It wasn't that long ago that we got a story about a CBP agent stopping a vehicle in the Northeast, and it was a vehicle full of extremists from this group called the Zizians, and they killed the guy. They killed this guy. He's a law enforcement officer. He's stopping them, trying to figure out what's going on, and they killed him.
We also all know about the story of Lake and Riley. This young woman went out for a run, and a man tried to rape her, and she fought back. So he bludgeoned her to death. After each of these incidents, there were no riots.
There was an ambush terror attack at an ice facility. These leftist extremists showed up outside protesting, throwing fireworks. At least it appeared to be a protest. And when law enforcement came out, a man hiding in the woods opened fire on them.
There's another incident, of course, you know about, where a man was on top of a roof and used a rifle to shoot at vehicles operated by ICE, killing actually, uh, killing detainees. So ICE is on edge. These agents, CBP, HSI, these other, uh, uh, other agencies, they go out to enforce the law, and they are on edge, having faced down terror attacks all throughout the last year and killings.
And now we can see these protests all over Minnesota. We can see the social media commentary from individuals who have no idea what's going on, don't care, or are ideologically possessed. And I've been thinking a lot, a lot about it, largely because there's this fight on the right, and everyone's ripping each other to shreds. And without a unified front, we face being crushed in this country by, let's just be honest, the ignorant masses or the zealous death cult, which overlap with each other.
I know there's a lot of liberals and a lot of regular people who are going to be upset about the ICE shooting in Minnesota, who are going to be upset as to how I'm describing things. The challenge I find is that when you have these conversations with liberals or people who are possessed by these ideas, they're not interested in facts, perspectives. They're not interested in democracy. And that's really what I'm getting at with this video, and why I'm doing this weird video. I don't normally do videos like this, but I've had a lot on my mind.
I'm looking at the movement, the quest, the question. What are we doing? Why are we doing it? And I just have been thinking a lot about the past couple of years. What motivates us? And I mean that by people who, who produce this content. Obviously, there's a lot of grifters out there. And it seems that people are more interested in in fighting or, uh, getting clicks than talking about the issues that we are facing in this country.
But I, I will say this, what motivates me? Well, it's always truth. What is not, what do I want to be, but what is. And we have a horrifying moment that just took place in Minnesota, and there's a question over what is the truth. Now, unfortunately, emotions run hot, and I would argue that most people operate solely emotionally, and thus you're going to end up with people who don't know, don't care, they just hate, they are enraged.
I will add, before I talk about the shooting and where it goes, obviously, I, I will add, I, I, there are people posting meme videos mocking the woman who died, mocking the woman's wife, and I find that, uh, wholly inappropriate. I think it's, you know, I, I look at who's doing it, and of course, there's not high-profile, uh, conservative personalities for the most part mocking this woman for, for, for dying or anything like that, but, uh, sometimes a little bit. And I, I say this wrong, but there are a lot of smaller accounts and, uh, uh, you know, on Instagram, they're making AI videos mocking her, and I, I, I don't think that solves anything. In fact, it seeks to inflame things.
And so the question then becomes, in this ICE shooting, when this woman died, this woman Renee Good, should she have been shot? And the answer is, of course, a resounding no. Now, however, there are a lot of people on the red, probably say yes. And well, you have to ask yourself why they would. Unfortunately, I think with the ideological possession that we are seeing of people on the left, they're not going to ask that question for the most part. And individuals who are not overtly political, who don't understand what's going on, are going to just choose one side or the other without actually understanding what's going on.
But there is an actual question as to whether or not Jonathan Ross, this is the ICE agent, his name has been plastered everywhere. I'm not doxing him. Was he justified? So, the first thing that I will say, you know, seeing where we are now and, um, the protests, the riots, he should not have shot her. I mean, I felt that the moment I saw it, but there are still questions of what we think we would do and what is true.
