Why Smart Entrepreneurs Are Ditching Alcohol for This 6-Calorie Recovery Drink

BRAD LEA TV1:14:09

Transcription

I think that this is the future. This is the same benefit of alcohol minus all of the negatives. This is a healthier alternative. I can drink a couple of these, take the edge off, and I can get up the next day and I'm not going to be hung over.

I do a lot of AI, automation, making companies more efficient. >> I need you here at Lightseed. >> I'm sure you do. There's only a handful of tech people that really understand deep tech, but also understand business. When everybody in the United States who's listening thinks being in Canada would be better, tell them what what's the problem with free healthcare. >> Can I swear? >> Yeah. >> What it is? Brad Lee back with another episode of Dropping Bombs. Today in the studio, folks, a real entrepreneur, Stephen Samson in the house. >> Thank you for having me, Brad. Guys, if you don't know this guy, he's a technology executive, an entrepreneur with a background in cyber security and global enterprise consulting. That sounds fancy. >> Yes. >> What does What does that mean? >> I work for PWC and Accenture. Uh, that's where I got my my background. >> Pull that mic over to you, will you? >> Sorry. >> Try to get Yep. Yep. >> Um, you work for PWC and Accenture? >> Yes. >> Leading global technology projects for Fortune50 companies. >> Yes, we were. Uh, well PWC and Accenture only works for large enterprises. So >> do you have uh some sort of degree for that? >> I don't I uh when I uh I barely graduated high school actually. >> So how did you get that job? >> Uh joined the military uh really took uh I I was always good in IT but I really took a liking to cyber security. Uh when I was in the military uh they trained me but they gave me books. So I just read every book I could possibly imagine, got some certificates and when I was released from the military I just went into cyber and one thing led to another and I got I I started working for PWC as a consultant as well as Accenture and bounced between the two and that that's how I got it. I was I was one of the only people in the firm uh without a degree.

>> And then and then how'd that lead into last rap? Well, I've always been an entrepreneur in my mind and I I've started a bunch of companies. Some of them went well, some of them didn't go well. The company that I ended up exiting uh here in the United States uh called Acualth, that was what I got into after PWC. So, >> is it related? >> It's not related. I I was but I guess kind of I was in I was when I was in PWC I was in the healthc care space but I was also doing a lot of oil and gas. It was just kind of a convenient place for me to be put into the organization. But I always had this dream that I wanted to run a company. I thought I could do it better than everyone else. And I I quit my job at PWC uh as a director and started this company. and I took all the money I had um and just decided that I was going to build a piece of software and I was going to take over that market. Not really related, but uh I spent six years building that company. I started uh started two companies and and bought a third vertically integrated exit them six years to the day and took a year off and I was like I'm retired. I'm not going to do anything. And I I found THC seltzers while while I was at the tail end of ACUalth and I was like, I really like these. I think that I could do this better. I can make it taste better. I can target it more for athletes because right now the the way that I see the THC selers being uh advertised is more for ptheads. And the reality is that there's a lot of people out there that don't drink that want that care about their health. And it's like we should really be making a drink that is that is targeted towards that. And that's what this is. Last rep is an athletic recovery cocktail.

>> But what about if the athlete gets popped for some sort of blood test and they see that they are on THC? >> Yeah. Well, there is that. Um I wouldn't say that professional athletes would be drinking this, but more for the social athlete. Like I consider myself a social athlete. I'm 45 years old. I work out every day. I care about my health. And since I don't drink, I I don't want the extra calories. I'm able to turn to last rep my drink and just have a relaxing night. >> Yeah. I keep hearing about these on a regular basis, how mellow and nice makes they make you feel. >> Yeah. >> Um so, so when you exited this company, did it pay you some good money? >> It paid me very well. Um I don't have to work again for the rest of my life. >> Nice. Yeah, it was it five years I I see it all over the I think you've actually said it on on your Facebook post like five years can change your life and and I was a little I was one year longer but six years completely changed my life. I'm I'm now no longer needing to go find a job and I can just take on activities that I actually want to do. So it I really like working but it this gave me the freedom to pick and choose the job that I want to do. Earlier you said that my posts kept you going. >> Hell yeah. Hell yeah. >> Is that Is that for real? >> It is for real. >> So you were like literally considering giving up and and something I said or someone I posted made you go, I'll give it one more week. >> There was when you're running a self-funded startup and you have no money and you're eating tuna cans because that's the only thing you can afford. it you and you just get hit left, right, and center with you got to pay this bill or payroll or someone quit or someone's having a baby or something along those lines. It's just it the weight of your company is on your shoulders and and I I wanted to quit more often than I would like to admit. But there would be those days that I'd get on and I would just get on Facebook to kind of relax and then I would see your post and it was something along the lines like, you know, keep it keep going five years in, you'll change your life. You don't want to be someone else's boss or something along or you don't want to be a um making money for other people. And I was like, "Hell yeah, I don't want to do that." And I would, you know, put down the phone, go to sleep, get up the next day, and I'd get back in and just work as hard as I possibly could.

>> So, does that mean like you owe me half or something? >> Yeah. Well, dude, listen. At the end of the day, now that you've exited and you don't have to work if you don't want to, tell the people, was it worth it? >> Hell yeah. >> And was it that scary to begin with? >> It wasn't scary. There was times I'm in a little bit of a different situation than I think some entrepreneurs here in the United States. I I am originally from Canada and I am an immigrant here. So failure meant that I would have to go back to to Canada and then I'm in a a country that I don't really want to be in and you know I just have to restart all all over again. So there was times that it was scary but at the same time it was what's the worst that's going to happen? I'm just gonna like you said I I I should be scared of nothing. And and at the end of the day, that that's what it was. If I failed, you just start again. That's really all it comes down to. >> Yeah. It's again, you just get up. Yeah. >> Try something else. >> Well, at the end of the day though, like everybody should have some sort of side hustle. They should start something on the side and that and then that side hustle turns out to be the main hustle. Yes. And next thing you know, they're a success story. And what what like what would they risk? Like I could lose everything. Well, you don't really have anything. What's the big deal? >> Yeah. >> You know, I've done it. As you know, I started with nothing. And my mindset was always, well, dude, I that's more scary. >> Mhm. >> So, to me, it's like it's a no-brainer for me. I because people tell me a lot, you know, hey, you your post kept me going. I'm thinking how what makes it so scary, you know? Well, the you know, all these things are hitting you. I know, but like they're going to hit you anyway. >> They are. They're gonna hit you if you're at a in a cubicle. But I I'd be getting worse vibes from that because like I'm gonna be in this cubicle forever. You know, imagine going on vacation having the time of your life and you got to call somebody to see if you can stay an extra couple days. >> Yeah. >> And if they say no, well then you can't. Dude, like that to me is worse than than potentially going out of business. And it's again potentially because I've started businesses and they failed. Well, I could just kept starting them and guess what? Some of them work.

>> That that's exactly it. And a lot of people don't realize that entrepreneurship is a succession of failures, right? You're going to like when I was running my company, we'd start something, we'd fail. Whatever it was, marketing campaign or some sort of new technology we want to roll out, we we failed because it it we didn't execute on it properly or it wasn't the correct solution at that point in time. But you fail fast and you pivot and you keep moving on. And so people are like, "Well, you didn't fail." It's like, "No, I failed thousands of times when I was running my company. It just like it it happens." But I just kept going, right? It just you you got to fail quickly and you got to keep moving.

