We do not consider worthy of worship. For a short time, for a short time, through the chanting and contemplation of the mantras of Vedic Sandhya, we wish to connect with you internally, internally. Grant us the grace to connect with you with concentration. Now we will chant the Gayatri Mantra. Om Bhur Bhuvah Svah Tat Savitur Varenyam Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayat. Now you have to listen. Om, O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, this is your main and inherent name. All your other names are attached to this name. The word Om is made of three letters: A, U, M. From 'A', your Virat, Agni, Vishva names related to the earthly realm, the gross world are present. From 'U', your Hiranyagarbha, Vayu, Tejas names related to the subtle world, the inter-world are present. And from 'M', your Ishvara, Aditya, Pradjya names related to the divine world, the causal world are present. You are Virat, who illuminates the world in many forms. You are Agni, who is the embodiment of knowledge, worthy of worship and respect, the foremost. The entire universe is contained within you. You are the universe, residing in every particle of the world, in every living being. You are Hiranyagarbha, who holds and sustains the great suns and other celestial bodies in your womb. You are Vayu, the indwelling sustainer, nurturer, and motivator of all living beings, the most powerful among the powerful. You are Tejas, the illuminator of the entire world, illuminated by the light of knowledge. You are Ishvara, the sole lord of this entire universe and of us living beings. You are never destroyed. You are Aditya, the unbroken, uniform. And you are also not deluded. You are Pradjya, possessing perfect knowledge, possessing excellent knowledge. You are the life-giver within me through the breath in my gross body. You are the very breath of breaths. You remove the ignorance of my inner self and uplift me from all sorrows, you yourself are free from sorrows. Svah, you are the embodiment of bliss and the giver of bliss. O Deva, O Deva, Savitr, you are the creator of the entire universe, the illuminator of the sun and other celestial bodies, the giver of all kinds of prosperity to us. Varenyam, being the most excellent, you are the one to be chosen. Bhargo, you are the destroyer of ignorance and other afflictions. Devasya, your supremely pure, divine radiance, worthy of desire, Dhimahi, we all meditate upon. We hold you within ourselves. Yo Nah Prachodayat, O Supreme Soul, you always inspire us on the right path. Keep us free from evils. In other words, we should always keep you in our memory in the form of knowledge, because whenever we remember you, we become filled with knowledge and remain joyful. We remain protected from worldly heat. We rise above afflictions. And whenever we forget you, ignorance engulfs us. Afflictions grind us, and we are afflicted with various sorrows. We promote ignorance. Therefore, O Lord, may we always remain connected to you, not separated. Now, the Achaman Mantra: Om Apo Devir Abhayah Apo Bhavantu Pitaye. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you are the protector of all. Devi, the illuminator of the entire universe, you are omnipresent. Shan, bring about our welfare. Always lead us on the path of welfare. For the sustenance of this life, whatever worldly means of happiness we need, through righteous endeavor, fulfill all those needs. But while enjoying this world with detachment, for your attainment, for the bliss of liberation, may we also make special efforts. O Deva, may you shower us with auspicious joys, meaning, may no sorrow, suffering, lack, poverty, crisis, obstacle, or trouble ever befall us. And even if they do, grant us the courage, strength, knowledge, and wisdom to rise above them. May we always remain peaceful, happy, content, fearless within, and may our worldly life also be full of various joys and prosperity. Now, the Anga Sparsha Mantra: [Music] Om Vak Vak, Om Pran Pran, Om Chakshu Chakshu, Om Shrotram Shrotram, Om Nabhi, Om Hridayam, Om Kantha, Om Sirah, Om Bahubhyam Yasho Balam, Om Karatal Karaprishthe. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you have given us the seven Rishis: Vak, Pran, Chakshu, and Shrotra. Through these, we desire only auspiciousness in our lives, not inauspiciousness. O Deva, Vak, Vak, may our speech be purified through the four levels of speech: Parā, Pashyanti, Madhyamā, and Vaikharī. Parā is our connection with the soul. Pashyanti level is your connection with us at the level of intellect and meaning. Madhyamā level is your connection with us through the mind and senses. And Vaikharī, it is through your energy that we are able to express words. O Deva, Pran, Pran, you are the basis of our life through breath. Through Apana, you keep me healthy by expelling waste and impurities from the body. Through Samana, by digesting the food and drink in the navel, you are creating and strengthening the tissues like rasa, blood, muscle, fat, bone, marrow, and semen. Through Vyana, residing in the heart, you are the cause of all movement in the entire body. And through Udana, residing in the throat, you are delivering the food and drink through the esophagus to the stomach and generating strength and valor within me in the subtle meditative state. Chakshu, Chakshu, O Lord, O Lord, you grant us the knowledge of the true nature of the three eternal substances: Ishvara, Jiva, and Prakriti, and their distinct perception. O Bhagavan, Shrotra is related to directions. You are present in all infinite directions: Prachi (East), Dakshina (South), Pratechi (West), Udichi (North), Dhruva (Nadir), and Urdhva (Zenith). Grant me also the true realization of this. Nabhi is my Annmayakosha, Hridayam is Pranamayakosha, Kantha is Manomayakosha, and Sirah is Vijnanamayakosha. O Lord, may I be able to elevate these koshas, meaning, through physical health, strengthening of breath, auspicious thoughts of the mind, and growth of knowledge and science through study, discourse, and behavior, may I continuously progress, so that my Anandamayakosha becomes rich and nourished. O Deva, O Deva, Bahubhyam Yasho Balam, Yash is a symbol of action, and Bala is a symbol of worship. By crossing the ocean of the world through action and worship, and through knowledge (Vidya), we wish to become eligible for liberation. Karatal Karaprishthe, O Lord, you have given us ten internal means: five Jnanendriyas (sense organs) and five Karmendriyas (organs of action). May we always keep these senses engaged in righteous conduct and always protect them from unrighteousness, and may our life be established in Yoga. Now, the Marjana Mantra: Om Bhu Punatu Shirasa, Om Bhuvah Punatu Netrayoh, Om Svah Punatu Kanthe, Om Mahah Punatu Hridayam, Om Janah Punatu Nabhyaam, Om Tapah Punatu Padayo, Om Satyam Punatu Punah Shirasa, Om Kham Brahm Punatu Sarvatra. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, Bhu, you are the very breath of breaths. Uplift my breath and purify my head, meaning, may my Anandamayakosha be enriched, and may I be fortunate to realize myself and you in a concentrated and restrained state, transcending the agitated, deluded, and scattered states through praise, prayer, and worship. O Lord, you are beyond sorrows. You also uplift us from sorrows. In the eyes, purify my Vijnanamayakosha, meaning, by eradicating the bad impressions of countless births, may we also rise above all evils born of attachment, aversion, and delusion, and protect ourselves from all kinds of sorrows. O Deva, O Deva, Svah Punatu Kanthe, you are the embodiment of bliss. Purify my Manomayakosha in the throat, meaning, may I always keep my mind in a state of sattva guna, remaining happy and peaceful within, and connected to you throughout the day. May I always receive inner joy. O Deva, O Deva, Mahah Punatu Hridayam, you are great, venerable, and the greatest. Open the knots of ignorance in my heart. Remove all my doubts. Loosen the bonds of selfish actions, so that we too can realize your divine form, pervading within and without, in our soul and heart. And make my Pranamayakosha also ascetic, so that my Pranamayakosha becomes strong. O Deva, O Deva, Janah, you are the creator of the entire universe. Nourish my Annmayakosha in the navel. May I keep this body healthy throughout my life through sattvic food and regular routine, so that I can achieve the goals of Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha in this very life. Tapah Punatu Padayo, O Lord, may my external life behavior and internal contemplative level be purified through Tapas. Satyam Punah Punah Shirasa, once again, O Lord, purify my head. Meaning, may I be able to meditate by sitting in samadhi morning and evening to gain distinct knowledge of the three eternal substances: the soul (Jiva), Prakriti (nature), and you, the controller (Brahma). Kham Brahm Punatu Sarvatra, Satyam, Jnanam, Anantam Brahm, O Lord, we meditate upon you in the heart. You are great, venerable. Make my entire existence, inside and out, pure, spotless, free from defects, and radiant. Just as you are the purest, I also wish to become the purest. Now, the Pranayama Mantra: Om Bhu, Om Bhuvah, Om Svah, Om Mahah, Om Janah, Om Tapah, Om Satyam. O Supreme Soul, Bhu, you are the very breath of breaths and the remover of all