So, right now, we're looking at a one screen, two movies phenomenon. That's a Scott Adams quote. He said, "There is one screen, but there are two different movies playing at the same time." Well, I will say this. I think it's fair to say that there's going to be a bias factor. Uh, I voted for Donald Trump. I voted for in law enforcement to, uh, stop the crime and the illegal imig, illegal immigration. And so, I am sympathetic to a man who is fearing for his life and taking action to protect it. It doesn't mean it was perfect. I described it as like a 51% clean shoot. Shoot. And what does that mean? It means he shouldn't have done it. I think, uh, I, and I think I, I have a right to say this. Um, others have certainly a greater right to say this, but were I in a situation, I would not have shot her. I have been in high adrenaline life or death moments. I've never been in combat where I myself was, was attacking another person in a conflict. I've been shot at though. And my responses were always less about the aggression and more about the aggression, if that's a word. My point is, I like to believe that were I standing there, I would not have reacted the way that that officer did. But that being said, the question about what is justified and reasonable is a totally different question.
So, what we have here, the big picture, why we stand with ICE, why I have no problem saying he shouldn't have shot her, but I stand with Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent. There's a few things you need to understand, and I don't care if you agree or disagree. This is the perspective many people have on what happened. ICE has been tasked by the American voter to go out and enforce the law with the killing of the CBP agent, with the brutal murder of Lake and Riley. And she wasn't the only one, a mother in Maryland out for a hike, brutally beaten to death. Does it mean that these stories are the most prominent, nor, or does it mean that illegal immigrants are murdering and mass like some kind of zombie horde? No. It means that for some reason, these stories, the terror attacks, the attacks on, uh, ICE in general, shootings, and general illegal immigration, the American people, as through our democratic processes, voted for the Republicans across the board, winning the Senate, the House, and the presidency, and already holding the Supreme Court. That is the will of the people, and it's democracy. And it means that a large amount of people are not going to agree with it. And that was always allowed. But what's not allowed is that following the victories of the Republican party and an agenda targeting illegal immigration and crime, you do not have the right to threaten to kill, murder, or obstruct the will of the American voter.
So, I am unabashedly saying I stand with ICE agent Jonathan Ross, and for all the repercussions that may bring from the people who have already tried to or threatened to kill me, I refuse to live in a country where I would bend the knee to deranged individuals who believe that it is justified to spray paint "kill ICE," who would tell me my vote doesn't matter. Now, in this singular granular moment, I see this agent and I say, "Buddy, you shouldn't have done it." And it appears that the other agent who was standing near him after them was shot and killed said, "Fucking bitch." These are not good things, and I don't like any of them. But there is a bigger question about what is happening, and I don't believe a singular granular moment changes much of what is going on.
There are a few things to say in which I can be sympathetic to the agent here, and that is, 6 months ago, he was hit by a vehicle while trying to enforce the law and dragged 330 feet, and he had to get medical attention. That's horrifying. Perhaps it's fair to say he should not have been on the street. He should have been on desk duty. I mean, after an injury or traumatic moment like that, it's going to lead to terrifying things. At the same time, these ICE agents who have faced terror attacks several times over the past years, I think it's in the psyche of every single agent that these people are trying to kill you. It doesn't mean around every corner you will be killed. But the sniper who took shots at the ICE vehicles, he, his intention, as reported, was to make sure ICE thought that around every corner someone may murder them. And that context matters, and it'll certainly come up if there's ever a criminal trial on this one.