>> So now that you're a seasoned entrepreneur, what's the challenge so far launching this new product? This new product, folks, by the way, is called Last Rep, which is almost like a good tasting drink with THC, basically. >> Yeah, with delta 9 THC. >> Delta 9 THC. So, you do you get high or do you get mellow? You >> I find that when I drink it, I get mellow. It's not like It's not a high that you get from smoking like smoking is kind of that intense head high. A gummy sometimes you take too much and you get anxiety. This is more for me it's it's it's more of a mellow mellow high and I and I've I've I developed this uh over the course of six months. Um I've seen it in action. I've worked with like my family and stuff like that. We've given out to them at Christmas and I've watched everyone come in kind of in a serious mode and then they start drinking it and they start loosening up. Everyone start laughing and having and smiling and they don't realize that it's the drink. And so I I've witnessed it people becoming more social on my drink and it's I I I think that this is the future personally I I know that a lot of people are starting to quit turn away from alcohol. A lot of people are turning towards fitness now. Medical insurance is expensive. So I wanted to create something that for me as an entrepreneur I can drink a couple of these take the edge off and I can get up the next day and I'm not going to be hung over. I'm not going to have a foggy my brain's not going to be foggy. I'm going to be ready to work 100%.

>> How long does it last? >> It kicks in in about 15 minutes and you I I think it lasts maybe like 45 maybe an hour kind of tail tops. >> What's it do to your libido? >> Um well, I'd have to talk to my wife, but it does pretty it I I think it helps. It puts me in the mood. That's >> Yeah, cuz you know alcohol, you get a couple cocktails and all of a sudden you're you're uh in the mood. Yeah, it I'd say the same thing, but I guess it goes depending on on the situation you are before you start drinking it. Like if you're stressed out and you're having a drink, the probably the last thing you want to do is get your freak on. But um if I'm in a relaxed state and I drink it, yeah, it does help.

>> And so and so you sold your company. Mhm. >> Um, and then this says, "As SEO, you earned back-to back Deote technology fast 500 rankings with revenue growth exceeding 400%." >> 1400%. >> 1400%. I need my readers. >> And today, now you're the co-founder of Last Rep and you run Reach Peak. >> Yeah. >> What's that? >> Just my consulting firm. I I do a lot of AI um automation, making companies more efficient. I need you here at Lightseed. >> I'm sure you do, >> dude. Light speeded. Light speed. We just thank God AI came around because it's allowed us to basically fix a bottleneck. And so now it's like crazy easy and very valuable and it solves a lot of companies problems, especially, you know, companies that want to grow and scale and hire and >> um but now I'm faced with, okay, so how do we get the word out? How do we get, you know, predictable, qualified leads in the door? >> Yeah. >> Because for some reason, training, it doesn't excite anybody. And in reality, training your people better puts you in a better position. Everyone should extremely value training. But for some reason, it's almost like nobody nobody likes it. And it's like, well, that's because it doesn't work. Well, with this software and our services, dude, I can in implement a training department in an organization of any size for less than you can pay for coffee. It's a no-brainer. Yeah. But and and whoever I show it to lately with our new offering, let's call it, >> it's closing. So, I'm like, "Okay, this works. Okay, now I need to get it out to the there to the masses." So, I need to grow and scale it and set set the infrastructure in place. Maybe you can help us with that. >> Absolutely. I actually I I sat through a demo of your product and I think it's amazing. It makes sense. Like it's every single computer-based training for any company should be on your platform because you don't let people go unless they have the answer correct. Like I can't tell you like when I was at PWC, we had to do training all the time for some sort of like it's an audit company, right? So there's a lot of regulation you have to follow, which is okay, but a lot of it you're just kind of like clicking all the way through to the end of the test and then you're getting you're you're answering as best you possibly can and then moving on. I can say that now because I'm not part of the company, but a lot of people do that within an organization and you don't retain anything that was like what's the purpose? Why are you wasting why are we putting everyone through the process because it costs so much money and then no one's retaining anything? When I sat through the demo, I was like, "Okay, this makes sense." I actually went to my financial adviser. I was like, "You need to put together a program for your clientele to help them be more responsible on how they spend their money, and you should use this platform because you can go through and you can educate them and make sure that they're getting the answers right." Like, it's it just makes sense, I think.

>> Yeah. Well, it it it measures understanding and comprehension because if because watching a video doesn't train you, but but you know, it gives you information. Well, now I have to see did you get the information and test you and then give you a way to practice what it is I taught you. So practice is a part of it and then you know track and measure everything. So notify and report you know. So there's a whole series behind the technology. It's been built for 25 years. It is I think the only true learning system out there. The other ones are hosting materials. This one is >> focused on getting you to understand and learn and master what's in it, what's being delivered. and it lets you create it, etc., etc. So, I need help is all I'm saying. So, I might talk to you about that. What do you do more of? Are you more uh focused on growing this or doing that? How do you do both? >> I do both. Uh, well, I I have a great CEO that's running last. So, this is this is kind of my this is my idea. I But Jason Ashton is really the the guy that's running the show. He's a fantastic season CEO. Um, he's really good in sales, really personable, and I'm just kind of the investor, right? It's this is my first position time in this position. Uh but with Reach Peak, I'm helping a couple companies. I don't take on a lot of lot of organizations, but there's I just see that there's so much opportunity to help people with process automation and AI. And when you look at any company today, it is such a huge component of every company. And if you don't go into your organization with an IT focused to build your proper foundation to build your processes and and you're not going to be able to scale, you're not going to be able to accelerate. You're just going to be throwing people at the problem and that you you can't scale.

>> Especially nowadays. >> Especially nowadays. It's it's so hard to find people and it's you got to train them up and then you like you said, if you don't have your platform, then you can have another platform that is going to have have all of your process and procedures. We used one. It was a company out of Scottsdale, Oregon, Arizona, that had a really good platform to kind of build your process and procedures out of. It wasn't like yours. But you got to find >> what was it like trrenual or something? >> Trenu. Yeah, trul. >> Yeah. See, trrenuual's good for what it is because it's it it allows you to centralize your learning materials, but it's more like a Pinterest board. It's just a link tree. It's it's better than nothing. But but again, they had a killer marketing team. >> So that's why they're growing because they figured out the marketing. The product not very good. Their marketing killer. Our product killer. Marketing not very good. So like I have to figure out I tried to steal the trrenual guy once and I found out it's the owner's brother. >> So he wouldn't come over. But I need a I need a marketing director that knows this. That's this good. >> Yeah. because the product is the best. There's no question. I just need to to to get that lead flow coming in directly and then I need uh someone like you to come in and make sure that the IT foundation and everything's there to scale. >> Yeah. >> Cuz if I just took on 10,000 customers tomorrow, which which technologically we could, that's unlimited, but the services, the setups, the you know management of all that I would have to scale dramatically. Yeah. >> So you need systems for that. So what would you tell companies that are wanting to scale? What would be the first thing you look at as Reach Peak? >> The first thing I do at Reach Peak is I go in and I look at your technology foundation. Like what do you have? Like what are the tools you have? And and what I find when I work with different companies um is that they have SASbased products that are 20% deployed and then they have six or seven of the same tools that all do something a little bit different, but they're not configured or they're not talking together. That's kind of if you're lucky, that's what you have. >> Yeah, that's what we have. So, what do you do? Fix that first. >> I fix that. I start building automations between the two. So, what I want to do is well, probably cut down tools because you don't need the spend. You're going to use a 100% of your of the tools that you have and you're going to build integrations in into a common tool set. So, you have like maybe two or three maybe four tools that are your core component. You're going to interlink them. >> Would that be considered a tech stack? >> It's a tech stack. Yes. So you go in and you look at their tech stack. >> Yeah. What is the tech stack that you have? How does it how does it authenticate? Is is are people using username and passwords for each one? So that that that creates more inefficiencies when you onboard people because you instead of creating it in one place, you're creating it in five different places. Then they got to remember their passwords and you got to worry about privacy and all this different stuff. So that's my cyber security stuff that I look at. But really what I'd want to understand is your workflows like how do you use the tools? What's their intended purpose for it? And not every tool is going to be a is going to solve your problem 100%. But that's when you can start bolting on other solutions and you can start tying AI into those tool sets that can and I'm not talking AI like generative AI where you type in hey like reword this email or or I'm I'm building in flows that use AI to interpret data and then be able to put it into into a location that then is usable by either a human being or into the tool set to continue on the automation. So >> where'd you learn that? military >> selftaught like selftaught. I I a lot of the stuff that I' that I've learned is completely selftaught. Like I I've never been good at this is weird for me to say because I was in the military, but I've never been good with like discipline. Like going to school saying you got to go to school, you got to go to university, you got to do this, you got to get a job that gives a pension. Like I was never good with that. And so I've always been on my own path. And uh a lot of the stuff when I wanted to do it, I was like, I'm just going to go do it. and I'm going to learn how to do it. I don't care. And some of the stuff I do is unorthodox unorthodox. But I'm also unique in a way that I'm probably one of there's only a handful of tech people that really understand deep tech, but also understand business. So I I understand that when I'm going into a company, it's not just, hey company, you got to do it like this, this, this, and this because that's what the standards say. It's like I want to understand what your business goals are. What's your strategy to growth? What's our exit plan? Do we have an exit plan and let's architect our solution to actually reach those those goals.

