, I confess that now that I am telling you this, I have only ordered room service, I have not yet been to the restaurants. I haven't had much time because I come to work and I haven't been at the hotel that long, but I will have more time for that in a while. And yes, with room service I love how they bring you all your food, how they put it on your table. They bring you this device here so that when you're done eating, you touch it and no matter what time it is, they come and get your plates. Let's see, I want to show you this. Right now it's 12: 49 at night, so it's going to take a long time at this hour. I hope not, because I already want to go to sleep. Let's see, okay, here it goes. At this moment we touch the button. See, a little light comes on. Let's see how long it takes. Half an hour has gone by and nobody comes, nobody calls, nothing. I want to go to sleep, so I'm just going to leave the cart outside. Let's see, I understand, it's the middle of the night, obviously it's not going to be the most efficient thing in the world. It's just what I was told. Okay, I'll leave the cart there and have them come pick it up later. Little butler button. It's not that it doesn't work, I don't know, it just didn't work as I expected, as I was told, but it's still a nice detail and they serve you everything very nicely, it's cool.
An interesting fact is that a florist visits your room twice daily to change the water of a flower, adding a touch of freshness to your space every day. Then he takes the hairpin and does I don't know what treatment on his cart. I asked the brother if he also helps with housekeeping. He replied that he only concentrates on checking the flowers at the hotel, as it is his duty and responsibility. I loved that. Nice guy, by the way. It does feel like a very personalized experience, it does feel like all the details are well taken care of, except for that detail that happened to me at check-in, which I trust they are going to give me my money back. Everything has been, but really, wonderful. And it is a quality of service that I have seen in very, very few places. By the way, I was telling you about my crocs, the new Luisillo El Gordillo crocs, they are not the same as last year, they are new ones that I brought out this year, they are already available, they were sent to make more because they had sold out of some sizes and so on, they were sent to make more. You can find them in Mexico, in all Crocs stores, in Liverpool stores, on the Internet Crocs. Com. You can really find them in many places, it is a design that is inspired by food around the world. They are really cool, give yourselves your new Luisillo El Gordillo crocs. Big bad Jibbit, not included, this is from the last crocs design, but all the others are included. Now, let's finish with the mentions. The investment to make these videos has to come from somewhere, okay? So, yes, go get your crocs and let's continue.
We went out to check the pool area, and it's really cool, really cool. From out here the building looks very impressive. Curiously, that pool over there is now closed and we noticed that the hotel is empty, that is, there is no one there. There is no one, no one, no one, no one. We also went to see the roofed pool, which is incredible, it is very high, you have a view, but a stunning view of the city. And also empty, empty. It makes me think what a chance, that's why we got a price maybe not so expensive for the hotel, I don't know. Wow, the pool area here is truly impressive. The pools are not only spacious but also exceptionally nice. Such a great place to relax and unwind. They have an infinity pool with an amazing view. Just now that it is getting dark, it looks spectacular. On the off chance that you feel too lazy to drive your golf cart for just two minutes to the beach, they offer a sandy area right here. You can enjoy sand and pools together. Also, don't miss out on this other interesting feature. This, wow, this is the ultimate luxury. Here you have the pool beds, so and so, so and so. And over here you have a little room that you can go into. You have air conditioning, you can close the curtains, I don't know, for whatever. Oh, if not, look, it's better not to say or guess anything, but for whatever. You have your little chair here, a TV. It feels nice and fried here, it's very cool. And then, in case you get too hot, you get in there. So, you can just relax here, enjoying the sun, nothing eventful. I've never come across air-conditioned rooms in any hotel before, not a single one of them had that luxury. I regret booking this hotel for weekdays as we have spent very little time here due to work. Most of our days have been spent working, leaving us with very little time to actually enjoy the hotel. Then we will have to take it for a full vacation, because you can see that this is one of those establishments from which you do not leave, you have everything here in this same perimeter. In other words, this is a great place.