I see this poster from people, and they're saying this guy killed her in cold blood. They're posting things out of context. But let's talk about what is true. And what is true is that neither Renee Good nor this ICE agent intended to place each other in front of this vehicle. And that's that, I, I, you know, look, if you watch the video, and I've done a, a breakdown a million one times. She reverses the vehicle to the right while Jonathan Ross is walking to his right, creating that moment where they're standing, and he, and she's sitting right in front of him. Now, the reality is, she was committing felony obstruction. She had been all day. She was engaged by law enforcement. New video shows that she had been blocking the road, and the vehicle driven by Jonathan Ross pulls around from behind her, and he gets out, starts questioning her. Well, I don't think he's questioning her, but words are exchanged. There's prior contact. He films her license plate. He then walks around the front of the vehicle when another officer walks up saying, "Get out of the vehicle." She refuses. She resists, and she attempts to evade. It's a felony. In the course of committing a felony, I do not believe it was intentional. She placed herself in line with Jonathan Ross, who I also do not believe was trying to stand in front of her vehicle. He was just filming it. It's a split second. And then the engine revs. The front tire spins out pointed leftward as she begins to move forward and tilt to the right. But for all of the slow-motion analysis that I could do, or a liberal can do, the reality is, it was about two seconds. There's no thought, there's no deep processing. And then he drew his weapon and he fired on him. And people have said to me, "Yeah, but the first shot maybe, but the other two." I, I don't see it as three shots. I see it as one use of lethal force. In fact, I'd argue I don't believe the first shot killed her. I believe it was the second shots through the side of the window that did. But none of that matters. It really doesn't.
And the liberals are going to say, I don't know, they're going to use every name in the book, but the truth is this. The American people voted for immigration enforcement. And I'm not talking about what, uh, just, I'm not talking about criminal illegal aliens. I'm talking about in Chicago, illegal immigrants were given community centers. In Boston, the same thing. In New York, hotels. And the people in Chicago were fed up. The black community had meetings where they famously said, "We are being replaced." Which created this whole new news cycle where, quest, where the right was laughing, saying, "I thought this was white nationalist stuff, but there's black people saying we're being replaced." Upset that the city and the, and the federal government had been bringing in illegal immigrants into Chicago and giving them designated camping areas. They were pissed about it. They wanted their schools back. So what happens? This plays a big role in Donald Trump's reelection, his non-consecutive second term. Suburban housewives largely for the MAGA movement, but also many people because of the issue of immigration, which was the top, if not, I believe it was the second, rivaling for the first. Of course, the first is always the economy, but this was a factor in the economy. And immigration was a massive issue for people because we had seen estimates between 10 and 20 million illegal immigrants coming into our country, unvetted, unchecked, no status. And the B administration quietly removed or dropped their hearings, creating a de facto permanent status for non-citizens. It's strange, and it was unacceptable in the minds of the American people. So they voted to shut it down.
So, in 2024, can you believe it's now 2026, which is about a year ago, the American people voted for Donald Trump so decisively that I sat in a studio at the Daily Wire and we were worried. You know, I, I, it's really funny. I talked to the Daily Wire crew, and I was like, "We may have to be here all week because if this is drawn out and there's a legal battle and we don't know who won, and they were like, you know what, you're right. We're going to make sure." I said, "Look, if we come and we do this thing, it's going to be awesome, but we can't just do one day." And they're like, "Yeah, good point." And then it was, Trump won handily. The American people made it clear. We vote. We say no. We want this fixed. Okay. So Donald Trump then went to DHS and said, "The American people want this job done, and we're going to get it done." And so that's what's happening now. ICE agents are going to get the job done. But what are we seeing? As I already mentioned, terror attacks, shootings, murder. It's bad enough that there are criminal illegal aliens, cartel, etc., MS-13, whatever it might be. But there's also just general economic displacement from low-skilled labor coming in, people who are working under the table without papers, resulting in a displacement for the American worker who voted for Trump to enforce the law.
You get comments from people like Zoran Mandani, where he says that he's going to protect his community from Donald Trump. What that, and what what does that mean? It means there are illegal immigrants in his city in New York, and they need to be deported as per law, and he's going to protect the criminals the American people voted to remove. I always say this, imagine the worst thing I did to you if you broke into my house was give you a ride home. It's just, it's just ridiculous. You kick my door in, you come in my house, and I say, "You can't be here. Hop into the car. I'm going to drive you home." That's silly.