>> And do you have like knowledge of which platform people need and what's the best ones to do certain things? >> There's certain things that I pref I I can work with any tool set. Like I have a client right now that they're not using a tool set that I would prefer, but I'm still making it work. >> What do you What's that cost a company? Is that for like bigger companies or do you deal with help small companies? I I like to stay in the small like one to1 million to like $200 million in revenue is kind of where I'm where I'm staying. >> Well, that's a huge gap. >> It's a huge gap, but it's most of my companies right now are in the hund00 million range. Like they're they're well established, but they have >> Why don't you help the little fellas? >> I I want to, but it's just there's I don't really do a lot of marketing around Reach Peak, you know, and and if for any of your listeners, if you're if you're in a startup, please reach out to me at at Reach Peak. info@reach peak.co. Um, I'd love to help you. Even if >> Why not.ca? >> No. No. Um, I I I I like living in the United States. I'm like I'm from Canada, but I'm really appreciative of living in the United States. I >> Now, now you were in the military, Canadian Army. >> I was. >> And I didn't even know Canada had an army. >> Not a lot of people do, but we uh we we do have one. A lot of great people are in the in that military. Uh we're we should be larger. We should have a larger navy. >> Why don't you though? >> Politics, you know, just >> they're they're woke. >> I don't I'd say yeah, probably the Liberal government is is is very woke in the in in Canada. They're they're more focused on uh pronouns rather than, you know, protecting the protecting the c the country. They're in a battle with Donald Trump for whatever reason, just because they don't like him. He said he we're going to become the 51st state and Canadians went off thinking that they're going to become American. It's like well a Republican isn't going to add 40 million Democrats to the voting pool. So I I wouldn't be too worried about that. But it's >> that how many people are up there? >> About 40 million. Yeah. >> Well, I like the country, meaning the the real estate because it's the same as here if you ask me. Um, but to me, if I were president of the United States, I'd go up and make a deal with Canada and just merge. >> We have so many resources. It's it's gross. Like, we're spending a lot of our time on green deals, but it's like we have the most resources in the world. >> What do you think the Canadians would do if we did go up there and just snatch Canada from you? Cuz your army couldn't do [ __ ] >> No, the army wouldn't do anything. I I think most people would be okay with it in all honesty. Like there would be some uproar like we don't want to lose our our identity. Like I'm proud to be Canadian, don't get me wrong, >> but but that's a region. So you can remain Canadian. You're just US Canadian. >> That's what I think. >> Just like if I were from Mexico, I'd be proud that I'm from Mexico, but at the end of the day, I'd rather be in America. Not because of the territory. Like if if if I could be in Cancun and that's the United States, that'd be the best. >> Yeah. If I could be in can if I could be in Toronto, Canada, and it's still the United States, I'd be the best. >> Well, yeah. I I'm from Toronto. And >> what when when everybody in the United States who's listening thinks being in Canada would be better, the woke idiots here, tell them what's the problem with free healthcare? >> It's not It's Can I swear? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It's shitty. Shitty. My my mom died and she she had brain she had terminal brain cancer. They they put her in the hallway. They they couldn't even put her in a room. >> Well, but they didn't charge her. So what? She They also didn't help her. >> Yeah. See, that's the point I try to make to these people. They're like, "Well, they have free healthcare." It's like, "Dude, >> free healthcare is like a free car." Okay. Imagine if I gave you a free car. What would that car look like, run like? It's like, dude, if it's free, it probably can't be that good. >> I tell my I tell my friends in Canada all the time when they're like, "Well, you pay a lot of money for healthcare." It's like, "No, I pay money for insurance." >> When's the last time you were sick? >> Uh, like in the hospital sick? >> No. >> Hasn't happened. Not going. >> So, again, you pay a lot of money for healthare if you need it. >> Well, let's put it this way. If you're in Canada making a million dollars a year, which is very rare to make that type of money, you're paying 50% of that to just the government taxes, just like California, and then you're being taxed on everything else you buy. Food's more expensive, housing's more expensive, fuel's more expensive when we have oil fields. Uh you can't we can't build houses fast enough for the amount of people that that we're letting into the country. Like it's just it's it it's sad to see because it's a great country with a lot of potential and for some reason we're just focused on this like environmental stuff when our enemies are they don't care about the they don't care about the environment. They're doing whatever it is that they want to do to make their country move forward. And it's like we're just kind of shooting ourselves in the foot with this illusion that people are going to come to us with all this green requirements when we're a green efficient country. It's like I I I just don't see it. And it's and it's sad because I I have a lot of friends up there that just can't I I would like them to come to the US and just see how much better it is down here.

>> Well Well, Canada doesn't have enemies. >> Well, I think our enemies are Well, right now I I think a lot of Canadians think America is our enemies, but the the reality is in in the world, uh Canada has the same enemies that the United States does. At the end of the day, >> no, >> they might. >> Canada's like the quiet kid in the corner. >> Canada's like like the quiet kid in the corner. US is like the [ __ ] jock that's running around bullying people. Canada's just sitting over there minding its own business. >> I I think that they've been I think we've been let off the hook um for I think the United States has been leading the charge and we're kind of one of those like, "Yeah, go do that." and then we'd support. But now we're we're actively having issues with the United States. And I think that it's just the wrong it's the wrong thing. >> Well, that's because of the leadership. >> I 100%. >> If I were the leadership of Canada, I wouldn't be having a problem with the United States. I'd be kissing their ass and making them a deal and, you know, being their best friend cuz we're neighbors. >> Exactly. >> We should be we should be they should be leveraging the United States, not arguing with them. So we when when we started having the the issues with Trump saying he's we're going to become the 51st state and all that. All Canada had to do. All they were asking for is like hey we we want you to have tougher laws on immigration and then patrol patrol our borders. We don't do that. Like you can walk in certain areas of Canada directly United States. And don't tell me that people aren't doing that. We know they're getting into Canada because it's easy to get into and they're walking across the border. So that's a legitimate issue. We don't have the same drug uh controls that that the United States does and we don't have the same laws. Like people people will commit crimes in Canada and then not go to jail. And it's just like so why wouldn't you like back in the back in the '9s or the early 2000s you could you could have a grow op in a house in a rented house, steal electricity and bring the the wheat across the the border that would then bring guns back up north. and anyone that got pinched on that would do basically zero jail time. So, of course, people are going to set up shop in in Canada and then come across the United States. But if we were to secure our borders a little bit more, put resources on, I'm not talking about like building a wall. I'm talking about just getting resources that are dedicated to patrolling it, if we were to build our navy so we could actually have good we have Halifax, Canada has really good ship building capabilities. We could build a couple ice breakers. We could build some nuclear subs and we could patrol our our borders and take some ease off the United States. Like the United States is everywhere. We we're in the Pacific. We're in the Atlantic. We're in the Indian Ocean. Like that's a big area to secure and we're not doing our part. So of course you're going to get upset with your neighbor who's not doing your poor part. Like it just it doesn't make sense. So, if we just actually played into the game a little bit more, saying, "Hey, North America is ours and and we're going to protect it." That's all we had to do.