If you need a transportation service, here they can rent you, for example, a Rolls-Royce, a really cool BM. But I asked the rates without MMS, that is, per hour, so a Rolls-Royce costs the equivalent of 700 dollars, something like that. And the truth is, here in Dubai, if you ask for an Uber Black in Dubai, it's going to be a very nice car. For example, right now I asked for a normal Uber Black and this car I am in arrives, which is a BMW 7 series with a little curtain there. In other words, it's really cool. And well nememes, I mean, I assure you that it is not going to cost you 700 dollars an hour. So, yes, no, no, no, I don't think it's worth it, but if you need it, you can do it.
We went to one of the buffets for dinner. This is the Arabian buffet. It is good. Let's see, it's expensive, to be honest. The price is close to 500 dirhams, equivalent to approximately 130 dollars. Maybe my currency conversion is not accurate. 2500 Mexican baros, yes it is expensive, to be honest, but it is very varied. Well, and beware, drinks are not included. No, let's be real here. Yes, it's pretty pricey, no doubt about it. But hey, that's just the way it goes. So, if breakfast is included in the rooms, you'll have to pay for everything else. Still, I did enjoy the food options available. Well, provechito, provechito.
Well, we decided to extend our stay for two more days so we could have more fun. We decided to upgrade to a two-room suite to bring good Willy and myself closer together, reducing our feelings of loneliness while maintaining our independence. And the best part is, it's more cost-effective to book one room instead of two. Plus, you have to see how awesome it is. This suite is very similar, but very different at the same time. It is much bigger. This one is 250 m² in size. I had a good laugh because the hotel staff moved all the suitcases. So, I went to the gym, quietly in the morning and when I came out, a lady was waiting for me like this: "Mister Luisito, we have just moved: Mister Luisito, we just moved all your luggage, I hope you don't mind. And what about me? And they really moved everything. At the end they told me: We didn't touch your bathroom stuff and your computer and so on. So, I just grabbed like certain little things from the other room, put them all in a bag. I took, of course, the expensive gumdrops I took from the minivar, nobody is going to take them away from me. And then we walked to the other room and really, yes, everything was already like that. Even my suitcase was left like that, just like I left it in the other room. No, impressive. A very curious service.
So, look, I show you this room, the one with two rooms. I'll leave quickly so as not to bore you. I'm just going to highlight some things that are different. First of all, we now have two rooms. This one here, which is quite different, and this one here, which is practically the same as the other one. That is, it has a different arrangement of furniture and so on. See here, the design is almost the same. Now at the bar we have three seats. Oh man, look! We can finally have a real celebration now. This suite even has a computer, which is quite intriguing, don't you think? It's been about 15 years since the iMac was popular, but it still holds a certain fascination. In this room, someone left behind a bottle of shampoo and a few chocolates. Check this out. No, man. It's very good, it's very smooth. In this space, we don't only have one Harry Potter-themed room - there are actually two. Take a look at the other one located right here with me. Can you spot it, mate? These small beds are both delicious and refreshing. If you happen to have two wizard nephews that you're not particularly fond of, you can always place them in separate rooms. Let's see, this dining room. This dining room looks like a presidential suite. And this room, likewise, check it out, it has a kitchen. That's very curious, look, with a microwave, like from 1986, a stove, electric stove, refrigerator, that's cool. And Chequen, it even has an entrance here, I don't know, I imagine if you are going to have a private dinner, what do I know. Well, those who come with all the dishes and food and so on, don't go through there, I don't know. But yes, you see, here you enter through a different door. Come in.
