Trump just posted this, and I've got to admit, I'm pretty frustrated. Faith is not a prop, and we shouldn't laugh at it being used as one. There's innocent humor, and then there's this. You don't need to portray yourself as a savior when your record should speak for itself. Comparing yourself, even jokingly, to Jesus, it undermines the very value that many of us hold dear.
The same God who saved Trump's life when he was centimeters away from death in that field in Butler. The same God who opened doors nobody saw possible for him to be president, not once but twice, is the same God who sent his son Jesus to die on the cross, not for memes, but for our sins.
The twink you just heard from is Brian Hollyand, aka Teimu Charlie Kirk. And hell has apparently frozen over because he and countless other fundamentalist Christian Trump supporters are finally criticizing the president after he made a brazenly blasphemous post. And when I say that this post was blasphemous, it is the most blasphemous post that you can make as a supposed Christian. And the backlash was so severe, even on Truth Social, Trump's home turf, that Trump just deleted the post altogether.
But before he did that, Keith Edwards managed to grab these screenshots of Trump's own supporters accusing him of being a false god and the Antichrist. And Nooxy grabbed these other comments from Truth Social where Trump's told by his supporters that he's going to burn in hell for the image. Others accused him of blasphemy and called him a demon.
And just so you have a better look at it, this is the picture in question, which depicts Donald Trump as Jesus Christ healing the sick. And if that wasn't enough, there's a horned figure behind him, which could be interpreted as a demon, and thus a sign that Donald Trump is admitting that he is indeed the antichrist.
Now, the original was shared by Nick Adams. He didn't include the demon in that post, but somehow when it made it to Trump, he got the modified version with the uh demon, which is exponentially more offensive than the original.
Now, when I originally saw this post, even I was taken aback by it because it shows you how little Trump knows about the religion that he purports to support because this is by far and away the biggest no-no that you can do because Christians are taught from a very young age to be wary of an antichrist figure who would try to convince people that he's Jesus Christ by doing miracles and bringing peace to the world. And said Antichrist figure would end up fooling millions of Christians around the world, which is why they have to be wary of said Antichrist figure. And Donald Trump literally depicting himself as Christ, which Christians are told is a telltale sign to look out for, could be seen as a sign from God to Christians that Trump is the false prophet that they were warned about in Revelations and he duped them.
So, as somebody who was indoctrinated into Christianity at a very young age myself, I saw this and thought, "Oh [ __ ] he might have actually stepped in it this time because this is a very big deal." And by the time that he pissed off Protestants with that post, he already seemingly pissed off all of the Catholics, too. Because he made that post depicting himself as Jesus to top off his deranged tirade against Pope Leo, who had the audacity to condemn him for warmongering.
And in an unnecessarily long screed on Truth Social, he called the Pope weak on crime and terrible on foreign policy. And he goes on to credit himself for the Pope becoming the Pope, writing, "Leo should be thankful because, as everyone knows, he was a shocking surprise. He wasn't on any list to be Pope and was only put there by the church because he was an American." And they thought that would be the best way to deal with President Donald J. Trump. I love how he knows he has to be dealt with. If I wasn't in the White House, Leo wouldn't be in the Vatican.
Unfortunately, Leo is weak on crime, weak on nuclear weapons, does not sit well with me. Nor does the fact that he meets with Obama sympathizers like David Axelrod, a loser from the left, who is one of those who wanted churchgoers and clerics to be arrested. Leo should get his act together as Pope. Use common sense, stop catering to the radical left. He's he's [ __ ] like he's going on a tear here. And focus on being a great Pope, not a politician. It's hurting him very badly. And more importantly, it's hurting the Catholic Church, right? Because criticizing Donald Trump hurt the Catholic Church, as opposed to, say, years of systemic sexual abuse that was covered up, which is probably a rare area of agreement between Donald Trump and the Catholic Church.
But as you can see, he really is batting a thousand here when it comes to pissing off religious people, i.e., his core base of support. And as loyal as they've been to him, a lot of them did seem to draw a line, at least temporarily, because he decided to go full Antichrist.