>> And you're right there next to Russia. >> Exactly. Don't like it just it doesn't make any sense. We have no capabilities at all to patrol our the the north the the the Arctic's ocean. >> And there's nobody up there that like runs for government that's that runs on that platform. the Conservatives tried to um but I don't know why Canadians voted back in the Liberals. Like I don't like Mark Carney is I I don't I I don't understand like how he won. Like he wasn't he was never he he wasn't even living in can in Canada. He was like a a world banker or something along those lines. And then now he's the prime minister of Canada starting fights with with the United States. >> So it's not Trudeau anymore. >> No, Trudeau's gone. He's like dating Carrie Katy Perry or something weird. Like it's just it's >> Trudeau's out. >> He's Yeah, he resigned.

>> Resigned or he resigned or said he wasn't going to run and then they just put in Mark Carney without any like sort of like >> election >> party election and then it was just like he won fair and fair and square. But I just don't understand why Canadians put up with the pain. Like it doesn't make any sense to me. Just like >> they're woke. >> A lot of them are. A lot of them are. And it's >> So they should be drinking last rep. Chill out. >> Is this legal up there? >> It is not. It is not. So I >> So you couldn't build that in Canada? >> It's really hard to build a business in Canada. >> How's it legal here? >> Well, this is Delta 9. Uh so in certain states it it is legal. In later in this year, if the laws don't change, uh Delta 9 will be illegal. >> Illegal. >> Illegal. Yeah. So, the the last government bill that passed, they they made a bill um to change that. So, they were it's in November of this year, it'll it should be illegal. I'm hoping that the government changes their mind because this has a kagger of 54%. So, it's it's growing rapidly. And with more people turning away from alcohol, which is killing us, legitimately killing us, uh this is a this is a healthier alternative. Like if you look at just health care and I'm not just talking United States, I'm talking every country in the world. Hypertension, diabetes, obesity are the three major issues that that we have. And alcohol does not help any one of those. So we need to get people that are be more active, eating healthier food, and consuming less alcohol. And this is an alternative for that.

>> Yeah. And you still you still take the edge off. You're you're sane. There's nobody going crazy. Well, when I was >> You're not slurring. >> You're not slurring. You can I I made it to be I wanted people to be more social, right? It's in our in our society today, it's like people aren't very social anymore. Like they'd rather stay on their phones. I'm I'm like that. Like I like to I preferred being at home rather than being out in public. But I found that when I was going to the bar, that was when I was the most social. And but the problem with going to the bar, if you're not drinking, is you're going to be bored and you're not going to have as much fun as everybody else. But when you have this at a bar in an area where people are having fun, that's this is a good alternative. >> Do Can you put these at bars? >> There are some bars. Yeah. In St. Pete, Tampa that are that are carrying them. >> Yeah. We actually >> People are ordering them. >> Oh, yeah. Poor House in in Tampa Bay, which is um I actually can't think of the the neighborhood that it's in, but it's Poor House in in Tampa. It carries it and it's doing quite well. >> They call it the poor house. >> The poor house. Yeah. >> Nobody wants to end up there. >> Oh, no. That's a poor Pur, >> I'm sure. But still, even the name names are important. Why last rep? >> Uh because I wanted to really focus in on the the athletic component of it. Uh when I was when I was running my company, I found that fitness was really took the stress off, right? I needed to work out every single day. I work out every day at lunch. And I had a I had a private gym. I'm actively building another private gym right now because I think that as an entrepreneur >> going to a gym just takes too much time out of your day. Like you it's it's an 15 20 minutes to drive then you're going to train for an hour then you're 15 minute 20 back if and then a shower you're looking at two hours gone from the day. If you have a private gym in your office, and I'm not talking just like a a rack in like weights. I'm talking like legit full private gym, you can get so much more done. And you you're you're able to work in the morning, take the stress off in the gym, and then get back to work. And also work out problems when you're working out. Like how many times have you been in the gym where you're thinking about a problem, you're working out, and you're just like, "Oh, that's the solution to it." You can go back and implement it. So, for me, that's a nice break. Um, but to answer your question, why last rep is because I don't find I didn't find anything that was targeting uh athletes.

>> What's with the halo? >> I wanted to from the logo point of view, I wanted to to show that it's, you know, it's good for you. Like, it's heavenly. It's uh, you know, it's it's it's not it's not a sin, I guess. But, uh, >> do you get people that push back on that? >> No, not yet. cuz I wonder what God thinks about drinking THC. I mean, he put it here. >> He did. He then that's what I like one of the things that I found I I'm was born and raised Catholic and like I'd say most Catholics unfortunately I kind of ignored the faith for for some time and I turned back to it when I was on my entrepreneur uh journey. So my my take on it is that God put weed on the planet. Uh there should be no reason why we can't why we can't use it. Like marijuana and hemp have so much benefit other than just trying to smoke it and get high, right? We can in in Europe, hemp is used for like rope and textiles and paper and all these different things. And in the United States, like we tend to just use it for delta 9 THC, but there's so many uses for it that we can use just outside of just getting high. Well, the reason for that was was the the I forget who it was, but one of the moguls at the time, hemp would have would have put them in a different business class. >> Mhm. >> So, they had powerful friends and they made it illegal. >> Yeah. >> And it was a business thing. It had nothing to do with what it does. I mean, you you see people with like shakes and I forget the the actual disease that they have, but you know, they're shaken and can't stay still and then they take a little >> Yeah. >> THC and all of a sudden there's there's tons of medical benefits for it. >> Yeah. >> I'm a believer in it. I And in Canada, it's weed is I've grown up around weed. Like it's always it's just been a thing in Canada forever. >> Um >> Yeah. I was in Vancouver once and everyone was smoking weed. >> Everybody. But it's not legal. It's not illegal. It's like, who cares? >> It's legal now in Canada, but I remember back in like the 2000s, it was it was illegal in like Ontario, but in British Columbia, like you could buy it over the the counter at certain stores. It wasn't illegal to do it, but they were just doing it. So, it was kind of this thing that was forced in. I'm not a big fan of recreational legalization of marijuana. I think that it causes more problems. Like if we look at Denver, we look at Seattle, like it's not once you legalize it and you let anyone just go into a store and get it, it's you kind of get some burnouts. Um just like any other drug. So I I do like that there is I I do like the Florida actually the way Florida implemented THC is that you have to go to a doctor and the doctor has to give you a license and then from there you you have some sort of like stepping stone before you're able to access it. So, I think that when you implement a program like that, it it provides more jobs. It provides more tax revenue. And >> what about this? Do I have to have a license to drink it? >> You don't. You don't need a license to drink it. And >> you need to be 18. >> You have to be 21. >> 21. >> Yeah. And so the that's the loophole that the government's trying to to to close. And I don't disagree with it in all honesty. Like this should be treated like beer and wine. like this should be sold at a beer and wine store or a liquor store or something along those lines or a bar where we already have the infrastructure to know that you have to char you have to check if someone's 21 and if they're able to buy it. Yeah. If I I mean if I had a 18-year-old son and he said, "Dad, we're going to get hammered on Jack Daniels or we're going to drink one of those. Which one do you prefer?" And I had to pick one. It'd be that one. >> Yeah. Cuz because Jack Daniels, dude, they can drive and crash and like I've never seen anybody so high they can't drive. >> You're not going to be driving fast. That's for sure. >> No, you're going to chill. >> You're going to chill and you're probably going to be paranoid. >> You're not going to get in fights. >> Yeah. No, >> it's almost like a >> This is >> a sedation. >> This is the same benefit of alcohol minus all of the negatives. >> How's it taste though? A lot of those things I've tasted that are very cannabisy tasting. >> Yeah. So, this doesn't taste like cannabis. I actually went to a PhD to have it created. Like, one of the things that I stand by is my the products that I make. I I

