So, you might notice within yourself and within others that you are starting to lose interest in a lot of things in your life. It's almost as if you're being numbed out. I don't know if you remember that old song by U2, "Numb," or something like that. And it reminds me of this time right now. It's, it's as if we're getting so much input into our system that we start to just completely tune out, and we completely start to go numb, or we completely start to reframe our entire lives. And, um, if you're feeling like that, you know, let me know in the comments. I know I definitely have.

I definitely've gone through that phase, and I'm still going through that phase of turning away from parts of society that I no longer agree with. And I think this is a very natural process. It's a natural process of waking up. And it's also a natural process that we're seeing all around us right now. And as society is getting louder and louder through social media and through, um, regular media, through all the crazy stuff that's happening around us, we start to, it's almost as if the layers of us that had any interest in that starts to be peeled away. We no longer feel interested in some of the hobbies that we used to have. We no longer feel interested in some of the festivities and celebrational, you know, holidays that we have, or spending time with our family and friends. It's almost like we're slowly pulling back our own energy into saying, "Wait a minute, like, what's really going on? How am I involved in everything that's going on? And what is it that I'm actually feeding? What is it I'm actually giving energy to?"

So, what we notice in that first stage is that we start to feel numb, bored, uninterested in things that we used to have tremendous interest in. And we, it's almost like we get a little worried about ourselves, right? We get worried about why all these things are happening. How come I'm not that invested or interested anymore? Everybody's talking about, you know, whatever's the latest thing that's going on in this world that's demanding so much of our attention. You know, there's always the constant distraction, the constant manipulation, the constant sort of next big thing that we're supposed to pay attention to. And then we start to see that a lot of these are layers of programming. They're layers of kind of how society is built up to keep us distracted and manipulated, to be honest with you.

And as we then start to pull back, we feel as if we're first bored, and then we feel like we're numb, and then we feel like we don't really want to talk to our friends or our family anymore. We might start to see people peel away from our life as well. And then we get to the moment of where we're contained in that stillness, in that space, where we come back to ourselves, come back to our intuition, come back to our sense of guidance system that we've been so distracted from for through almost all of our life. You know, we go through this life and we're distracted by all these different things. And then as soon as you start to pull back your energy, you start to realize, wait a minute, all these things that I've played into, all these things that I believed in, all these patterns that I've continued because perhaps other people have told me that this is the good way to go, right? Um, get an education, have a family, create, have a house, you know, you know the whole story, right? Career and so on and so forth. But what are we really giving away from ourselves when we do that? Are we living someone else's dream, or are we living our own dream?

And as we start to pull back, as we start to sense our own intuition, our own energy again, we start to get that guidance system back. And then we start to realize, wait a minute, maybe all these things happening on the external, maybe all these millions of people waking up alongside me, perhaps there's a reason for that. We're meant to have all those distractions so that we can then finally unplug, so to speak, and come back to center, come back to ourselves. In that moment of realization, in that moment of truly seeing, in that moment of pulling back into silence, pulling back into stillness, that's when the real you come forward again. That's when there's a chance for you, for your intuition, for who you truly are, to be seen, to be felt, to be heard by you. You're no longer interested in posting on social media seeking validation from whoever. Now, you start to move back into stillness and you start to say, "But wait, what is really important for me in my life? What kind of things do I want to give my energy to? Do I want to celebrate the usual, you know, holidays that I've celebrated, or do I want to choose different ways, different things to celebrate? What kind of friends do I want in my life? Who am I now vibrating, you know, frequency-wise alongside with? Who am I?"

So, I look at this as something really truly beautiful. There's a lot of negative things going on in our world right now. But on the other hand, there's a lot of positive things and a lot of people waking up to the fact that there is something else going on there. Beyond all the layers of distraction, manipulation, distortion, illusion, there's something beautiful, and it's right in front of us. Actually, if we just listen to the birds, if we pay attention to the wind, if we start to live in this moment and not live the life that we used to, but live here now in this moment, making your own choices. I just have a suspicion that as you tune into that boredom, as you tune into that numbness, as you tune into that sense of dissatisfaction, you're going to find that your own intuition has all the answers that you need.