So, what is the left mad about? Well, these leftists, these liberals, they're a combination of things. There's, uh, some prominent individuals, I won't name anybody, who are making posts, you know, A-list celebrities and athletes about how this was a murder, and they don't know, and they don't care. They're not going to watch the videos. They're not going to ask the questions. They don't care. They want to win. The activists want to win. I don't care what they think. I don't care why they think it. What matters is the American people voted and said this is what we want. And sometimes you lose. There have been many instances where the things that I want as a single individual in this country didn't get it. I didn't want us to bolster our troops in Afghanistan. Obama got elected, and that's certainly what he did. I didn't vote for Trump in 2016, and I didn't vote for Biden in 2020. In fact, my voting record is pretty bad. The people I've, no, to be fair, I voted for Obama, and oh no, wait, he did win. And then I went, "Oh boy, that was a mistake." Young and naive, right?
So now I take a look at the posts we see online, and I notice a few things. These individuals who are pro-rioter or extremist, or however you want to describe it, because it's certainly not democracy. I mean, we voted for ICE. So, this anti-democratic group willing to use force to obstruct the will of the people, and I don't mean murder. I mean general force, meaning if you're going to block a road or whatever, to a degree, I've long said civil disobedience is okay. In fact, I would say civil disobedience, period, it's just okay. So, when you're blocking a road, totally fine with it. Renee Good was obstructing law enforcement. She was blocking a road. That's okay. I'm going to let you stew on that one for a little bit. Build up the suspense. Get everybody riled up and angry. And now I'm going to explain. Renee Good blocking the road with her car is the degree of civil disobedience we respect and allow. We do this because we don't want violence, and we don't want terrorism, and we don't want murder. And, uh, a great quote is, "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable." That doesn't mean that every revolution is good. Certainly, I don't think a communist revolution would be good. But it does mean that we want to have a pressure release valve system for somebody who feels like their voice is not being heard. They have an opportunity to let people know what they think. And if you're blocking a road, what's the worst thing that's happening? You're blocking a road. Yeah, for real. You're, you're wasting people's time. In the long run, nobody gets hurt. However, when you block a road, this also means something else.
Now, I've been a part of these direct action meetings, and I've worked for several nonprofits, and I've been at, uh, uh, I mean, my whole life I've been at protests, going back to the Iraq War protests, and you're always told by the organizers, "You may get arrested, comply." They say, "Go limp." They say, "Am I being detained?" All of these things. They never say, "Attempt to evade arrest." So, what was okay in my opinion was that she was blocking a road. Now, you may say, "Tim, it's felony obstruction." Indeed, it is, and she should be arrested for it. If you link arms in front of a building, you're obstructing a, a building or trespass. If you're blocking a road, you get charged. The J6 rioters who viciously beat cops went to prison and deservedly so. That was never okay. I think three years was enough though. So when they got their pardon, I, I think three years in prison for assaulting an officer is about an adequate amount of time, and the pardon power exists for this reason.
Now, that being said, in Minnesota, she was obstructing law enforcement, and I say, "Sure, fine, arrest her." And then what happens is she'll get a slap on the wrist. They'll say, "We get why you're doing it, ma'am." And then what do you get? You get court supervision, and you get a fine, and they say, "Don't come back." But something else happened. An ICE agent who had been injured by a vehicle 6 months prior. ICE agents who have been facing down terror threats, death threats, and terror attacks were attempting to make an arrest. This woman decided, instead of accepting that she is engaged in civil disobedience for which she will be arrested. And I tell you this, Greenpeace calls it a badge of honor to have the arrest on your record. This woman decided she was going to flee. And her wife said, "Drive, baby. Drive, drive." She did hit the officer. She didn't injure him. I don't think the officer was hurt in the slightest. I don't think he suffered any injuries at all. But the vehicle did accelerate towards him. It did make contact, uh, contact. He yells, "Whoa!" And it's all within a second. He shoots her.