I look at things like when I build it, I want to create value for people. And if there's no value that I'm creating, I don't want to do it. I'm just not interested. So, if I created a like a shitty product, I wouldn't want to drink it myself. So, I created this is for me. This isn't like I didn't really create this for other people. Like I'm selling it now to other people because I see the benefit of it. But the reality is I I really created it for myself.

>> Where do people get that by the way?

>> Uh we sell it online at lastreparch.com.

>> Lastrep arc?

>> arc.com.

>> Yeah.

>> And then by the way folks, if you guys are wondering if he can help you scale your business, that's reach peak.co. Don't forget those two things.

>> Thank you for that.

>> Last rep, just like the last rep you do at the gym. And that's why you call it that cuz like that's your last rep.

>> Yeah, it's your last rep. You're just having it before you go to bed or you're out.

>> Does it help you sleep better?

>> My Whoop tells me I do. I I can't make any medical claims about it, but I've I've tried different types of cannabis and I've tried uh just going to sleep with like sleeping pills to see what my what I'm going to get from the the best results. And this is one of the highest ones.

Most people don't realize the value of sleep. Yeah, you it's when you're an entrepreneur, I hear people all the time, I work, you know, I I I sleep like four hours a day. That's BS. There's no possible. I sleep eight hours a day. Like it's I need my sleep because I need to be fresh for the next morning. And when you're an entrepreneur and you're in a startup scenario and you have no money, no investment money, there's a tremendous amount of stress on your body. And the only vehicle that keeps you going is your body. And if you're not going to invest in that by working out and eating healthy and getting sleep to be able to take on the challenges that you need to have, like it's just you're you're not you're just going to fail.

>> And not only that, nobody drinks like a six-pack.

>> There's some that I've I I've talked to some of my clients and they're like, I just drank eight. I'm like I'm like, I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't recommend that at all. But there's some people that that do. There's some people there's some THC selzers that come in 50 milligrams, which is absolutely insanity.

What are the calories like? Why do can you gain weight from it?

>> Well, it's six calories. So, one one of the things that I really focused on was to I I wanted it to be for for social athletes again that like I care about my my diet. Like I'm I'm always eating clean. Not so much while I'm in Vegas, but you know, I'm I try to eat as clean as I possibly can. Um and you know, if you're if you're going to put in the effort to work out, why are you not going to eat clean? So, like I wanted to be calorie aware. So that you could drink a couple of these and not think about it. If you're going to drink two or three of these and you're going to have like 30 30 calories, that's nothing.

>> I'm going to maybe try it. I don't know.

>> I hope you do. I hope you do.

>> Well, like you said, I tried a gummy once and I didn't like how I I felt and now I feel like this is going to feel like that.

>> It It won't.

>> doesn't feel like that.

>> Does it make you laugh, have fun, relax?

>> You won't even You'll forget about it to be honest with you. Like when I when I the I was the first person to drink it. Like literally we got it. We I I got shipped a a container from someone who I've never met before in

>> You drink it?

>> You don't drink it?

>> She's like She's like my girl. She doesn't do nothing.

>> Nothing. Nothing.

>> Now Now again, if if I were to pour myself one and pour my wife one and she doesn't know what it is and I go, "Oh, it's an energy drink." Would she know very shortly there's something in there?

>> Yeah. And within 15 minutes, she's going to she's going to feel different, but it's not going to she's not she'll probably end up smiling to be honest with you.

>> She might get hooked.

>> So, my sister-in-law um was she she's got a lot of stress in her life and she she came and and started drinking these drinks and her uh boyfriend came to me and he's like, "Man, this is the best drink ever." He's like, I I get it from Mary all the time now because she's less stressed, she's relaxed, she's smiling, she's she's having a good time and and uh I ship her I think she's on her second 24 pack. So, it's Yeah.

>> How's business going? How long ago did you launch it?

>> We we we did a soft launch just before Christmas. Uh we did and really we we launched in in 2026. So January 3rd was our our hard launch at a high and dry festival in in Tampa Bay. Uh put on by Herb and Grow uh which is a local company that that sells our drinks. But uh January did pretty well uh for for all things considered. Like I didn't realize that when you started this company you're it's a restricted entity. So getting uh the ability to take credit card payments is is was hard. Um just doing hosting was hard. like Shopify like immediately kicked me out of of the of payments. Uh getting bank accounts is difficult. You can't do advertising that you would that on like Facebook and and um Instagram and Google. It's there's certain requirements. So that that kind of threw us for a loop. Uh and February, we're really focused on just trying to get into into drinks. In February, we're doing quite we're doing quite well.

>> So if I got people listening into distribution, like how can the Bomb Squad help you?

>> We're we're open for to anyone that can help us. uh uh distribute this this product, right? We we're I'm building this product for scalability, you know, that's what I do. So, I'm I'm right now I've secured a warehouse. I'm working on I I've buil I built all of our marketing campaigns uh on AI because we're have a small team. Like there's only three people in our company, right?

>> It's all self-unded.

>> It's all self-unded. Yeah.

>> So, what's the worst that can happen? Nothing.

>> Nothing. Nothing. It just >> doesn't go. Now, you got some souvenirs laying around.

>> I'll drink them. You know, I'll have 15,000 of them, but I'll I'll drink them. But it's

>> I don't think you're gonna need much to get people to drink them. There's a lot of people like the the weed store opened up around here.

>> Yeah.

>> dude. Everybody that smokes weed, you know, that comes to Vegas.

>> Where's Where's a Where's the weed store? Because they don't sell it in their state.

>> Yeah.

>> So, everybody comes here, buys weed, and then flies home with it. And I'm like,

>> dude, that's the that's the illegal part. You can't do that.

>> They're like, they don't care. They don't care until they care.

>> But so how can you ship those?

>> So there's certain states you can ship to and there's certain [ __ ] states you can't. Like I can't sell this in California.

>> California?

>> Californians are listening. They can't they can't get it.

>> No. So California, New York State, like anything that really has like uh

>> Well, government.

>> I wouldn't Yeah. I don't I wouldn't say that that was the that you know that

>> because Oregon, dude, they let you do anything up there. Can you ship there?

>> I'm I'd have to check. I'm not entirely sure. We had to like actually research this, but it it there's kind of THC and then there's hemp and then there's big alcohol. So big alcohol isn't really against these drinks. They want to get into it, which is why they want the regulations to change so they can take payment like they can they they're not going to they don't want to get debanked. So, but I know that the big alcohols get into it. But so there's this battle between THC and hemp. So states that have a big THC business, they're not going to let Delta 9 come and take that over. And I understand that.