By the way, do you happen to know how much this room costs? I'm curious about the price, even though I can't say for sure how much it is, I can definitely tell you how much I paid for it. It turns out that because of my last reservation and because of some inconveniences I had at the check-in, I told you all about it and all that, they put some points on my account, In addition to Yumeira and Burj Al Arab, I am now officially a member of this group. They granted me a good discount based on these achievements, which I found to be quite generous. And for two nights, for this room, I'm paying like about, what will it be, $3,500? Like $70,000, something like that. Although I don't really know how much it costs, I repeat, that's because I had some points there and the mother and blah blah. But, aha, that's what I'm paying. I must say, the staircase isn't as epic as the one in the last room, honestly. Like, the other one was more like a spiral and looked more like a palace and stuff. This one is fine, it's cool. And, check it out, here are the rooms. I show you good Will's room first. This is like the secondary room. Not bad, really, not bad. Here is a little roof like a little shop, like a miscellany. The living room is cozy with a decently sized TV that doesn't stand out, but it's quite large and impressive. There's also a makeup artist's corner or a work station, whichever you prefer. The bathroom remains unchanged, with greenish colors. There isn't much to describe. However, in the main room, there are significant changes taking place. This one is much bigger, much bigger, check it out. We have a living room area, TV, obviously a big TV, which comes out so and so, another armchair over here. The bed also comes with a mirror, a large one situated here that significantly alters the appearance of the space. The closet is massive. No me amies, this is a room. It's bigger than the room I grew up in, really, this one is massive. Makeup artist here, quite spacious. I'm actually using it as a work area for my computer. Here is the suitcase I told you about, they opened it for me just like that, they left it as a copy paste, like I had it in the other room. And that's basically it, how about that? Yes, it's much bigger and it's good for if you are traveling with family, with a partner, whatever. And so, they are like living together, they live together for a while, then everyone has their own space. The truth is, it is very, very top notch. And that, basically, the room is very cool. And to make the most of these additional two days, let's have a bit more fun while we're here.
After spending several days here, I've come to understand that the butler service provided for each room is incredibly attentive and personalized, with great emphasis on individualized care. They don't even let you press the elevator floors yourself. I mean, it's like this: oh, and they open the door for you, and they punch the floor for you. Then you go back to your room and they open it for you like this: You go in, sir, and they walk you to your door, they open the door for you. Yes, it's very personalized. A lot of people might even find it annoying. I like it.
We came to dinner at one of the most iconic restaurants. I think the most iconic in the hotel, which is called Ristorante L'Olivo. It's a restaurant that basically has an aquarium and yes it's very cool. From the moment you enter, you go through a little hallway there, very cool, very tasty, lots of fish, they have two sharks, they have a fish with a nepe's nose, like this, sendonepesaurio, which has the carnal there on its face. And it is very nice, we just caught it quite empty. Actually, that's pretty cool, pretty rela. I adored the unique touch of the chairs being designed in the shape of beautiful seashells. When it comes to dining out, prices can vary greatly depending on your preferences. A dinner for two, with a full menu or a la carte items alongside drinks, can easily add up to around 2000 dirhams. It's possible to spend a significant amount of money if you opt for a luxurious dining experience, but it's also possible to enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. What does that mean, around 500 dollars, somewhat equivalent to your 10,000 Mexican pesos? Reservations, they tell us that maybe on weekends it is usually full, but now we are looking at it, the truth is that no, but it is top. That is, it is very cool, very mamoncito. Pleasant, here with my good friend Will. A pleasure to be sharing this with you, Will. Well, provechita, or provechito. Let's swallow tasty and expensive. Hey, don't wait, this place is something very different from what I thought. For example, for 285 dirhams, which is, like, 65 dollars, something like that. Check out the size of this dish. Let's check it out, the dish has edible gold and is made by the mother. I was expecting it to be larger in size. Hopefully, it tastes as good as it looks. It's actually delicious. Now let's wait and see what the rest of the main courses have to offer. The main course is not small, but it's not large either - it's just the right size. Let's see, I ordered the one that said lobster, blue lobster, 460 dirhams, what is that? 130 dollars, I don't know, something like that. And I thought it was going to be the whole lobster, you know? So the whole tail with its little tenacities and everything. Basically, what they do is that they extract the tail as such, but nothing else. I'm going to fill up. And also, I am a fan of the food, I really appreciate it, this is not a complaint, I appreciate it, it's great, it's very tasty too. They still brought us a small but tasty spaghetti. But yes, I mean, let it be known that it is an expensive dinner, it is what it is. We come here to get a blowjob, that's what we come for, and we enjoy it. Well, it's soft, it's delicious. A good dinner, delicious, but you have to buy enough to fill yourself up. Well, come on, good intervention by Luisillo El Gordillo, expensive. So as not to miss an intervention by the always reliable Luisillo el borrachillo.