For example, fifth-place loser Riley Gaines was confused by his post, saying, "A little humility would serve him well," and adding, "God shall not be mocked." Others, like GOP propagandist Nick Sorder, rode the fence by applauding Donald Trump for deleting the post while not explicitly condemning him because, you know, he is still daddy after all. Trump bootlicker Matt Wallish pointed out that the original image before it was shared by Trump didn't actually include a demon and asked Grock to explain what its inclusion meant. Michael Nolles also joined in writing, "I assume someone already told him, but it behooves the president both spiritually and politically to delete the picture no matter the intent." That's my Michael Nolles impersonation. I'm so sorry. Tim Pool chimed in commenting about how Trump is choosing to go out with a bang. And of course, Marjorie Taylor Greene also joined in accusing him of blasphemy and claiming that the image was giving antichrist spirit.
But I saved the best for last because Christofascist hate preacher Joel Webbon accused Trump of being possessed by a demon. And you just, you really love to see it. Oh. Oh, I'm enjoying this so much. But he deleted the post. So the question is, what's the excuse? Did a rogue staffer share that image, or was he hacked?
Well, his excuse is actually way dumber, somehow.

>> Well, it wasn't depicted. It was me. I I did post it and I thought it was me as a doctor and had to do with Red Cross as a Red Cross worker there, which we support. And uh only the fake news could come up with that one. So, I I just heard about it and I said, "How did they come up with that? It's supposed to be me as a doctor making people better. And I do make people better. I make people uh a lot better."
>> Good one, Mr. President. That was amazing. I do love that excuse. That woo, that was 10 out of 10 because as we all know, doctors dress up exactly like Jesus Christ before healing people with bright beams of light. That was uh my favorite excuse that he's ever given of all time. You know, the fake news, they're playing checkers while Trump is playing chess. I can't believe he said that. I thought it was me as a doctor. Sure, bud.
I'm sure that the Christians will eat that [ __ ] up. Well, they probably will. So, like, sarcasm aside, they might believe that. I don't know. But, you know, if they were smart, if Christians were smart, they would realize that his obvious cluelessness to the dos and don'ts of Christianity is an indication that maybe he's not an actual believer like they are. But the problem is, they're not smart. In fact, evangelical Christians are the most gullible people on the planet.
Trump was literally selling autographed copies of Bibles, and he used the Bible as a prop for a [ __ ] political photo op while holding it upside down. Like, he couldn't even name a single Bible verse that he liked after claiming the Bible was his favorite book. And apparently, that didn't set off any red flags for fundamentalist Christians.
Just watch and see how bad he is at pandering.

>> Uh probably equal. I think it's just an incredible, the whole Bible is an incredible. I joke uh very much so. They always hold up the Art of the Deal. I say my second favorite book of all time.
Very convincing, because we all know how uncharacteristic it is for fundamentalist Christians to want to talk about the Bible and cite their favorite verses. So, uh, yeah, he wasn't even trying, and yet he had evangelicals eating out of the palms of his hands. It's just, it is so easy to successfully dupe these people and grift off of their gullibility.
And he was doing fine until he did the one [ __ ] thing that you're not supposed to do by depicting yourself as as Christ, who is the false prophet that they were warned about in the one chapter of the Bible that they managed to actually [ __ ] read. But he couldn't even do the one thing you're not supposed to do, which I find so funny.
But it's just crazy to me that Christians never got a sense that he wasn't a true believer after he was very clearly pandering to them. But even after that, they never thought to question his authenticity when they found out about his adultery and rape and alleged pedophilia and the way he's murdering a bunch of people. Like, that's one of the Ten Commandments, and he's just like, flippantly disregarding it. But it still didn't occur to them that he was full of [ __ ] even after he admitted that he wasn't going to get into heaven when every Christian knows that all you have to do is accept Jesus Christ into your heart, and then you get into heaven.
But like him sharing an image of himself as Jesus, that was the one thing that finally got them to question his commitment to Jesus, because of course. But he's at least lying about the image to try to win back fundamentalist evangelical Christians that he lost.
But when it comes to Catholics, his message to them is basically that they should go [ __ ] themselves.

>> No, I don't because Pope Leo said things that are wrong. Uh, he was very much against what I'm doing with re with regard to Iran. And you cannot have a nuclear Iran. Pope Leo would not be happy with the end result. You have hundreds of millions of people dead, and it's not going to happen. So, I can't uh, I think he's very weak on crime and other things. So, I'm not, I mean, he he went public. I'm just responding to Pope Leo, and you know, his brother is a big MAGA person, and he's a great guy, Lewis. And I said, I like Lewis better than I like the Pope.