>> Is Delta 9 hemp based?

>> It's hemp based. Yeah.

>> So this is hemp based.

>> It's hemp based. Yes.

>> Got it. Um, why did they care? Cuz to me it's just it's just retail. Like if I had a store and I was selling THC weed, I don't care if it's hemp weed, THC weed, like [ __ ] dude. If you want to buy that, I'm in business to sell you some [ __ ]

>> It's politics. That's uh

>> What is your plan for this business?

>> I'm going to scale it and hopefully exit it. You know, that's

>> Who are you hoping to exit it to?

>> I don't know. I I don't know. Uh I have

>> beverage company.

>> It could be a beverage company. Uh it could be, you know, it could be anybody. It could be an a big alcohol. It could be Gatorade. It could be like anything, right? It just I I want to right now it's too early to tell. And I don't really like going into businesses. And I got this I I actually learned this from a mentor of mine. I don't do com I don't build companies for the money. I build it because I see value in it and I want to help people in some capacity. So my belief is that if I create value and I create a product that people like and enjoy, then they're going to use it. And then at that that time, I'll start getting interest from other people that maybe want to buy the company and we can we can have a conversation at that point in time. But everything's for sale at all points in time, you know. It's just whether you want to sell it or not, right? This could be a cash flow business for me and I'm totally fine with that. this could we could exit it in five years and I'm and I'm fine with that. You know, there is there is no really defined plan. I just really want to I'm we're selling fun. Like that's the other aspect of this business of why I love it. It's we're we're selling it's so much different from healthcare and and cyber security sales where like cyber security sales you're really selling fear, right? It's like oh Brad, if you don't do this you're going to get hacked and then you're going to get sued and you better have cyber insurance and you got to do all these things. I hate that. And with healthcare, it's very rigid because it's very regulated. When you get into this business, while this is regulated just because of the the type of product, it is fun. Like any of the events we go to, everyone's smiling, everyone's having a good time. And so like I I tell him I tell Jason, the CEO of AC um last rep, is that it's uh we we sell fun and like how could we not enjoy this business?

>> What if they make Delta 9 illegal?

>> then we'll just pivot, you know, then it's a failure and you just keep you just pivot to something else. Like there's nothing saying I can't go into THC. Like the recipe is the same. There's nothing saying I can't go to Canada and and and implement it over there. Like it's it's we're just starting out and and getting the the ground running. But I I really don't think that the United States government is going to knock off $30 billion a year off of our GDP. Like there's 300,000 people that work in the hemp industry. Like forget Selzers, just like the farmers that are involved in this. Like Texas grew I think Texas grew either by 1400% or 14,000% of hemp production. It's a big business, right? $30 billion is a lot of money. And when you if we were to just wipe 300,000 jobs off of the United States economy, like that's enough to like get reported to the president. So it it's I I just don't see it happening. Uh, and it would be it would be a pretty big shame if if that happened. I I think that there would be a lot there's a lot of people out there that depend on these types of products and taking that away from them and and sending them back to alcohol, I think, is is the the wrong message we'd want to send to people.

>> Do you do you ever see people get drunk and then finish one with one of these?

>> I know people that used to go out drinking and they go home, smoke a joint.

>> Yeah.

>> Well, I tried that once.

>> No, it's not. I've tried that, too. you know, you get you get spins and now you get sick. So, it was either one or the other.

>> I've I have a video of friends that I that over Christmas time were having a good time and they were mixing last rep with alcohol. I wouldn't recommend it, but they did it and they loved it. I've seen some other people uh mix Crown with my drink and I was like, I'm just not a big drinker anymore. And when I did drink, I was more of a bourbon rum drinker and so it was like either no mix or like ginger ale or something along those lines. I wouldn't want to mix THC with it.

>> Hell no. It's either one or the other.

>> Yeah, I I agree with you. But there's there's times to drink. Like I'm not opposed to drinking. Like it's not I I want to be clear to your audience audience about that. I I like drinking. I used to drink quite a bit and I was a heavy drinker growing up. Um, the reason why I stopped is just like my business was more important than getting messed up is is really what it came down to. do it. And then

>> it could have been you grew up too cuz I used to drink like a freaking crazy person. I mean I drank to get drunk.

>> Yes.

>> We were going out to get drunk. That's the whole reason. Why would you drink otherwise?

>> I agree.

>> So So I as I grew up I just like

>> the next day is terrible if you drink well. I mean if you go out and have a good proper drinking

>> the next day is done.

>> Brutal.

>> So now you got a day off involved. You feel like [ __ ] It's killing your liver. you know, it actually prematurely ages you. And as I grew up, I I just wasn't it just wasn't as appealing. And then one night, I drank like six bottles of wine with some friends,

>> acted like a total [ __ ] Said [ __ ] that was like, you know, the type of [ __ ] when once you say it, you can't unsay it.

>> Yeah.

>> So, I woke up the next day and my wife was just embarrassed for me, for her. She was mad at me and we get along, so she's never mad at me. And so I just said, "Babe, I won't drink anymore."

>> And she said, "Yeah, right." And I said, "No, like I'm not going to say I'll never drink again. I'm saying I won't drink like that anymore." So I just stopped drinking like that, which stopped me from drinking cuz otherwise, why drink at all?

>> I I'm with you that there's

>> But this may be a little bit different. Like if I could go home and I'm stressed a little bit or you know I just want to chill

>> drink a half of one of these and all of a sudden you got that mellow like I'm I almost want to crack it open right now and drink it but then I know

>> I got a freaking

>> you got the rest of

>> THC problem. Not a problem but I mean like in other words if I drive home and for got in an accident and they took my blood

>> Yeah. Dude, theoretically, even though it wasn't that, I'd be in trouble driving intoxicated. That's the one thing people don't understand about weed. You smoke weed on a Friday night and you get in a crash on Sunday and you take a blood test, they're finding that weed.

>> Yep.

>> And now you're like guilty whether you were stoned or not. So, it's like, dude, like when you ingest THC, it stays in your blood for a minute. How do you how do you deal with that? It's I tell people like obviously I don't condone impaired operating a vehicle in any way, shape, or form. And you know in Florida,

>> I'm not talking about after you drank it. I'm talking about 3 days later.

>> Three days later. Yeah. And and I haven't had I haven't run into that problem, but I do have some people that are, you know, they work in uh oil and gas or they're CDL drivers or something along those lines and they can't drink it because they're going to be drug tested and that's just the reality of it. Uh I

>> So, don't drink it is basically what

>> just don't drink it. Yeah. If you have to get drug tested, do not drink this drink. You know, just

>> or why don't you include one of those urine tests?

>> Yeah. With a every every 24 pack will include a a urine test so you can make sure that you're going to piss clean before you're That's a good idea.

>> Piss clean. You're in luck. So, so is your goal to do six more years and then exit or

>> I I in all honesty I I don't I don't have a goal in mind.

>> So, this is like this is like you're you're just building a company for fun almost.

>> Basically, like it's it's Jason is definitely uh I I'm serious. Anytime I get into a business, I'm very serious. Like I'm I go I get up every single day and I think I'm going to war like because it's that's my mentality. It's I've been trained when I was in the military. I've been trained to have this like very disciplined mentality and that's and that's what I do every day. But I don't really focus on the future. I focus on what's today and what are the next five steps that I'm going to do to keep moving this forward. There's obviously a strategy involved with it, right? Like we're trying to grow. We're trying to right now we're just focusing on our marketing efforts in St. Pete, Tampa. Uh, but we have clients all over the United States. I don't want to say like a lot of them, but we have people that are ordering them from Texas and uh the Carolas and uh South Florida and stuff like that that are placing orders. So, we're doing we're getting the word out. Um, but we're really just focused in that one that one area. So, our strategy is to get it into every state that we possibly can to grow bigger distribution. So people with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, um smoke shops

>> is kind of who who you want.