We came to visit one of the bars they have here at the hotel. It is on the 27th floor, high cocktail bar, the truth, very top. I ordered an Old Fashion, which they mix with Oolong tea, very sucky here. The guy at the bar was explaining it to me and so on. Cocktails cost about 100 dirhams, about 25 dollars. Really, good. And yes, they are very cool, very top, you have a good view. By the way, it sounds weird here, doesn't it? Let's see, you hear it, you see that there is a dome on top? Well, that's why. Well, it sounds cool.
Let's go to the beach. Let's see, the hotel doesn't have a beach just like walking. Let's see, it's close, isn't it? See, here it is. But with this dog heat, it's still walking and it's not the most comfortable thing to do. So, they take you a golf cart, so they include the golf cart service. My brother will take you here, very nice. And they are telling me that all these hotels here, which are owned by the same corporation, then you have access to all the beaches you want. They recommended this one here, which they say is like the cool one, the tasty one, and to have a great time, to have a great time. Well, the beach they bring you to is basically a club that people can enter by paying an entrance fee. Obviously, since you are a guest, you are not charged extra. See, you have the view here. It's cool. The sailboat, mighty before our eyes. It's incredibly hot outside, even the sea feels like a warm bath. Despite wanting to cool down, I'm tempted to take a plunge. Unfortunately, my friend, the heat is just unbearable. There are no air-conditioned rooms available, like the ones we observed at the pool club. Their accommodations include cozy beds, umbrellas, and other essentials, although air-conditioned rooms are not available. They mention that it's highly popular on weekends. They have their beach parties here, it's nice, it's beautiful. Today is quite windy, but we can still enjoy this warm, breezy day on the beach. Why not make the most of this gusty weather?
Last night at the and we came to dinner at a restaurant that they have up to the top, which is a Michelin star restaurant or Michellin star. It's so crazy that we are like in a wing added to the building. In fact, from downstairs we saw it a while ago and wow, we're like floating. It's awesome, isn't it? This is right on top of the hotel and we have a very, very nice view. Earlier in the day, when it was closed, we came to take some shots so we could capture the whole essence of the restaurant and so on. It's a restaurant that combines French and Italian cuisine, and that is the price you pay. I repeat, it's not a complaint, it's what it costs, haute cuisine is what it should cost, it's fine. But if a dinner here, likewise, is not going to cost you less than $600 for two people, something around there. To drink, they brought us a cognac, we are going to have a French dinner, Italian fusion, I think it's good. Santé, chantin, clinc, clinc. Cognac on the rocks, very tasty. And not to make this too long, I'll show you the dishes they brought us. Look at this, good portion, very tasty. The service, like everything else in this hotel, really, 10. Bon appétit. Let's enjoy here while floating almost 30 stories high on an artificial island.
Well, that's it. This concludes our experience staying at the Yumeira Burj Al Arab, the supposedly most luxurious hotel in the world. And I can tell you that maybe it is. Maybe this title that they have given themselves is not in vain, because yes, the level of attention that I have received in this hotel I have received, I think, nowhere. I'm a frequent traveler who stays in hotels often for work, constantly moving between destinations for the amenities and food provided. At the completion of your stay, the total cost surpasses the originally quoted room rate by a significant amount. I mentioned in the video about the small tricks of luxury hotels, highlighting how costs add up when you include all meals and beverages consumed during your stay. Consider these expenses when calculating your budget. In my honest opinion, when planning a trip with a clear preference for luxury and meticulously considering all aspects, I must say that the experience is truly exceptional and absolutely worthwhile. This seven-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation, without a hint of exaggeration. Yes, it is very, very top notch. How did you see it? Would you like to add anything? I missed to mention a little something. Do you know of any other hotels that offer something like this that you would like me to review? Post it down here in the comments. I thank you immensely for embarking on yet another adventure with me. I'll be back in a few days with a fresh new video, just like always. See you soon! Bye.