And so here I am, once again, like we saw almost six years ago with George Floyd, trying to be reasonable and compassionate. I wish George Floyd didn't die. He was certainly not a good dude. He, what is it like? He beat women. He did drugs. He was chewing on a speedball. That's meth and fentanyl. And he resisted arrest. And it's sad that he died. And he died because of, you can call it a combination of factors. He certainly had fentanyl in his system. He was likely going into cardiac arrest. But to be fair, Chauvin sat on top of the guy. Now, I don't think that Chauvin deserves to be in prison. I think Chauvin, uh, didn't do anything wrong because as an individual, he did what he was told to do, and in that court, in that, in that jury trial, the prosecutors actually got from their own witness a statement that Derek Chauvin was entitled under Minnesota police policy to use more force than he did, but he chose not to. He could have used a taser on George Floyd. Still, what we end up with is a callous system where when George Floyd, a criminal, he had a counterfeit bill, doing drugs behind the wheel of a car, all really bad things, felonies, resisting arrest, even worse. It doesn't mean he should die. And the system shouldn't be so rigid as to, you have a guy on the ground, you don't think about it. But I say this, I don't blame the police. I blame the system. The system needs to be changed. And I think it's perfectly fine to condemn the system. I don't think it's okay to put all of those cops in prison forever.
At the time when George Floyd died, I said, "Wow." I mean, I mean, it looks like what it looks like. We got the body camera footage later on, and we realized we'd been lied to. We were manipulated. We got riots across the country. Billions of dollars in damage. Innocent people were murdered to the tune of three or so dozen. And I said, "Never again. Never again." And now we're seeing mass protests, and we're seeing people getting deranged and and extremely violent, and we can't tolerate it. And I'm not going to live in that world. I don't care if every single person on the planet looks at me and tells me I'm wrong. I'm not wrong. I don't care. It is my job to plant myself like a tree and say, "No, you move. The American people voted for this." And you can cite any argument you want. None of it matters. The American people voted for this. You're allowed to protest it. You're not allowed to kill people. You're not allowed to aid and abet felons. You're not allowed to take someone wanted for beating somebody and let them escape to the back door of your courthouse. That woman, Judge Dugan, was convicted. We are people, and we are trying to be fair and reasonable. And what I see now is after every, every grievance, the right has not rioted nor beaten anybody. They like to say on the left, they say, "But the right is more likely to engage in violence." Never. Never true. Because what they're doing is they're claiming that a fringe ideological wacko with no friends, killing a bunch of people, is the same as Charlie Kirk. No, Charlie Kirk kicked those people out of his event. I'm not going to blame the Republican party for what a psychotic extremist with some overlapping views did. Nor would I do the same to the liberals of the left. The only problem when Antifa shows up to these protests and these riots and engages in violence, prominent Democrat personalities say, quote, "Respect the diversity of tactics." The right doesn't do that. The right doesn't say, "Well, you know, if, uh, white supremacists show up, we have to respect them." No, they don't. Donald Trump even said they should be condemned totally. They should be condemned totally. The left doesn't do that. In fact, what, what did Obama say? He said, "We got to stop the circular firing squad."
So, the point is this. When the far-left shows up and they attack ICE agents and they engage in violence, the left doesn't say, "Never again." They say, "Respect the diversity of tactics." Now, don't get me wrong. When Charlie was murdered, many prominent Democrats and liberals said it was a bad thing, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. My point is, you will see a group of Antifa going around beating people and smashing up windows, and you will see people like Jerry Nadler say, "Nah, it's not true. Never happened." You'll see Democrat politicians say, "I am Antifa." On the right, what do you have? Honest question. Nothing. There is no mass decentralized organizing body or cell network. Now, the left will say things like the Oathkeepers, and, uh, they are not mainstream, nor do they ever do anything ever. I don't see consistent Oathkeeper factions in every city organizing major protests. They might say like the Proud Boys, again, what is that? A couple hundred people, not a mass movement. But by all means, if you're critical of the Proud Boys or the, or the Oathkeepers, that was always allowed. When that CBP agent was murdered, the Oathkeepers did not riot, didn't organize, nor did Proud Boys or Patriot Prayer, or in fact, any conservative group at all. But when you get Kil Mara Brago Garcia, which is a disputed case, the left comes out in full force. The right complains on the internet. And that's the distinction right now.