>> Yeah. Well, we're we're we're actually spending we're targeting a lot of CrossFit gyms, uh a lot of like just gyms in general because it's like that's the clientele we're looking for, right? It's those are the people that don't go out to bars. And I wouldn't really say that we're targeting smoke shops too much. Like I I don't really see this brand in a smoke shop. I don't

>> I wonder why, dude. If I'm going in to buy weed, like that's weed.

>> It is, but it's

>> Where do you go buy gummies? I'd want that there.

>> Yeah. And we're just Listen, we're not we're not going after like we're not specifically going to every single smoke shop. It's just right now we find that our clientele and we we have a limited number of resources that we're just focusing more on like on on gyms rather than trying to get another can in a smoke shop with someone who isn't really educated on why our drink should be chosen versus you know some of the other more name brands that are out there like nowadays and Keef and stuff like that that that exist. Um

>> so I haven't even heard of those.

>> Yeah, those nowadays I I

>> they're not allowed to advertise.

>> They're not allowed.

>> How do you hear about them? I

>> how do you advertise?

>> So you have to do education. You have to you have to educate people, right? So it's it's about educating people that this is what the drink does and this is why you should consider it. And we don't really drive people to to the sale of our company. It's just going to be naturally people are going to to read it and then they say, "Okay, I want to I want to buy it." But where we're actually finding most people aren't buying online. They're just like, "Where do I buy it?" They want it now. So it's it's got to be in a store. Like we're in Lucans in uh in Tampa Bay and uh I think they're they're they're buying, you know, five or six cases every other week. So like they're flying off the shelves in in these stores. We just need

>> more stores.

>> More stores on that.

>> So any listeners that got stores or any distribution into stores, is there an opportunity for them to make money? They partner with you obviously.

>> Absolutely. Yeah, we have a whole distribution uh we have we have certain partners today that we we use for distribution. Um, anybody that's interested, please, you know, reach out to us. Uh, info lastreparch.com.

>> Are you Are you going to raise money for it?

>> I don't have to raise money for it. Um,

>> but would you consider?

>> I would. I would absolutely consider it. Like, like I said, everything's for sale. Um, you know, I'm I'm not big on any sort of sweat equity or anything along those lines. It's just like I if I want an investor, I want someone that it's not just so much I don't need money, right? What I need is connection. And so if someone wants to participate and says, "Hey, I'm going to give you $5 million for this this business, and we're going to go and I can do A, B, and C, they have to prove that they can do A, B, and C before I can take the money. I I don't need the money. I need the A, B, and C component of part." Like, we need to we need to grow our business. We need to scale it. We need to get in front of people. We need to work with large distributors. We like we should this should be in 7-Eleven, right? This should be in like Circle K. Like that

>> just like beer and wine.

>> Just like beer and wine. there there should be no difference between this this product and beer and wine. And that's the way that we as in the nation need to really look at it, right? It's just it's we're not replacing alcohol. There's a time and a place for alcohol. We're just we're we're an alternative. Like just my neighbors, I live in a retirement community in Florida and my neighbors are are heavy drinkers and when I gave them this product, they they said the same thing. You said, "Oh, I don't want to get too high and and you know, I'm worried about how it's going to make me feel." I'm like, "Well, how do you feel when you get hung over? When you when you drink till 2 a.m., you feel like [ __ ] the next day. If you drink you can drink do the same thing. You can drink this till 2 a.m. and the next day you're going to wake up and still be a

>> Have you ever convinced them to drink it?

>> Hell yeah.

>> How they like it?

>> They loved it. Actually, I got a a text message today from one of my neighbors and uh really good guy. I I I like him a lot and he texts me. He said he's been worried about cuz I've smoked some joints with him and I kind of put him into the a different atmosphere and he's like he's so he got scared of me because of it. But he's just like I don't want to be like that again. I'm like it's not Frank just uh give it a shot. So he he he tried it yesterday and he said I I I had a really good night's sleep. So and that was literally text me like an hour before I came here. So I was I was happy to see that.

>> Yeah. Sleep would be a good benefit because again sleep's underrated um for your overall health.

>> Oh yeah.

>> Um and mentality, you know, mindset, your your mental health is I I think vitally important. A lot of people are running around with poor sleep habits that are affecting other things.

>> It all compounds. So again, if if someone could convince me, hey, you'll your quality of sleep improves, your health improves, your your cognitive abilities improve, I would drink it because again, I'm not afraid of of THC. I've smoked I smoked weed when I was a like younger. I did acid, mushrooms, meth, coke,

>> smoked coke. So, I mean, I'm not I'm not an innocent angel, but when you get older, you start realizing there's there's no there's no benefit to it. So, again, if anybody's asking Brad Lee, I'd say don't do any drugs whatsoever. But I also wouldn't consider that a drug per se.

>> You know, uh uh certain supplements, for example, um TRT, uh peptides, you know, those are drugs. Well, again, I would recommend that you look into peptides. I would recommend that you look into TRT replacement, even females, by the way.

>> Yeah. Oh, we're on a

>> women lately are are starting to take little micro doses of TRT and apparently like their their hormones shift and they just become

>> animals and and like I've had four of my buddies tell me, "Dude, my wife's on TRT." Like, your wife?

>> She Yeah. Little tiny micro doses, dude. If it changed them.

>> So now women are starting to do that. So, I don't I'm not against drugs of any kind. I'm I'm for health and intelligent optimization of the human body. And if that's what this does, I would drink it.

>> Yeah. Well, it just it's it's part of your regimen, right? Like I'm on TRT. I'm on peptides. I train. I care about my body. I care about my health. And it it didn't come to me once I had money. It came to me when I was running my business and I had nothing that I needed to take care of myself. And then I started complimenting myself with like I I think the best scenario is I think Dr. Life said this it was if your t if your testosterone is low like just I don't know the numbers but if you're if it's low you're like a D student don't you want to be an A student get your testosterone up. So then so I'm on testosterone I think I cruise at around like 1,200 which is a little high but I feel amazing. Um, I I'm on I'm on peptides. All the peptides that Joe Rogan would talk to talk about, I'm I'm on those. And it it just why wouldn't I give myself the best I possibly could to extend my life and live

>> quality life?

>> Quality, right? And so it it all goes into sleep. I've invested a lot of money into our sleep. I have a a Sleep Me device underneath my bed that it's basically a depending on on your whether you want a hot bed or a cold bed. I I prefer to sleep cool. It's a little water chiller that chills my bed to like 70. My wife is a little bit She sleeps at 86, so we we both get better nights sleep. I know it's I I don't know how she sleeps at 86, but

>> Well, my wife has a heating pad.

>> so it's kind of

>> And she's 37.

>> Well,

>> like, dude, you you act like an old lady. And literally, she'll bring it wherever we go. And now my little girls want heating pads or they can't go to sleep. So, I don't know what temperature a heating pad is, but it's probably in the 80s, maybe 90s.

>> You get better sleep. We uh I have a where our phones sit. Our phones wirelessly charge, but the all the RF is basically blocked. Um obviously, I I have this so I can I I not so I can sleep better, but it helps me with my sleep. I monitor my uh my

>> Do you drink one every night?

>> Not every night. Uh not every night, but there's more often than not I will.

>> Well, these four are for me. Yeah.

>> Yeah. Oh, yeah. So, are they better cold or over ice?