Sorry, Catholics. You're no longer part of the team because the Pope is woke. So, I'm sure that the Catholic vice president is going to have fun twisting himself into a pretzel to defend that.
But you might have noticed the elderly woman standing to his right who was there while he was taking questions about this from the press. And I want to take some time to talk about why she was there because it speaks to how hard it is for Trump to also pander to working-class Americans. It's not just Christians and Catholics that he's failing to plate and pander to. It's everyone that voted for him thinking that he gave a [ __ ] about them or that he was one of them.
So, that elderly woman, she was there because she DoorDashed McDonald's to the White House for Donald Trump. I'm not making this up. And the entire point of this was a publicity stunt to promote Donald Trump's no tax on tips to make it seem like he's a working-class hero. And on Fox News, she talked about why that policy in particular made a difference for her.
>> So, how much does this no tax on tips mean to you? I I don't know what the structure of payment is there at DoorDash, how much you get in salary per delivery, and then how much of your income is is tips. Can you kind of break it down to us and tell us what this no tax on tips really means for you?
>> Well, what this really means for me is, you know, um, as they said last year, my husband um he uh was diagnosed with stage three cancer. And >> during that time, um, you know, I was able to take some time and take him to his appointments and, you know, be there with him. But, you know, as you know, going through treatment, even with insurance, you kind of break the bank. Um, and you know, we pretty much went through our savings. And so when I when I found about found out about the no tax on tips, I was like, this is incredible because this, you know, it's not going to replace my life savings, but it's going to help certainly with future um doctor's appointments and future things that, you know, we we have going on.
Now, that woman's predicament is emblematic of Trump's failure as a president and America's failure as a country more broadly speaking because that woman should not be working. She very clearly is old enough to be retired. And the fact that she has to DoorDash to make ends meet in the richest country on earth is extremely sad and speaks to our priorities as a country. And to add insult to injury, she's racking up medical debt because her husband has cancer. He has insurance, but he's still racking up medical debt because we all know health insurance is a complete scam in and of itself.
Now, none of this should be happening to that woman. She should be able to retire, and her husband's healthcare should be free at the point of service, like it is in every other comparable country. But even in an imperfect world where we don't have universal healthcare, where she still had to work, no tax on tips amounts to nothing more than crumbs for her when the actual policy that would help her is mandatory wages from her employer and a union.
But companies like DoorDash and Uber, they don't have to pay their employees living wages and offer them healthcare benefits because they're not technically employees. They're independent contractors. Therefore, they don't benefit from the measly protections that actual employees do get in this country. And Trump isn't just ignoring the plight of independent contractors, i.e., employees of these corporations. He's actively making their lives worse.
So, back in February, the Trump regime announced a new policy that specifically [ __ ] over independent contractors like that woman by limiting the scope of who qualifies for employer protections under the Fair Labor Standards Act, which makes it easier for employers like DoorDash to commit wage theft and get out of paying minimum wage and overtime to workers like that woman. So, while Trump is taking away labor protections at the behest of large multinational corporations that contributed to his campaign, he's pretending to be an ally to workers all because of no tax on tips. In other words, he's as phony on labor as he is on Christianity.
But that woman is supposed to be thankful for the crumbs that she's offered because Trump is slaying the big bad trans boogeyman for her. And he actually brought up trans people at that press conference. And expectedly, it wasn't a huge concern for her because why the [ __ ] would it be?
>> They want to have men playing in women's sport. Do you think that men should play in women's sports?
>> I really don't have an opinion on that.
>> You don't? I'll bet you do.
>> No, I'm I'm here about

>> Yeah. Okay.
>> Yeah.
It's almost like banning the five trans athletes in existence from their sports teams, that's an actual number, that's not going to improve material conditions for the rest of us. Maybe more Americans might feel better if those five trans athletes can't compete in the same way that they would feel better if all of the immigrants were deported. But at the end of the day, they're still going to be broke and miserable, even if trans people and immigrants weren't in the country or they were hidden away from society so nobody could see them.
In other words, everyone is learning right now the hard way about how fake and phony Donald Trump is with regard to all issues. He lied to Christians. He lied to Catholics. He lied to workers. He lied to people that thought he'd be anti-war and America First. And, um, you know, shame on Trump for fooling them the first time, but after the second and third time, shame on them.