What are we looking at? I'm looking at people post all across social media the most deranged and insane things. I'm seeing a massive increase in death threats, and it's, uh, oh boy, is it worrisome. I was going to say worrying, worrisome. But I'm, I refuse to live in a country that would defend violence, terror, and I don't know, fascistic principles. I mean, what reality is this where we tolerate a faction of any sort telling the American voter who voted for this, "You do not matter"? I'm not playing that game. I just won't do it.
So, my friends, I wake up. I scroll through my X feed as I often do on this beautiful Sunday morning where I'm working on other projects clearly in a hotel room, and I just said, "Enough. Enough. It's lunacy. We voted for immigration enforcement. I am pro-immigrant. I am pro-immigration. But these liberals and these Democrats are pro-illegal immigration." I met a woman who said she was first-generation American, and she was a fan of the show, and she wants to win. I think the people who flee Venezuela and Cuba make great Americans. I think there are people from Nigeria who are proven to be great Americans. I believe the people who come to this country legally with good intentions because they respect us should be welcome. And I believe that those that would spit in our faces and break our laws should not be, for two reasons. The first, they broke the law, go home. The second is that that action itself shows disdain for the American way of life. So you come here legally, you come here with my blessing. You come here illegally, you have insulted and disrespected me. And we, the American people, voted, "Enough, it's time for you to go home." And the liberals are saying, "We're going to protect you with violence. And they're going to threaten to kill people who oppose them. And they're going to celebrate Charlie Kirk's death." I, I, I don't stand for it. Absolutely not.
And I will say this all the same to the people that are celebrating this woman's death. She was engaging in low-level civil disobedience. She should not have died. I get it. She made an attempt to evade the officers with a vehicle, and she created that circumstance. I get it. She shouldn't have died for it. Shouldn't die for fleeing, but I think it's clear to say that she looked right at the officer and didn't care that he was in front of her. She created the circumstance, and we don't want it to happen. But when the American people vote for ICE enforcement, and you decide to stand in the way of law enforcement and create these circumstances, I'm not going to have sympathy. I'm not, I would say to those on the right that are blasting memes and insulting, or though I would call it more fringe elements, you're just making the problem worse. Unhinged emotional people are not listening. So why make it worse? I'm not going to play this game and fall for Derek Chauvin 2.0. It's not happening. George Floyd 2.0. But all the same, I'm not going to back down and let these people destroy our country, lie about what we believe and why we believe it, and malign us. I'm just not going to do it. And if you got a problem with that, that's too bad. There are evil people out there that are lying, cheating, and stealing. There are good people that are just brainwashed. But if you are so emotional that you can't stop and check the facts and ask the questions, then there's no helping you. Strange how they're all betting a thousand, isn't it?
You know, with a, with a Greenland purchase, I see, I think we see the most, I think we see the perfect example. Why are so many liberals opposed to the acquisition of Greenland? Honest question. Greenland, with 56,000 people, can choose to join America or not. And the people of Greenland originally got into a dispute with Denmark, saying, "We are going to talk to the United States to see what's right for us." And Denmark got all, all pissed off. So I see these liberals claiming that Trump is wrong to try and acquire Greenland. Well, I mean, maybe functionally or economically, I don't know. But this is not a policy debate. Kind of is. I guess it's not an ideological debate. It's literally just, should we ask the people of Greenland to join the United States? Okay. Why are they acting like that's the apocalypse? How could Trump be wrong 100% of the time? Because they're ideologically possessed, and they don't actually care about what's true. And if we allow people like that to control our system of government, we will collapse because you can't let the inmates run the madhouse.