>> Over ice. I prefer it over ice. Like, in all honesty, the first time I had it, I was like, "This either tastes like a Mos difference between a Moscow mule or like a mojito." Like that's the way that's the way it comes off for me.

>> But a half a can would be like a beer, you say?

>> Yeah. So, like this is a 10 milligram that we I I come in five milligrams. I prefer the five milligrams personally because I like to drink like two or three of them. Like if you're going to go for beers, like how many beers are you gonna have with your with your buddies? It's like a couple.

>> If I go,

>> well, are you going to have like 10?

>> Well, beer's different cuz like I I never drank a lot of beer. Uh, you know, I would drink a beer on a hot day and it's the best thing ever.

>> One beer.

>> But then we'd switch to tequila and freaking Jaggermeister and like now we're getting the job done. Beer wasn't

>> a drink to me. It was freaking vodka sodas, you know, Moscow mules, rum and coke, Jack and Coke.

>> Oh, yeah.

>> Um, but beer was never that way. So, but if I were to drink a beer now, other than a hot day, like trying to get drunk, I'd probably I'd probably need to knock out four.

>> Sure. So, you that's that's the 5 milligram. The 10 milligram is kind of it's this would be you know I I kind of equate it to my myself personally is that this would be about two two and a half beers.

>> Yeah. But you don't have to drink the whole can.

>> You don't you do not.

>> If that's 10 milligrams, half is five.

>> So that is a 5 milligram can. You just don't drink the whole thing.

>> Just don't drink the whole thing. And

>> what about just a couple of sips? Will you feel anything?

>> No. I don't think after like body weight still matters, right? So, a couple sips isn't going to

>> So, if I drank a half a can and waited 15 minutes, is that how I'm going to feel or does it progress?

>> Um, no. It's it's basically how you're going to you're

>> So, so if I drank a half a can, gave my wife a half a can, she's 120, I'm 220.

>> Mhm.

>> Does she feel more than I do?

>> I don't I wouldn't I don't know to be honest with you. I I've never done that type of analysis.

>> Well, you should. How You guys are different.

>> She doesn't. So my wife doesn't My wife doesn't drink. Uh, there's

>> slip it to her.

>> So it was it this was my

>> Tell her tell her it's a margarita.

>> It here This was my fault. So we were in California and I bought one of the real THC like drinks from one of the stores. And she's like, "Can I try it?" And it tasted amazing. I forget what it was, but it was just like it it was basically like drinking sugar, so it was obviously going to taste good. And I think it was 10 milligrams and she just did not handle it well. And so since that day, same with your gummy experience, she's like, I just don't want to I don't want to feel like that again.

>> Yeah. Me, I'm with you. I didn't like it and I and I felt almost like it was permanent.

>> Yeah.

>> And it did give me anxiety and I was like, damn. Because now I realize you just got to ride it out. And so now I'm freaking miserable.

>> But this is different because a gummy you eat it or you don't.

>> This I can drink, wait 10 minutes.

>> I don't mind how I feel. Drink, wait 10 minutes. You know, it might take me two hours to finish that can. Yeah.

>> But but at least now you can ease into it. A gummy, you eat it or you don't.

>> Exactly. And then I don't like gummies. I like

>> liquid more than gummies. Why? Cuz again, you got me this far from going, "Okay, I'll go home and drink a half a can just to see what it feels like. And if it starts to feel good, [ __ ] dude. I'll order them." And you can ship to Nevada, can't you?

>> Hell yeah.

>> Yeah. So like, I'll order them. You know, I used to go home and smoke a joint or not not really a joint because I never smoke joints, but I'd take one bong hit.

>> Yeah.

>> One.

>> And and it was great. And and then I'd watch TV and play games and sleep great and never affect me. That's why when people like that are against drugs or you can't be a freaking pthead and and and succeed uh [ __ ] you can.

>> I I think I'm one of the most successful ptheads in the world by God. I don't think I don't think weed is going to stop you from being successful. It might it might cause you to be a little lady lazy, but you know, your ambition, drive, and mindset can overcome that.

>> Yeah. It's

>> And not only that, like in some cases, especially nowadays with all the variance, some of the some of the weed you can smoke will actually get you up and running. Like they're like they have all these different

>> Oh, yeah.

>> con concoctions now. So would that be more of a sativa type feel or a indica type feel? It's to me it's more of a sativa but it does let you sleep. So like I it does give me energy and I think it just gives me energy because when I'm drinking and I'm around my friends and so I kind of I'm excited to be around my friends so that I I'm going to talk more and be more energized but when I do drink it by myself I I'm like I'm going to bed.

Is there any counteraction product? Like, in other words, let's say I drink a half a can and I'm like, "Oh [ __ ] I do not like this. Is there anything I can do?"

>> So, apparently, I was I learned this at the high and dry event on January 3rd. You can eat pepperc corns, like whole peppercorns.

>> What the hell is a pepperc corn?

>> Like, you know when you you like you grind up pepper?

>> Yeah.

>> Like like what's in there is a peppercorn. you eat that and apparently it it it helps negate THC. And I never tried it, but I I heard about it. I was like, that's kind of cool because there's been those situations where I've had too much. I'm having an anxiety attack. And I'm like, man, I just want this to end, so I got to like go for a walk or something just to get my mind off it. But apparently a few handfuls of peppercorns will will help. I don't I again, I haven't tried it, but that's what they said.

>> So you don't want that in the fridge. What if your kid drinks it?

>> So that Well, but what happens if your kid drinks a beer? What happens if your kid drinks a cell?

>> Yeah. But they know not to drink a beer. That looks like a damn energy drink.

>> So

>> I come home, my kid bust that open, not even know it.

>> Yeah. Well, that's And so one of the things we did do with this is that I I did make this as compliant as possible with the Florida FDAX requirement for for labeling. So we don't we don't advertise to children because that's illegal. And we we we had to make it as like the design of the can. The the first design was significantly different and we had to go to a lawyer to have them actually review the can and and we got to this design. But this is built to the standards of of the Florida FDAX when we when we did it. So yes, it does kind of look like an energy drink, but because it doesn't have any like we're not animations, no like

>> cartoons.

>> Yeah. Cartoons or anything along those lines. We we made it to come off as we we wanted to kind of take the more medical route than like trying to be flashy and people like eye-catching on the shelf, which is counterproductive, right? Because if you want to move product, but the I'm coming from a healthcare uh experience, I I've realized that doing things the right way is the proper way. You'll if you are going to cheat the system, you're going to get caught. And what what I do is I I always follow the regulations as much as I p I follow the regulations. Period. End of story. Like there is no there is no black and white. It's like if the regulation says this, then you do that. And uh that

>> if you're smart, that is what you do. Well, there's a lot of people that are chasing there's a lot of people that are just chasing the dollar and it's just it's going to come it's either you're either going to get like if we put cartoons on this. Then you're either going to be taken off the shelf and redleabeled and then all of your product is gone and the person's not going to pick you up again because you you either have to buy your product back or they got a fine or whatever it is. So, it just it does catch you up. The government the government isn't exactly efficient, but they'll catch you. Like look what's going on in in Minneapolis. like the the the fraud and stuff like that and everyone's saying, "Oh, that's fake." It's not. I've been in healthcare. Like people the government when you submit a a code, the government just pays that code and then they say, "Okay, we're going to we're going to come back in 3 years or 5 years or 10 years or whatever it is, but they're going to come and audit you. And if you don't have that paperwork, you're screwed." So, it's like you got to treat that you you you really have to respect the regulations. And and that's a important component of of last rep.

>> Yeah, cuz that's what I think of. That's what makes me want to go home and drink a half a can cuz I just want to go home and chill. I don't want to make decisions. I don't want to think.