sorrows. Svah, you are the embodiment of bliss. Mahah, you are the greatest, venerable, and great. Janah, you are the creator of the entire universe. Tapah, you are the punisher of the wicked and the embodiment of knowledge. And Satyam, you are indestructible. Let us perform three rounds of external pranayama for a short time. Inhale the breath and exhale rapidly. After exhaling, hold the breath outside. In this state, perform Mula Bandha, i.e., draw the two excretory openings upwards. And perform Uddiyana Bandha, i.e., pull the navel towards the spine. Hold the breath outside until you feel discomfort. Chant Om mentally, and when you feel discomfort, slowly inhale. This is one external pranayama. Take one or two normal breaths and then start the next pranayama. Let us perform at least three rounds of external pranayama. [Music] [Music] Om [Music] [Music] [Music] Pausing the practice of pranayama here. Now, the Agham Mantra: Ritam Satyam Cha Tapaso Jaya Tatho Jata Samudro Arnavah. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, Ritam, the knowledge and science of creating this universe have always existed within you. Avai Tapasah, with infinite power in that knowledge, Satyam Ayata, you have created this universe of action for us, so that we, the living beings, can achieve enjoyment and liberation. Tatho Ratri Jayata, with infinite power in that knowledge, you also have the power to bring about the night of dissolution. O Deva, O Deva, Samudro Arnavah, with that same knowledge-filled infinite power, you have created the ocean-like reservoir of water on Earth, called Samudra, and the sky-like reservoir called Arṇava. Just as you create the universe outside, you also create within me, in my body. At the gene level within every cell of the physical body, the impressions of this birth are stored and imprinted in trillions of cells; this is called Samudra. And the impressions of countless births, stored in seed form within the mind, from the beginning of creation, are called Arṇava. Second Mantra: Om Samudravadhis Samvatsaro Ayata Aho Ratra Ved Vishvasato Vashi. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, after creating the ocean-like reservoir on Earth, called Samudra, and the sky-like reservoir called Arṇava, you created the Samvatsara (year). You created time such as Kṣaṇa, Muhūrta, Prahar, etc. Meaning, when the Earth completes one cycle around the Sun in 365 days, it is called a Samvatsara, or a year. Aho Ratran Vidadhat, O Lord, you also created day and night. When the Earth completes one rotation on its axis, day and night occur in 24 hours. Vishvasato Vashi, O Lord, you have kept the entire world under your control in this way. Just as you create the universe outside, you also create within me. The Samvatsara within me is my mind, which makes me revolve in agitated, deluded, and scattered states. O Deva, because it is trigunatmaka (composed of three qualities). These states manifest due to the emergence of the qualities. This is the Samvatsara. And when sattva guna comes into my intellect, meaning, I bring it about through effort, then discernment awakens in me. I can move towards detachment. I start correcting all things. Then the light of knowledge dawns in my life, and prosperity follows. These are good days. And when my intellect is clouded by rajo guna and tamo guna, I am afflicted by ignorance, I think unrighteous thoughts, use unrighteous speech, perform unrighteous actions, suffer various sorrows, and am covered by ignorance. These are the dark days. And you, please free me from these. Make me supremely sattvic. And also make me a Nishkama Karmi (one who performs actions without desire for results). Third Mantra: Om Surya Chandramsau Dhata Yatha Purva Kalpa Divam Cha Prithvim [Music] Chaksatho Svaha. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, just as you have created and sustained the sun, moon, etc., in the external world, similarly, you pervade within me in the mind, intellect, and other elements. O Bhagavan, Yatha Purvam Akalpayat, just as you have created this universe now, you also created it in previous kalpas, and you create the same universe in every kalpa. Because you are complete. Your knowledge and science are also complete. Therefore, your creation is also complete. There is no possibility of novelty or improvement in it. O Bhagavan, you are present everywhere in the Deva Loka, Prithvi Loka, and Antariksha Loka. And you also sustain your own bliss. You reside in every particle of my gross existence, body, subtle existence, mind, intellect, etc., and in my soul. By considering you present and witnessing, I can be saved from all kinds of evils. I can rise above the impurities of rajo guna and tamo guna. I can remove the veils of impurity and distraction and become the purest. Make my life free from evil. Make it divine, pure, and spotless. Now, the Achaman Mantra: Om Apo Devi Rabhaya Apo Bhavantu Pitaye Sayo [Music] Namah. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, Om, O protector of all, Devi, O illuminator of the entire universe, you are omnipresent. Shan, we have chosen the path of our welfare. You are my desired deity and the main goal of my life. The world is merely a means for your attainment. Therefore, while enjoying this world with detachment, I am constantly active for your attainment. Pitaye, because you are the giver of eternal, everlasting happiness. My life's fulfillment lies in attaining you. With such knowledge and firm resolve, I am moving towards you. And I have full hope and faith that you are indeed bringing about my welfare from all sides. I am seeing it. The rain of your bliss is showering upon me from all sides, and I am blessed, blessed. Now, the Manasa Parikrama Mantra: First Mantra: Om Prachi Digadhipatir Asito Rakshitah Tebhyo Namo Adhipatibhyo Namo Rakshitabhyo Namo Ishubhyo Namo Ebhya Astu [Music] Yoyam Vayam Dvishth Tad. Prachi (East) direction. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you are the embodiment of knowledge. Make us knowledgeable too. O Deva, Asitah, you are free from bondage, and you wish to free us from bondage too. We become bound by attachment and aversion, and by covering ourselves with delusion. And by performing Nishkama Karma and adopting sattvic qualities, we can become free from bondage. O Bhagavan, Adityah, through the sun's rays and breath, you are constantly my protector. We bow to you. We benefit from your creations. We are grateful to you. May all the karmic impressions of malice that are woven into my gross existence towards all living beings be burned and destroyed in your divine radiance, so that no malice remains in my mind towards anyone. May we become generous-minded, forgiving, and tolerant. Grant us such grace. Second Mantra: Om Dakshina Digdho Adhipatiraj Rakshita Pitar Ishavah Tebhyo Namo Adhipatibhyo Namo Rakshitabhyo Namo Ishubhyo Namo Ebhya Astu Yosman Vayam Dvishmasamo Jambhed. Dakshina (South) direction. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you are the Adhipati named Indra. Indra means the possessor of all glories, the giver of glories. However, we can attain your glory only through righteous endeavor. May we also become practitioners of righteous endeavor. O Deva, Tirashchara, by creating creatures with crooked movements in this creation, you seem to be educating us that whenever we are internally filled with rajo guna and tamo guna, we become crooked. We commit misdeeds through unrighteous thoughts, unrighteous speech, and unrighteous actions, and suffer various sorrows. We promote ignorance. You have also created the Pitrs (ancestors) in this creation. By following their path and emulating their lives, we can avoid all such crookedness. We can purify our actions. Make our lives like that. O Lord, whenever we receive suffering from others, accumulate it, and increase it, our karmic impressions of malice grow. Sitting at your feet daily, we wish to clean and burn this accumulated waste, so that no resentment or desire for revenge arises in our minds towards anyone. May the feeling of affection for everyone develop. Third Mantra: Om Prati Chi Varuna Adhipati Prada Rakshit Ishavah Tebhyo Namo Adhipati Namo Rakshitabhyo Namo Ishubhyo Namo Ebhya Astu Yoma Vayam [Music] Dvishamb. Prati Chi (West) direction. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you are the Adhipati named Varuna. Varuna means the supreme king of this world. You rule over all of us. We wish to be freed from the three types of bonds through your worship and by obeying your command. O Deva, O Deva, Prida, Ajagara, and other venomous creatures have been created by you in this creation. And through food, etc., you constantly nourish us. May our lives be such that we can properly utilize the food received from you, the energy derived from it, and through worship and yoga, awaken our self-consciousness. May the feeling of malice towards all living beings be forever eradicated from our hearts, and may the feeling of affection be firmly rooted for everyone. Make our lives like that. Fourth Mantra: Om Udi D Moopati Svajo Rakshitah Teo Namo Adhipatibhyo Namo Rakshitabhyo Namo Ishubhyo Namo Ebhya Astu Yo [Music] Vayam Dvast Bhoj Bhed. Udiich (North) direction. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you are the Adhipati named Soma. You are the one who delights us from within with qualities like peace. Svajah, you are never born, and you wish to free us from the cycle of birth and death. O Deva, O Deva, Ashani, you have created electricity in this creation. By collecting it, we fulfill various purposes of our lives and are grateful to you. May the feeling of malice towards all living beings be forever destroyed from our hearts, and may the continuous stream of affection always flow. May we wish for the welfare of all, and may all living beings wish for our welfare. May we firmly establish the feeling of friendship in our lives. Fifth Mantra: Om Dhruva Vishnu Adhipati Kalmagri Rakshita Virudhav Te [Music] Namopyo Namo Rakshabhyo Namyo Namo Ebhya Astu Yo Vayam Dvastmo Jame. Dhruva (Downward) direction. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you are the Adhipati named Vishnu. You are omnipresent, pervading the universe. There is no place, inside or outside, where your existence is not present. O Bhagavan, Kalmash, Gava, Veda, you have created trees, creepers, plants, etc., of green color on this Earth. Like Girva, we use them in our lives for nourishment and express our gratitude to you. Whenever we receive suffering, accumulate it, increase it, and create resentment in our minds, then karmic impressions of malice arise. O Lord, daily morning and evening, sitting in your lap, we wish to burn these mental impurities in your pure radiance, in your radiance of knowledge. So that our minds remain happy. When we wish to connect with you through worship and yoga, may we be able to concentrate and move within you without obstruction. Sixth Mantra: Om Udhva Brihaspati Rakshita Varsham Deo [Music] Namobhyo Namo Rakshitabhyo Namyo Namyoastu Yo Vayamamstam Bhed. Urdhva (Upward) direction. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you are the Adhipati named Brihaspati. Brihaspati means you are the sustainer of the universes, greater than the great. And you are the giver of Vedic knowledge. Shvetra, you are supremely pure, spotless. By associating with you, by worshipping you, we also wish to become pure. O Deva, Varsham, just as you make the earth verdant and lush by raining, making it green with trees, creepers, plants, etc. Similarly, shower knowledge upon me. So that discernment awakens in me, and I can nurture the fruits of my actions with detachment. The feeling of malice towards all living beings, which we have been harboring in our minds from past lives, we wish to burn all those seeds in your pure radiance with the fire of knowledge. O Lord, may our lives be free from malice. Just as you are the definite friend of all, may we also see everyone with a feeling of friendship. Make our vision pure like that. Through the Manasa Parikrama mantras, O Lord, we remove the disbelief in our lives. We accept your existence wholeheartedly, with mind, speech, and action. We keep your presence in our minds and intellect throughout the day, and we do not take or increase any sorrow, and we become pure in our lives. Now, the Upasthana Mantra: First Mantra: Om Uyamam Tamasparasa Pashyanta Uttaram Devam Devat Suryam [Music] Agottamam. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, we wish to connect with you internally, by rising above the gross and controlling the subtle, in the causal state, in order from the gross to the subtle. How are you? Tamasah Pari, you are completely free from the darkness of ignorance. Svah, you are the embodiment of bliss. Remove the ignorance within us too, and delight us. O Lord, Pashyanta Uttaram, your divine form, which remains even after dissolution, Devam Devatra, you are always present in our mind, intellect, and senses, which are divine substances, possessing your divinity. We are realizing this as it is. We are also attaining your knowledge-filled radiance, the supreme light, which pervades the moving and non-moving universe, in the form of the sun. We are receiving it, even if through the testimony of words, even if through inference, we establish you in our hearts. Second Mantra: Om Udum Jatavedasam Devamtik Ketav Drushe Vishvaya Suryam. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, these eyes have been yearning to see you for centuries, for many births. We have been hoping for your divine vision for a long time. Although you pervade the entire universe and are always connected to me, the fog of ignorance is so dense that we cannot experience you, who are very close. But we have faith in our minds, and we perceive you through your creation and your regulatory, illuminating, and pervading qualities in the creation, which are like flags and banners showing you. O Jatavedas, knower of all that is born, show me your sun-like form pervading the universe. Dispel the fog of ignorance. May your light of knowledge, in the form of the sun, manifest within me. Make me realize my own existence. Third Mantra: Om Chitram Devanam Udgakam Chakshur Mitrasya Varunasya Apya Prithvi Antariksham Surya Atma Jagatas Svaha. O Lord, you are Chitram, possessing wonderful qualities, actions, and nature. Udgakam, you manifest in the hearts of the wise. Meaning, by adopting sattvic qualities, we also wish to attain the status of Devas, so that our welfare may also be achieved. Aneka, all the bad habits within me such as lust, anger, greed, attachment, envy, malice, slander, gossip, quarrels, fights, falsehood, pride, laziness, negligence, etc., which prevent me from rising above, you are the supreme strength to overcome them. Therefore, we call you by the name Aneka. O Lord, you are Chakshu, the seer, sustainer, and nourisher. Mitra, Varuna, Agni, who have risen above attachment and aversion, are called Mitra, and those who are always present in righteousness are called Varuna. And you are also the protector, sustainer, and regulator of the physical fire that keeps this world moving. We know this. Apra Dyava Prithvim Antariksham, O Lord, you have encompassed this entire universe, inside and out. Whether it is the stationary creation or the mobile one, you reside everywhere. Your presence is everywhere. Grant me also the true realization of this. Fourth Mantra: Om Takshur Deva Hitam Purasta Shukra Uchch Pashya Sharad Shatam Ji Sharad Shatam Shrunuya Sharad Shatam Pravad Sharad Shatam Adhnasyaam Sharad Shatam Bhus Sharad Shata. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, you are Chakshu, the seer, always seeing, hearing, and knowing me, from within and without. I can never escape from your gaze, nowhere. Deva Hitam, you are beneficial to the wise. Purasta Shukra Uchchata, you remain the same in creation, sustenance, and dissolution. O Deva, I wish to see that divine radiance of yours, which remains the same in creation, sustenance, and dissolution, in my heart for 100 years or even after that, every day. I wish to live for your attainment, sustaining my life. I wish to hear, know, understand, and contemplate you from the Vedas, the wise, the scriptures, and the sages. And after hearing, knowing, understanding, and contemplating you, I wish to proclaim you to others. And as long as I have the opportunity to live, I wish to live independently and freely. O Lord, awaken such good fortune in me. Through Upasthana, we make your proximity a level of experience, and we do not forget you for a moment throughout the day in our daily activities. May we become accustomed to performing all activities of life in your sweet remembrance. Grant me such grace. Now we are chanting the Gayatri Mantra mentally. We will praise, pray to, and worship God internally through the Gayatri Mantra. Let us begin. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Now, Surrender: O God, repository of mercy, by your grace, through this act of chanting and worship, may we achieve Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha. Om Namah Shambhavaya Cha Mayobhavaya Cha Namah Shankaraya Cha Mayaskaraya Cha Namah Shivaya Cha Shivataraya Cha. O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, we have adopted a posture, stabilized the body, turned the senses inward, achieved yogic practices like pranayama, pratyahara, etc., and through dharana, dhyana, and samadhi, we have chanted the mantras of Vedic Sandhya. We have meditated upon you with contemplation of their meaning. We have worshipped. Be pleased with us and grant us the attainment of Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha in this very life. O Lord, you are Shambhu, the embodiment of happiness. We bow to you. You are the supreme giver of happiness in the world. Mayobhu, we bow to you. You are Shankara, whose nature is to bring about the welfare of all living beings from within. We bow to you. And you are Mayaskara, who constantly inspires us towards righteous conduct by giving righteous inspiration. We bow to you. You are Shiva, the embodiment of auspiciousness. We bow to you. And you are Shivattara, the bestower of Moksha, who brings about the bliss of liberation. We surrender ourselves completely to you. We dedicate this life for your attainment. O Deva, free us from the three afflictions: Adhidaivika, Adhibhautika, and Adhyatmika, and grant us your eternal bliss, and keep us always in bliss. Chant Shanti three times: Om Shanti Shanti [Music] Shanti. You can open your eyes. Hum a bhajan with me. Those are the most divine moments when we find ourselves closest to Brahma.
